Left cheek can't tell the difference from the right cheek. Staff got the two drinks wrong and forgot about the burger. God forbid someone has an allergy! Kids misbehaving who obviously needs help but not getting it and no management not taking any notice. Embarrassing GO TO GREGGS, KFC, THE BINS OUTSIDE for better service.

Long wait for for , got home and my kids burger was missing and mine was the wrong one, they had no ice cream , shakes or dips, would not recommend

Philadelphia Fried Chicken is hands down the best spot for chicken burgers! I've been a regular for years, and their quality has never wavered. The chicken is always juicy and full of flavor. Their consistency is unmatched, and you can count on a great meal every time. Highly recommend if you're craving top-notch fried chicken!

Order wrong yet again.The staff are utterly incompetent.I asked the girl was everything there as this isn't the 1st time it's been wrong and through her vacant eyes she assured me it was.And also how they have the audacity to call it a fast food restaurant is completely beyond me.

Food is standard McDonald's food, not great not crap, but the service is horrendous, don't wana work the tills and take cash off you, they are wanting you to use to self service, and it's 100% not fast food, after a 12 min wait with a nearly empty restaurant I was pretty disappointed to say the least

Terrible experience - was going out with my daughter for a special day and decided between trains we had plenty of time to get breakfast in Lancaster ( she decided here). Placed order no receipt dispensed. Waited 15 minutes before they gave out first order on the screen another 12 before ours. Approached the employee who was front of house - asked him how long my order would take as we had a train to catch. He looked confused and said he couldn’t see my order - I then asked if I could get a refund (he did communicate with me just walked off our back). After 5 minutes another employee walked up I presumed (wrongly) that she was going to sort out my issue. (She didn’t walked straight past me). When I managed to get her attention she just didn’t response and carried on dispersing drinks. The 1st employee came back Asked him again - he did go and speak to the shift manager ( she proceeded to ignore him as well). Still no order for in house customers ( both working on getting the Uber eats orders out as priority). Eventually got the attention of shift manager who didn’t communicate with me expect to ask my order number - she didn’t apologise for the wait or even state it’s busy merely stared at me with distain - like I was something she trodden in. Needless to say I won’t be giving the McDonald’s anymore of my money - I rather go to BK it’s nicer and cleaner. I had to leave otherwise I had missed out train got it with moments to spare due to long wait. The irony is that would have been quicker going to sit down at the cafe around the corner then it was to get food from the “fast food” retailer.
