45 mins late, burnt shish kebab, soggy garlic mushrooms, some ribs where just bone

Cod and chips were burnt supermarket fish and cold chips . Barbq Lamb ribs and chips were plain lamb chops and no chips ,plus delivery kept changing and it came later than originally said

I never got my food. It says delivered and it never came . Thanks

Poor quality food, if you can call it that! Mixed olives was just a couple of olives on some lettuce, and they tasted terrible. My son’s burger wasn’t even edible to feed the dog. shish kebab was absolutely vile, and had a strange taste. I’ve never left a review ever before, but don’t want people to waste the money!

Chicken burger was good. Pizza is mediocre. Not the best quality of toppings. Seevice was quick delivery driver was a bit grumpy. Overall not bad. Cheap and nearly cheerful... 😁

Was OK but portions extremely small for the price (even with 40% off voucher)! Ribs for nearly £8 and they didn't fill up half the container. Chips were a bit soggy. Kebab was tasty but not worth £11.50.

Places over an hour ago and called restaurant multiple times but was rude and wouldnt help further.

My food never turned up, called them and was told they couldnt find me, called back after 20 minutes and was told the driver was outside mine for 15 minutes calling me and the intercom. Nobody called me or the intercom. Very disappointed.

The fish and chips was tiny for a large and wasn’t even a full fish but two small pieces like a kids meal, the chicken kebab meat was well and truly burnt and again tiny, the salad wasn’t fresh and lettuce was going brown,

BOGOF Pizza was just one pizza, and not even the toppings ordered. Should have been 2 English Pizzas but had 1 plain cheese

Wrong Chicken sent and no chips, spoke to restaurant who said they would send replacements asap. 30 mins later still not arrived, so got a refund from Just Eat.

We use BBQ House regularly and they are usually early so this was unusual for them!

Absolutely delicious, no faults at all , came all hot and the kebabs are just so tasty!

Food was out for delivery for over an hour, ended up half hour late. I messaged the restaurant and had no response. Food finally turns up stone cold. Not a sorry from the driver just a grunt. Have ordered from here before and hasn’t been to bad. Has put me right off this experience.

Food over 30mins late, chips still frozen and fried chicken cold and dripping in oil! Asked for refund and was refused! I’ve ordered from here for years but it’s really gone downhill recently. Won’t be using anymore.

02/08/2024 - order not complete and got the rest of the order wrong, could not eat 11/08/2024 ordered fries, mixed doner wrap, garlic bread with cheese and salad No salad given Fries were $#*t Played hunt the chicken in the wrap I paid extra for The bread was burnt black and could not find any cheese 2 bad deliveries in a row, you made this disgusting food and sent it out as acceptable to a paying customer … great job ! well done

I am really disappointed with the fried chicken I din expect this hard not chewable coating and oily ....sorry very bad .we usually come and found it good but since 2 times chicken fried is a disaster

The food arrived 45 minutes after the notification that the food was on the way and 15 minutes after the notification that the food had been delivered. ( A 5 minute journey ) Food was cold, the restaurant did offer to recook, but was starving, so had to heat in microwave. A shame as it is normally a fast delivery and the food is hot.

Doner meat was a bit overcooked but apart from that……….superb

Ordered 2 medium chicken shish kebabs and 2 large chips. £23 so not cheap. The app said it was delivered, we had nothing. So we called and they said it was still on the way. Okay. When it arrived, scandalous. The chip portions were embarrassing, I'd be ashamed to serve that if someone asked for small. Let alone the sogginess and the fact they were barely warm, as was the chicken. We tried to call them back 3 times, no answer! Day light robbery, will NEVER order from these again. Would score a zero if I could.

Ordered a take out meal for the family on a Saturday night. Ended up with food poisoning. Im guessing by the other reviews and my experience their hygiene and food practices are diabolical.

Miscommunication on my end and the restaurant and the delivery driver went an extra mile to make sure my food was delivered safely

Firstly the kids meal cheese burger was burnt and I also left instructions not to put ketchup on burger which when delivered was all over burger which meant my daughters meal was ruined before she even had a chance to eat it

Little tip for anyone wanting to try from here food usually good but if you see any percentage of your order when spending a certain amount stay away it’s day old food they’re getting rid of.
