The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

My order was late and the food was very greasy. I thought Burger King burgers are flamed grilled? The beef burger seemed like it had been fried or cooked in a lot of oil. The brioche bun was very oily as well. My meal was spoilt because I could not continue to eat and had to dispose of it.

Took ages to get the delivery driver to know where to go at Cala gran. Despite being first street in the park. Food was freezing upon arrival.

Amazing customer service and amazing food

It’s not the first time they’ve got my food wrong I’ve even had undercooked food mentioned it to them and a manager has then had an attitude about it with me this time I decided to leave it as was going through the drive through and I mentioned having a breakfast wrap with ketchup so many times made sure to keep saying the ketchup one as brown sauce makes me throw up I’ve got home not paid attention opened it and seen brown sauce as I say they’ve messed up orders a lot it’s not such a big deal but would be nice to get what you paid for especially since prices are going up on everything I would’ve understood if I didn’t keep saying bout the ketchup but I did so…

wrong order ask fir apple pie got corn on the cob my son alergic to corn so not happy

Took ages for food. Toilets dirty, rubbish all over floor and no loo roll

The manager and workers don't understand the concept of 'phone order' Really poor customer service. The only language businesses understand is loss of profit, so I will never again give away my money to such an establishment. Hopefully Roscoes opening next door that'll teach them something. They take customers for granted.

Great place, very clean restaurant and staff are very friendly

late delivery but can be expected trying to get through the highstreet at the time I ordered it. Food was delicious and delivered hot even though the order was late arriving. Will definitely order again

Had one piece chicken and chips! Chicken was hardly anything on it he warmed it up the put it into fryer! Why? Absolutely disgusting!! Waste of time and effort and money don't go there! Service is crap they don't listen to you!.

Just ordered from here for the 1st time on Just eat the chicken keebad was hot juicy and really tasty the starter was lovely will definitely be ordering from here again cheers guy's

Unexpectedly absurd, rude and impolite behaviour of the guy taking the order. Also the order even after being paid for wasn’t ready and was asked to wait even after being asked to wait for 10 mins earlier when given and later on told after 20 mins that the order wasn’t punched in and was asked to wait again for another 10 mins. Hope this can be looked into and worked upon by the staff.
