Chesters Chicken - Whalley Range in Manchester

Hoy he ido a las pecheras como normalmente hago para mi almuerzo de los últimos 7 años. No estoy seguro de si nuevas personas se han hecho cargo, pero como fui a la orden. El hombre detrás del mostrador dijo "no más órdenes porque tengo un descanso para la oración". No me importa su descanso de oración pero la gente estaba en la tienda esperando su orden. Tuve que ir a otro lugar, lo que fue inconveniente para mí en un tiempo limitado. Yo llamo a esto NO poner a sus clientes 1 calle. Estoy muy enfadado por eso.

Delivery driver was blaming Chester’s and Chester’s were blaming the delivery driver. Food arrived cold and over 1 hour late.

Today I have order form Chester Whalley range super offer I have order it’s like a deal 1 pizza 2 burgers 6 wings 6 chicken pieces fries and 1 drink bottle. We always like ur pizza when ever we go to Chester but today I order ur food I am not happy at all I also call Chester after I placed my order I told them plz make it fresh and put everything what I have order and I told him can I talk w manger he said u can tell me what u want to say I am not happy the way he talk w me also we didn’t receive the Drink that’s not fear we have spend money and we got cold chicken and wings burger I am not happy w order and service, when ever my dad goes to chester they always give fresh wings but today order I got very bad I always like Chester but today I am not happy at alllllllllllllll. It was around 4:30pm 15 sep 2024. This happened w me 2nd time I think we don’t have to order food form delivery cos they always make it bad for delivery and so cold. Plz can u check on this thank you

You often make mistakes with drinks. I ordered two tango drinks and a 7up. Instead i got a 7up and two pepsis. We dont drink pepsi. If you dont have drinks in stock you should take them down off the menu and call customer to choose from what is in st

You ask for chicken on pizza and they automatically give you tandoori chicken? Surely when you order and say chicken it should be plain chicken and you wouldn’t have to specify that? You’d specify tandoori chicken if you wanted that. Completely ruined my meal

Absolutely disgusting. I don’t know how this place hasn’t closed down. The food shouldn’t even be sold to anyone. Chicken burger and wings were disgusting. Should’ve read the reviews before hand.

Food was nasty. I ordered peri wrap. Wings and a text mex burger and 1 meal, the chicken tasted like old stock could smell it. Bn feeling sick after.most of it went in the bin

The pizza is the best. Cheese pizza from chester’s is the absolute SEXIEST pizza ever. Do not confuse this one with Wilmslow road chesters(their pizza sucks) i’ve never had a pizza similiar to this one. Never change it. same as the chips. 💯💯💯

Evitar a toda costa! !! especialmente si usted es musulmán y pakistaní. Estas comunidades tratan muy mal a los suyos, nos dieron comida podrida y todos mis hijos y yo nos envenenamos hoy. Tuve que tirar el resto. La comida apestaba y el único error que cometí fue que le dije que yo también era pakistaní y luego debió haber distribuido todo su ganado podrido en nuestro estómago. Nunca deja de sorprenderme experimentar lo mucho que estas personas se odian a sí mismas y a sí mismas, nos quejamos de que la gente nos odie pero nunca nos miramos, somos lo peor. Always get our pizzas from chesters, 3 12" pizzas for £18.99

Food was cold tasteless and so so soggy. Only good thing was the chips. Very disappointed, couldn’t even eat the chicken strips, they were so soggy

It was 12 pm. On a Saturday! And the chicken looked ( pale) then up close it hit me. Ohhh no! Just paid 4.50 for Water Injected chicken. Not even properly cooked. Had the chips. Binned the rest!! Rude little man behind counter provided also! Avoid less you are brainless!

Sometimes too busy but I guess that's a good thing for stock rotation. Staff are always polite and their phone ordering is very good as they remember what you ordered in your last order. Would defo recommend.

Ordered chicken wings fro here and clearly wasn’t what I got, I’m not sure what rodent I received but they looked like baby rats or mice cooked!

Ordered chicken wings had eaten one the notices that they didn’t look like chicken wing but look familiar to either baby rats or mice with no tails or feet! Although I’m not 100% sure until the meat has been tested but to the eye this is what they looked like. Definitely doesn’t look like a chicken wing. The meat was pinky so I’m guessing they were under cooked too. I’m feeling very sick.

This place is operating as CHKN as a multi brand on deliveroo. They are con artists. There are supposedly "call recordings" when you speak to them. I'll be getting a copy of these recordings (I have them myself aswell) and advising solicitors.

the food was super saltay and did not taste good. the chicken in the burger wrap taste like it was left out for quite a while because it was use to make the burger and the wrap. not happy with the food, wouldn't want to order again

Rubbish customer service, wrong order delivered and admitted by the kitchen staff for a replacement and than later refuse to give replacement. I wouldn't recommend. Don't order it from Chester ever again.

Staff need to know what customer services is! When I mentioned on a previous occasion I was told my order was ready in 30 mins collect but it wasn't...... and I said I had to wait nearly an hour in my car with 3 children, the staff member had no shame whatsoever and said "don't you have heaters in your car?" !!??

I tried this Chester Chicken for the first time. I ordered Chicken Stips so he gave me deep fried Chicken Stips and believe me those chicken Stips were like you are eating chicken nuggets. I have eaten one of the foods that did not taste good and three I have just thrown in the bin.

Poor quality food and slow service on Uber eats and cold grassy food overpriced they should have drivers available to deliver on Uber Eats it’s a shocking place. I don’t know why I ordered from here because I was hungry and there’s nothing open. Burger was nice n chicken was under cooked

Bought crunchy munch box and not gonna lie the crisp was there in wings, chicken strips and in the burger patty but wings were soo smelly and pink from inside and the the chicken strips burger was tasteless and when I went pack to Chesters, they literally denied and kept telling me I’m wrong

Ordered 2 pizza meals and they only delivered 2 drinks and 2 chips. No pizzas. When I called the restaurant they said it’s not their problem the driver didn’t pick it up and we have to dispute with just eat. I said I didn’t mind driving 15 mins to collect them but if we could have fresh pizzas rather than having cold ones and he said that the he left our pizzas aside and that we can take them or leave it. Do not order from this Chester’s as they don’t care about you or your food. Do not recommend

Ordered a piece of chicken and chips with 5 pieces of peri peri wings. The friend chicken was soggy not crispy and was not edible. The peri peri wings tasted nice but needed more colour in them and the chips were spot on. Long wait also and overall very disappointing!!

Honestly downhill, greasy slapped together food. Prices are up and quality is down. Bought a full chicken grill platter it was burnt and stale! Chips were refried full of oil won’t be back again!

After my order, I asked if they had an cardboard boxes. Well, you could have thought I asked for free food. The 'owner' tried to charge me £2.50 for a box they are throwing out. Then proceeded to tell me how 'females' are and that I have no idea how a business is run. You have just lost a customer Chester. That is definitely how you run a business and definitely not how you treat customers!
