Chips were half full from 3 meals

Delivery guy refused to answer me why he was late…would not give me my food when I asked for it…he stayed few minutes typing on his phone….food is now cold

Very disappointed that I got no tomato sauces when I ordered 9 nuggets, I purposely added another tomato sauce on so I got 3 but received 0, 0 salt and 0 napkins. I ordered my order to a hotel so I’m not home to have my own sauces to have with my chicken nuggies, very annoyed and disappointed especially as it’s on the receipt that there were supposed to be 3 with the order.

Food came cold. Coke was flat. Waited over an hour for this. Really unhappy

Unfortunately the food was awful. The chips weren’t cooked properly and the drink had spilt on the food.

Food originally ordered at 12.30 turned up 1:30 and was cold.Far from happy.

Okay good apart from my chicken burger came as beef and I didn't get an apology for it either! I was just told to wait for the replacement. Sadly lots of homeless people there, perhaps needing to stay warm.

Status changed to Delivered, No call, no notification no contact attempt or attempt to leave at the front desk. I went down, nobody there. Taken my money but not delivered. This is beyond a Joke. These delivery riders are ripping customers off. I want a full refund and I'll be deleting this app. Zero stars no option for never delivered!!

Got the wrong food, received somebody elses order

Food is fine, I usually stop in for coffee. For the past 3 months there's been a massive downturn in service levels that seems to be systemic. Today's story is one of about 70% of usual days there: I went to the counter as there was a queue for the machines and none at the counter. I was greeted by a glare. No "hi", so I instigated the hello, deadpan, she looks at me and say hi. No "what can I get you today?" and after a few seconds I place my order for coffee. "£2.60" or whatever it cost, no "please", no " would you like any food with that sir?", nothing! I pay by card and she turned away without thanking me. I raise my voice to highlight my "Thanks!" and got scowled at. McDonald's has lost the service levels and that's why you're being forced into using machines nobody asked for and nobody wanted. Fewer interactions they can get wrong. I would have dealt with this by simply emailing the branch manager to highlight my concerns, but for some reason, that's not published, so I'll leave a review instead. McDonald's, this is really bad. Forced into re-reviewing due to inoperable POS terminals making you go through the process of creating and ordering (the very point that a sevice industry makes you do this is beyond comprehension) before kicking you out at the payment screen due to an error and telling you to pay at the counter (which I would have done anyway if it wasn't for your idiotic necessary to order by the POs). I cancelled my order and walked out, nit the first, or likely the last time I'll do that. McDonald's, you've been downgraded to 1 star and that's not even slightly as low as what you deserve.

My drinks spilled everywhere and my foods are soaked

It was honestly horrible and I have never been more angry or disappointed before. The driver delivered my food but had split my fanta all over both of the bags and everything inside got soaked.

If you can go somewhere else, do it. They will get your order wrong and they won't care.

Very busy mcdonalds, food is always hit and miss along with service, there are better mcdonalds around town id avoid this one.

Macdees haha what you expect good hot food, try cold n old

Both times I have ordered from here have been wrong. First I received someone else's breakfast. Today instead of the 35 pound of food we ordered we got a bag of sauces.

Generic MacDonalds experience. Not rubbish, not great.

The plant burger was try and the cheese looked like it had be left out for hours. Was hard and not edible.

Both burgers were lacking sauce, lettuce and pickles! Fries were dry and cold with no salt. This isn’t the first time from st Ann’s square in Manchester. Very disappointed

Bland, tasteless food, limited filling in sandwich, soggy tasteless fries, warm coke, dirty tables and floor. An altogether miserable experience. Second time this place has disappointed so it can't be just an off-day.

This is a McDonald’s which myself and my family use quite often as it is local. However, the service has gradually been degrading over the past months. Every time I would order something in restaurant they would get it wrong or there would be something missing, which if you catch on the spot they have rectified (when a manager is there they have been kinder than when there is not one around). When you order via Deliveroo however, it is a whole other story. I have had missing items or wrong items in my past 4 orders reaching to a point where Deliveroo would no longer offer refunds for missing items. As a paying customer this is unacceptable and wastes even more of my time to raise it with my credit card company as I’ve paid for a good/service which I have not received. I have left numerous reviews on the app for this restaurant to no avail. Please look into this and ensure service levels are up to scratch.

I have not received any order and no has called to follow up with any reason why i have not received the meal i ordered for. I want my full refund back with immediate effect.

I never received my order at all and there is no one to call. The driver lied and said it was delivered and the restaurant wouldn't pick up the phone. Then Just Eat has no option for a full refund even though I never received a crumb of my order. They ALL suck!!!!!

Mc donalds food is overpriced and flavourless. The only saving grace are the sauces

The place smelt like a sewer so couldn't bear to sit in. The breakfast muffin was hard and tasteless. Had one bite and threw the rest for the pigeons.

Food is permanently missing items, the only items that turned up literally look like they’ve been run over, the receipt is STAPLED to the bag and it’s still missing 80% of the food I paid for, called the restaurant & they claim they can’t do anything but there’s absolutely no way for just eat to help either. I don’t want a refund I want the food I ordered

They can't cook chicken, any chicken, any time. Always bad.

The usual value for money food. No table service. Not a great atmosphere like other McD.

Better than the average McDonald's the service was quite fast but the machines didn't give me a receipt I was able to collect my order without showing a receipt but the workers didnt ask for it anyway which is lucky on my part but what if someone else tried to collect my food

This is the wrong order. Missing many items

The delivery driver came to my location then marked my food as delivered, THEN drove off on his bike with my food, he is nowhere to be seen and probably eating my food, I’m fuming.

I was disappointed as my whole order was not collected and delivered to me . I said to the driver that there was an issue with the order but he said - just contact just eat online if there is food missing ! This has caused me immense inconvenience .

I don’t remember when last time our order was correct and complete. Is it really that difficult to read the ticket and then pack it accordingly?

The food was satisfactory. McDonald's was as expected. The service was quick, and the prices were reasonable. However, the cleanliness of the establishment could be improved.

It can get pretty busy, but the do have a nice sized seating area. Because it is fast food, and popular it can also be nosy and not always easy to find a place to sit.

Worker battered my pal and took his phone don’t go here

I left a delivery notes asking for the delivery person to give it to me outside premier inn. The food was left outside the premier inn with no drinks and none of the sauces we asked for. My food could have been easily stolen and I do not under why I wasn’t called by the delivery person so that I could collect the food. I am appalled.

Food missing, freezing cold and coke completely flat

Although place was clean the staff behind the counter sure enjoy chatting each other up and not concentrating when it says very clearly drink WITHOUT ice. Food has been hot enough.

A more unique store which hasn’t been totally modernised with the decor, so the wooden walls are rather unique! Always seems to be quiet though and the seating options, whether standard tables or high stool options, where all clean, so no complaints. Fast service and everything you want!

Missed most of my order got the drink but forgot all the food the delivery driver said to me he would go and get the correct food for me and never showed up

Took my grandaughter to Mcdonalds in St Anne's Square Manchester yesterday. First off there was a group of drunken men in there swearing etc with children in the place and hollering hiya darlin despite me having a child with me, then unlike Oldham branches there was no table service so had to stand with a fidgety child and wait for our order. The food when it came was nothing special, felt and tasted warmed up and the fries were too salty. The tables were strewn with food waste and dirty..nobody appeared to clean these until we were seated. Then my grandaughter needed the toilet, which we discovered was locked, a young man unlocked them when i asked for a key. When we got in the toilet there was faeces stains on the toilet, on the sink, no toilet paper, the soap dispenser had no lid on it and the floor was swimming with God knows what..either water or urine. In hindsight I should have walked out as soon as we got there, but my grandaughter and I had had a long day out, she had set her heart on Mcdonalds and was hungry. Needless to say I will not be going to this branch of Mcdonalds ever again it was in one word disgusting

Delivery time changed constant we were waiting over an hour

delivery time ended up being over an hour of me tracking the driver , food arrived stone cold. one of the drinks was spilt so only half a cup and it looked like the teletubbies had been jumping on it it was all squashed never again

Not happy. No chicken nuggets in our chicken nugget meal, Chicken nugget meal may I reiterate. To add insult to injury… no extra patty in my mc plant, if I want the savoury goodness of two patties like my fellow carnivore chums then that’s what I will pay extra for.. When we tried to get in touch with the supplier, we were not connected and had overall left us feeling neglected and ignored but most importantly… chicken nugget-less… not good >:(

Missing some of order and half the sauces wrong

Had to wait 30 mins for a wrap... I'd get it faster in an actual restaurant than in there. This ended up taking my entire work brake and I couldn't even eat the wrap as I had to rush back to work

Look up! Yes, I meaning looking UP to appreciate its lovely, historic ceiling. This is a listed building, and the architectural features are worth spending time to look at. By saying it is just another McDonald's branch, it is just five minutes' walk away from another one, but the special beauty of the restaurant and the slightly lower prices of most food items would totally be its own attractions. If you just want something from a McDonald's, when you are not in a hurry, why don't you spend a few minutes to walk to this particularly Branch to save yourself a few pennies and to immerse yourself in this listed historic building to feed your eyes and mind as well, when feeding your stomach?

Great servers and clean, don't normally eat at McDonald's so was a pleasant experience
