I asked for cheaseburger with just cheese and meat and got normal

All drinks ordered had spilt during delivery mozzarella dippers and nuggets was not received. No extra cheese was added in the mcchicken sandwich. And the cucumbers was not removed from the sweet chilli wrap. The food that had arrived was also very cold. Overall I am absolutely disappointed by the quality of my order and I would appreciate if a full refund for the order was given as it was absolutely appalling

Probably the best McDonald's I've had in years. Usually you're lucky if you get hot and fresh fries or burger, my entire meal was hot, fresh and delicious! The staff aren't bending over backwards to accommodate anyone but they certainly know what they're doing. Didn't have to wait too long either

This had to be one of the worst McDonald's for cleanliness. As soon as you walked close to the stairs leading down to extra seating and the toilets, the smell of urine was ridiculous. My partner went to the ladies toilet and walked straight out, said none of the traps were clean and all disgusting. She spoke to the manager who asked someone to sort them out. Meanwhile she was asked to use the disabled toilet of which she said was also not clean but better than the main ones In respect of the food, the muffins on the sausage and egg breakfast meals were rock hard. It was like biting on a piece of rock from the seaside. We didn't raise a complaint as we just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. Which meant I had to endure the toilets before leaving. The men's looked lije had just been cleaned but there was still a strong smell of urine which may have been coming from the ladies. Shame standards slipping in McDonald's. Seems to be happening all over since some idiot changed them from fast food with the food ready in the shoots.

Even though it’s only a Mc Donald’s, the service was great. The security guard was extremely accommodating as well, as we’d been out for a few drinks and needed the toilet. He told us where they were and was so polite and friendly and said bye when we left. The food was lovely as well. Cooked fresh and tasted great!

Best of local McDonald’s However it would appear a large number of people come in off the street only to use the toilets, maybe this is why they are not perfectly clean all the time Posters should be displayed notifying people that toilets are for customer use only

Ordered sauce that never arrived

Food was very cold. Fries looked and tasted like they had been cooked and reheated a few times. Didn't accept the large coke as it was spilt and literally gushing out of the brown bag which was a out burst open!

if i could give 0 stars o would. the deliver time kept being push back, then brought forward and brought back again. I think it was over an hour for a deliver. when the food arrived, the juice had leaked. there was no sauces that were ordered and the food was just awful. It was as though the food had been just sitting under a heat lamp. the chips tasted like they had been reheated and were awful and crumbly. the burger buns were dry. basically the order were just went into the bin. over £25!

Ordered at 3:40am and our order was accepted, then our order said preparing for a while, at 5.30am we contacted Deliveroo that our order has not arrived, it is now 5.56am and Deliveroo has cancelled our order saying the driver reported the store closed, but they accepted our order previously? :(

I called asking if it was furry accessible and i asked incredibly politely and she just completely hung the phone up on me!! As im a furry (grr/bark) i find this highly offensive and all i wanted to know is weather it is accessible for a furry like me to crawl and express my true self! Extremely disappointed

Took 2 hours for the food to be delivered at which point at 1.30am, I’d gone to bed due to having work the next day. No contact from just eat or the restaurant to inform me of a 2 hour delay. It was one simple order. Then have the audacity to charge me for the order saying it’s been delivered when I never got it, embarrassing service. Won’t be using just eat ever again.

A bit crowded,in the center of the town,I think more staff needed for keep up with the speed and a bit more training as well. I costumised my burgers as always,but recieved the standard version anyways,and waited way too much for service.

had my first double sausage and egg mcmuffin today never had anything from the breakfast menu before so i didnt know what size things were - good job i didnt order 2 - i was stuffed for hours afterwards although i appreciated the herbiness of the sausages the neanderthal part of my brain thought a good dollop of brown sauce might help ill be back

Young lady on the till got my order wrong not once but twice. Food wasn't overly warm and there were 3 or 4 staff stood doing nothing whilst the restaurant wasn't clean.

Already had to cancel one order due to the fact that one of your drivers collected our order from McDonald’s but had not has not said he has collected our food on the app so i had to call the store for them to tell me this so me to cancel the order and re order again

Probably the nicest of the 4 mcdonald's in town. Unfortunately they don't do table service and only a few seats on the ground floor. Seating available downstairs. Staff are friendly. Food is like every other mcdonald's

Ordered from JustEat. All burgers arrived stone cold. Complained to justeat and they refused to compensate. They've also deactivated my account and removed all orders on my profile. I will take this further because its unacceptable and they have literally robbed me.

3rd time again having breakfast wrap with no bacon!!!! Not that it isn't available or any other items forgotten. Just won't be put on the wrap by server. I've rung and got told it's a skinner piece like no there is nothing I've opened it. I call in on way to work, I don't have time to running back. Sort it out McDonald's. Two fillet o fish burgers - both fish burnt to the point where they were nearly crispy , thin and soaked in oil . Even the dog wouldn’t eat it so it ended up in the bin . Food waste should not be served to customers . Appalling experience

The following morning, October 14th, he was once again faced with a confrontation, and he responded with the same level of composure and respect. His ability to manage these situations calmly shows a strong commitment to public safety. The security presence at this McDonald’s location is reassuring, and it’s clear that the guard is dedicated to his role. Very disappointed that I got no tomato sauces when I ordered 9 nuggets, I purposely added another tomato sauce on so I got 3 but received 0, 0 salt and 0 napkins. I ordered my order to a hotel so I’m not home to have my own sauces to have with my chicken nuggies, very annoyed and disappointed especially as it’s on the receipt that there were supposed to be 3 with the order.

This gentleman treated me with great respect and care, which was a stark contrast to my earlier experience that night where I was unfairly removed from a club by their security. The way your security handled the situation made me feel welcomed and safe, even at such a late hour. Status changed to Delivered, No call, no notification no contact attempt or attempt to leave at the front desk. I went down, nobody there. Taken my money but not delivered. This is beyond a Joke. These delivery riders are ripping customers off. I want a full refund and I'll be deleting this app. Zero stars no option for never delivered!!

Got the wrong food, received somebody elses order

Food is fine, I usually stop in for coffee. For the past 3 months there's been a massive downturn in service levels that seems to be systemic. Today's story is one of about 70% of usual days there: I went to the counter as there was a queue for the machines and none at the counter. I was greeted by a glare. No "hi", so I instigated the hello, deadpan, she looks at me and say hi. No "what can I get you today?" and after a few seconds I place my order for coffee. "£2.60" or whatever it cost, no "please", no " would you like any food with that sir?", nothing! I pay by card and she turned away without thanking me. I raise my voice to highlight my "Thanks!" and got scowled at. McDonald's has lost the service levels and that's why you're being forced into using machines nobody asked for and nobody wanted. Fewer interactions they can get wrong. I would have dealt with this by simply emailing the branch manager to highlight my concerns, but for some reason, that's not published, so I'll leave a review instead. McDonald's, this is really bad. Forced into re-reviewing due to inoperable POS terminals making you go through the process of creating and ordering (the very point that a sevice industry makes you do this is beyond comprehension) before kicking you out at the payment screen due to an error and telling you to pay at the counter (which I would have done anyway if it wasn't for your idiotic necessary to order by the POs). I cancelled my order and walked out, nit the first, or likely the last time I'll do that. McDonald's, you've been downgraded to 1 star and that's not even slightly as low as what you deserve.

My drinks spilled everywhere and my foods are soaked

It was honestly horrible and I have never been more angry or disappointed before. The driver delivered my food but had split my fanta all over both of the bags and everything inside got soaked.

Both times I have ordered from here have been wrong. First I received someone else's breakfast. Today instead of the 35 pound of food we ordered we got a bag of sauces.

The plant burger was try and the cheese looked like it had be left out for hours. Was hard and not edible.
