Greggs in Manchester

A friend of mine went to Greg's sat 17th in the morning and brought bacon and sausage on a bam and a hot chocolate he was charged and a sausage roll charged £5:49 instead of £4:45

Big queue but it went down quick food nice staff attentive sausage so an bacon barm an orange juice bought did look at the doughnuts they are to die for this Greg in a good spot right in Victoria Station nr the trams an metrolink clean shop

Food was okay and it was busy but my server 'Melissa' was so lovely and welcoming, think she deserves recognition for serving a drunkard like me at half 12 in the morning and doing it with a smile

Perfection. Sausage baguette and coffee. What's not to like. Ideal breakfast.

I placed an order and walked away without my coffee. I got to the ticket gate at Victoria train station and the girl who served me came running behind with my coffee despite me being at fault. Thank you

Ask for sauce, you won’t get it. Ask for milk, no chance. You only find out by the time you get on your train. Greggs, do better.

Convenient location but was busy, Staff were slow and didn’t have much in.

Just been this morning for a breakfast,I completely mistake the order because of my mispronunciation but the server was absolutely polite even in a rush time,I really appreciate that,great service.

Bacon & Cheese wraps (turnovers) are ALWAYS totally cold and they refuse to warm them up when you ask them. How hard is it to rewarm cold pastry’s. And why are the turnovers always cold when everything else is warm. Disappointing every time. Went to make another negative review but can see already made one. Clearly states online your meant to open at 05:00 and at 06:45 your still not open. Knock on the door and young extremely rude girl with a pony tail swears at me and told me to F off to somewhere else despite me been very polite. Literally shocked and will never ever ever go to Greggs ever again. I really hope the place gets shut down!

Walk past here regularly off the train on my way to work and hop in for a bacon bap or sausage roll and tea. Been coming to Greggs for years and it’s always the same. Can’t beat the price either. Chatty servers and sometimes get a bargain doughnut on the way home.

Good quality food and drinks to go,this particular greggs is situated inside the Victoria Station complex so is a little more expensive than other greggs so if you have time go to one of the other greggs in Manchester (there are about 5 or 6 others dotted around the town centre)

Apart from waiting good 20+ minutes for vegan sausages, it's all good food and nice staff there.

They've had long wait on bacon this morning and their contactless was not working. Yet, they didn't not announce that and kept me waiting for like 10 minutes. How good is that?

Good lunch and other things to have options when needed and always fresh and restocked regularly during operation. Always like their availability of lunch things here.

Does not open on time, when questioning the staff got told it is what it is. I always come on the way to work.. its supposed to open at 5.30 I've arrived at 5.50. The staff who was in today especially the young Lad needs a lesson in customer service

Tiny shop, double the prices of other Greggs outlets simply because it's inside a rail station. Hardly any room for the long queue to be expected at any time. Hardly any stock.

Good opening times however it’s more pricey than other Greggs, queues are always massive with only one person on, and they never have omelette for rolls in the morning!

Lovely service!! Served by a nice young girl with glasses called Lois, very helpful and quick!! Definitely coming back again 😊👍

It's Greggs - it's cheap and tastes good; can't see what people complain about. Plus, it shuts late when there's a show on at the Arena.

Very busy shop at times, not enough staff to cope with demand, an the staff they do have are to slow, too busy talking or making hot drinks which slows everything down. Some people only get 30 mins for the break.

Of course it was busy as there was morning traffic for a bacon butty, but the gentleman who was serving was very swift with taking orders. When he served me he had nothing but a positive attitude and (even though he was wearing a mask) I could see he had a big smile on his face! Brightened up my Friday morning, I'm not sure of his name as I couldn't see his tag but wanted to give him a shout out! Thank you for putting a smile on (definitely not a morning persons) face 💪

I ordered a sausage barm and sausage baguette quite clearly. The middle aged woman serving me was too busy flirting with a 20 year old customer beside me to listen to my order and got the whole thing wrong. Unprofessional and embarrassing for her. Get someone your own age

Top team, speedy service and all the staff very friendly

I decided to treat myself to a Gregg's for lunch and ordered 4 vegan sausage rolls, when I got home I found that they were pork sausage rolls. When ordering my food I stated three times that i wanted vegan sausage rolls as the person serving me did not hear the first time. I also asked to confirm they were the correct order when paying. Wasted my money as I cannot eat pork sausages. I am vegan and a Muslim so this was not an acceptable experience at all. Should have checked before I left but i was rushing to catch my train and trusted that my order would be correct after having to reiterate my order 3 times. Wont be coming here again.

They were unaware they did free water refills. Had to explain their own company policy to them via a sticker attached to their glass door.

Staff were more interested in talking to each other than helping customers.

Friendly staff, usual Gregg's food... coffee and bacon baguette breakfast deals.

1 pound for a small bottle or water sounds very much of a ripoff especially these days. It's time for Gregg's to install some external tap so people can refill their own bottles instead of buying a new one. An attitude needed especially before travelling.

Winner winner chicken dinner all the time

Situated in the heart of Manchester Victoria station it is a welcome addition when you get off the train if your feeling peckish and even better if you work upstairs like I do. Small in size but usually is stocked well and has everything you get in other Gregg's, however with being in the train station prices are extortionate compare to the other Gregg's just a 5 minute walk up the road.

Greggs!!!!!! Never disappoint me!!!! The food is great!!!!. The sandwiches a bit pricey!!!!!!. Apart from that it's ok!!!!😎

Pequena loja tipo um quiosque para um cafe ou um lanche rápido. Muito usado para quem vai pegar o trem e quer sair com seu café na mão. Nada demais, bom para o que se propõe.

Hace alrededor de una semana estaba viajando a Londres desde Edimburgo y debido a retrasos (como de costumbre, ja, ja) terminé en un área de Manchester y sus alrededores durante un par de horas y durante el almuerzo engañé para ir a la estación de Victoria en greggs. Al principio, pensé que era un error horrible, ya que estaba abarrotado y extremadamente ocupado, además de que parecía falto de personal. Sin embargo, fui atendido por un par de niños pequeños llamados, creo, Cindy y Kyle. Fueron brillantes y se disculparon, y me di cuenta de que estaban trabajando muy duro para tratar de brindar un buen servicio a pesar de la aparente falta de ayuda, y esta última se movía de un lado a otro para sacar las cosas de los hornos. Gran servicio amistoso y muy apreciado en un largo viaje, lo único que diré es una pequeña tienda y tal vez necesito más gente, pero lo que los empleados de Lovy eran Cindy y Kyle eran.

Unfortunately Caroline is not cut out to be serving at peak times or during a train station where people are keen to get their order and go. It took her the best part of 10 minutes to do a bacon and ketchup roll with a hot chocolate. At least 4 people in the queue after me recieved their order first, to the point were one of the other servers noticed how long I'd been waiting and had to check on her. When I went to eat my bacon roll it didn't even have the ketchup on. I don't like it without ketchup, so it was basically just a complete waste of my time. It was so bad that I would have gone back to complain and get a fresh one, had I not already passed through the ticket barrier.. Won't be bothering with this morning greggs anymore.
