Terrible service, I wanted to buy ice cream with a friend, my friend got a full glass of ice cream but they didn't even pour me half a glass of ice cream, I asked for a top-up but the employee refused, then I brought them a cup of ice cream from my friend which she started eating and there was still more and I went up to another girl again to which I received approval but that employee came up and refused me saying that I was being naughty to which I asked for a refund. The terrible service of the employees surprises me although the girl wanted to replace it but apparently the employee did not make sure that they put half as much on me.

What can I say a bit chaotic but remarkably it worked well. This is probably one of the few McDonalds we're you get hot food (speaks volumes in itself). Great service and very fast . 😀

Tidy spacious convenient location

Potentially the greatest McDonalds of all time. This is where we truly experienced what a chicken select is. Service was adequate for the time of night we went there. Food was always piping hot and delicious. I'll look back on this place fondly

Service absolutely shocking! The security guy was very very rude! You guys need to fire that man.

Rude staff. Had our nuggets and burger missing. They said they dropped our burger on the floor and did not think aboit making us a new one to put in the bag (actually said this) also when i didnt get the nuggets they said they had given them someone else and when i questioned why they then didnt put any in our bag they just said oh we didnt think !!!!! So if we didnt look we would of gone home with no nuggets and no burger !!!

Food is ok, standard fare. However, the place is cold, presumably to ensure people don’t stop long, but it means you’re wanting to eat the meal as fast as you can.

Pointless ordering on Deliveroo at this McDonalds - Every order will have something wrong with it or missing items. I can't ever remember a time I've actually got the sauce I've asked for. Whoever packs the Deliveroo orders needs to be put on floor cleaning duty or something - Totally dysfunctional. PUT THE SAUCE IN THE BAG. WHY IS IT SO HARD. Nugget share box, no sauce. I scatter my condiments across the order to try and make it idiot proof. Makes no difference and has been the same for years. Use the other McDonalds in Manchester if you want your order to be correct

Fast service good food clean toilets,will we will be back as soon as we can

Service is abysmal. Ordered a meal, machine not printing receipts but we got order number so thought all good. Questioned on our order number and staff aggressively grabbed meal from us. Absolutely apauling customer service , want to be ashamed of the way they treat paying customers. Would never be treated like this in our home town. Total shame on you.

Ordered via the self service points. The board said order was ready - but took a further 5 minutes to receive order. Food was delicious, so made up for the delay in receiving it. The restaurant temperature was cold though.

It was like walking into a crime scene here, drunks everywhere and it was barely 9pm. Fast service and I feel sorry for the staff working here. When I was walking out, the police came in, then struggled with a fat drunken guy. The entertainment was ok.

Usually go to this McDonald's after a night out. Can say it definitely has an atmosphere of sorts! Staff are really nice here and the food is served quick despite the amount of people at that time! Lol

It was nice food . Nice atmosphere . Nice staff . Very friendly also Akram was very friendly . My friend and I really enjoyed . I definitely recommend it.

Went with the kids. Nice place. Good food. Mcdonalds is kids' favourite, so food is never a worry.

Quite a dirty feeling and grimy McDonald's to be honest. Food came quickly although staff really cannot clearly call out numbers....was glad to have takeaway as would not really have wanted to dine. Food standard McDonald's fare.

TERRIBLE experience- not only did I pay an absolute fortune but the wait time just kept getting constantly pushed back and all in all we waited over 2 hours for our order- which in the end did not arrive! Fuming is an understatement- will never order from here again. Also the add, no way on contacting terrible communication absolutely not acceptable and I’m still awaiting a full refund.

Buying a movie ticket with a membership only costs 5 pounds, and the seats are quite spacious. At this price, it can be said to be a bargain.

2am, Sunday morning in a McDonalds central Manchester. That's the context. Absolute madness. Entertainment value 10/10. Food was of the higher end of McDonalds standards which was surprising given the chaos but I suppose people work better under pressure don't they say? Only gripe was that someone had a heavy hand with the McSpicy seasoning and I couldn't find the £5 meal deal option on the touch screen ordering system. Worthbit for the people watching alone

We ate breakfast and had a coffee while staying at the hotel across the road. Open all hours so it's handy and the things it serves are usually standard across all their outlets.

Quiet environment (it was a Thursday, 6pm). Place is neat and tidy.

We popped in for a late night meal before going home. We ordered our food, received it and went home. I can't argue with that.

Ordered in the app for table service, the chips were stone cold and the staff member saw no issue with it. Theres plenty of seating available. Self serve screens. Cleaning staff were good and happy to help everyone

Visiting the Palace Theatre Manchester situated across the Rd 2mins walk. Always extremely busy here, but you don't have to wait for long before you get your meal & good service.

Rarely write a review but shocked at this McDonalds infested with tiny flies.. not just a few,.. walls are covered in them. We ended up leaving with wife not wanting to eat the food as the kitchen presumably has the same infestation. This needs sorting urgently

The order was not delivered at all? He went to the wrong location and we spent over half an hour trying to find him whilst calling him and he hung up on us multiple times. We have still not received our order or a refund.

The staff was friendly. Excellent service and clean condition. Light and colourful. Overall, a nice layout. Nice environment. This was a large place. Busy but well-organised restaurant with the finest fries I've ever had from McDonald's - crisp, flavourful, piping hot, and sprinkled with just the proper amount of salt. Lovely breakfast as well. One of the best McDonald's I've visited. Order arrived quickly. Excellent value for money. Food was affordable. Good location. 100% recommend.

It was not delivered to where I am

Get a security guard cause you have all the staff playing Paul Blart and they won’t be capable to act like him when something backfires

Such a disgrace. Didn’t receive my meal and the customer service did not answer the lines

My coffee was cold. NO forks to eat my pancake. Nor was the server interested in sourcing any. She was comfortable serving my meal and saying oh we have no forks..! The kids also had no forks to eat their pancakes, which were covered with syrup. You could only imagine the disaster. But at least the environment looked clean.

This store is chaotic I swear to god. The staffs are lost. Like literally lost. Speaking on mic & shouting on mic like slum dogs. We ordered McVeggie burger, large fries & Sweet chilly wrap. But instead get a chicken burger, medium fries & mayo wrap. Omg never going to this McD anymore.

There is a long queue to recieve orderd during lunch period and evening period. Best to order meals in advance.

The machines that you order on weren't giving out receipts so I was questioned like a criminal at the counter

They didn’t include my sweet chilli sauce with my 5 chicken selects so I couldn’t eat them

Food was good! Was very happy with the rider too. I ordered the food for my mother and young nephews and niece. I could not be there because I was at work, but the driver was happy to drop the order off with no fuss. Thank you very much. ^_^
