To slow service to many young drunk people to much noise

Ordered in the app for table service, the chips were stone cold and the staff member saw no issue with it. Theres plenty of seating available. Self serve screens. Cleaning staff were good and happy to help everyone

Visiting the Palace Theatre Manchester situated across the Rd 2mins walk. Always extremely busy here, but you don't have to wait for long before you get your meal & good service.

Not too bad, dirty to an extent

Food and place is good, but the weekend crowd is mad with intoxicated students falling all over the place !

McDonald's what more can you say - like that there are multiple ordering stations and usually get a seat but avoid on Saturday nights

Very untidy and the table tops weren't wiped down.

The number of flies that were circling around the table was very off-putting

Food came out quickly and right first time.

Rarely write a review but shocked at this McDonalds infested with tiny flies.. not just a few,.. walls are covered in them. We ended up leaving with wife not wanting to eat the food as the kitchen presumably has the same infestation. This needs sorting urgently

Infested with flies, informed staff member who advised that it was the 'season'.

The order was not delivered at all? He went to the wrong location and we spent over half an hour trying to find him whilst calling him and he hung up on us multiple times. We have still not received our order or a refund.

A some times eat in or take out depending on what time of day it is .

Absolutely ridiculous there were flies everywhere, chicken was dry and the chips were stone cold

Some homeless people, but it was okey dokey minus they packed it as an it out instead of it in but oh well it's just McDonald's

The staff was friendly. Excellent service and clean condition. Light and colourful. Overall, a nice layout. Nice environment. This was a large place. Busy but well-organised restaurant with the finest fries I've ever had from McDonald's - crisp, flavourful, piping hot, and sprinkled with just the proper amount of salt. Lovely breakfast as well. One of the best McDonald's I've visited. Order arrived quickly. Excellent value for money. Food was affordable. Good location. 100% recommend.

It was not delivered to where I am

Get a security guard cause you have all the staff playing Paul Blart and they won’t be capable to act like him when something backfires

City centre outlet, gets busy and noisy at night

My coffee was cold. NO forks to eat my pancake. Nor was the server interested in sourcing any. She was comfortable serving my meal and saying oh we have no forks..! The kids also had no forks to eat their pancakes, which were covered with syrup. You could only imagine the disaster. But at least the environment looked clean.

This store is chaotic I swear to god. The staffs are lost. Like literally lost. Speaking on mic & shouting on mic like slum dogs. We ordered McVeggie burger, large fries & Sweet chilly wrap. But instead get a chicken burger, medium fries & mayo wrap. Omg never going to this McD anymore.

There is a long queue to recieve orderd during lunch period and evening period. Best to order meals in advance.

The machines that you order on weren't giving out receipts so I was questioned like a criminal at the counter

They didn’t include my sweet chilli sauce with my 5 chicken selects so I couldn’t eat them

Food was good! Was very happy with the rider too. I ordered the food for my mother and young nephews and niece. I could not be there because I was at work, but the driver was happy to drop the order off with no fuss. Thank you very much. ^_^

Overall a good experience except for a rude employee who decided that it was acceptable to huff and puff when somebody had misheard their order. She threw her arms up in a ridiculous manner, rolled her eyes and proceeded to shove the food infront of the paying customer.

Very very busy place so be prepared for a wait the staff were rude acted like everything was an effort and the lad handing the food out shouted once and then just left the food sat on the side the was a big line of them after a while and he never shouted again the place was that busy nobody heard the food was nice tho

Emma EU manager only as its a common name. It's dead an requested a buyer with extra onion. Emma abusive and won't server as its ther no option on till. Dum manager with no customer service skills and argumentive. Not going back again avoid this place.

OMG when you haven't had Maccys for A year and you receive Hot nicely prepared food ..well worth it ..Better than Gapton Park Gorleston Norfolk

The most insane experience. A busy night after the Euroleague games and a woman just kept shouting numbers of order but no one could get to the front. Very stressed workers ofc that didn't know what to do with the amount of orders flooding in. And what seemed to be the teamleader was just shouting random order-numbers without helping her collegues. Many customers had to leave without food even though they paid. And my burger was inside out...

In the centre of town so usually busy especially after a night out but still good

Horrible handling of lots of customers. Their leader just shouted out numbers constantly and the other workers tried desperately to find the right customer. I mean I realise it is chaos when there are a lot of people ordering but come on!!! (Also forgot my sauce! And my girlfriends burger was inside out lol)

Absolutely terrible McDonald’s. Incompetent staff that fill boxes with the complete wrong food. No customer service skills and not a brain cell between anyone in there.

Came for the fries and my lawd, they were great, pippin hot, coated with the right amount of salt. I’m tempted to order an actual meal next time.

Light and bright with views of Oxford and Portland streets. The APP is brilliant. Ordered on the phone and had my order delivered to my table in short time. Well run enterprise.

Visited this location twice in two days whilst visiting Manchester. The food & service is typical of any popular fast food outlet tbh. But I enjoyed it, and that's all that matters

Order was completely cold through, half the items were missing and it delivery was over an hour later than what was initially expected

If I could rate this -1 stars I would. Last night I ordered through just eat, it came nearly 2 hours late, stone cold and many items were missing, including my sauces. The burgers themselves were not only cold but contained no pickles and was flatter than a crepe. I felt enraged when after all this mayhem there was no raspberry pie either as they had forgot to put it in. Furthermore, somehow amongst all this freezing food the icecream had managed to heat up and melt. Maybe it’s better when you go in person 🤷‍♀️

Sunday night following a gig at the new arena so a little busy. Two auto machines out, so ordered from the table but table service was off too. Waited nearly 15 mins for food and when it came the burgers were in the bag sideways so in a right mess when opened, chips upside down so they were all just at the bottom of the bag and cold. 1/4 pounder was the greasiest food ever had at a McD. Just a poor excuse of service and food but they won’t care because there’ll be more new customers tomorrow who’ll get the same.

I’m thoroughly disappointed by the service and food i received tonight. The burgers were a total mess and just carelessly thrown together - if it was busy I’d understand but there was very few orders going. The receipt didn’t print and upon request for our missing items we were dismissed as “we had no proof” we missed a Big Mac, fries my fruitshoot and the added on items to our burgers. If it was possible I’d give 0 stars however that wouldn’t justify the sheer disappointment of the service.

Didn’t get anything of what I ordered. Got 2 cheeseburgers for £16 and the wrong drink the driver went to the wrong place. Cheeseburgers were cold. Won’t be refunded. Disgrace

I usually avoid McDonalds but decided to try the Deluxe Burger as it looked good on the advert. Very disappointed with the burger, a pile of mess in a bun served nearly cold. The restaurant itself had loads of teenagers hanging about and the girl who served my order was rude with no personality. Will be on my avoid list again.
