McDonald's in Manchester

So annoyed that google maps always says it’s open till 4:45 have driven there and it’s always shut. Update the times and the food is horrible.

You will probably say it wasn't late but originally you said it would be delivered by 8:20 and then the delivery time shot up to by gone 9. it eventually arrived at 8:50ish. I only ordered as I wanted it to be before 8:30. when it came it was lukewarm at best and I had to reheat. Disappointing for the cost. I never learn!

Food was cold chicken burger was all over the bag no straws again

Food came 35 mins late and very cold

ordered 6 chicken nuggets and only got 4.

The food was cold when it got here I had to ring the driver 3/4 times because he went to the wrong hotel he told me that he would be 2 minutes and he was around 15 minutes so when the food came it was stone cold

I had the food and my belly started to hurt and then I got diyarya

Absolutely satisfied, I definitely recommend visiting if you are in Manchester

fries were cold and soggy. double cheeseburger looked like it had been sat on.

Fries were cold as per, but otherwise all present and correct.

Food was cold. Fries were horrible. Double Cheese Burger was a squashed mess. Big Mac tasted very salty. Very disappointed over all.

Coke was spilled and there wasn’t any left so I got no drink

I ordered a cheese burger with a kids happy meal and all that has come is cheese.

Drink had leaked and the whole cup had gone all over food

We had to walk to the end of the road as the driver would not come to us we are NHS workers and discussed by this by the time we got our food it was cold and the milkshakes liquid

we asked for bbq sauce with the 20 chicken nuggets and it seems like we don’t have the sauces which isn’t very good since we don’t like our food without the sauce

Utter morons working here. Always getting the wrong food, mozzarella sticks instead of selects, missing items, wrong drinks.. Not the first time this has happened, you literally have one job to put food in a bag.

We won't be ordering from here again. The burger buns were burnt, hard & dark brown. There wasn't any sauce on the big macs either. The fries also burnt & hard. A waste of money & disappointing all round.

usually not bad, but we have had chips missing. And this evening we had no drinks delivered with our food. Ridiculous.

We were missing one of the bbq ranch stack burgers and one of the drinks had tipped over in the bag and had leaked everywhere. The delivery guy gave us the drinks bag and it was dripping everywhere. McDonald's miss things on orders regularly

Food was delivered quickly and was correct and hot. Also got free chicken nuggets from McDonald’s which was a bonus.

My food was definitely not delivered. I've been waiting over 2 hours. I have been charged without receiving any food order. How can you deliver the food when I haven't gave any delivery code as it never arrived.

Entonces decía que no había un pedido disponible, así que estoy confundido con si estoy recibiendo mi comida o no y si me han cobrado por ello.

In google maps this branch is supposed to be open until early morning but it closes around 12 and if you are in you can order but you have to take your food out. also they turn off the lights in front of the building after 12 and there is a step outside that me and another person missed. assuming this can potentially be dangerous.

Drinks not pushed into the holder correctly so when the delivery guy pulled the bag out the drinks had tipped all over! Whoch left is no drinks and wet chips n soggy burger!! Wasnt the drivers fault,you dint oush them in fully.

The sausage patty had a bite taken out of it. Yes it was very clearly a bite. Package was not tampered with so I’m guessing it was while being made and before being packed.

No Maple syrup or spoons with porridge

Went to drive through approx 12am waiting about 10 min with no one coming to the mic. The screens then all switched off so I went to the window where the staff just looked at me and carried on working. Realised all the doors were locked and the shop had closed early without notice or any common decency of the staff to tell the customer on site waiting that they have closed early. Wasted trip and time. Show some professionalism and hire better managers.

We just used the drivethru. We are very disappointed as our fries were inedible. They were cold and hard. Our wraps wasn't fresh. We were unable to go back for a refund as we had little children and a baby at the back. Very disappointing. Total waste of money.

I waited for hours to receive my order. It never arrived. I was so disappointed, especially as this McDonald's chain is right around the corner. I even phoned the restaurant but they couldn't do anything about it. I then phoned just eat but got cut off twice. I went hungry that night.

Not one to complain about fallowfield McDonald's, But brought a double big mac and bacon for 7.09 and they sent us a Caesar wrap with bacon?? couldn't be bothered to call them how they got it wrong I don't know disappointed as I know the warps are not the same pricing and didn't want a warp should just refund what they haven't got for delivery or the difference 🤷 but all honesty their normally good don't have an issue with our orders.
