McDonald's in Manchester

the drink was split all over the bag. my food was all soggy and cold and couldn't eat it. so I would like a full refund.

Wrong food. This is the worst McDonalds in the country

The order was completely wrong.

Delivery driver was polite and got everything I ordered and IT DIDN'T NEED REHEATING!!!

driver was rude when I showed him the drink had leaked over food, told him to take it back and replace it, he drove off, threw the bag in the bin. what a waste of money and time.

Never packed the fries, straws or sauces!

I found grease paper in one of my sausage and egg barms

Driver nearly cycled off with my order even though i hadnt got a notification that it had arrived and the drink had spilt all over the bag

It’s was bad all cold and everything was dry and horrible

got the totally wrong order, told the driver n he just ignored it and said complain on the app. if he had looked in his car he would see its a different order number

I keep asking without pickles and this McDonald's insists in outting them even though the label on the food states No Pickles.

My food has not been delivered

The delivery driver arrived, in which he asked for a 4 digit code. I went to retrieved it seeing my mobile was left upstairs and after I came down I realised the coffee was out of its package. Upon reviewing the cctv footage, I saw the driver ripped the bag with his teeth, took cup of coffee out of the bag then stooped out of the view of the camera then then nervously glancing around with the coffee cup in his hand. I decided I wouldn’t drink the coffee as this behaviour was highly suspicious.

sausage missing from pancakes as well as butter and syrup, 1 drink was wrong as well - coffee missing 🙁

Use gave me cold food. I ordered toasted jam muffin and use not even give me that. I ordered 3 mc egg muffin and it was all cold!

i HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR MY ORDER THE COURIER RANG SAID COULDNT FIND THE ADDRESS AND ALTHOUGH I GAVE DETAILED DIRECTIONS ALL HE COULD SAY WAS I DONT SPEAK ENGLISH AND THENTO ADD INSULT TO INJURY IT IS SAYING DELIVERED BUT I STILL HAVE NO FOOD

Delivery driver split my drink and destroyed bag and items missing

The fries were cold and tasted of cardboard and old oil. Please refund the £5.18 for the fries that I didn't eat because they were disgusting.

didn't change the progress in the app to preparing or out for delivery, chips were beyond under cooked cold and ixey white, nuggets we undercooked also. understand busy but it's either missing items undercooked or missing straws or items. can someone check the order before release?

Order came 1 hour after placing 45 min after it first said it would be and it was freezing cold, when I clicked where’s my order it said that a driver had been assigned, so my food was sat going cold for at least 30 mins before being delivered. I think your policy’s need looking at to stop this from happening, what a total waste of time and money

They sent out chicken nugget meal and mozzarella sticks but forgot to add the sauces. Making the meal nigh on impossible to eat. I’d avoid ordering here!

Got the order correct this time and all sauces were there as well. Had to reheat the burgers and fries but the nuggets were still hot. Delivery driver was polite and asked for my order number (1st time in a long time).

Large coca-cola leaked all over the place and order was completely missing the sweet chili wrap :(

my coke came in the bag not even a quarter full, it’s spilled all over my new carpet once i come in with it.

the chips were freezing cold, so was the burger also there was no bacon on the bacon big mac.

ordered happy meal for kids and they didn't put the burger in the happy meal. absolut joke

I not happy my order didn’t turn up I left instructions to ring me as my door bell doesn’t work and I never received anything I rang McDonald and said my order was definitely picked up by just eat

The three wraps were tasty enough but were lukewarm by the time they arrived. This is typical with McDonald’s !

Everything was in the bag and hot too, I got chicken nuggets and of course didn’t put the bbq sauce in!! Luckily I still have some from last time!

Food was delivered cold. Drink was spilt all over rest of order and paper delivery bag collapsed on arrival sending drink to the floor. Food was freezing cold.

Wasn't expecting the food to be piping hot but it was all stone cold. Chicken burger was basically cardboard at that point.

I was given the incorrect order. The delivery driver left it at the door step and ran away. he was in his car driving away when I answered the door, I didn't get chance to check the order before he'd gone.. the food I received was a completely different McDonald's order.

Wrong order delivered. Delivery driver tried to make me take the wrong order - said no and want correct order I paid for. Lets see if the delivery driver takes my food back or throws it away (he also blamed the manager). Got 1 hour from now.

Pop in here most mornings for a drive through coffee. Alway served with a smile.

food was nice but not very hot and I only got half a latte due to the incompetent delivery man as it leaked all over my front step when he took it out the bag and fell through the bag he couldn't speak a word of English and gave me someone else's order which I had to tell him wasn't mine his answer in broken English phone McDonald's, complete joke !

hash brown were nit cooked properly they had hard potato on the inside and was soggy on the outside, I know you might 1 every now and then but to get all 6 is very disappointing 😞 considering how much you pay you should make sure the food is done properly

gave us the completely wrong order, £42 worth of food, gave us about 15 pounds worth. 2 mayo chickens, quater pounder & 2 vanilla milkshakes (actual order: 20x2 chicken nuggets, 3 medium chips, 2 happy meals, 2 large spicey burger meals, oasis & iced latte)

part of one the orders missing, half of the foods cold & only got half my drink from my order.

all my food was cold even my apple pie, the chips seem light they've sitting there for ages and chicken select was cold, normally it's because the driver having to deliver 5 to 6 orders but on this occasion the driver came straight here it only took 5 mins to get here so how can the food be so cold 🥶

not happy he did NOT read my note when i told him directly NOT to knock on my door not happy at all.

Had to change the store I usually order from. As kept getting my orders wrong. This store has improved alot 👍

Along time since we've had McDonald's, definately an eye opener!

I was served undercooked food and also food that had melted, when requesting a refund I was met with automated messages not acknowledging anything I'd said despite sending evidence of the undercooked food and was told that it is in line with their policies. The chat was also forcefully closed by the agent when I requested they acknowledge my points instead of sending automated messages. Terrible customer service I will no longer be using JustEat.

Waiting for just a black coffee for 30 minutes. The place was not crowded, even at that time. I was waiting at the counter and calling out, but nobody even bothered to listen. I'm never going to use McDonald's again.

I would give minus stars if I could- had my food ordered on just eat only for the driver to steal it (said it was delivered while on the map they were still at maccies) then when I tried to call up and explain and ask for help McDonald’s put me on hold and after almost 10 minutes hung up on me!! I can understand being busy but that’s just downright rude!!

I don't understand why the food is cold if you didn't send drivers with multiple order so there driving 20 mins to 30 mins away from where you live which 8 mins away from mcdonald's the food wouldn't be cold it's ridiculous especially when you spent so much money on your order

didn't actually deliver to my front door, they delivered to my back door and due to the confusion my food was cold when I got it

Placed an order on Uber eats and it was by far the worst food I’ve ever experienced from a McDonald’s. Food arrived STONE cold baring in mind I live 5 mins away… the fries were stale and cold and the burger tasted like CAR TYRES!! And even the mozzarella bites made me want to heave! This stores quality checks really need some work because the food I received isn’t even fit for an animal! And also ALWAYS forgetting the dips that cost 80p a pot! SORT IT OUT !

Missing fries from happy meal order. But worst that that 2 packets of cucumber sticks soggy and out of date. Date stamped 07 JUL todays date is 08 JULY.. and these are part of a child’s happy meal order.. DISGUSTING AND ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE
