McDonald's in Manchester

Ordered at 17:10 the shop is less than 5 minutes from my home, I have photo proof the driver went the wrong way and then took more than double the time it takes to get from there in the heaviest of traffic

cold food, paper bag not in thermic bag for the driver

Say it is open until 4 online but closed by 1330

Food was cold when arrived and looked like it had been dropped, the coffee was all over the bag and items were missing

A plastic melted thing in chips

time kept changing then when got here he was so late a woman can give birth faster then when I have code he took more than 5 minutes to get food from bike to my hands and blamed everyone else but himself then No straw to drink milkshake with I demand part refund.

He did not turn up ….. and the code wasn’t asked for as he put it as delivered and we haven’t received any food

Absolutely shocking stone cold food refund was just over £8 for nearly £40 order and just silly automated replies waste of money

I got confirmation that the order was accepted at 19.06 and the food only arrived at 20.30 after the original order time was around 25 minutes, to make matters worse it kept flipping between order being prepared and then various times of delivery so I could not plan or tell my kids when their food would come!

just got delivery and my child doesn't have their shamrock milkshake no drink what so ever I paid for it

The burgers and wrap were tasty but, as usual, McDonald’s food is never hot !

Audrey with the Irish accent was amazing and beyond helpful, she helped me with the minecraft meal and sauces. She was so kind and made my day - she deserves a raise xx

The fries were not cooked, one of the fries was medium and not large as requested & I did not receive any dips

my order was left outside had no idea it was their I could smell it completely stolen

Double cheese burgers were great with quick delivery, thanks. Chips were abit cold & limp and also disappointed to receive awful sweet curry sauce dip, instead of tomato ketchup so not sure what the 11% service fee is about then?!

I ordered one vegan meal from just eat & they gave me only 1 drink (no burger no fries )which is also different. They charge me 13 pound. Really dis’s appointment from this store Pathetic service never visit again

Everything in the order was correct. Hash browns are nice and crunchy, delivery driver was also nice

Whoever prepares the food doesn’t appear to have eyes. They drown the burgers in sauce and they come in build it yourself form. Always missing ingredients from items e.g mustard on all burgers? Complete incompetant chefs/cooks

To be honest, McDonald's is not clean. some have mice & some workers go to the toilet then they make your food without washing their hands. and the way they treat their workers inside... I would go to a local restaurant instead. I have friends working in different McDonalds.

Poorly prepared food and dirty dining area

One of the better restaurants in the area. Some of the students look at you like your dr. Death but then again communication is not exactly their thing. Nice staff

Food was like warm no straw for the drink and half the drink was missing as it had leaked all over the bag

food was okay but our drinks were horrible, my drink was tipped over and the bottom of the bag was filled with coke.

delivery guy ruined the whole order he dropped all 3 drinks all over the food and all over my garden

delivery time was good but packaging was horrible, my drink was sideways and my chips were upside down. Whoever couldn’t be arsed to package it nice quit your job.

Put wrong email in and doesn’t let us change it

Appalling quality, chips were tasted old and cold. They forgot a cheese slice on my Big Mac and its was a double cheese burger bun instead of a Big Mac bun. 40 odd quid I was charged very bad quality.

Food was soggy due to the driver spilling the drinks everywhere so O had no food or drinks, driver was rude saying he wouldnt go back to the restaurant with the spillage in his bag and didnt offer to replace what was damaged

Food was lovely as expected. Not happy about the delivery driver. Called my phone and asked that I come outside to the gate. Which I did, but I am disabled. When I order a take away to be delivered I expect it to be delivered to the front door, like anybody else would. I don’t expect to have to go outside at nearly 11pm to collect my food. I have never been expected to do this before and was extremely disappointed.

This food is freezing cold I live about 10-15 minutes away and it took way over an hour. To say I’m annoyed is an understatement, driver wasn’t even coming from the restaurant on the maps and had no explanation as to why it took him so long.

Nugget’s and toy missing in the happy meal ( not so happy )and they refunded me 0.99 £ ( not compensate me ) that’s a joke bad service . at least you didn’t need to explain to the child why it’s not getting nuggets and a toy great service you can be proud well done 👏👏👏

So annoyed that google maps always says it’s open till 4:45 have driven there and it’s always shut. Update the times and the food is horrible.

You will probably say it wasn't late but originally you said it would be delivered by 8:20 and then the delivery time shot up to by gone 9. it eventually arrived at 8:50ish. I only ordered as I wanted it to be before 8:30. when it came it was lukewarm at best and I had to reheat. Disappointing for the cost. I never learn!

Este McDonalds en FALLOWFIELD es basura. Mi mamá pidió a McDonald’s (UBER come) y yo he pedido 1 helado Oreo, 1 Sprite mediano, salsa barbacoa (dos de ellos), 3 papas fritas (2 medianas y una pequeña) y dos filetes de pescado. ¿Pero adivina qué? Me dieron tres papas fritas (2 medianas y una pequeña) Gracias a Dios pero faltaban 4 artículos. No puedo creer eso, McDonald’s legit le dio salsa Tart a mi hamburguesa de flota de pescado mientras que mi mamá nunca pidió salsa Tart... ¡El Servicio al Cliente no pudo hacer nada que fuera una lástima para mí y mi mamá! Odio este McDonald’s en FALLOWFIELD, si fuera tú no recomendaría ir aquí. ¡Sus trabajadores son estafadores! Y se flexionan. Por favor, te ruego que no ordenes / vengas aquí! Gracias.
