Received the order in a timely manner and the delivery guy was friendly and professional 😃

They close it at 12 pm so the hours shown on Google are incorrect

Food was hot and early/ Also got all sauces, tissues and straw. Order just before 7pm, always avoid 5-6.30pm.

We have ordered online a couple of times on Uber, only to always be disappointed. ALWAYS missing items! Don’t know why I expected any different. Consistently the worst service ever. Tried calling them, no one picked up.......“big surprise.” Also it doesn’t help that the helpline only directs us to the driver… what are they going to do exactly about our missing items?

Drink spilled to the point of being less then ¼ full, and everything else was covered. Deliverer also didn't leave food at door, even though he was given the code, despite the fact I couldn't come to the door at the time.

I ordered £28 worth of food and got a bag with 2 drinks and a McFlurry which had spilt all over the bag and NO FOOD!

Delivery driver brought tge wrong order. Went away to go get it and came back 10 minutes later with another wrong order but he already left! I had to drive to the store and order again. Complaint made to staff to! Shocking service.

They are currently using the Minecraft promotion to clear out their stash of old boxes and toys from previous promotions, which is super unfair. Yesterday I ordered a Minecraft Happy Meal, and I received a box from one promotion and a toy from another...It's understandable that during some promotions, toys run out faster, but it would be correct to put "unavailable" and let people decide for themselves whether they want to order, and not to mislead people. From Just eat, told me that the toy is free - Understand - you take what they give you and shut your mouth :)Speaking of free, I haven't received any of the free stuff you get when you order over a certain amount. They greet you, let you choose a free item, and then nothing..for example, that donut they gave out for McDonald's birthday, it just remained a mirage for us haha This isn't their first time, by the way, before Christmas, after they had been promoting the Grinch menu for a week, the toys were on display in the restaurant, there were also advertisements outside, but we received another box with the Minions (apparently this promotion didn't go over well for them, haha). When I asked why, they replied that they didn't have any more toys, they literally lied to me, which was proven after I saw a child at one of the tables get a Grinch menu, which made me angry, but I didn't say anything, just because my child was with me. It is important to mention that I took the issue to McDonald's customer service, they compensated me, for which I thank them.

Post match matches. Can't go wrong really. Quick, hot, fresh. It is what it is! Staff are all friendly and helpful. Clean store and toilets. If you take children please keep them under control.

2 teas instead of 1 tea and 1 latte. No jam with my muffin. No sugar or milk as requested. Constantly getting the wrong things and it's not cheap. Dont mind spending the money if it's what I asked for!

We ordered 2 of the Minecraft happy meals, to be able to get 2 of the collectibles for our young kids but no collectibles were sent in the order at all. Also, all the food was cold and all we got as compensation from Just Eat was £5.96 for an order over £33.....shocking customer service from both McDonald's and Just Eat!

Ordered at 17:10 the shop is less than 5 minutes from my home, I have photo proof the driver went the wrong way and then took more than double the time it takes to get from there in the heaviest of traffic

I got confirmation that the order was accepted at 19.06 and the food only arrived at 20.30 after the original order time was around 25 minutes, to make matters worse it kept flipping between order being prepared and then various times of delivery so I could not plan or tell my kids when their food would come!

Whoever prepares the food doesn’t appear to have eyes. They drown the burgers in sauce and they come in build it yourself form. Always missing ingredients from items e.g mustard on all burgers? Complete incompetant chefs/cooks

To be honest, McDonald's is not clean. some have mice & some workers go to the toilet then they make your food without washing their hands. and the way they treat their workers inside... I would go to a local restaurant instead. I have friends working in different McDonalds.
