What do you expect from McDonald's,quick and efficient , driveway staff were swift too

Left loads stuff out they do it all the time why don’t they check the order before they send out

Everything arrived perfect, staff at shop didn’t put my sauces in tho!

food hasn't arrived but status say delivered

gave us the completely wrong order, £42 worth of food, gave us about 15 pounds worth. 2 mayo chickens, quater pounder & 2 vanilla milkshakes (actual order: 20x2 chicken nuggets, 3 medium chips, 2 happy meals, 2 large spicey burger meals, oasis & iced latte)

Never received the free 9 chicken nuggets with my squad burger deal

Beautiful plus calm place... good for spending time with your friends 😉

I didn't get my raspberry pie and haven't been refunded

part of one the orders missing, half of the foods cold & only got half my drink from my order.

all my food was cold even my apple pie, the chips seem light they've sitting there for ages and chicken select was cold, normally it's because the driver having to deliver 5 to 6 orders but on this occasion the driver came straight here it only took 5 mins to get here so how can the food be so cold 🥶

Had to change the store I usually order from. As kept getting my orders wrong. This store has improved alot 👍

I was served undercooked food and also food that had melted, when requesting a refund I was met with automated messages not acknowledging anything I'd said despite sending evidence of the undercooked food and was told that it is in line with their policies. The chat was also forcefully closed by the agent when I requested they acknowledge my points instead of sending automated messages. Terrible customer service I will no longer be using JustEat.

Poor drive-thru service, rude attitude from staff and can't get a card payment receipt

Waiting for just a black coffee for 30 minutes. The place was not crowded, even at that time. I was waiting at the counter and calling out, but nobody even bothered to listen. I'm never going to use McDonald's again.

The wrong food delivered and all of the food was squashed together, my Big Mac was not in the box and the fries were not in the container

I don't understand why the food is cold if you didn't send drivers with multiple order so there driving 20 mins to 30 mins away from where you live which 8 mins away from mcdonald's the food wouldn't be cold it's ridiculous especially when you spent so much money on your order

I would give minus stars if I could- had my food ordered on just eat only for the driver to steal it (said it was delivered while on the map they were still at maccies) then when I tried to call up and explain and ask for help McDonald’s put me on hold and after almost 10 minutes hung up on me!! I can understand being busy but that’s just downright rude!!

didn't actually deliver to my front door, they delivered to my back door and due to the confusion my food was cold when I got it

Placed an order on Uber eats and it was by far the worst food I’ve ever experienced from a McDonald’s. Food arrived STONE cold baring in mind I live 5 mins away… the fries were stale and cold and the burger tasted like CAR TYRES!! And even the mozzarella bites made me want to heave! This stores quality checks really need some work because the food I received isn’t even fit for an animal! And also ALWAYS forgetting the dips that cost 80p a pot! SORT IT OUT !

Missing fries from happy meal order. But worst that that 2 packets of cucumber sticks soggy and out of date. Date stamped 07 JUL todays date is 08 JULY.. and these are part of a child’s happy meal order.. DISGUSTING AND ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE

Delivery guy completely rude.. I left the delivery direction... To call me when arrives.. I didn't even heard the door.. a neighbour called to said that there was a McDonald's bag on the floor in front of my door door..

Like any usual McDonald's it was amazing

Yet again another terrible experience. All the food was cold, the milkshake was warm and they didn't bother to put the dips for the nuggets in AGAIN. They do this regularly - it's almost as if they do it on purpose.

I spent over £3 to get a tiny carton of milkshake rather than a actual milkshake, and out of the share box we only got five strips and there was a quarter pounder missing. This is ridiculous.

I ordered two medium milkshakes and got two child’s carton of banana milk I would like a refund for my two milk shakes please

I live just 6 mins drive away from Mcdonald and ordered plenty of times and yet the driver dud numerous amount of stops going through withington then even further into didsbury and then comes to myself in fallowfield so the food was so cold. I was absolutely fuming watching tge driver on the map driving all over the place. I don't know why mcdonald's can't just send orders out closest obvm

No sauces at all provided. Completely ruins the meal. Shocking service as always.

Half the food was missing. When the man delivered the order, he pulled out a brown paper bag that was pouring liquid from the spilt drink, and he tried to rip the brown paper bag open in front of me to give me the cup with the remaining liquid. The cup had barely any liquid, most of it in the bag. I said I wasn’t going to accept it, to which he insisted that I take it, and I had to refuse three times as it was in no state to be handed to someone and evidently needed to go into the bin.

Time and time again they get my order wrong. Order a chocolate milkshake and get strawberry one. My chicken selects and they give nuggets. Food that I did get was average. If it were another day I'd give 1 star but I'm in a good mood so I won't.

You're always winning when the fries are served hot. Pleasant service and quick table delivery during lunch rush.

no straw for the drink where I was told last time I there will always be straws now and no BBQ dip which is not too bad but the one major thing is there was not the normal amount of chips or whatever you call them it was like a child size amount never again until new staff get there or the store closes down .

Got a breakfast through the driver though. Service was good enough but I didn't open the bag until I was on the local bypass, they got my order wrong. Lucky for me I ended up with quite a bit more food than I paid for-bonus. I was unable to turn round to go back as I was in a one way system plus I was already late for work

This place is beyond a joke. Forgot both my fries and gave me a childrens carton of milkshake instead of the the milkshake I asked for. Whats the point of giving me the choice of dips if your going to put what ever you want in.

The only complaint I have to give is that there was no straw for the drink.

Forget about ordering from here. Consistently forget items and never include sauces, so you're stuck eating bland cardboard

Forgot cheese burger from the mix n match meal and sent about 8 fries in the bag and forgot dips we paid extra for.

Constantly missing items every time we order it’s becoming a joke now how hard is it to read a list and do a check in the bag? Need more capable staff who have got their priorities correct and mind of the job and not gossip.

This one's active in the mornings and always good mcflurrys. My favourite one.

Everything was tasty. The only complaint is that the strawberry lemonade didn’t have that much syrup in it so it was more lemonade

Disappointed. The large fries are barely filled, might aswell be a medium fries. Everything else is correct.

Oh.. They Finally started sealing our drinks with a paper top! I love it. Means my drinks should arrive inside the cup, not all over the inside of the bad. A win for the environment too!

Ordered £40 worth of food for 5 people, all the turned up were 4 large fries and a load of sauces. Then the driver was uncomtactable. Rubbish
