Don't like the idea of cold cooked chips had to park up and wait for order staff more interested in delivery drivers than driver through after 20 mins brought order to car it was wrong we had to go in shop to get order corrected can see them losing customers with this behaviour.

Yet again my order was wrong I don’t understand how you can have the receipt in front of you and still get it wrong and seriously what’s the deal with the dips I paid for a garlic dip and asked for bbq aswell and still didn’t get them maybe someone needs to train the staff here on how to pick up a dip and put it in a bag

I would never recommend this branch, on Saturday afternoon we went with my family to eat and suddenly without any reason a woman in gray who does the cleaning came to insult us telling us that she does not accept poor people, she made my 10 year old daughter cry and ruined her food, we spoke with the manager, the woman went to hide and he said that they would speak to us today Monday to give us a resolution and they never did, we will not go here again, I would not recommend this branch of McDonald's, I do not know how they have people like that, as a customer you pay and you have rights like any other person, we did not go to ask for a gift.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Have you noticed that reviewers that leave 5 stars, don't actually write any comments...? And if you look at other reviews they've posted they are generally also all 5 stars.... Odd or are they just easy to please? Far too many delivery drivers from Uber and Just eat etc. No longer 'fast food'. McDonald's really need to think about having separate locations for this business otherwise normal customers aren't going to bother. Waited nearly half an hour last night and the drive through was around the building. It is completely beyond me why people spend significant amounts of money for such a poor experience. There is so much choice elsewhere.

There was a funny smell near the counter when I went to pick up my food. Smelt like sour milk. The food was very cold. The toilets were disgusting and had tissue with blood on, on the floor. I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's.

On the evening of 25/7/24, whilst very quiet and well staffed, there were tables strewn with food and rubbish. The floor was also littered with food and rubbish This was throughout the restaurant. Interestingly, I noticed 2 people taking photos of what I had also noticed. The bins weren’t emptied, there was no room for us to put our rubbish in. We reported this, the manager didn’t seem fazed and nothing was done. Whoever runs this franchise, doesn’t give a toss. That’s clear by the state of the floors, thick with grime. Appallingly filthy!

we were politely sitting in mcdonald’s and we got aggressively told to get out as we were under the age of 18 this made me feel rather uncomfortable and i’m perplexed as to how we were causing any sort of anti social behaveours as a result i would like all stores to be reviews and obliged to let teenagers be in there macdonalds

Really bad. Took ages to get couple of mayo. Chicken burgers, to wait half an hour, there are pubs near by.. pathetic

Bad quality food, terrible and rude staff. Really dirty and disgusting. Never having a clean table to actually eat inside. They mess up the orders multiple times. And a lot of items missing!

Sat waiting for a collect order for 10 minutes whilst 4 lots of cars complete thier orders at the drive through. Went in to get it and said they still hadn't been made yet the app said order complete. Got to the car and it was Luke warm.

Ordered my baby a fish finger happy meal waited 15 mins in the drive through once I got home (which is 2 mins away) realised the chips and fish fingers were rock hard and to top it off they forgot the toy in the happy meal! Really annoyed me as my baby was looking forward to his meal, staff were very chatty between each other laughing away while they was customers waiting behind me in the drive through to be served, and also the ice cream machine also never works here every time I come day or night it’s never working. WORST maccies in Manchester I live in Gorton and I will not be coming to this one again I rather drive the extra 10 mins to the Ardwick one much more better service and the food is always fresh and staff are always friendly.

I asked for a grilled chicken wrap because I could have the coated one. There were two small pieces of chicken that had signs of the coating had been removed, so it wasn't grilled chicken It was very busy so I didn't inform the staff. I shall not be having it again, not worth the price.

Standard brain dead service as usual. Check you food order before leaving the drive because I guarantee these thickos will forget something

absolutely awful, every order i’ve had delivered without fail has been wrong. More often than not I will be missing a certain item of food i’ve PAID for in my order, or specific food instructions are failed to be followed. I’d also like to specify that i never have these issues at any other mcdonald’s restraunt and i’m confident that the gorton franchise needs to do better, ESPECIALLY for paying customers.

I came here after a long trip with family we wanted to eat McDonald's. When I entered, I was shocked at how dirty the place was, the employees didn't care about the dirty tables and seats .there was no clean tables where you can sit and eat food. Then I ordered again burger because kid asking me about this, when I saw they drop roll and then clean I was really shocked. They put everything like pickled onion cheese on burger without gloves this is joke??? They should using gloves, manager of this restaurant said to me they don’t need use gloves, how possible? I read in mc Donald’s rules about cleaning hands and gloves. So maybe tell me what’s mean? „ A system of colour-coded gloves is used to avoid bare hand contact with raw foods and to handle some ready-to-eat food items.” So they need to use gloves!!! Don’t say to me you don’t need because of the rules is like this. Rules is different. I think manager need to have training of this how to use gloves and when. I am not happy with this place.. really

Filthiest McDonald's iv ever been in. Never a clean table in there. All the other McDonald's are very nice and clean. I ordered on the app for me and my son,we got food and 2 ice mcflurry's when the order when through I went up to the counter to ask a woman not to do the ice creams with the order as they'll melt. She said yes that's fine, when your ready come up and let me no. Then another woman brings our food with the ice cream I told her that's id asked for them not to do them with the food, she's like you don't want them very rude I explained that I didn't want them melting as it will take my son around 30 minutes to eat his happy meal, she then took them. But when I went up after we finished the same woman picked up the same 2 ice-creams off the side where they had been the whole time. I had to tell her I wanted fresh ones as I did say before.

Apparently when you order a cheeseburger, meat is extra.

It's one of the worst McDonalds it gets to busy the cleaner was mopping the floors and it was really slippery neliy feel over had to wait for ages to get my food

It was a good experience. Even though crowded, the staffs were efficient and tried to attend to everyone as fast as they could.

The staff are usually polite and we love the plant burger. However, there is never a clean table and the floor is filthy (also have to clean toilet myself). It's a shame because that's all that let's it down. The location/parking is great as it's next to a park.

I witnessed a man devour 3 big macs in less than 4 minutes. I can't say more than that. Actually, I had a cappuccino during the witnessing of said event.

Food hot and tasty, decided to eat in but the venue was filthy with dirty tables and floor and when asked member of staff to wipe our table she said it was already clean! Ordered on the touch screen which gave no receipt and most of the desserts were ‘unavailable ‘

This is the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever been too. The trash cans were so full that customers had to leave the trash outside the bins and all over the tables. Although the store was not busy at the time, nobody there seemed interested in trying to clean any of this up.

Dirty tables and floors. Toilets absolutely disgusting, dread to think what was in the sink it looked and smelled revolting - someone did ask them to get a cleaner but no one appeared. Don't think the place had been cleaned all day, bins overflowing

Well how would you explain this mc Donald's. I can tell you how a poor excuse for one. Every time I go to this store its a joke. Food is sub par (cold chip,foods a mess) Service ? You would have to have a service to rate it. Cleanliness? Hit and miss at best. Not to point fingers but but get some staff that actually clean instead of standing there scared of a cloth and mop. Before people say why do I go there its because my kids like it and its next to the park. All in all poor service.

Ordered to be delivered as the drive through normally takes ages and didn’t receive full order. They put the sauce in for halloumi fries but not the halloumi fries! The rest of the food was cold and we literally live in walking distance so not gone cold in transit.

I came to McDonald's to order 1 veggie meal and 1 fish o filet I came home from work to eat it. I came to a chicken burger instead of a veggie burger!! Disgusting!! I can't eat a chicken burger as I'm a Muslim my money has gone to waste!! When you are very busy please look at your orders!! Never again I will order from you again!!

Ordered 3 fish fingers happy meal at night and when the manager came to me she was i a rude tone speaking to me and when i opened the package to eat i was suprised that there was a frozen fish finger still in there i am disgusted.

Unfortunately, the soda tasted like metal, better have that tap checked! Not very safe or healthy :)

Had a problem with one of the items in my order, and it's normally extremely difficult for me to speak up about problems like this. However, when I went to the counter and mentioned the problem, the lady (I'm assuming the manager on shift, her name was Isabelle) was really sweet about it and understanding and sorted the problem super quickly. Thank you for making it a comfortable experience for me Isabelle!

If you need a McDonalds Delivery, order from another restaurant. It may take longer but at least you'll have everything. This location is so poorly run it is incapable of completing an entire delivery order. In the last 6 months I have had to call/tweet Just Eat/Uber Eats/McDonalds help for almost every order. No exaggeration. It's not even little items, I'll be missing half the order and it always seems to be the part of the order that is on the right hand side of the delivery receipt - whatever the issue is there I don't know. I hate to complain but there is no improvement, and I'm often paying more for worse service.

Food was great although I had to wait for my drink as the syrup/flavouring needed to be changed.

I have been to this Mcdonalds many of times over the years and recently I have been rejected entering as I am underage however I am willing to buy their food and spend my own money. And I am repulsed by the staff as they assume all kids and teenagers will start creating a mess and chaos And in reality all I want is their mediocre food and a place to sit and get warm when it is cold. Some of the staff are nice however the women by the door always eating the food that I could have ordered is rude and to quick to judge and automatically creates an argument when I ask why I am not allowed to sit inside.

Went in and had quite a big order. The first bag was rather large so trusted the staff and drove home with my order. I was missing litterally half my order and the dietary requests on the food had not been followed (luckily this was more of a preference but imagine i actually had an intolerance). Went back and had the food rectified but not without having to check again to see they got it wrong again and still missed items. Absolute lack of any care or attention and honestly just a poor attitude from staff, not a single apology or offer to rectify the issue even though I just had to drive back to get half my order sorted.

This must surely be the slowest McD's around. Don't have breakfast ready in the morning. Meant to be fast food, I can assure you it's anything but fast.

The place was understaffed and it took a long time to prepare the food. It wasn't the fault of the staff, there just wasn't enough workers. Self service machines were out of receipt paper and there was a leak in the roof dripping down onto one of the tables which wasn't clearly marked.

It was a Friday evening, however not overly busy to justify the wait time. Food wasn't the hottest either.

Worst experience ever. The manager is deranged. She is mentally unwell person. I can only think she has such a miserable existence that she is really desperate and depressed. I feel sorry for her. She forgot my chicken nuggets. I asked for them, so she called the police. The police are now going to question her for wasting their time. She needs help. Probably a cuddle. Something. Anything. I long complaint to the Ronald is in order. I want compo for that crazy women. Even her own staff were laughing at her

Kiernan a worker there whose name I found out from some daft kids shouting his name spat at the kids and shoved me out of the way to get outside with an order, I am appalled at this behaviour and would not recommend people going here

Very good place for a kick meals

Never had a problem here with my food. Most orders do miss sauces though. All staff are friendly however it's usually swarmed with school kids looking for free WiFi!

I ordered a breakfast and I am allergic to cheese yet all my food came with cheese on and the muffins were stale I use to work in McDonald’s and I can tell the muffins clearly were old worst one I’ve had so far to be honest

The worst McDonald's I have ever visited!Me and my family were in holiday stayed in Holiday inn express, this Mcdonalds is very close to the hotel. I ordered the Mc spicy chicken as a regular meal for eat in-the food was packed in the bag and was disgusting! Chicken was very dry and the chips were cold.I went to the counter with the cold chips and asked them for some new ones which they gave to me after waiting for some time. Attitude of staff was appalling (literally one of the staff laughed in a insult way).Rude lady;Very upsetting.Never ever go to this Mcdonalds. Management should look into this please.

Honestly this McDonald's is probably one of the worst in Manchester for drive thru orders. I can't comment for ordering inside as I've always used the drive thru but I get asked to park up on like 80% of visits. Unfortunately it's the only branch that's between my work and home without having to go further out of my way for a quick meal. It's got to the point where I already anticipate there will be a delay before I've even ordered. I wouldn't mind but I order a light snack to eat on my drive home. Yesterday I ordered a double cheese burger and a ceaser wrap and as I predicted before I ordered I was asked to park. I waited for about 10 minutes and when my order came out it was luke warm. The only positive is that the hot chocolate was actually decent for once with a nice creamy thickness which makes a change from the usual thin watery garbage you get. Also last week I ordered a wrap and was suprised to find it was nicely filled with 3 chicken selects. This obviously isn't a complaint as such as it bulked up my meal but if the kitchen staff can't even count to 2 there are some real issues behind the scenes. On the defence of the staff I have found the majority to be friendly and polite and always apologise for the wait when they bring the food out. Also the car park is far too small and awkward to be parking so many orders. I guess anyone reading this would probably say why don't you stop coming here then if its a continuous issue and I would probably say the same if I was reading this review from someone else and in all honesty I think it's time to stop coming here.

Pickle allergy yet I stated didn’t want pickles or onions but found a pickle in my food! This place is disgusting
