DO NOT USE THIS MCDONALD'S. by far the worst place I've eaten EVER. it was absolutely filthy. Litter everywhere, torn seating and the staff we're rude. No order screen and the staff member calling out the order numbers must have had tonsillitis or something nobody could hear them even when stood at the front. A Father and daughter came in and chose a table whilst waiting after about 15 minutes the daughter went up to see what was happening with their order and it had already been called and was put back on the tray behind the counter sat going cold. I can't say enough bad things about this place so just save yourself some money and go elsewhere

I am loving the app, so much easier and faster

Got food delivered which was quick. The drinks didn't have the lids on properly so alot was spilt out, chips were overcooked, very brown and hard and alot of bad ones. The order looked like it had been launched into the bag and yet again no sauces in the bag, everytime there's something missing or spilt in the bag.

Quick service when we went, can't fault really.

Today I met a girl was serving delivery to drivers her attitude was v bad n it showed her brought up she didn’t think it’s everyone equal but when complained to manger about her behave manger said it’s not your responsibility to tell us about her v upsetting me good manners n behaviours can change someone’s day n night but bad ethics made worst hope so ppl need to consider this thing Thanks

47 years of dining at McD..this was the worst i have ever had... ( it was a late Friday allowance.) but every table was dirty, the floor everywhere had fries and more over it , the bins were over flowing and the mops and buckets fallen across floors, the car park was a rubbish tip... , of mess. , i had to insist a Kid came and clean at least one table so we could sit down..., i had a long strong word with the staff.. but walking into this FILTH in a McDonnalds was a massive shock. and made my blood boil.. ... over 38 mins and no one was front of house cleaning & helping customers. I blame the senior managment for under staffing and not caring about their staff or customers... i have photps of the visit... Awfull dining experiance ..

Ordered on the app, and when we went to collect, it wasn't showing at the restaurant. Spoke to the manager who dealt with the problem swiftly and sorted the order.Thank you

As a disabled person visiting your mc Donald this afternoon drive through As I approach to put in my order Steve said hold on .as a disabled person I was thinking hold on to what I've got thourett symptoms- bi polo disorders no welcome how are you if you wouldn't mind to wait while I get back to you and take your order and in the back round all I hear is joke talk between staff unprofessional put in order Steven took the wrong order I said it he correct went and paid had my service dog with me got to window to pick order staff said a cute about my dog gave order I checked and it was wrong drove around said Steven wrong order he blanked me didn't understand me lady staff stood in took the blame went other window to pick up again all of a sudden I got verbal attack by the 19th year old manager told her I've a disabled she said that's no excuse for your actions towards my staff I said don't approach me as a disabled costumes and be direct discrimination towards me and speak to me as a child and not directly talking to me as a disabled costumes slander verbal abuse towards disabled person and people

Ordered here 3 times in the last year through uber eats. Each time i was given the wrong order. And items were missing, Which i was not compensated for. Very poor service.

I went drive thru and they took ages taking my order I finally wait to get my food then I hear some alarm I don’t know what it was again they took long and I don’t think they tried figuring out what the problem was but they finally give my food AND IT WAS COMPELETLY WRONG! I ordered a Big Mac meal and they give me 20 peice chicken nuggets I tried going inside to tell them but these people where probably trying to get in but someone didn’t let them so we went drive thru again and again they took long so I can tell them what happened and they said they are closing due to some issues which I respect that but at least please get my order right and don’t take long!!

They didn’t let me and my 10 year old cousin in it was dark and cold and we had scooters the cleaner had a horrendous attitude but the food great

Took 30 min to prepare order sent 2 cups of warm water instead of hot chocolate allowed delivery driver to bring 5 stops prior.

It was horrible absolutely shambles the food was nasty and cold the sprite tasted like dirty fizzy water and the place smelled like a bunch of homesless people I hated it never seen such a dirty McDonalds in my life I’m really disappointed

Clean outdoor seating area right nearby Debdale Park , slow service many a times when grabbing just a coffee

The food was so bad that i got food poisoning after it, floor and tables were dirty, nobody wanted to clean it and workers were acting like they got this work against their will

Currently sat in the drive thru order was 2 cheeseburgers and a mcchicken sandwich order taken 13.55 by a girl who seemed very disinterested no check the screen and amount, just said next window, paid for food no greetings nothing, food finally arrived at 14.02, just handed, no apology or nothing, love a good customer experience and this was far from it, fast food it was not!

Advertise as 24-hours but never are. Claim they are short staffed to serve anyone other than deliveroo and turn them away. Rude manager who can't explain why they can serve people who have fully paid on the app but drive thru orders are ok. Hate locals

I recently had a disappointing experience at this McDonald on October 25th at around 2:30pm. As a wheelchair user accompanied by my medical assistance dog, I was refused entry at first, despite presenting my dog’s Medical Assistant identification card which was on its neck and my chest. The staff member at the door stated that only guide dogs for the blind were allowed inside. It was disheartening, as I don’t understand how one could judge my eyesight or the validity of my needs. After requesting to speak with a manager, I was met with two understanding and professional managers who welcomed me in, with the condition that I keep my dog on my lap. Luckily, I was prepared to do that since I was in my wheelchair. However, it raised concerns for me about how medical assistance dogs whose jobs require them to alert and move freely. This incident has bothered me for days. Navigating daily life can already be challenging for people like me who are living with pain and illness. Instances like this don't just add unnecessary difficulty. While I appreciate that the managers prompt and positive response, the staff who refused my entry rolled her eyes, which was hurtful as if I shouldn't be there / be sick. I believe that compassion, common sense, and proper staff training are crucial in these environments. This community McDonald's generally has a friendly atmosphere, and the staff usually greet customers with smiles, which is why I have to stress that I hope better training is implemented to avoid situations like the one I experienced. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did, especially those who are struggling with their own challenges. Thank you for listening to my concerns. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been in! Ordered the new McRib, what arrived was something that had been clearly microwaved accompanied with Luke warm chips! This was delivered by a girl who clearly didn’t want to work there! This is the problem with franchising!!

A very busy McDonald's but we've always been able to find somewhere to sit and service is pretty quick. The car park is very busy with drivers coming and going particularly delivery drivers. It's a handy spot for us to use whilst charging our car up at the parking centre next door. Most people seem to tidy up after themselves but staff clean up as soon as they get chance.

Don't like the idea of cold cooked chips had to park up and wait for order staff more interested in delivery drivers than driver through after 20 mins brought order to car it was wrong we had to go in shop to get order corrected can see them losing customers with this behaviour.

I would never recommend this branch, on Saturday afternoon we went with my family to eat and suddenly without any reason a woman in gray who does the cleaning came to insult us telling us that she does not accept poor people, she made my 10 year old daughter cry and ruined her food, we spoke with the manager, the woman went to hide and he said that they would speak to us today Monday to give us a resolution and they never did, we will not go here again, I would not recommend this branch of McDonald's, I do not know how they have people like that, as a customer you pay and you have rights like any other person, we did not go to ask for a gift.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Have you noticed that reviewers that leave 5 stars, don't actually write any comments...? And if you look at other reviews they've posted they are generally also all 5 stars.... Odd or are they just easy to please? Far too many delivery drivers from Uber and Just eat etc. No longer 'fast food'. McDonald's really need to think about having separate locations for this business otherwise normal customers aren't going to bother. Waited nearly half an hour last night and the drive through was around the building. It is completely beyond me why people spend significant amounts of money for such a poor experience. There is so much choice elsewhere.

There was a funny smell near the counter when I went to pick up my food. Smelt like sour milk. The food was very cold. The toilets were disgusting and had tissue with blood on, on the floor. I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's.

On the evening of 25/7/24, whilst very quiet and well staffed, there were tables strewn with food and rubbish. The floor was also littered with food and rubbish This was throughout the restaurant. Interestingly, I noticed 2 people taking photos of what I had also noticed. The bins weren’t emptied, there was no room for us to put our rubbish in. We reported this, the manager didn’t seem fazed and nothing was done. Whoever runs this franchise, doesn’t give a toss. That’s clear by the state of the floors, thick with grime. Appallingly filthy!

we were politely sitting in mcdonald’s and we got aggressively told to get out as we were under the age of 18 this made me feel rather uncomfortable and i’m perplexed as to how we were causing any sort of anti social behaveours as a result i would like all stores to be reviews and obliged to let teenagers be in there macdonalds

Sat waiting for a collect order for 10 minutes whilst 4 lots of cars complete thier orders at the drive through. Went in to get it and said they still hadn't been made yet the app said order complete. Got to the car and it was Luke warm.

Ordered my baby a fish finger happy meal waited 15 mins in the drive through once I got home (which is 2 mins away) realised the chips and fish fingers were rock hard and to top it off they forgot the toy in the happy meal! Really annoyed me as my baby was looking forward to his meal, staff were very chatty between each other laughing away while they was customers waiting behind me in the drive through to be served, and also the ice cream machine also never works here every time I come day or night it’s never working. WORST maccies in Manchester I live in Gorton and I will not be coming to this one again I rather drive the extra 10 mins to the Ardwick one much more better service and the food is always fresh and staff are always friendly.

I asked for a grilled chicken wrap because I could have the coated one. There were two small pieces of chicken that had signs of the coating had been removed, so it wasn't grilled chicken It was very busy so I didn't inform the staff. I shall not be having it again, not worth the price.

absolutely awful, every order i’ve had delivered without fail has been wrong. More often than not I will be missing a certain item of food i’ve PAID for in my order, or specific food instructions are failed to be followed. I’d also like to specify that i never have these issues at any other mcdonald’s restraunt and i’m confident that the gorton franchise needs to do better, ESPECIALLY for paying customers.

I came here after a long trip with family we wanted to eat McDonald's. When I entered, I was shocked at how dirty the place was, the employees didn't care about the dirty tables and seats .there was no clean tables where you can sit and eat food. Then I ordered again burger because kid asking me about this, when I saw they drop roll and then clean I was really shocked. They put everything like pickled onion cheese on burger without gloves this is joke??? They should using gloves, manager of this restaurant said to me they don’t need use gloves, how possible? I read in mc Donald’s rules about cleaning hands and gloves. So maybe tell me what’s mean? „ A system of colour-coded gloves is used to avoid bare hand contact with raw foods and to handle some ready-to-eat food items.” So they need to use gloves!!! Don’t say to me you don’t need because of the rules is like this. Rules is different. I think manager need to have training of this how to use gloves and when. I am not happy with this place.. really

Filthiest McDonald's iv ever been in. Never a clean table in there. All the other McDonald's are very nice and clean. I ordered on the app for me and my son,we got food and 2 ice mcflurry's when the order when through I went up to the counter to ask a woman not to do the ice creams with the order as they'll melt. She said yes that's fine, when your ready come up and let me no. Then another woman brings our food with the ice cream I told her that's id asked for them not to do them with the food, she's like you don't want them very rude I explained that I didn't want them melting as it will take my son around 30 minutes to eat his happy meal, she then took them. But when I went up after we finished the same woman picked up the same 2 ice-creams off the side where they had been the whole time. I had to tell her I wanted fresh ones as I did say before.

Apparently when you order a cheeseburger, meat is extra.

It was a good experience. Even though crowded, the staffs were efficient and tried to attend to everyone as fast as they could.

The staff are usually polite and we love the plant burger. However, there is never a clean table and the floor is filthy (also have to clean toilet myself). It's a shame because that's all that let's it down. The location/parking is great as it's next to a park.

I witnessed a man devour 3 big macs in less than 4 minutes. I can't say more than that. Actually, I had a cappuccino during the witnessing of said event.
