Love the food. A bit on the pricy side though

How do you serve a donner wrap but not a donner on its own? Disappointing, my mother did NOT thoroughly enjoy it at all, will NOT be coming back here, do not recommend to uni students, not even good after a night of drinking

I ordered a mixed shawarma without looking at the reviews, mistake. Order to delivery was well over 1 hour. What arrived was some un recognisable chicken with donner meat. They used an uber driver to deliver the food, he got arsey with me because he wouldn't come to my door, the "restaurant" called me to say I should go wander out to find him. HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS???

Shawarma is very good people are very friendly and have homemade ingredients and use fresh food if its not fresh they will warn you about it and if you don't like this you are a very stupid donkey

Absolutely disgusting 🤢 Ordered a mixed kebab, 12 inch pizza, chips and garlic bread with cheese. The chicken shwarma was hard tiny bits of cold meat (not even sure it was chicken as it tasted odd). Chips were soaking wet with condensation and looked anaemic. Pizza was thick, chewy and bad tasting and the garlic bread had a wierd perfumey taste. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this was honestly vile. Avoid this place 🤮🤮

Don't waste your money....Absolute joke. Ordered for delivery. Mixed swarms kebab meal and 12 inch pizza.....When it arrived it was a done kebab with tiny shavings of some other meat, no chips or drink. Pizza freezing cold. Rang up and explained..Guy on phone just rude and couldn't care less.... Had to get it refunded through just eat app....Avoid.

WORST PLACE EVER. Ordered my food and waited for over 2 hours for them to keep saying it’ll be 20 minutes…. and it never arrived. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times however after the first few calls they ignored me. Took my money and never delivered the food. Don’t order from here

Extremely rude shop. First time customer and I was screamed at on the phone. Then delivery man tried to tell me to meet him in the car park was very rude and ignorant raising his voice until my husband came on the phone. I give them 6 months for their shop to close down.

Ordered 2 LARGE donner and chips for them to come like this. They are not even half portions. Cost £16 and when I called the restaurant they were very rude and shouted at me

The man was rude asked if we wanted a large despite the price not being advertised and I think made up a price on the spot. He was then rude about it and told my friend to “f*** off” . Don’t go here. Go to kej’s or Chester’s instead the workers there are lovelt and friendly

I left a review on Just Eat following the terrible quality of food. As you can see from the attached photos, the food was visibly cooked incorrectly. I have also attached the review I left and the response from the owner. The owner needs to realise that whether a person spends 10p or £100 they are entitled to good food. Disgraceful and aggressive response from the owner.

Very rude and intimidating. I was concerned about my safety and I felt bad after the comments that a member of this restaurant made. I ordered two pizzas to be delivered trough the uber eats app; one of the pizza had a hair in the melted cheese (so not mine) I called the restaurant number provided on my order on the app, and somehow the driver that delivered the food to me pick up the phone (i then later found out that he was directly employed with the restaurant and not a uber eats driver). After telling him about the issue he went mad, didn’t even let me finish talk and started yelling at me: He blamed me to put a hair purposely to get a refund, called me a scammer, a lier, a lier who will pay for this in hell in front of Allah one day. He told me to stop doing these “scams” that it is haram to do so. He then continued to yelling, offending me and telling me bad stuffs while my phone was on loudspeaker and i was sat next to my parents on the dining table. This shop should be ashamed of their selves. Such an unprofessional service. I was concerned about my safety as the driver knew my location.

Absolute scam.. Avoid using their website turkiss-direct at all costs and atrocious customer service when ringing. Ordered online, had a confirmation email yet nobody turned up. Rang up to check, after several attempts at ringing I got told the website doesn't work and there was no order yet they've still taken my money. Shame because I always rated the kebabs prior to this.

Ordered they were 2 hours late and gave us two about of 7 items. Then when I asked the delivery man about it he was rude and didn’t care.

Customer service is Xhit so are the people working in there he said i will come and show who i am when i asked for an update on my order still waiting for the Xucker to come down

The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, I’d say typical of Turkish people. As a person from the Balkan península, cheese is one of the specialties of the region and I can say that the products that they’re using in their pizzas are high quality. The meat is halal, which not only makes the place suitable for muslims, but also any other person who cares for the environment and the animals! Would definitely go back there either at a casual date or an informal gathering. Don’t be fooled by the exterior, the food is made with care and love!

The worst customer service I have ever deal with. I ordered delivery, the driver was late and extremely rude. He was shouting at me. When I made a complaint to his boss, he behaves exactly the same. Food cold, probably because it took so long for the driver to finally deliver it to my address. I'm completely unsatisfied. I called to restaurant to at least hear apologies, but no, nothing like.

We visited Turkiss for first time. We had such great chicken Shawarma made by owner ( who became our friend ), the food not only authentic but also it tastes delicious with all fresh ingredients , loved tahini dressing on Shawarma. Great menu to chose from . Atmosphere in this takeaway is great too and lots of positive vibes . We became a regular visitor. I will recommend Turkiss take away to anyone who enjoy the great taste of food.

When i first tried turkiss shawarma i thought its gonna be same as other shawarma shop but its really nice clean and friendly staff as well gd luck to them

The chips were both undercooked and soggy, onion rings were crunchy. Food gets a good 4/10. Delivery was also slightly late.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a pizza from Deliveroo with a few extra toppings. When it arrived, extra toppings were missing. Called Turkiss through the Deliveroo app and the delivery driver who answered the call was somewhat sympathetic but whoever he passed the phone to was extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused to acknowledge that toppings were missed, saying that it was the only deliveroo order they had and "have I looked under the cheese" as if I can't see with my own two eyes. It was the only order you had and you still managed to somehow screw it up; he said that he wouldn't do anything because he put the toppings on and I even said I would literally drive down and show him since Im looking at it now and its not what I ordered. He refused to accept that my order had been messed up and hung up phone. I raised the issue with deliveroo and they credited me for the order thankfully but I would avoid at all costs. Pizza I did receive was terrible, covered with enough layers of cheese ready to give you a heart attack with about 3 odd cubes of chicken per slice as if the chicken it was taken from was anorexic.

Usually love this place for grilled meats! Sadly the titular shwarma was overdone and dry :( I love you guys, you're better than this

Their pizzas and fatayers were fine. Their service was rushed and a little unsatisfactory at times. But what did it for me was when I bought a burger and got sick diarrhea from food poisoning for the next two days because the patty was undercooked and in my hungry state I didn't bother to savour the taste to notice how something was wrong with my burger.

One of my favourite places to get food after a long hard day or a night out. The chicken shrawrma wrap is to die for. Staff are all lovely as well.

Really poor service, a mixed kebab is £5 however if you want your salad and sauce separately it’s £7 that’s more expensive than London , which is absolutely disgraceful, the service is really poor and I caught the staff guy picking his noise before serving someone else

The customer service is terrible I spoke with a man on the phone who was very rude when I asked where my order was the only answer he could give me was soon. The restaurant is less then half a mile away for my home so it doesn’t make sense why it would take more than 1 hour to be delivered. I am still waiting for my order as of now I would not recommend this place they don’t know how to speak to customers.

Good shawarma but completely burnt fataya.

The food was disgusting. They delivered me a kebab with accompanying rotten salad. I was so revolted by the look of it I decided best not to risk eating it. Don’t eat here or order from here. I complained and they didn’t even refund me or offer a voucher (not that I’d ever eat there again)!

If I could rate with zero stars I would! I ordered from Turkiss Shawarma at about 02:25 from Uber eats and was told that my food would be arriving between 03:25 and 03:45. However, it got to 04:25 and my food STILL hadn’t arrived. Using the “call restaurant” button in the app I called them and asked what had happened with my food. Instead of being helpful the gentleman on the phone denied it was him and said he only uses Uber eats, even though I had the order confirmation right in front of me and had called them from my order on the Uber eats app. Avoid at all costs, clearly a scam.

Really really poor food and service. I ordered the mix shawarma and it was unbelievably old and dry I have attached a picture for you to see. I wouldn’t give this food to my dog I don’t know how they get away with selling rubbish old food like this. They should be reported to the Food Stsndards Agency.

25 minutes late, didn't get what we ordered, meat wasn't great quality.

I don’t normally order from here I was craving a good pizza so gave it a try , I got the inferno pizza it was your standard pizza wasn’t amazing but wasn’t bad either . As soon as I finished eating I started feeling super sick my stomache felt awful and then 2 hours after eating I threw it all up. I do believe it was the pizza that made me sick . I won’t be ordering again I’m sorry . Hopefully the restaurant will see this and be a lot stricter with hygiene and cooking and keeping of there food. Food 2/5 service 3/5 price £

I went in the have the chicken wrap, it's tasted great. Although I had to wait to get the food but only a 5-10 minute wait.

Ordered a very bad falafel wrap from here. The bread was chewy and un-fresh and the falafels themselves were rock hard on the outside and had hardly any flavour. Also it took about 20 minutes for one falafel wrap. Not a good experience.

I recommend the inferno pizza. Finally a take away that understands what a pizza is. 5 stars well done. Keep it up

Ordered a chicken kabab from here and i could only manage to eat one bite. Honestly I don’t know what was in that chicken kabab but it WASNT CHICKEN. Place needs to be inspected. Absolutely vile! The “chicken” wings were also dry and just as disgusting. Will not be ordering from you again and I advise everybody else not too.

Ordered on justeat. Food arrived ahead of scheduled time. Nice and warm. The fatayas are lovely and the delivery driver was very polite.

Fantastic quality food, everything was fresh and tasty, my order also arrived early which was great. Sayid the delivery driver was very friendly and polite. I can recommend the chicken shawarma it was excellent, I found the prices to be very reasonable when you consider the quality and size of the portions I'll definitely be ordering again.

Awesome little takeaway with great prices

The chicken burger is surprisingly good - that being said, I’ve still had bad experiences, like the staff being strangely passive aggressive and me being rushed out with 2 bottom buns and the staff refusing to add tomatoes. Never get the master cookie, it is too overprices and not good. Same with the kebabs, and probably everything else on the menu. This place recently received a 1 out of 5 from the health department, and the quality of food reflects the cleanliness of the place. To their credit, the staff have actually recommended other takeaways that I should go to instead. Take their advice, and go somewhere else.

We've eaten from here a few times now .. I've always had the wraps which are lovely and very filling.. chips last time were a bit soggy but after telling them they made sure my order tonite had crisp chips .. fantastic.. great food defo recommend great service too always friendly cheers guys xx

Really friendly staff who are always happy to help. Good variety of food. I usually get pizzas but I think the other food is decent too. Not had a delivery yet because I live so close. The inside of the shop looks nice and clean. Pleasant waiting area but I would not really eat inside to be honest.

It's a small place but it has good food

Depends on who’s staffing it (some staff really bring you down) but mostly this is hands-down the best kebab place in Fallow.

I have been an avid customer, however after recent orders at the takeaway I have found that the change in staff has lost its respect for all customers.

I was sincerely unhappy about the way I was treated due to your boy charging me incorrectly then kicking off/swearing at me! The chicken nuggets tasted like cardboard that had been recycled on numerous occasions - for me, I don’t understand how they have good food hygiene ratings - I can feel the worms already - if you didn’t know I was unimpressed!!
