McDonald's in Manchester

Food was below average 4.5/10 this is because I’ve ordered a Big Mac meal but the patty’s were super well done to the point you can’t eat it . However it is McDonald’s at the end of the day you don’t expect much but service is ok speed wise .

Disrespectful staff, they throw ketchup in your bag when you ask. Burgers are so not good. Am sorry, but this is a disgrace

Not great the tea was warm not hot enough to make a drinkable cuppa and the toilets were covered in p## really unpleasant

Never get the order right, every time it is missing something.

This is in "student Central " and the only late night eatery around. Toilets are discretionary access, limited seating but the food is ok.

The food is terrible and the service is poor.

Place was filthy. Taes dirty empty food cartons and bags all over the floor and bins overflowing

It's a McDonald's it's exactly what you expect

I ordered only a Latte. After 28 minutes, they gave me a cold Latte, and I saw they prepared my Latte quickly, but for no reason, it took 20 minutes to call my order number. I requested a hot one, and the staff wasn't nice, but when she checked, she accepted that the Latte was too cold. But after 5 min, she gave me another cold one. Never try that brunch

Best McDonald's I've ever been to

1/4lb cheeseburger was dry and difficult to eat, fries were nice and fresh.

Forgot my order then went up to tell them didn’t even appolgise then took them ages to get it and it was cold and drink melted

I’m sorry but to anyone reading this you should avoid eating here as the food has made us ill and the service is poor. I’ve been here a fair few times before and after moving into the area and have noticed that when waiting to be severed the staff flat out ignore you and just stand around as if there avoiding doing there job. On top of this I’ve also notice I’ve been ill after eating at the establishment which I believe is due to poor care for food and hygiene. this is due to chips I’ve order and been served were burnt to a brown crisp literally inedible and burgers ice cold. I’m shocked they believe this is standard food quality to severe customers especially after the recent up rise on price, fully a waste of money.

Don’t eat the breakfast here, all the other food is fine though.

This Macdonald's branch is smaller compared to others in the area, but it offers the same menu and food quality as other locations. Been there this Mc Donald's is far better at cleaning than rest of Mc Donald's in the whole Picadilly and Oxford Street area.

Standard Mcdonalds restaurant, only has one toilet so be prepared to wait if you have the urge to go.

The food was ok but the service terrible. They throw bags, sauces, etc. And they complain that it's too late, because it's picked up right away when they call.

Halloumi fries were cold and gave me a mc spicy instead of a mc crispy

I love sitting in this McDonalds, I'm not sure why, I think it's the amount of people and buses that go by on Oxford Road that you can directly see. The food is like a normal McDonald's and the staff are really nice when something goes wrong, like when I found a hair, they replaced it for me and was really apologetic. I love the McPlant.

The staff here are absolutely useless. They stand around gossiping instead of shouting out orders that are ready, resulting in food sitting there for 5 minutes and being even colder than is already expected of mcdonalds. During a visit today, I waited over 12 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries and saw a member of staff look at an order sat with a ticket and just walk away instead of calling it out, turns out this was my food and when confronting the member of staff they just acted dumb. Avoid this place if you want actual customer service.

I’m giving four out of five. The McDonald is providing very little dining. I order two hamburgers,one bacon burger,one mc plant, hot chocolate and regular fries. Hamburger is average and the bacon burger is not good I don’t like it. Mc plant is very good it’s taste was nice also the hot chocolate is good. The wash room is common for girls and boys so it is so difficult one. If you like my review please tap the like button and follow me.

Ordered food from here and didn’t receive it so don’t bother choose a different McDonald’s and definitely not with justeats

This is a very busy McDs, the line went outside. It was lunch time so very busy. The line went down very slowly. But finely gets in ordered, then a long wait before our number was called. We all sat down and sorted out our meals one or two was wrong. But we didn't complain, everyone was happy with what they got. But then two of the drinks were wrong and we did have to fight our way too the front to get them changed. The staff quickly changed the drinks and said sorry. The food was hot and tasty and everyone happy. So if your going to this McDs avoid lunch time if poss.

We purchased food to eat in but we couldn't, because there were a bunch of kids with colouring books/doing their homework and other chairs were taken by someone's clothes. When asked to remove them they said they were drying their wet clothes there. The staff does not seem to care that people spend hours here and treat McDonalds like their personal living room whereas people like us would need a seat for 10mins but there is none available. They should ask people to leave if there's overcrowding and they can see that some people have finished eating or use their chairs as clothes rack(!)

It's open 24hours which is really the plus point to satisfy your late night cravings.

Always provide quick and excellent service. Good place to have some quick and cheap meals, especially for students.

Me and my boyfriend ordered from here and all I can say is it was nothing but disgusting. The food was stone cold when it got here, one of the burgers had just been completely missed off the order and not only did we find a hair in the nuggets but there was also one in the burger! Absolutely shocking and will be in no rush to return to this awful McDonald’s.

My friend rakesh works at Oxford road, the shift manager didn't allowed him to leave early in case of emergency, he's not picking the call I'm so worried, please rakesh get Home early your friend ram charan feeling sick.

Affordable and easy for daily working peoples

I did a takeaway, when my order came around the staff announced my order's number somebody else stood up, took it and stormed away as fast as possible. I didn't report it because I was so appalled that the Manager didn't even check whether that person had a recipit or not. I will never go to this pathetic place even again.

Employees asked us to wait outside because of my Assistance dog, tried to explain it and did not really listen, insisted on the fact that I had to go outside. To recall the UK laws : « Assistance dogs are fully protected under the Equality Act 2010 and are allowed into public places. Public places an assistance dog has access rights into include shops, cafes, restaurants, hospitals, medical clinics, and public transport. » And it doesn’t only concerns Blind people ! It is discriminating, could fill a complaint. Hope they will be more aware of that in the future.

Quick breakfast stop before heading across town. Ordered on the app, got my breakfast barm, hash brown and large latte quick enough. Really good brew, hash brown excellent as ever. However, I did have to ask for salt

Small McDonald's that is in an ideal location, unfortunately the restaurant didn't do anything about these two people who kept bothering customers asking to pay money and were drinking cans of alcohol in the premises. Also ordered table service (as was sitting by myself to eat) and took a while to get delivered to the table. Food was tasty and cooked as requested.

Thee Filthiest McDonald’s you will ever visit! Disgusting tables, the floor is atrocious. The service is slow. The cleanliness is shocking! There were flies around the kitchen area. How is this still open? This should close for Monday and stay closed until the hygiene rating is accessed. Heavily disappointed.

Over the last 8 weeks I have been here several times for breakfast. The staff vas always very friendly and the place was always very clean.

A staff discriminated me and didn’t show any respect. I will never go to this McDonald again.

To many problems with ordering online its like the food was thrown into the bag and when we got the order items were missing and our drinks were split on out food but was good enough to refund our missing food.

The machines are all occupied and the staff don’t offer ordering service even if they are vacant. Student card discount is hard to be applied here.

24 hour makes it a big bonus you’ll find a lot of drunk people inside but there’s a lot of security and safe food is also great

Small outlet and can get very busy with little or no seating available.. Got served cold chips with my burger & coffee. Insisted they be quickly replaced which they did. Just one washroom for men and women can prove a long wait. Needs to relocate to a larger unit!

Never order on uber eats they just extend the time and then your food arrives cold :)

Small, busy and open 24hrs a day. Being next to Manchester Royal Infirmary and St Mary's Hospital I've spent enough emotional moments in this McDonald's to place it in the top 10 of locations where I've cried in public :D

Bins overflowing, dirty tables and chairs. Food on the floor. Looked like there were plenty of staff to clean it but didn't.

Didn’t give me my chips or drink in the just eat bag and they are not picking up the phone so I can get my food.
