Very good delivery fast and on time

Came early, food still warm even though it was a far distance away, customer service was nice, everything came.

Did not make delivery as ordered. Was told was on a ward when I ordered but never told would have to go to front doors which was impossible as having blood transfusionn

My food has came with all my drinks spilled bag ripped was just gave the bag and said it was the restaurants fault. Absolute joke. I would like a refund as this was beyond a terrible experience.

it was awful! the drinks came on there side leaking everywhere all over the floor in the house and the pancakes didn’t even come with syrup. VERY dissatisfied.

Order was made up 45 minures before it was delivered, no point in using this service if I just have to cook the food again at home

I like from time to time, reading Google reviews of places to see what stories people have to tell. Have I got one for you. I been at St marys hospital all day. I then order mcdonalds from just eat. Putting in my location and to drop off at the main entrance to meet me at. When the time came to pickup I went down to meet them. I couldn't find them so I texted them they had arrived at the wrong entrance I then ran all the way to the opposite side of the hospital. By the time I got there they said they just dropped it and left. I then after finding nothing. Found this mcdonalds. I ordered the same thing for my wife, mother in law and me. I then asked for the manager to explain the situation I wasn't blaming them I didn't order it from this mcdonalds. I just wanted him to hear it. And that my baby has just been born. When my order came I grabbed it and left. When I got back to my wive's bed side I realised that they hadn't given me the drinks and ice cream. She hadn't eaten all day due the c-section. I then went back for them when I got there I got the managers attention and explained that they forgot the drinks and ice cream. The server explained that she was getting them but then couldn't come after me because I had already left. I then said "sorry, im distracted at the moment because my babies just been born and is currently breathing out of tubes." The manager wanted me to calm down which is understandable. I said nothing more. I arrived back to realise that they also had forgot the sauces. Hence the 1 star review.

Veggie burger had no sauce and the burger was dry with no cheese or gherkins 😫

Missed a few items, only ordered a couple burgers and a strawberry milkshake, so was surprised to see the milkshake missing

They keep missing items and when a request for missing items are put in nothing comes not even from a logged complaint

absolutely terrible. everyone that works at this place clearly hates there job. do not give them your time, or your money.

The service was great. The staff were too kind. They helped my disabled friend get into the disabled access toilet comfortably. The food was fresh and was quickly served. The dining area assistant with the frenchie is a nice chap!

I go here quite frequently due to being near the Uni. It's always busy yet theres a constant flow of orders being called, and the woman I always see on the lobby is always smiling and interacting with the customers. I can't fault this and, even when McDonalds do miss an item out your order, they are always apologetic and correct it instantly.

Ordered a large quarter pounder meal with mozzarella dippers. No drink, no mozerella dippers, 2 burgers and a small fries.

Total rubbish...totally the wrong order... No way to contact driver.. Always wrong with McDonald's orders as drivers don't even speak English at times or pay zero attention.

Everything was correct but what McDonald’s worker sees chicken nuggets on an order and only puts 1 bbq sauce in?! I asked for 3!! Ruined my meal!! The one time I get chicken nuggets and this happens !!

The restaurant was preparing my order for over 30 minutes! No order has ever taken 30 minutes at McDonald’s. When your app said it was on its way the map showed the rider over a mile in the opposite direction from the restaurant. Food was cold

I left a note specifically stating to call my phone number when they was outside my property . He banged on my front door and woke my 75 year old poorly grandad up. I am not happy about this at all.

I watched 2 females eat half a chicken wrap then pack the rest up and hand it to a customer macdonalds why are you employing these people never going back there no gloves nothing took the whole filet bit off a bit handed a bit to her mate and gave the remaining peice to a young lad with light brown curly hair I'm appalled.

the delivery person didn't know where he was going. He had to call me for directions and he still went the wrong way. When my order did arrive it was cold. Not happy about it at all

Place was filthy. Tables dirty ,empty food cartons and bags all over the floor and bins overflowing

Great service, staff on drive through lovely, food was excellent from breakfast menu my adult kids loved, good timing smooth drive though to pick up and we loved this McDonald’s so come regular and again excellent job & food well done!

Ordered at 19.20. Received food at 19.37. Almost 20 minute wait. Possibly the slowest fast food I’ve ever had. And to top it all off it was cold when I got it and was not put together properly, the katsu chicken wrap is not good either don’t get that.

It is a reliable 24/7 option, especially when other places are closed. Their lattes are surprisingly good, and the fries are always a crowd-pleaser. However, the cleanliness of the tables and overall environment could be improved. Despite the constant stream of customers, maintaining a cleaner space would enhance the dining experience.

need to do something about the bagheads begging for food inside the restaurant early doors. Not nice for my 9 year old to witness after travelling 2 hours for a hospital appointment

Driver was polite and friendly 2 large fries missing 2 double cheese burgers missing 1 1/4 pounder with cheese missing Napkins missing Sauce missing. Absolute joke 4 of us here starving

Worst McDonald's, I've been in. The place is an absolute dive. Went in before a gig with my daughter, and it was filthy. No clean tables available at all. Wet floors from spilt drinks. It's so really small, and one toilet was available.

Why doesn't the staff wear gloves for food preparation? So unhygienic. This place is congested and unclean. Female staff is so rude here. Management is careless.

Delivery fella had too much attitude and should get out of his car to look for the street number instead of moaning that he can't see the number from inside his car because it's dark!! Needs to learn common sense and manners when talking to customer.

Man who delivered my food was rude he arrived and sat in his car. When we went out to get the food he had claimed he rang to say he was outside but we never received a phone call. When we went to his car window he was scrolling through social media while our food was going cold but blamed us for not coming to his car sooner to pick up the order
