McDonald's in Manchester

Un servicio horrible. No tiene sentido tener los datos de contacto si nadie va a estar disponible para responder a ellos. ¿Cómo se puede hacer tan difícil el contacto? Si pudiera dar cero estrellas lo haría.

Breakfast roll with egg, bacon and sausage. Lovely.

I watched 2 females eat half a chicken wrap then pack the rest up and hand it to a customer macdonalds why are you employing these people never going back there no gloves nothing took the whole filet bit off a bit handed a bit to her mate and gave the remaining peice to a young lad with light brown curly hair I'm appalled.

the delivery person didn't know where he was going. He had to call me for directions and he still went the wrong way. When my order did arrive it was cold. Not happy about it at all

Place was filthy. Tables dirty ,empty food cartons and bags all over the floor and bins overflowing

Great service, staff on drive through lovely, food was excellent from breakfast menu my adult kids loved, good timing smooth drive though to pick up and we loved this McDonald’s so come regular and again excellent job & food well done!

Ordered at 19.20. Received food at 19.37. Almost 20 minute wait. Possibly the slowest fast food I’ve ever had. And to top it all off it was cold when I got it and was not put together properly, the katsu chicken wrap is not good either don’t get that.

It is a reliable 24/7 option, especially when other places are closed. Their lattes are surprisingly good, and the fries are always a crowd-pleaser. However, the cleanliness of the tables and overall environment could be improved. Despite the constant stream of customers, maintaining a cleaner space would enhance the dining experience.

Delivery guy was pleasant and polite. Today's order reminded me why I'd stopped ordering from McDonald's. Fries were quite pale, cold and hard! Everything cold.

need to do something about the bagheads begging for food inside the restaurant early doors. Not nice for my 9 year old to witness after travelling 2 hours for a hospital appointment

Driver was polite and friendly 2 large fries missing 2 double cheese burgers missing 1 1/4 pounder with cheese missing Napkins missing Sauce missing. Absolute joke 4 of us here starving

Worst McDonald's, I've been in. The place is an absolute dive. Went in before a gig with my daughter, and it was filthy. No clean tables available at all. Wet floors from spilt drinks. It's so really small, and one toilet was available.

my food was left outside in the rain I only got the drinks but I did not get the burger and the chips.

Delivery fella had too much attitude and should get out of his car to look for the street number instead of moaning that he can't see the number from inside his car because it's dark!! Needs to learn common sense and manners when talking to customer.

Driver was polite and friendly. The main issue this was my friends birthday we only got 2 sauces out of the 10 we ordered also there were no napkins sent. The Big Mac looks small.

very small, the wait time was a little long but I tend to expect that there's only one toilet here and it was disgusting, I don't like using public toilets at the best of time but that was awful

Man who delivered my food was rude he arrived and sat in his car. When we went out to get the food he had claimed he rang to say he was outside but we never received a phone call. When we went to his car window he was scrolling through social media while our food was going cold but blamed us for not coming to his car sooner to pick up the order

Please don’t eat here, there was flies around, I have food poisoning right now as I type this. The “Philly” burger is a double burger it’s not any different either that or I was served the wrong food. Please save yourself a burning booty hole

they always go to the wrong number 11 when I have clearly told them that my house is the first bungalow on the left hand side with the car porch because I am disabled person who is in a wheelchair

Went there to order breakfast wrap meal for takeaway after my night shift at nearby hospital on 7/10/24. Upon receiving my order from an unfriendly female staff, I asked for sauces and she just gave me a cold stare and then got the requested sauces for me. There were no greetings or a smile, but she was quick to greet the next customer with friendly words who happened to be a male. Is it really necessary to be unpleasant to your customer?

The McDonalds staff didn't honor the modifications I made to my McSpicy and got my modification mixed up on my Philly cheese stack. A lot of the meat was also dry. Delivery driver, however, was kind and on-time :)

The food was Stale I had to bin most of it

It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to arrived and it was stone cold. I tried ringing the restaurant but no answer. You can’t contact just eat. There was no option to cancel the order. When the food came I asked the driver why it took 2 hours, he had no idea I’d been waiting that long. He said he got the order through 10 minutes before go to pick it up and told me to contact just eat, but I’ve just spent the past 2 hours trying to contact them! Full refund required asap.

Constantly ruin orders. Last two have had a burger missing meaning a member of the family (me) has not had enough food to eat. Sort it out guys it's not acceptable and there is little recourse. I'm out of pocket.

Awful manager (fat and bald head with glasses), Uber driver tried to have a fight with my boyfriend as he thought he bumped into him when he walked past to go to the toilet, got in his face and tried to initiate a fight with him, and while my boyfriend went to the toilet the Uber driver ran to his car to get a weapon came back in with it tucked into his pants (manager was fully aware of this and was watching) got his order off a member of staff and bragged that he had something on him to the member off staff and the manager to which they both laughed and thought it was funny. The Uber driver then went to walk outside and told us he will be waiting outside for us to which he waited by his car until we started to walk away. Very unprofessional from the manager to stand there and do nothing sounded like he knew the Uber driver and was very known with each other, let’s just hope something like this never happens to him and his family members as he stood there and did nothing. Happened at 1am
