It's a McDonald's, has what you'd expect from a McDonald's.

Only had a takeaway with the grandkids no problems.

When you order on the self service machines you NEVER get a receipt so have to go and queue at the till to get it.

Ordered a dubble bacon egg muffin with out cheese and they still served it with cheese come on mcdonald's wake up you never seem to get order's right just lakly

Very busy but went through the drive through quick but these are getting more expensive every day

Usually get partner the order wrong. Bags packed badly with fries everywhere, burgers often a mess. Usually get the wrong shakes. Convenient location although queues can be problematic for drive through, staff fairly indifferent.

Too slow at service with all. On line customs who seam to be preferred

Absolutely rood we waited nearly 3 hours on my delivery for McDonald’s and the time changed about 6 times and then we rang they were even more rood on the phone turns out they was only 1 delivery man available and they didn’t tell us that

Just eat delivery - My wrap was missing so I had nothing to eat, there was no sauces and no straw in the bag plus the wait time was an extra 20 minutes to the original time when it says online that your not even busy. I’ve rang 4 times and no one’s picked up. Not good enough really is it

Typical McDonalds but once again the drive through got the order wrong and I had to go inside to get it sorted.

Absolutely awful service never get anything right, always forget someone’s food always awful service ( get better )

Don't go here. Chips are always cold and rubbery, they never get an order correct and the customer service is shocking. Waited 30 minutes for a cold burger. Staff are miserable and lack basic customer service skills. Never again

My wrap was half falling to pieces, our drinks came half full and spilt over.

as usual fleetwood mcdonalds put no sauces in the order, 3rd time in a row for me, the manager should sort out the delivery section better, although fleetwood has always had a reputation for this, I've lost count of the number of times when getting an order they have forgotten sauces

It was all very nice but I DID NOT get the 2 sweet & sour dips I ordered.

The chips were raw, my chicken nuggets are missing it took ages to deliver and on top of that when I went to customer service I was told to phone my delivery driver who then told me to call McDonald's no one picked up the phone and I was left with no answer after 7 calls! They also didn't give me the correct sauces. I ordered 2 curry 2 bbq and one sour they completely left out my bbq and gave me ketchup instead I am not satisfied I can go to my fridge and get ketchup that is why I didn't order any. Never again.

I have given McDonald's such a poor review due to the complications I experienced while ordering food. The chips that were delivered were raw and undercooked. The chicken nuggets that were also ordered were not delivered, and whenever I tried calling McDonald's to let them know about their poor service no one decided to pick up the phone. After numerous tries I received no answer and our order was left uncompleted. The chicken nuggets were ordered with 4 sauces ( bbq, 2 sweet curry and sweet and sour) instead I received 2 sweet curry and 2 ketchup sauces. I am appalled by the services I have received tonight and it's safe to say I will not be ordering with McDonald's again.

I think that I can safely say that it was the best McDonald's I have been to, the service was excellent and the food was really tasty and all of it was hot. The waiting time was less than 5 minutes. Very Happy customer 😀 Still a really good macdonalds

I should have received 6 dips with my order, but absolutely none were provided. It spoilt the meal. A real let down, McDonalds!

I ordered a mcchicken medium value meal with a strawberry medium milkshake when it arrived my food was cold and no milkshake only a carton chocolate milkshake a child’s one. Rang the restaurant and were very rude and not helpful and not professional at all I thought the customer was always right I will never be ordering from them again and I will be telling my friends and family not to if this how they treat there paying customers

Very tidy place,good service and decent food and drinks. Only one quibble, the car park is on the side and you have to cross the drive though road to get in.

Absolute joke of a company. 3 times in a row the overpriced mcdelivery app has forgotten to deliver half of my food and the only customer support I get is to contact Uber eats. Which isn't possible because it was ordered through the McDonalds app. Hire staff who actually pay attention to what they're doing.

I am missing burger patties on my burgers for 2 meals and our cheese dippers are stone cold absolutely disgusting!!!!! The delivery was fast I marked it down because it makes the star rating higher than it deserves. Dreadful food and the 3 meals I bought with cheese dippers came to over £50 over priced underwhelming food

The food is consistent, you k ow you get what you order. The member of staff that day who interacted with us was really lovely.

Well it all began a few hours ago. I felt a slight rumble in my belly. I was shocked to stumble across hunger in side of me. I had an idea. I decided to check just eat for something to quench my ravenous urges. I spotted McDonald's had free chicken nuggets with a order of 15 British pounds. so u couldn't help but order. I had to make sure I got them so I ordered a classic big mac and mcflurry with a chicken burger trown in so u got my nuggets. I ate the food and so longer wanted to eat my cat.

Unhappy,both burgers went in the bin as they arrived with everything on,my kids are fussy about pickles and ketchup and both had pickles and ketchup.

Early morning visit but the food was spot on, staff really friendly.

Terrible as always, I don't know why I go back. Made me wait 25 minutes in the parking bay while drinks and mcflurry go warm. Went inside, they're just prioritising the just eat orders, none of the staff care about how they cause inconvenience. They re-did my mcflurry, filling it about half as much as before. Finally got home, started eating and realised they'd left out a mccrispy burger worth like £6. Couldn't be bothered to go back, so just lost time and was ripped off just for some lukewarm chips. Absolutely useless.
