Took online order and my money, but not open!

I’ve been buying Florida for many years now. I live out of Fleetwood but every time I visit family, we always go out of our way to treat ourselves. Tonight’s experience was quite underwhelming thanks to the soggy CHIPS. Please bring back the crispy, thin, red salted FRIES.

Got to say, they nailed the pizza 🍕 tonight, very good. Previously it had been a bit hit and miss, I don't know if it's a nicer base sauce, tomato 🍅, or proper cheese 🧀 but it was so much better. Good fluffy non burnt base. I would say the grease is still an issue, maybe some baking paper. It was only a minor issue because the ingredients seemed more freshness and quality. Décor could benefit from a refresh but when the food is good it doesn't matter. Need to get your scores on the doors above 3 and remove the 5 star sign till your back up to there.

Just tried this place omg food amazing burger chips fresh salad red salt garlic chilli sauce Delicious deffoo recommended 😋 Big portion too. Also got pizza too was lovely tastey plenty ingredients..on .absolutely stuffed banging sammy b.

We was in Fleetwood and wanted something to eat and we stumbled across Florida chicken and I am so glad we did we were greated by friendly staff and was made to feel welcome upon entry. We orded cheese burgers and chips and a pizza and it all tasted amazing. I can definitely say next time we are passing we will be back for another meal. Thanks for the chicken wings. 😊👍

Been a regular for many years, yesterday got my order with a "free garlic bread". it was only later we realised they charged for the so called free item. now an Ex customer

Food turned up freezing cold, rang to complain, and was told "yeah sorry bro" i'm not a teenager, and im not your "bro" used to love the food from here, it has been absolute trash the last 2 times ive ordered. Save your money, or go elsewhere.

Nice food great service. No complaints they even managed to make me a kebab calzone just how I like it. 10/10.

Excellent surprised how much we got better than kfc UPDATE!!!!!! Florida seems to have new owners and the food is awful My wife's kebab was thin with no salad on it and my chicken meal was soaking in grease Terrible not going there again

Friendly staff but food is horrendous. Bought a bbq pizza and the taste is poor and the quality is poor. Would not recommend going but upto you.

We have been ordering from floridas for years now! And since it’s been taken over by a different set of people there is constantly food missing, food is cold it’s a shame because it was our favourite place to eat. If you cant handle a food environment and your getting things completely wrong then then it’s not for you!

This takeaway doesn't even deserve the 1 star.. chicken burger was so thin, that if you compared it to a pancake, the pancake would of been thicker. It was very chewy and wasn't that hot... the chicken pieces was way too greasy and the chips tasted like they have been cooked in dirty oil with loads of salt to try and mask the taste. I wouldn't even feed the food to a homeless person.

The food is always lovely but 2nd time in a row they forgot garlic mayo rang them up said they will send some turned up about 40 minutes later when the food is cold

Me and my son had our first takeaway from florida chicken today It won't be the last.. The food was absolutely cooked to perfection I don't know what they do with the chips but I have never tasted chips so good The kebab meat chicken doner and sheek kebab again cooked to perfection My son had a chicken meal deal and again cooked to perfection. As for portion size me and my son are both big lads and we can both put the food away but neither of us could finish it. I would recommend florida chicken to anyone. 10/10

Good portions chicken a bit dry

Takeaway of choice for myself and many of my friends. The food is always great, piping hot and good portion size. Cash only but fair prices. All the staff here are so polite and pleasant to talk to, generally a spot-on establishment. Not once have I been dissatisfied after a visit.

Have ordered here every now and again for years but tonight was awful. Normally love their crispy chips but tonight they were very soggy and cold..chicken over cooked and cold..very disappointed

We have ordered once a week for the last 3 weeks . The food has always come a little quicker than they say . The food we have received has been hot , cooked well and no grease. I'm very picky about where I eat from , this place gets a massive thumbs up from me . . Oh and there phone manners are great too , they try to accommodate every 1 . We will be ordering again . 5* off all us in my house. X

Think this business has either been sold or has problems because I am a regular customer & I would rate at 5* normally.... But tonight I am truly shocked!.... Our normal order was truly so unbelievably different...... So much so...... I will never place another order until it returns to its standard......

It's the second time we have used this lovely takeaway.. This time we went for the Florida chicken with special coating (similar to KFC but Nicer) chicken kebab and chips and popcorn chicken meal deal.. The food was all lovely and freshly cooked, the kebab was on a nan style bread as opposed to pitta but it was absolutely delicious.. We ordered sides of chilli sauce and garlic sauce both of which where very tasty..would definitely use again, well cooked and presented chicken dishes at very sensible pricing, would have cost double in KFC.. By the way the pizzas looked pretty good too so we might try these next time

Ordered a takeaway on Sat night for tea but the chicken was cold everything else was hot but dont no if be using the place in the future

Donna meat cheap not nice and under cooked and the chips well thay was like cardboard never again very poor .

Quite disappointed tonight. Order twice a week when we're here and this time large kebab was small, no salad just onions and fries tasted like they had been cooked twice. Always recommend to others but was let down tonight 😦

Got what i ordered at the time they said it would be delivered. Just mediocre food. Nothing to get excited about.

Twice we used it this week while at Broadwater holiday park and twice order wrong. We actually phoned twice on the Monday and still got it wrong. Tried to phone back on Thursday but closed so stuck with wrong order Also tried walking to it on Wednesday as meant to close at 12.00 am but it was closed early We will never use again Would've gave no stars but have to give at least 1 Like to add, we visit twice a year and used it regularly but after this week NEVER AGAIN

I have never had a problem with this great little take away lovely food the chicken is fantastic I highly recommend the fillet burgers 🍔 😋

Chicken was bone dry and hard. Think it had been cooked hours ago. Then just kept warm.

He sido un cliente leal durante muchos años y la comida es realmente muy buena, especialmente las patatas fritas, pero esta noche que pedimos desde nuestro favorito para llevar y me mandaron mal la hamburguesa. Llamó a solucionar y nunca he sido tan groseramente hablado en mi vida. Pedí un plato filete de hamburguesa y dieron una pechuga de pollo burger, que sé que no suena tan mal, pero es de dos libras diferentes y estaba deseando mi favorito. Es un día triste porque ahora yo no puede pedir aqui

It's good hot weekend food! Beautiful fries and chicken. Burgers are good too. Can't go wrong. Look forward to ordering from here

We live locally to this takeaway and everything we have had from them has been extent it's the best kebab in Fleetwood and clevelys nowhere comes close the chicken is amazing they take a little while to come but if you want good food it's worth the wait what's the rush?

Local to where my son lives, when we visit we ask for FLORIDA!! as it is freshly cooked and great value

The food was quite nice actually but the staff need to learn some manners I don't expect to be called thick and stupid on my own front door step I think it's outrageous the way he spoke to me I felt like an ant I was that small!!! And all the manager answered with was just don't order again! Just don't order again I'm sorry but if that's the best your going to get you shouldn't be in business as you can't deal with complaints lightly and complaint are 20% of running a business but I'm guessing With Florida it's more like 99.9% complaints and for the record it would be zero star but I have to click one unfortunately

When food arrived after a 45 minute wait the chips where hot and kebab was cold and not the best kebab I've eaten
