McDonald's in North Hertfordshire

Fries were cold and dry. Diet coke tasted very watered down. Kids didnt like their nuggets cold either

The delivery time changed repeatedly while I was waiting. It ended up taking an hour to receive a breakfast wrap. The restaurant either only received or started preparing my order about 25 minutes after receipt (time print on the label) A driver wasn’t assigned until after that time. Painfully slow. I wish we could just get an honest estimated time frame.

Came at 12:10am but couldn’t order any food as every till and touch screen was off. Was told it would be AT LEAST 20 minutes until we could order. Shouldn’t advertise as 24 hours if the place is closed at midnight to reset, or whatever it was they were doing.

This McDonald's is up there with the worst in the UK. Here they specialise in rude service and poorly prepared food. Sadly this area has no competition for this particular franchise. The franchisee should really be ashamed, if you can avoid.

2 double cheeseburgers were missing from the delivery

I was so pleased with my order. The fries were warm, my big tasty wasn't over sauced and my banana milkshake was perfect. The delivery driver was pleasant and helpful. Thank you, Happy New Year.

I did not receive this order and i believe drivers are delivering to any flat within our block. It's happened numerous times now!

This order went to the wrong address it was supposed to go to 29 regent court Stotfold sg5 4aj so I have not got my order

Granted that it was the weekend prior to Xmas and therefore busy, the grandsons decided it was to be McD . Their Happy meals were fine, but my double quarter pounder was flat and had literally been thrown together and into the bottom of the bag, where it became all the more distorted. No doubt my naivety, but it looked nothing like it does on the adverts or when ordering. I should have done 2 things but didn't; taken an image and posted it before obtaining a refund. Then they forgot to include chips. KFC next time!

ordered my dinner, constantly becoming later and later on the ETA, I have a label on my door saying knock loudly and wait because I'm disabled. didn't hear the door knock, nobody phoned me, drifted to sleep because of pain killers I'm on, woke up four hours later due to no phone call to wake me announcing arrival, food dumped by my front door. all food was stone cold, milkshake melted. won't ever order from here again if that's how they handle disabled customers

placed my order at 7:40 and turned up at 9:10 when it should have been here at 8:25. Not only that the order was incorrect and after contacting just eat they said there not going to do anything as it's not there responsibly if the restaurant doesn't read the notes box. TOTAL DISGRACE.

Third order in a row where items were missing. The response from McDonald’s is zero. The help from Uber is abysmal. Offered a partial refund for the item missing even though it was the main bit - the burger. Refunded around £2 when the burger on its own is £5.49. An absolute scandal.

Well, gave the delivery driver my code. Went back in to open it up to find instead of the food i ordered I’ve got 2 milkshakes. What’s the point of using codes if they still deliver the wrong things?

I ordered at 9 it said it would be here for 9:35-9:45 and got here at 10:10 im appalled with this delivery time ,however my food came warm which is the only positive about this meal

Didn’t even turn up. They gave it to someone else and refused to refund me the money. The other person didn’t even have the code but they gave it to them anyway. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Specify exactly where you are and what you’ll be wearing. That’s £30 I’ll never see again.

Great food & delivered on time. Only issue being 3 x sweet chilli dips were missing, should have received 5 only got 3 which meant some of the chicken selects were very dry to eat!

Does anyone else think the service has got way slower since they introduced ordering by screen? Not only is the service seriously slow and inefficient, the food is also terrible these days. When it arrives it is lukewarm, dry, cardboard-like texture and has the nutritional value of a used teabag. It isn't even cheap, best part of ten pounds for a "value" meal. This company is trading on past glories. All of my 3 previous trips have been similar, not just Baldock and not just in the UK. I think I am done with McDonald's after this recent disappointment.

Not 24 hours, they regularly go offline for two or three hours at midnight. Don't bother ordering the fries as they are always soggy. It's hit and miss in terms of consistency with other food products.

Didn’t get an item from my order which I paid for

Food was late, cold and missing the main part of the order (chicken sharebox), Mcdonalds manager at the Stotfold branch was very rude and unhelpful in "rectifying" the issue. Went to re order and was unavailable to order again so we went elsewhere

Took almost 2 hours for this delivery. When delivery driver got here, no apology and acted as if it had taken 20 minutes! Although time on app kept up to date I am not impressed.

At firsr i waited nearly 30 mins for my food to be handed to me while they left my frappe to sit there and melt... when I asked them to remake it, I then checked my bag to find 2 missing items. I ordered my food at 23:24 and didn't get my food until gone 12am. Over 40 mins for 2 meals. Shocking.
