Just another cheerful McDonald's. Staff are hard working and tired

Does anyone else think the service has got way slower since they introduced ordering by screen? Not only is the service seriously slow and inefficient, the food is also terrible these days. When it arrives it is lukewarm, dry, cardboard-like texture and has the nutritional value of a used teabag. It isn't even cheap, best part of ten pounds for a "value" meal. This company is trading on past glories. All of my 3 previous trips have been similar, not just Baldock and not just in the UK. I think I am done with McDonald's after this recent disappointment.

Not 24 hours, they regularly go offline for two or three hours at midnight. Don't bother ordering the fries as they are always soggy. It's hit and miss in terms of consistency with other food products.

Didn’t get an item from my order which I paid for

Food was late, cold and missing the main part of the order (chicken sharebox), Mcdonalds manager at the Stotfold branch was very rude and unhelpful in "rectifying" the issue. Went to re order and was unavailable to order again so we went elsewhere

Always quick&clean,no problem recommending 👍

Over 2 hours late. Ordered at 22:30 constantly had the time pushed up it’s now gone to 01:30 and is still not here. No way to cancel or speak to anyone

20 mins for McDonald's.... Over 10 orders ordered after ours were produced first. Not a great experience

Went to McDonald's for some breakfast.. no soft drinks on o er at all! Only hot drinks! It's only Sunday!

Took almost 2 hours for this delivery. When delivery driver got here, no apology and acted as if it had taken 20 minutes! Although time on app kept up to date I am not impressed.

Worse mcdonalds, will never go back! Avoid avoid avoid!!!! At firsr i waited nearly 30 mins for my food to be handed to me while they left my frappe to sit there and melt... when I asked them to remake it, I then checked my bag to find 2 missing items. I ordered my food at 23:24 and didn't get my food until gone 12am. Over 40 mins for 2 meals. Shocking.

Very strong taste of vinegar in the Big Mac

Came in at 4.41am which is before breakfast and told no service thought it was 24 hour

Had no drink or chips. I want a refund

Cold burger and surprise surprise no Milkshakes

Delivery was quick food was hot, ice cream still frozen so all in all very good.

Busy Motorway services with a selection of food. We went for a McDonald's breakfast bap and coffee. The machines were out of paper, so remember your number. Food was coming out fast. Lots of staff on duty.

Delivery time changed quite quickly once ordered and wrong item sent. Instead of brownie ordered, I received a cookie (that I don’t like!)

wrong item delivered, we ordered a double sausage and egg, and we got a single sausage and egg, with cheese removed!

Slowest service ever, wish I’d read reviews before stopping

I used the app. The order info was not on the display screen, I had to ask one of the staff. That stated the service was good

1 star as cant give a zero fries were stone cold one nearly broke my tooth and as for the double cheese burger dry buns cold patties no onions stick to peterborough services

Must be the worst McDonald's in the area. No milkshakes EVER, each time we went up there over the years they never have milkshakes. This is one of those McDonalds which is making money regardless of customer satisfaction. It should be avoided at all cost.

`Half an hour late, food cold, Ice cream melted, how apple pie was overcooked and stone cold. Trash I will never order again from Mc Donalds or Just Eat !

I’m actually so angry right now 4 o’clock I ordered this didn’t arrive till 7 I thought it was cancelled so ordered of a different app so now I spend more money that I don’t have and would like my money back!!!!

Fast food, I don't think so, waits of more than 15 minutes common place when I go. They always turn off milkshake/iced frap/smoothis machines really early evening which I find ludricus considering its suppose to be 24hrs & any cleaning/maintenance could easily be done durring quiet periods, not when its clearly busy.

Food is only warm and cold fries 🍟

They do not have soya or oat milk so no tea or coffee for me

This was horrible customer service to start off I ordered my food at 2:30 it then arrived at 4:00 to then have my food frozen and was missing a large chips I am not happy

As usual, McDonalds is okay to have once a month. They have come up with a few innovative burgers, which are really good. especially the spicy ones. Overall okay

the drink had spilt inside the bag. so ruined the mcflurry and salad, then spilt all over the carpet before I had realised... so no coffee as well

When receiving my order ,I was missing certain food items like my drink(sprite) and my ketchups

Food cold and not what ordered

Ordered a Uber,ran the mcdonalds and told them the last time it was cold can they make sure it's hot,manager tells me the driver was there by the time the food was ready and it was still cold! I live in stotfold,2 minutes down the road.worst McDonald's ever! The stumpy manager lady with the glasses is rude and needs to be fired!

All good on time nothing missing for a change

Food was all cold. Mc Flurry had melted and drinks were watered down from where the ice had melted. Food was 45 minutes late!Had made a phone call to the McDonalds after being 20 minutes late and they told me it was out for delivery. We live 10 mins away from the Stotfold Services. Will not be ordering again!

Firstly I got a steakhouse stacke when I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and I have got no galaxy pie I am also I can not eat mayo and the burger has mayo I am very unhappy with my order

Filled of fish burger dry, half a piece of cheese, Chicken nuggets taste bitter from I think drale cooking fat Very dry chicken burger , limo old kettuce barley any sauce Will never eat there agsin.

Took ages to find a just eat driver, then the food turned up and my mcspicy was hard and chewy as if it was re heated the next day, hardly any chicken in the batter and very dry. Could not eat it.

I’m going to be honest,At the end of the day it’s McDonald’s your not going to get a good table over looking the ocean But you might get a table half covered with curry sauce and a worker hurriedly coming to wipe it clean. The tables are sticky and dirty not very hygienic but it’s good food.The atmosphere is horrid the average 14 kids will cry and ask for a toy from WHSmiths

Very rude lady who serviced us. We started to give her the correct money but she could not be bothered to wait and she seemed to think it was funny she was giving us loads of change rather than wait a moment for us to count it out.

I claimed for a refund because my chicken nuggets didn’t come and I ordered a chicken Big Mac but a normal Big Mac was in the box instead and my McFlurry didn’t come so I would like a refund

The driver was happy and very nice.

Not all my order was delivered. Two cheese burgers were missing but the side salad was delivered with the chips.

I don't know what's happened here!! But the mcflurry is awful, when I questioned it, I was told "it's because the ice cream is too cold and it ices up" what!!! Really? Are you joking?? They wouldn't even replace it!! telling me it was perfectly fine!!! I gave it back telling then to keep it, McDonald's, you are going downhill extremely fast!!! I won't be returning

I put delivery instructions in for the driver who did not read them... he spent five minutes walking around. if he'd of bothered to read them, my food would have not been cold. I asked him why he did not read them he said, "I just now read them" DUH!!!!!

Busy but a 7 min wait for food was impressive

Dry food with unpleasant slimy lettuce and cold by the time we got a seat . Will NOT visit any McDonald's again

The food was good, it's in a service's so don't expect a great atmosphere. Always open, so it's great

Burger was dry as a Nuns lady garden.

I did come in fairly late in the evening but service with a smile was clearly not on the menu that day. I felt distinctly unwelcome. The food itself was okay. A bit bland perhaps but edible.

Didn't have to queue, service and food were good.

It's a Maccies. Needed a coffee. Got a coffee. The coffee was passable 😊
