Absolutely disgusted with the food delivered and how unhelpful just eat were with my complaint. Our chips were cold, the scampi was only half a portion and there was a small bone found in the quarter pounder beef burger. I was told by just eat that I hadn’t been charged for the scampi but I have been. That although I provided photo evidence of the bone found in the burger it was still able to be consumed. They then closed the chat before I had chance to reply. Absolutely gutted!!

Good value kebab - wish they'd stop using polystyrene container for fries as it makes them soggy not crisp.

Awful, cold, tasteless, pitta bread missing, just nasty. I'd never buy from there again. Waste of hard earned money. Grrrr

First time ordering from Bodrum, and I highly recommend the takeaway. The food was delivered quickly, we had chicken wrap and kids doner meal. All food fresh and so tasty and at reasonable prices. We will be 100% ordering again.

This is the best Kebab we have had in a long time. Chicken really tasty. Salad was great with not loads of onion, which most kebab restaurants do within their salads, The only disappointment with this restaurant is I asked for chilli sauce to be put in a pot and not on my kebab (which all other restaurants and done) but I did not receive this chilli - Why?

The Shish kebab was lacking in size!! And very soggy pita bread, and the donner kebab was absolute rubbish. Huge chunks of weird textured meat drowned in garlic sauce. The meat didn’t seem right not like the usual finely sliced meat almost undercooked or frozen texture. Had to put this in the bin and go hungry

Delicious! Chips needed reheating in the air fryer as they were stone cold. But otherwise lovely.

The food was very very greasy and where it had sat for a while in the wrapper the grease had clumped together in places in the donner wrap so wasn’t very appetising

If you want hot wings don’t go here, they’re just cheap overly fried wings with more breadcrumb then chicken. Just a heads up “not hot wings just dry fried wings” Ordered to house.

The worst service in my life the app doesn't work and when your order is wrong because of it they tell you it was your fault yeah great company!

This has been here years, same chap still there. Great kebab house with nice staff. Very rare a place remains the same 25 years later, but this has.

Chips were cold and hard as though over microwaved. Salad was mainly onion. Chicken and lamb were dry and over cooked. Very disappointing.

Chicken shish with chilli sauce salad. chicken was but snewy and tasteless. Chilli sauce was a soggy bland mess that just soaked into the bread...won't be ordering from there again.

Had the special before flying out to Istanbul- better kebab here than there 😅 save yourself the trip. Good quality meat, nice chips, nice salad and no major rumbles the next morning. The lamb kofte is the best thing in the special - one of hitchins best kebabs!

Burnt, black, dry lamb kofte. Have never had this from Bodrum before but we had to throw it away. Hopefully a one off!

Decent kebab and chips wings weren’t to my liking like a bit more flavour but that’s just my preference

Where do I even start! Ordered a lamb shish wrap, with bbq sauce, There was 4 cubes of lamb in the whole wrap not big pieces of lamb either 4 small cubes of lamb & they had the audacity to charge £9 for this, when I called to complain the man that answered the phone instead of taking on board what I had said as I genuinely thought it was some sort of joke as I’ve never in my life received a lamb shish like it especially for the price paid as well it’s an absolute disgrace, I was that disappointed I said I wanted to come and bring it back and get my £9 back and go to a kebab shop like Baldock Grill or Shish Grill in Letchworth where you actually get a decent meal one that’s more capable of filling up an adult rather than the appetite of a 5 year old child, All I got was don’t order from us again we don’t want your custom any way, Having been to Bodrum & Kusadasi in Turkey myself, I can tell you they have an absolute cheek to call there selves Bodrum Kebab it should be called Bodged Kebab, Honestly if your feeling hungry avoid this place at all costs you’ll be more full up going to get yourself a round of toast from your own kitchen & saving yourself a tenner on a poor quality & even worse quantity kebab for what you pay, you’ll thank me trust me, I’d actually go as far to say there is probably more meat on a butchers pencil than what I actually received in my wrap & that’s the honest truth. If I had to some up this establishment in word it would be, SHOCKING!

Order from here regularly but today was awful. Took 2 hours to be delivered from the time we ordered, rang to chase up and was given the usual “it’ll be with you shortly line. Finally arrived and it was cold and chips tasted like they had been sat out for ages…raaaank.
