The food was tasty and full of flavour, though very spicy. There could be a few more vegan options, especially containing protein, pulses, or something even vaguely related to salad, would be welcomed. We were served by Kartheek, who was very friendly, polite, and helpful. One major gripe, why do they not accept cash? It's legal tender. Chains especially, should not be allowed to not let customers choose how they wish to pay.

Worse food I've ever eaten. Never go there. The chicken taste disgusting almost like it's not chicken. The rice is dry as sand and hard as nails

Absolutely fantastic service and the food was delicious, would definitely recommend Salt and Pepper Chicken with the Caramel Drizzle the go to combination will certainly be returning.

Staff are lovely! Lucia was so helpful. They were so accommodating as I was right at closing but still so happy to help and the food is always great.

Nice food. Not the best Asian food I’ve ever had but tasty and well presented. Prices are reasonable too. The young man serving was very polite (and patient explaining how the menu and ordering works). It’s inside a motorway services so that is the atmosphere and obviously there is plenty of parking. First time I’ve eaten at Chopsticks but I would definitely choose this restaurant again.

Persuaded my partner to try this as been before and was very impressed previously but today spent £24 and to be honest the worst food I’ve eaten plain dry no flavour disgusting won’t be coming back again very unhappy

Always our go to (mine and my daughter's especially) when we are travelling through. Scrummy food, prompt service and unlike many establishments great customer service. Sadly no knives today for me to chop up my huge pieces of chicken which was the only let down.

Will and Owen were far more helpful and kind than I've come to expect at a services. One of the carried my food to table too. They were very friendly and make a great team. Upsells were not annoying. In fact they helped me make my mind up. The food was hot and tasty. Very reasonable price. Eating at services is never my first choice but in this instance I'm pretty sure I will return. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

Solid Food and Service tonight with a solid portion for the price

Turned up at 6:26pm and with nothing left to offer I was told they close the kitchen at 7:30 but they would not cook anything else because they close soon at 8pm. So with a sink full of dirty washing up and no food to offer, back on the phones they went. Disappointed to say the least as I traveled far to get it

Izzy is very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, I changed my mind several times and it didn’t faze her, she’s a credit to your company and the reason I use Chopstix in Baldock services rather than the other food outlets.
