This spot is great if you want to do shopping and then eat it is really really good I enjoy coming here and I enjoy eating the food it’s all fresh and nice

There must be change of management in Letchworth, their service definitely better than before I have been coming here for past few years! My kids are really happy with their meal. That's why giving 5 star! Well done 👍

Food can be cold when you get it

I placed a £40 order, and they forgot the two fries in my kids’ meals. I called immediately, and they said they would replace them. When I tried to reorder yesterday, the manager refused, saying it wasn’t logged. That’s the last time I’ll be using this restaurant, and I recommend everyone in Letchworth avoids it.

This is a pretty good place but not the best. It is quite run down on the outside, but quite average on the inside. I got the fries, just for a snack and they were pretty good, so from what I have tried the food is good. The service wasn't bad, but they just gave you the food and you paid. That was it. I would only come for a snack, rather then a full on meal. I rarely see people going in.

Nice place food was standard but the waiting time was very short. The toilets were very dirty apart from that the restaurant was very tidy

Popped in today. Service was shockingly bad due to the ride female behind the counter. No welcoming 'hello, can I help you' so I stood there like a plum as I thought she was still serving the person before me. No 'please' or 'thank you'. She did however ask if I wanted my penny change. Like seriously?! How random!

Can understand why this place is always nearly empty. It's very dirty, even though very few customers. Cost of burgers and drinks far too expensive that's why a packed out McDonalds is just around the corner. Due to terrible hygiene would not eat here!

Good Staff and fast service good atmosphere

This is probably the only time I have ever turned around and walked out of a Burger King empty handed. The place smells bad, like a stale greasy cloth has been wiped over the floor and tables. Apparently the bathrooms were also bad according to my wife. I suppose I should have worked it out in advance, this place was empty and yet McDs about 1/2 mile up the road was rammed and we couldn't get to the carpark because the drive-in queue was so long.

The only thing edible were the chips. Burger was dry and what I assume to be cheese was a tiny runny blob about the size of a 5 pence piece, and what the hell are the chilli cheese bites? No one in the uk likes runny tasteless american cheese. Overall a really expensive and disappointing meal.

Eaten here a couple of times, food is ok sometimes cold, but having used the toilets on my last visit. I won't ever visit again. Possibly the most foul smelling place I've ever had the misfortune of entering.

It currently smells of sewage inside the restaurant. I know this because when I went through the drive-thru, I was instructed to wait in the car pack for them to give me my food, defeating the purpose of a drive-thru. After waiting 15 minutes for my fast food, I had to walk in and ask where it was. I then waited for a further 5 minutes before it was handed to me. Awful experience.

Ordered food from counter staff who looked like he didn't want to be there, chips were in bottom of bag all fell out wrapper chicken burger warm to cold, had not taste, certainly not value for money, one time experience never to repeat.

Haven't been since lockdown, was good to get back and have a whopper meal, service was a bit iffy, but when your wearing masks that don't help 😷 😋😁

Chips cold . Burger warm Fanta orange flat no fizz . Toilet blocked up and smelling needs a revamp and a good manager to sort things out o and you have to pay 30 p for sachels of bbq sauce .. what a joke.19 /4/ 24 time 12.30 this place has gone down !!!!

The most disgusting place to eat. The smell of pee impregnated in these toilets are so bad that they need new ones build proper with access to jet wash the walls. While waiting at the counter they open the kitchen door and you get a slap of smell. Come one guys!!!

Went there with family members after long time. It was way better than earlier Food was as expected and they serve quickly. Clean nice atmosphere well recommended.

Slow service, ordered a whopper and it was like chewing cardboard. Staff asked me at drive thru ‘what do you want me to do’ when I asked if I could have no lettuce. Not staffs fault, management needs a serious overhaul here.

Like many burger kings these days the site itself is looking rather old and tired, but the service here is very friendly and the food is really very good for a fast food place. Since the quality of the food is by far the most important facet, overall it deserves a 5. Will use again when in Letchworth at the retail park area.

Spent £36 on food didn’t want the free tomato sauce so asked for mayo but had to pay for that 2 sachets 60p . The girls that served us was lovely yet the girl that stuck her nose in a said you have to pay for mayo was rude and in your face . Been going there for years and have never paid for mayo . Yet when her friend came in she gives out free food and drinks . So I take its if your face fits . Th

Everything was stone cold and tasted horrible even by BK standards. Packed cold drinks on too of the food so it leaked and made it cold. How can you not understand how to pack fast food for delivery. Also forgot items!? Cant make this up.

It’s really nice here. The staff are very polite and very fun to see working. This gives a good attitude towards the whole company. Burger King is a very good place to eat and have good company.

My old review has been deleted for some reason so to recap.... 3 people in the place, my brother and I, and an Indian gentleman. The young lad behind the counter at the time was clearly panicked and out of his depth. The Indian guy said he'd been waiting for 10 mins prior to my brother and I coming in. Anyways, after about 20 minutes we got served, the manager was sat at a table chatting up some fella who had popped in for lunch...attempting to, she wasn't exactly a looker 🙄. So we make our order, guy behind the counter looks under immense pressure, 2 whopper meals..hes clueless. We wait another 15 minutes or so for our food, in the mean time he grabs a random cup of something from the top of a drinksachone and passes it to me..its not the milkshake I'd ordered, it was there when we first come in so had been sat there at least 35 mins at this point, it was literally a cup of milky water or something they had drained from the machine to bin. I obviously told him that it wasn't my drink...he goes to make a chocolate milkshake but the machine has run out of chocolate flavouring, he literally had to beg the manager to come help him, she was too busy flirting with some fella at a table...she gets up in a huff and helps the young lad change the powder or whatever it is eventually. Aweful place, not fast my any stretch of the imagination. Place was grubby...staff were slow and quite rude.

Visited in passing after a trip of Lidl. The restaurant has plenty of parking being at one end of a retail park. Service was fast and friendly. Tables were clean.

Card only because they had a break in (yea right) it's BK ffs A cold XL bacon cheeseburger meal Rats behind depot as I was leaving 30p a sachet of sauce which is disgusting. I've just spent near £11 on a cold burger, a few fries & a watered down fizzy drink & they want to charge 30p for a dismal amout of sauce to top it off. 1 star is too high. I literally feel sick

This place is shocking, how it keeps limping on is beyond me. The only reason I went there was because McDonalds and Costa were unbelievably busy, now I no why. Should have waited. This explains now, why when I pass it which is frequently, it is always empty, then drive passed McDonalds and it’s packed!! Dirty, cold, understandably fed up staff. Should close down really or let a different franchise take it over.
