Received the wrong burger I order a Philly cheese I received mc crispy bbq smokehouse

Used my reward points so it was free.

Has now been multiple orders that have been cancelled, over an hour late, wrong items. Have re-used to try and give the benefit of the doubt but they lie on the phone and tell you it’s on its way then still doesn’t come. Have been spoken to rudely when orders have been wrong. Have tried ordering with a couple of hours notice so not last minute and current order for instance is over an hour late still and they said 40 mins ago it was already with the driver on its way to us. Still not here. Terrible service. Would not recommend nor use again.

The food was amazing! They had some limited edition Nether Flame Sauce, so we bought some to see how it tastes. Read on if you want me to spoil the secret taste. The Nether Flame Sauce was spicy, so I gave it to someone else who likes spicy stuff. Even she said that it was too spicy. Buy some if you really like hot sauce.

I have a lot of problems using the McDonald's app.

Chicken is too salty,not recommended too much spices.

Chelmsford is kinda cool. Some guy with a saxophone was playing Hotline bling. 8/10 would recommend.

Rubbish forgot half off my order.. call it being absolutely thick

We placed an order with an estimate of 15-30mins delivery. The order took 50 minutes before it started to be prepared and once it arrived an hour after ordering it was rather cold. My daughters nuggets where like rubber and the chips had been sweaty and cooled so where not great. We've never had this before so was rather disappointed. I must add though, the burger wasn't bad and the delivery driver was pleasant enough.

The food is generally what you expect from McDonald’s — consistent and tasty for a quick bite. However, the overall experience could definitely be better. It was quite busy, and all the tables weren’t cleaned quickly enough between customers. Washrooms were also not cleaned. It’s fine if you’re just looking for a typical McDonald’s meal and don’t mind a bit of a wait or hunting for a clean table. But if you prefer a quieter or cleaner environment, you might want to check out a different place.

Self service, Maccy D's in a services, what more can you say ?

Staff are rude and abrupt. Try to insist on customers using automated system with no understanding that some customers do not want to. All three machines not working when I went.

Don't frequent Maccies very often but was presently surprised, really nice beef patties and lovely latte.
