Absolutely terrible greasy pizza, took ages to make. Look at all the bad reviews from everyone and listen to them. The food is terrible. The place needs shutting down.

Smelled good. But then got mad when they made my burger taste bad by mixing in peppers with it.

Just normal takeaway pizza. Good for grabbing one and eating it in some remote location!

Ordered lamb kebabs for collection. Ready on time. Food however was horrible. The lamb is not good cuts of meat and they were way too over seasoned with spices. The salad wasn’t fresh and watery. Chips over cooked very disappointing for the price. Unfortunately a waste of money as it all went straight in the bin. Can’t recommend at all sorry

Only ate half the order, pizza tasted like wrong type of cheese and rubbery, chicken tasted of chemicals, chips tasteless to say the least burger less then average, and just bearable wasn't worth £17 never mind the £27 we paid .... really disappointed u would think the food in kweswick would be top notch .... this outlet is far far far from it!... wouldn't recommend to my dog

What a waste the overall this is the worst restaurant I’ve been to in my life they don’t have any kind of manners staffs were ignorant on top their food make me sick as the chicken sheath kebab was not properly cooked and dry, hot wings so small,no seasoning or coating and doner kebab not well cooked and as for salad they served only pickled slaw and cabbage. This is actually worse place to eat and I would suggest people to rather starve then going to this place.

Wish there was 0 star review I mean in one place how worse everything can be food was so dry, small in size plus not cooked. Cleanliness wise like a garbage which make me feel puke hence they 3 star food hygiene. Won’t recommend anyone this expensive rubbish.

I would give this place 0 star. Went to this place today with my family.waited for them to open the shop for few minutes as they were late to open it. When entered, couldnt see any food prepared and staff was cleaning the shop. No one attended us and then one came to us and said to move where we standing so he could fix his LED window board. He was very rude so we left the shop. He was smiling when we were leaving …. Not professional at all.

The owner was rude as per previous review by my family member. Moreover they lie on response that we came and order food from them again??? Good tactic. May be would be better to improve your basic costumer service skill? They name it pizza italia but they are no italian at all.. shop is filthy and seats were all ripped. But worst of all no costumer service skills, very rude as some others have also reviewed. No surprise the place was dead while we passed through in the evening.

The website took forever to load, the man on the phone was quite rude and blunt. The pizza was extremely greasy and the cheese was like rubber. The delivery man was nice and didn’t beep his horn. however i would eat again if i was extremely hungry quite let down considering the keswick standards

Food takes aaaages. Pizza base was way too floppy to pick up to eat. And it's really expensive compared to my normal local shop (not in Keswick). Standard late night rip off rubbish.

Being a semi-local i recommend wholeheartedly this spot for food, they fast, their doner pizza is to die for even late hours, and their garlic sauce is a class on its own. Bit exaggerated but they truly deliver.

The only halal shop I found Halal!!!

Had the delicious 'Special Wrap' from here. Service was fairly quick. It is on the pricier side, however, I suppose this can only be expected when you're seeking out halal food in the Lake District. To note: it is cash only.

We visited last night, i know we are in the lakes but the prices where shocking, £1.70 for a can of what i think was fake Pepsi.. i dont mind paying the expensive prices if the food was nice... it was terrible, uneatable... i dont even think the kebab was cooked and as for the chicken nuggets they where the must disgusting things ever... AVOID ,

Seriously this place is really ok. Great and friendly service (I was with my dog), order ready in less than 10 mins, decent price and actually quite nice pizza and homemade garlic mayo.

Worst kebab iv ever had. Salad was just lettuce chilli sauce, just vinegar and chilli. Didn't even cut the pitta. Just put It in the bag

Whilst staying in keswick on holiday, we decided to have a takeaway that delivers to our lovely cottage and have a lazy day. After googling and finding this place and we'd never tried before, thought we'd give it a go after reading the reviews. I was very pleasantly surprised how extremely beautiful it was. Everything was all correct, very fresh, nice and hot and was delivered in a promptly manner. Highly recommend and will definitely eat here next time we're on holiday.

Rang this place to order food, rudely I got hung up on three times.

Pizzas and kebabs are very good, there is bench seating if you wish to eat in, recommended 👍🏼

The best kebab. Separate bread & sauce so not soggy by the time we've walked home. The meat was cooked lovely & a nice choice of salad.

The food was nice and the place was reasonably clean for a small takeaway. They only accept cash so the cash machine at the post office nearby may come in use.

Pizza is good, it is not a Italian run though. (most of them are not. But for those who are curious). That was a late night option in keswick. Had a chicken pizza, was pretty good.

Pizza wasn’t great. The cheese was really gross, tasted like a pizza you could make yourself with cheap grated cheese! Would’ve been so much better with mozzarella. Very expensive for what it was and made with cheap ingredients.

I have come here a few times after mountain climbing, and i have to say straight away that their garlic sauce is phenomenal. I have NEVER tasted anything so beautiful in my life. Chips are great, so is the pizza. The only thing I would improve is the prices, they are definitely a bit too steep, but that's just my opinion. Also the customer service, nothing bad...its just the staff are very quiet and feel quite distant from the customers. A smile wouldn't go a miss!

The door was open so I went in and stood at the counter. I stood for several minutes but no one came to take my order so I left. Won't be back.

Ordered a tray of donor kebab meat here, menu said lamb, there was no lamb in it or for that matter meat, weird combination of rubbery strips and brown skin with no flavour, no oil or fat in it either, even on the spit it just turned brown like paper. Very expensive too My advice is to AVOID this stuff like the PLAGUE.

Rude cashier with an attitude, poor customer service and to top it all of terrible food at unreasonably high prices. Chicken wings smell like fish, taste dreadful, overcooked. 1 star is a little generous.

Amazing chicken burger and cheeseburger, cooked fresh and flame grilled. Chips lovely, proper salt and vinegar and cheese melted just right. Can't wait to try a kebab. Happy and will definitely come back. Service was great, friendly, polite and comfortable. Cheers.

Any of the reviews under 5 stars are lying to themselves. Juicy. Succulent. Divine. All these words were pulsating through my head as i sunk my teeth through the tender meats they had to offer in there mixed kebab meal. we ate the first kebab just round the corner and had to go back in instantly for more. On this second venture in, We ordered the scrumptious six piece hot wings, a marvellous meat feast pizza and a cracking combo meal. Now, The combo meal is usually a choice between two of the meats on their menu but the brilliant bossman decided to throw in some of the other mind- blowing meats for no extra cost, excellent example of terrific customer service. The fiery hot wings were complimented by the cool breeze of the garlic sauce served with them and were spectacular combined together. Finally, we tucked in to our pizza wondering how on gods green earth the meal could become any better than it already was but by Joe it did. The supple meat, the soft cheese and the crisp dough of the pizza base slid down our throats as we sat in awe at the beyond satisfactory cuisine we had just devoured. Have recommenced this place to almost everyone i have seen since. This place is how i expect all fast food restaurants to be: with fast service and unbelievable food. 10/10 would come again

I'm only give this a 2 star because the margarita pizza that I got had this awful mushy cheese underneath the normal cheese and was really, not amazing! However burger was delicious and chips were good. Would maybe... recommend because it may not be the same experience as I had. X

Ordered spicy vegetarian with feta pizza, Malibu pizza and chips from here twice in the last week for delivery to the Derwentwater hotel at Portinscale. The food was lovely, pizza base was fresh and soft, it arrived hot in a good time and the driver was great calling when he arrived. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely thee worst pizza I’ve ever had! Pretty sure these are bought in rather than fresh made. Dry no source minimum cheese & to top it off a big fat portion of food poisoning for 2 of us who only had the meat feast. Up all night had to leave early. If hungry do yourself a favour don’t go here!!

My other half and my step daughter ended up with food poisoning last night. They shared a meat feast pizza and fries. I on the other hand I did not have the same and I have been fine. I would not recommend Pizzeria Italia and I think a food hygiene check will need to be completed!

Friendly staff really nice food good prices

Staff argued with me when they got my order wrong, best to avoid as they're horribly rude.

The pizza look's great but the cheese didn't taste great rest of the pizza was good but the taste of the cheese was horrific didn't work with the rest of the pizza. chips good Kabab good change your cheese or change your supplier or just checking your cheese is in date, and then you can start making a great pizza. Shop look good friendly people nice place. CHANGE YOUR CHEESE. Pizzeria too many low Star rating make changes or other takeaways will profit from your lack of discipline in staff and for you to make changes in food products up to you I'll see you next year.

The pizzas are ok, but the chips and donner were dripping with grease. Everything seems overpriced and made us feel sick

Ok for cheap scran Presentation of the place 3 out of 5 No tea of coffee available just pizza burgers and so on If you have been on the beer and you want scran rather than something substantial then come here

I can’t comment on the pizzas , in the town I come from kebab shop‘s normally put kebab first and pizzas after, I nearly dismissed this establishment but I am so glad I tried them out. I was holidaying in Keswick and over the course of eight days I tried there entire kebab menu and was very very pleased with the quality of the food. I’d rather spend £20 plus on a big mixed kebab that is of excellent quality than messing about with the barbecue buying the meat and then having to clean it the day after. See you next August (if not before)

Chips were bloody apauling. They served me cheesy chips with cold mozzarella. I then asked them to reheat the cheese and they put it in the microwave . Also they charged me 4 quid Ps-sauce is a quid Overpriced.

Giving a 1 star because they hung up on me when i called to place an order for delivery and then the phone kept saying it was busy.

What a lovely place. Really friendly welcome. Just visited whilst on holiday. Ordered chicken kebab wrap, cheeseburger and chips. I have never had so much chicken breast in a kebab. Amazing value. Chargrilled chicken tasted lovely. Cheeseburger was tasty, fresh and cooked to perfection with salad of your choice. Highly recommended.

If you fancy a pizza get one from the supermarket because it will be far superior to pizzas from this place... definitely the worst takeaway pizza I have ever had...

The couple of characters serving are more interested in taking the mick out of the paying customers in their native tongue than providing a food service. Maybe if they concentrate on the uncomplicated job at hand they may get your order correct and not omit items that have been paid for? As for the bait the salad was sad and the kebab meat was cold. Don't waste your time other better establishments nearby achieving far superior results without the sunburned budding Laurel and Hardy!

Poor quality chewy pizza - undercooked - would not recommend this pizza place. Very disappointed by quality and taste.

We tried, ten or twelve times, to complete an order. No reply at all on the published phone number and no SMS code sent back despite multiple attempts to finalise an online order. Those SMS codes arrived on my phone around seven hours later. No idea, of course, what the food is like.

Ordered two pizzas, stated on site that it would be on average 45 minutes. Confirmation email then stated it would arrive within 60 minutes. Hadn’t arrived after about 85 minutes, tried calling the restaurant, rang out with no answer, retried it 8 more times, same result. Nearly 120 minutes after the order the food finally arrived. Asked the driver what the hold up was and he told us it was busy; fair enough. However I then asked why the restaurant wouldn’t pick up after all these calls to them and he told us that they had switched off their phone. Tells you all about how they treat the customers. They clearly don’t care about those who have ordered or trying to communicate with them. Avoid this place at all costs!

The pizza eventually came out and they gave us our order, by which time the chicken and chips was luke warm. I’m irritated because i queried this before the pizza came out and was told to wait and that it would be fine. When the pizza came out i pointed out that the food was likely now not hot. The guy just said if it was, i could come back. Not really mate, i live several miles away and have kids. Sure enough, the food was Luke warm so i had to put it all the oven. So it’s two stars, probably should be one.

The wait times were a bit too long for me, but other than that good service and food.

Tried to place an order on the phone and they hung up 2 times. The third time we asked to place an order and they rudely replied with no and hung up again. Will never use again as there is much nicer places around Keswick.

Popped in for chips £2 , deliberately overcharged £4. Challenged price and the overcharger kept his back to me. Other staff sorted it, there were looks between them, chips were vile. There’s a bin next to the place, it was used. Went round to Mamas, very friendly, £1.90 a portion and we’re delicious. Will never use this place again. No room in Keswick for this.

A little more expensive than other local places but a massive portion made up for it, Tasty kebabs.

Great customer service and plentiful portions. Didn’t have to wait long for our order either, the southern fried chicken was juicy but not soggy, chips were nice too. Not one complaint, Positive recommendation.

Good food at a reasonable price and excellent delivery service 🚚. We arrived a week after lockdown in a remote cottage near Cats Bells 🔔 wasn’t sure if anyone would deliver but these guys found us without any problems. Highly recommend. 👍

Pitta was Rock hard like it had been microwaved and then put on the grill. Pizza base is frozen and paper thin. And keep forgetting items off my order. Won't be ordering again. drivers ok.
