I recently purchased the Leon subscription and asked for help using it in-store. She had short brown hair and had a rude attitude telling me I couldn't use it because it's a 'franchise'. It wasn't clear when I started paying I could only use it in some stores. I am appalled at why a paying customer cannot get a coffee in this store.

Lovely food which was reasonably priced. The service staff were friendly and efficient

I just wanted hot potato with salt and vinegar. I also wanted roe so hoped for battered roe and a potato scallop. None ready so I opted just for chips, half an hour before closing at 8pm. Cold, old, horrible chips.

ordered at 5.30pm, stated delivery time was 39 mins. it took 85 mins, hence the meal was luke warm rather than hot. usually much better service.

We are not from Torquay, we were staying on the Park Dean Resort. We ordered twice from here. Not only did they deliver here extremely quickly, the food was hot, and delicious. But the portion size was massive. We wish you were in Lincoln.
