Delivery driver deserves a raise went out to get the missing drink at 4am many thanks to him

The portion sizes were way too small for the amount paid

Food was cold and demand a refund

Chips were cold everything else was fine

my order never arrived at all, sizzlers took my money, and kept me waiting two hours. When I called they said the driver was ten minutes away, when I called the second time they said they had never received my order, even though they told me it was in the way. Spoke to the manager and he said that there was nothing he could do. Always have issues with this restaurant, hygiene rating is 2, place needs shutting down.

It was about a 1 hour delivery time but was right on time for the estimated time. It was worth the extra time and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. Burger was slightly damp but I put that down to condensation in the box and it didn’t affect the flavour or texture at all. I will be ordering again and I would recommend.

Always good food and quite often delivered before the approximate time, which is a plus. Ordered from another branch of Sizzlers by mistake a few days ago, and the quality of food from there was very poor compared to this branch. Will definitely be double checking in future to make sure I'm ordering from this branch.

Delivery driver brought wrong food when took 45 minutes to bring food

The food was barely warm upon arrival, the fries tasted like absolutely nothing and the chicken meat was dry. The doner was alright but a bit rubbery. Won't be ordering again.

Delivery driver stood outside my house for an unknown amount of time without calling me to let me know he was here. I then passed him a £20 note for an order that cost £15.19 and he didn't even offer me change. Won't be using the app again.

The service I received from this takeaway was atrocious! Hassan who answers the calls was unbelievably rude! He has no idea how to speak to customers respectfully. I placed an order on Wednesday and he couldn't understand basic English and got my whole order wrong. I called him regarding this and then he said I'm sorry it won't happen again. I placed an order again today and the same person hassan answered, I called twice to confirm he understood what I ordered and he said yes. Once again my order has came and it was all incorrect. Not just 1 meal or 2 no the whole order was incorrect. I called back to complain he cut the phone on me. I called back several times and he won't answer. After my experience here I wouldn't recommend anybody to waste their money on such a business that can't even show respect to customers when the business is in the wrong themselves.

Food was cold . Fish was awful.lots of batter . Chip s was ok . Kebab was really dry .

I was missing my fries on this order even the delivery driver said that he has put it on his Watts app group I've requested a refund for the fries as I'm not paying for something I didn't receive the pizza wasn't the warmest it's either that or the delivery driver had eaten them either way I did not get the fries I paid for which is wrong of the company as there was only 2 items on order so how can you miss them off there.

I’m so tired of this restaurant getting orders incorrect or delays that are measured in hours not minutes. Equally awful is Just Eat who make it near impossible for you to get a refund for your money. I won’t be ordering from these guys again. Complete waste of time money and effort just to get a pizza, there are so many more professional establishments that hat deserve your time and money.

Not enough cheese Whole order was cold

Food was supposed to arrive between 2 and 2.20. However it arrived at 3.25. In this time I rang the restaurant numerous times and they did not answer. The food was cold when it arrived. The kebab was dry and the lettuce was not fresh. I will not be ordered from here again. I wished I had read the reviews prior to ordering as this seems it is not the first time someone has had this issue with the restaurant and I doubt it will be the last

It was late, however the driver was lovely. Food was great. 100% ordering again as they take cash as well

The Delivery was late by an hour, When I phoned up to ask where it was the restaurant was rude and told me that my order had be cancelled as soon as it was payed for and that I wouldn't be getting any food, the food arrived an hour and 15 minutes later, The customer service was abysmal, Will not be using this restaurant again.

I would not recommend. I place an order for collection on 29th June turn upto shop order accepted shops closed. Been trying to call since and nothing no refund been charged for this imaginary food I didn't collect.

Food was dry, the chips/fries got a mix of both to be honest, were unseasoned. No salt no vinegar. No dips with pizza. The Pizza was quite bland. Extremely disappointed had to throw it in the bin, will not be ordering again

First time ordering. Menu says double steak burger turns out to be chicken steaks not beef. Also did not bring can of coke that was on the order

First place I have ordered from where the food was piping hot still upon delivery. Will be a returning customer for sure. Look forward to trying the rest of the menu.

2 hours after I've ordered and nothing turned up, I've repeatedly tried to call the restaurant as this is the first time I've had an issue with this place but no answer (12 calls). So currently 25 quid down and not enough time left to sort any food out before I start work

I order twice on Just Eat from this Fast-food and I have to say that it was perfect. My redbull was cold, my kebab was fresh. I'm not 100% sure but fries also looks like they're fresh and not frozen. Thanks!

I don't often review but I have to admit that everything was perfect. My cold drink was cold 👍 my kebap was really great, and not often you see fresh fries like here! Thank you very much, I'll definitely order again, fresh fries make the difference. Most fast-food give facking frozen fries with no taste. You boys did great.

Used this place before for Pizza and it was sublime. So I tried burgers this time. Do not recommend. The fries were like rubber, literally threw them away. The burgers were acceptable, but not £5.50 a meal acceptable. Milkshake was the best thing about the meal, but even then, for £4.99 - shake and grill do a better shake for the same price.

To be fair. New years eve order due at 3.55am. Didn't realise it was so far. (I'm dy3, they ws10) after about 1 hrs called and they explained they were very busy. Food came was amazing. Would recommend and will use again. Xx

I ordered chicken, cheesy chips, corn on the cob with sweet chilli sauce. Instead I received two fries which were cold on arrival and missed out the corn on the cob completely. The sweet chilli sauce is not sweet chilli, it is spicy normal chilli sauce mixed with ketchup. Awful, will not be ordering from here again.
