Food Quality and taste are good and you can have an extra large under ,£15

Veg hot pizza was not the best it was over seasoned and tasted like pasta and smelled like it as well. On the other hand, potato wedgies were nice. Staff were friendly.

The pizza was very dirty and tasteless, and especially the pizza maker is very dirty.

My son ordered a veggie hot and tandoori chicken pizza. The line was bad and the guy kept asking my son if he wanted the chicken hot also. My son didn't realise and thinking he meant the veggie said yes. It was for the younger kids and when it came I called the shop. Due to the misunderstanding the guys were so lovely they sent us another chicken pizza for my kids even though it wasn't their fault. Pizzas tasted really nice too, thanks 👍

Pizza looked great but that was it. Ordered a Tandoori hot which was not hot, it was tasteless. Not cut properly at all slices kept ripping apart. First and last time for me.

Delivery driver using the car bonnet of my car to unload the pizzas i was gob smacked use to use here regular not any longer totally furious my car was used to drop pizza bags on

Cant fault the food but the delivery driver using my car bonnet as a table to unload the pizzas im affraid i cant use you again its just something you should never see lost a regular big order

Worst service Ever . Even the staff with very bad attitude and don’t listen the order properly . Always in hurry to cut the call without listening properly and deliver wrong food …. I confirm my order 2 - 3 times they won’t listen properly And the behaviour of staff is so rude .

Worst pizza iv ever ordered..tasted like a cheap iceland one...was like theve warmed it up from day b4..all stuck together and base tasted stale. Never again

Pizza ok, but the attitude from the staff is disgusting. I have never been to a place where the staff are rude and have very bad attitude. I asked (and will always ask) for a receipt and the the guy, who was serving me, gave me a look as though i'd asked him for a million pounds. Utterly disgusting place, will not be going there again. By the way i am struggling to put a star on here.

Foods okay if you go in and order fresh. Delivery usually cold but in store customer facing staff rude. Been in tonight and was served by an argumentative lad who was chewing gum with his mouth open and blowing bubbles (vile 🤢) and then tried to overcharge. Lost a long standing customer unless you train some decent front of house staff and not just giving the job to another member of staffs brother!!!!

The food is usually hot and tasty, however this is now the second time the delivery driver has gone to the wrong address and then shouted at me down the phone for not opening the door. He then turn up and told me that I've got the name of my road wrong.....I've lived here 6 years so I think I know my own adress.....shocking customer service!.

Wish I could leave a zero star. Ordered food for me and my partner (pizza and chips) We had already eaten most of the pizza when I noticed a LONG BLACK HAIR on the next slice I was about to eat. This immediately put me off, I rang the shop and advised of this, they said they would send a fresh pizza which I declined because having a hair in my food has put me off. I said I wanted a refund, the person I spoke to huffed because I wanted a refund and not another pizza. The driver arrived to collect the pizza and give me my refund. He was accusing me of putting the hair in the food, my hair is brown and my partner is ginger lol. He said I wasn’t being fair because I wanted all of my money back. What isn’t fair is finding hair in my food, I wasn’t even going to leave a bad review but the way the driver was arguing with me about a hair that is quite clearly not mine or my partners is a joke. In stead of accusing your customers, maybe invest in some hair nets to prevent this from happening moving forward, joke men.

Absolutely rubbish pizza.. sweet taste which is not a must for a pizza. Also the dough is to fat in size, the pizza has no taste & is very bland!..1 of my worst experiences I’ve had eating pizza, the attitude of the staff as a whole is very rude & very unprofessional conduct.. no hygiene in place , I’m surprised due to that this pizza outlet dating 8-10 years back was the best outlet about when it came to pizza & its sides, won’t be going back in again, the bright side you get a small fries free.. would avoid if possible.. shame this day & age food outlets which were legendary have crumbled down to such low standards .. unbelievable..

Hair in Pizza- Avoid buying your pizza from here. I normally buy my pizza from here. I bought a pizza from here on Thursday and found a long hair in there. Called them up and the man who answered was so rude! He said “I can’t do anything about it, have a good night and hung up”. They do good pizza but WILL NOT be buying here again. Rude staff and hair in food.

Great place and a very good pizza

First time ordering. Very disappointed, food looked amazing, but was stone cold. We ordered a xlarge pizza, chips, garlic pizza bread and jalapeño cream cheese bites. If food came hot maybe a different review. Ate a slice, few chips but because was cold just put me off. Ordered through just eat but to even try and sort would have to ring restaurant. Order was running late maybe this is the reason why food arrived cold. Very disappointed. Hate leaving bad reviews but with what we have spent on this food was so not worth it.

1st time I've ordered from here after getting fed up of rubbish food frommy local pizza shop. The food was very tasty,looked good and arrived in a good time. Price was better also. For thev1st time all of the family aye their food,including the crusts of the pizza... Will be our new pizza takeout now.

I have been a loyal customer of pizza point for 5 1/2 years use to live up the road pizza are lovely but tonight after moving to Dudley 2 years ago and still ordering from them to tonight being told they can not deliver to me after being so loyal I will never go back!! Loyalty obviously means nothing!!! You’ve lost a valuable customer and will not longer refer people to you either!!!!

Walked into this pizza point,ordered a pizza, which was a long long wait to get?but pizza taste wasn't bad at all.

Unfortunately They changed me for Pizza but they made a bread with little cheese. They need something for nothing.

Ordered 2 pizzas, fries and dips. Delivery was really quick. Both mexican and pepperoni special pizzas were so tasty and the chips were cooked just right. I have tried other pizza shops and none of them come anywhere near Pizzapoint for taste and certainly value.

Amazing had a bad order called told me next time I ordered ill have a free replacement like said they did just that ams it was excellent tasty and cooked right no issues at all

Bought some diapers for me kiddo. Absolutely terrific. I'd give a 1000 stars for flavour and didn't break even after a throw from the stairs. Blew me bonce off.

Used to be value for money, but not anymore. New staff need a course on communication and customer relations, please and thank you go a long way and being asked " Do you want a recept" or " would you like a recept" are 2 different ways of asking the same question to a customer, which response would you prefer? Do you want a recept sends the message it's an inconvenience, but would you like a recept sends a message of I'm here to help and assist in anyway possible.

Doesn't take notice to what you order and poor excuse when you ring them. we will do it next time no good next time

Ordered the texan bbq pizzza I always add crizo sausage to it as I find it more tasty . Collected it so had the option of free fries or a can of pop and it was amazing such a nice pizza and the service was quick along with lovely staff who took my order quickly

I visited the branch and ordered a cheese crust pepperoni and it was absolutely exceptional Amazing service and food was beautiful. Definitely coming back for more. Great staff great food great service !

I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. Ordered the Texan BBQ pizza and unfortunately was disappointed to say the least. The pizza was extremely dry and no taste or flavour. When pulling the slices apart all the toppings fell off. Very poor quality pizza. Won’t be ordering from here again. You can see the below toppings gathered as the slice is pulled away

My food was over 2 hours late i phoned the shop to be told it will be there in 15 minutes 45 minutes later still didn't arrive phoned again to be told not to call back again and was greeted with verbal abuse absolutely shocking food then arrived stone cold an dripping with grease AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!!!

I ordered from pizza point As fancied Garlic bread pizza. When ordering I asked for a medium garlic bread pizza and some chips. I was then told it had to be over £10 for delivery.So I added on a small garlic bread pizza. I then said it to him... a small garlic bread pizza with a medium pizza and chips and he said yes and repeated. On arrival I was given the 2 garlic bread pizzas but not the chips. When I asked he said it wasn’t on the receipt. So I phoned them and asked why I was not given chips (in a nice way) for a very rude man to say sorry it’s not on the receipt. So I asked if they could deliver some (I’m only 5 mins away) to be rudely told no we are very busy. I then told him how I had asked for them there must have been a miss understanding which I get but the rudeness off the man on the phone!!!! I will definitely not be going here again! I get your busy! BUT don’t be rude! I’m not one to complain but to have been spoke to like that.. it was your mistake! £3 for delivery even though we are only down the road...

The food is absolutely amazing best I've ever had around OLDBURY very good customer service quick and easy I'll recommend the Mexican pizza its the best pizza you will ever have trust me you wont regret it. Btw they said 45 min for delivery but they delivered it in like 25 minutes which is amazing.

The pizza is good don't get me wrong but when you do an order by phone it seems that the people receiving the calls cannot understand english one single bit! When you take an order for multiple stuff they also lose their minds and somehow mess everything up! This is by far the worst customer service EVER

I ordered a pizza on the phone when I received it I spotted a hair stuck in the pizza I rang up they guy came back and gave a new one taking the other one back

There was a hair cooked inside my pizza. I understand, this stuff happens. However, when I called to to complain, the ‘manager’ was 100% sure that he checked for ‘any hairs’ before sending the pizza. I find this hilarious because why is he checking for hairs, obviously shows it’s a common problem. He was so so rude, and especially the worker, he was sure there wasn’t a hair in the food. If I could upload a photo on here I would show u all that the hair was cooked inside with the pizza.

Just a typical pizza place, nothing fancy, was quite quiet, staff were very busy but seemed nice

Dead, flavourless pizzas with more doe base than toppings, they are very stingy with the toppings and all you feel like your eating is a mouthful of doe.

Waited over 25 minites in shop for a pizza that they'd forgotten to even make!

Food was fabulous 10/10, staff sort of friendly although one member was having a go at a customer over an incorrect order. Low and behold our order was make up incorrectly as well. Did correct it but having a go at someone in front of other customers was bang out of order.

Great Pizza, great taste, generous and hot. Really fast delivery too. We had a 16 inch and 2 of us couldn't finish it.... Pizza for breakfast!

Had pizza at a mates it was from the day before and it was yummy... So I returned a few days later, we got a pizza half veg half seafood, the veg is tasty but the seafood has my heart...pizza dough is just how I like it, perfectly baked, nice portions of toppings and a fair price .. definitely have a returning customer here...

Pizza was ok, make sure you get your drink out the fridge before you collect your order, i forgot mine and have spoken to a few people that have done the same

I phoned up to order 3 pizzas, the man on the phone couldn’t speak a word of English, he put the phone down and walked away 5 times each got around 3 minutes a time to which he then told me the shop was closing early even though it wasn’t due to close for another hour.
