In the month of Ramadan I was sent home empty stomach and even open my fast wit a drin I ordered one kofa for 6.99 total order was for 20£ and I’ve asked if it’s frozen or fresh and I I’ve been told it’s freshly prepd in kitchen which was a lie then when I asked no saladI’ve been told he can’t make any changes to it again ridiculous I had one tinny bite of meat and It was not what I expected no taste of spice undercooked and tasteless I went back and asked very politely about it the guys at the till said rudely no Ridiculous As a Mangar at my own restaurant I know how to deal wit such things when a customer is not happy wit something and how to fix it and I received rude and unpleasant behaviour from this person while his deal wit other customers frnds and giving food for free because thier frnds ? And I who paid money for food couldn’t be changed !!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Waited almost 2 hours for the food kids were starving. But 2 time we ring them. The guy was saying the driver left. But no update.

If I could give 0 I would. We ordered our food on just eat about 1830 in the evening 1 hour past 2 hours past no updates on food called up they said driver is leaving now another hour past nothing so husband rang up they was very rude we was also frustrated our children 10 and 3 years old was looking forward to eating take out and specially requested rios. The person didnt give his name but absolutely disgusting behaviour would never ever order or eat from here and deffo recommend people not to order from here.

Did my order right so I'm very greatful. Familia Grande was tasty and still hot but leaking (single bagged). Just Eat said ready for collection but waited 10mins after I got there, (total 30mins delay), could've had free delivery instead which was 45mins 😅 Otherwise happy with our food, thank you.

First time using Rios. The food was amazing, but just had to wait a little bit longer than I expected for the food to arrive considering they were not busy.

Extremely slow, waited 40 minutes for the food. Wasn't told it would be this slow before ordering. Kept being told 10 minutes.

First the the food comes late by 15-20 mins, secondly my daughter ordered a cheese paneer meal which presented visually as a salad meal but instead she received a rice meal. Which she found that offensive as she specifically requested a salad. Unfortunately she had to pick at it and eat a few chips however she also found the mango n lime spicy or the food. To be honest most of whole order was spicy in general and salty. They should describe the rancho sauce as having some spicy in it! Soggy strips !salty burger crumbly like biscuit!

Go back about 10-12 years (how time flies) and peri peri chicken really was the bees knees. We had pepes, superios, spicy rooster hut did a peri peri chicken and then you had rios of hodge hill. I actually attended their grand opening all those moons ago and remember they had a massive discount. My friends and I just couldn’t get enough of peri peri chicken. Alas, times change. It all seems very average now. I ordered a full chicken in bbq flavour with fries and drink. Chicken was slimy. Fries not too bad. Good if you need a high protein meal.

Rio's is always busy, which can only be a good thing rite?. So when I went there I ordered the chicken meal, and I can honeslty say that I wernt disappointed with it. The chicken was really nice and soft, and very tasty. The wait was not as long as I expected, considering the amount of people in the shop. All in all this is a great spot if you want some good food. And good service too. 5 stars

The portions of the food has massively decreased. When we used to come and get meals they used to give a good amount of fries with the meals but now they give like 10 fries which is a very big disappointment considering that the price is still extremely high and increases over time but the portions do not.

I was a regular customer, literally ordered food from here everyday, but wont be going anymore because they're so stingy over garlic mayo literally asked the guy and he's like "I put it in already" they only half fill their tubs and I would have paid for it but he refuse to give it to me. Will be going to Pepe's now on

Dealt with Adeel, Messed up our order, did not apply our discount voucher. even though we ordered beforehand for collection, they made us wait another 30mins and when we got home the order was incomplete. Never going back there again.

So disappointed with the wait time. Order two things and it took almost 40/45 minutes waited.

This place's standards have deteriorated massively over the last five years. When they first opened near my house, I really enjoyed going there. However, my last five visits have been absolutely disappointing. Considering you're paying an average of £8 per meal, they should at least serve fresh fries. On numerous occasions, I've noticed them cooking large batches of fries, which they then refry for a few seconds, making them oily and poor in taste. When I pointed this out a couple of times, they insisted the fries were fresh.Recently, I had chicken and rice, which was edible but a real letdown compared to competitors. The rice was very mushy, and the chicken had an unpleasant smell. I'll now be sticking to my regular spot, Meri Go, and travelling the extra five minutes for better food and standards.

Food tastes good, the only issue is that they take absolute ages to get your order ready.

Got delivered there parking was horrendous but app still shows order confirmed a serious delay in app driver NEVER payed attention to instructions only thing good came 5 mins earlier that time said chips soggy,veggie burger nice with a bit of there sauce but soggy once again as for the rio grande burger ( the chicken was very dry I had to use sauce to take away the dryness)

Ate here a few days ago and had a really nice meal. Just some chicken strips (grillets) in hot and lemon and herb. Was really tasty and nicely grilled!

Love this place, friendly staff and great food.

Not happy at all. Spent lots of money the first time. Then receive a 20% off voucher to get to the checkout and an error occur in their end. I try to put it through again to be told that the voucher is no longer valid as it has been used.

Very unprofessional staff not all of them. Misleading prices Wrong prices on main menu display screen in Shop Trying to overcharge when questioned Reply was they are the old prices on the screen....

Parking space is not that big but we parked behind a parking for tesco i believe . Ordered chicken strips and chips . Better than chicken and rice if you prefer something light and spicy . You got options for mild , hot and extra hot . There are other choices as well but chicken and chips was a nice option. Would eat this again . Dine in is okay as ambiance is not super great though .

This branch does take long to give you your food, once received my food was just about warm the chicken was dry and not juicy like the alum rock branch. My suggestions be to not overcook the chicken. Otherwise it’s in a great location

my daughter placed an uber eats order and she requested a extra sauces as the 1 tub of sauce ain’t enough and they didnt even think about outting extra sauces in so the manager needs to do something about this because my daughtee was veey upset as its not filling

Food is always great, order once a week at least from this branch but I'm disappointed with the beverage selection, humanity must come before profits. I won't be giving my custom anymore until they change tact.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! First time I ordered food from there today, food came on time great, but when I opened the bag my burger was missing, I rang them to query it and they point blank said there's no way they missed it and I'm lying, which full well I am not I kept all the contents of the bag for proof, then I ring them back to ask where is my burger and I get told they are not sending me one and if I want it i will have to go to the shop to collect it because they won't send another even though I paid for delivery and because apparently I'm lying. why would I go to all this trouble complaining if I was lying ? And this was from the owners mouth too .
