Our server Kate was really friendly and helpful. She helped us out when we couldn't get the kids eat free offer to work on our phones and was very chatty and polite.

Went there once, have been told that the only way to order is online and that they have free WiFi, that’s obvious because my own signal was bad in that basement, IT WAS TAKING COUPLE OF MINUTES FOR MENU TO LOAD !!! Then it froze while taking taking payment, I have just left.

Kalsen did a really good job in explaining the menu and how to use the table service. He also pointed out that there was a wifi service. The food did not took long time. It was really good and hot and it did not disappoint. Thank you for this amazing atmosphere.

While I understand that cancellations may sometimes be necessary, the way the manager handled the situation was completely unacceptable. He was extremely rude, had a nasty attitude, and even hung up in my face. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it, which is unprofessional and concerning. I expect better customer service from Pizza Hut and would appreciate it if this matter is addressed. I would also like to know what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again.

Georgia was so lovely and accommodating to my daughter and I. She went above and beyond to ensure my autistic daughter had a pleasant eating experience which is not easy to do. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she treated my daughter with respect and kindness. We will be making this restaurant a regular stop!

The service was so slow & the servers were ro busy chatting instead of serving. Each time we needed something it was a long wait. I feel like this is the worst branch to go to in town. The salad bar is just not the same anymore. The pizza could have been cooked for longer. The fries were undercooked!

Se dejó durante 10 minutos. Tuve que pedir menú ya que el funcionario respondió “¿no te di ninguno”? Finalmente pedí y comí rápido como quería salir. Personal desenfocado, una miembro sacó su trapeador y cubo y estaba desinfectando el piso mientras comíamos. Sólo fueron 3 : 45 pm. ¡Nunca volveré allí!

Their staff is unwelcoming, with poor customer service that leaves much to be desired. The lack of wheelchair and pram accessibility is disappointing, and the staff's attitude comes across as unhelpful and dismissive. It is definitely not kid-friendly, as the staff kept giving us disapproving looks while we were settling in with our toddlers. Given this unpleasant experience, I would never recommend it to my friends or family.

Fantastic service, kate has fabulous customer service, amazing with my children and was helpful with everything and the other woman working beginning with S she was fab. Lovely food would go again.

The worst experience ever as myself with my family were disappointed. The chairs we sat down were dirty with dry oil and tomato sauce. I asked the waiter for a cleaning stuff to clean the chairs but she only brought out handkerchief. We’ve ordered pizzas, drinks and deserts. The pizzas were good but we waited 30 mins to get glasses for our drinks. The waiter came to our table by asking if we were waiting for the glasses. I told her oh yes we been waiting for too long. Finally she brought the glasses. They took ages for our deserts. So disappointed.

Kate was exceptional, couldn't do more to make our visit special. Was lovely with our 4 year old and even asked the chef to make another of our favourite pizza for the buffet 😀

We visited Pizza Hut new street. Georgia and Kate were amazing, very accommodating and patient with us. We visited with 11 neurodiverse children, who wanted the Pizza Hut buffet. We received exceptional service by Kate and Georgia. Thank you so much!

As a Gen-X customer, I was wary about using the table Scan, Order & Pay. I began to feel a little out of my depth, when our server, Kate, stepped forward. Really, she could not have been more helpful, cheerfully taking our order and helping out, listening well, giving thoughtful recommendations based on the queries of the individual members of our party, and being just such a positive energy throughout the entire meal. Everyone was impressed with her kindness, diligence and attention to our satisfaction as customers. She did Pizza Hut proud today and she deserves to be rewarded.

Manager needs to fix his face and stop giving kids dirty looks. If he doesn't want kids in the restaurant.... don't have a kids menu. The younger team member was polite thought.

Pizza was good, staff was friendly, WiFi is appalling doesn’t work for table service and the toilets are not checked regularly very unhygienic. Furthermore all the salad was basically gone and not replaced and felt very segregated

We must have come at the right time. We usually visit Pizza Hut buffets because its convenient for a quick lunch with family. But often, food and service isn't very good. We went on November 29th, around 12:30pm and the pizza was hot, fresh, and frequent. Our waitress, Kate was also very accommodating, and helped us with our items after a shopping trip. I'd visit again.

Down from Manchester with my daughter who has Autism and struggles when eating out she loves pizza but only out of a box I explained this to the manager who was excellent sat us in a quiet corner and brought the pizza out in a box my daughter was really happy as was I Not often we have a drama free meal out Quality service from all the staff

Came here for an evening meal, would not return unfortunately, the place itself is down steep stairs so wouldn't be ideal for everyone, it wasn't too busy when we arrived but I noticed quite a few tables still with dirty plates and glasses on them, the salad bar looked like a whirlwind has past through,food everywhere !!!! We were shown to a table, ( Next to a dirty one in the corner ) I sat down and nearly fell off, the chair legs were loose and wobbly god knows what would've happened if an elderly person had used it..... Service was slow, the QR code on the table was not working, waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged, then a fight broke out with a member of the public who was refused access to the toilets, it was just crazy from start to finish, when the food eventually arrived it was hot fresh and tasted ok, people may ask why didn't we leave, as a type 1 diabetic I needed to eat amd everywhere else was booked up, pizzhut was the only option Sorry guys I wouldn't return or recommend....shame really as we both like pizza hut staff were nice and pleasant such a shame

absolutely appalling customer service we received today! my partner ordered a buffet which was on till 3pm, i suffer with my eating so i didn’t bother ordering one, he gets the pizza and i had a bite of his pizza. The women came over and exaggerated the ONE BUFFET ONE DRINK, which i thought was extremely rude as people do have eating problems and maybe that’s why there was one, which in my case was the reason, the man i think maybe manager came over again very rude and said i need to pay for another buffet because i had a bite of the pizza i explained my eating problem and he wasn’t having anything, he said he’s going to be watching me to see if i have any more bites which i found extremely creepy, i sat there with the 2 staff which were on watching me and my partner the time we was there.. DONT BOTHER COMING HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE MADE UNCOMFORTABLE AND TO RECIEVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, sort the staff no wonder why no one’s in here….

Rude staff. ordered one buffet as my girlfriend has an eating problem and doesn’t eat that much. as the staff came over with the food she kept emphasising we ordered 1 meal. disgraceful service! man was wearing a checkered shirt with grey hair. he came over and wanted us to pay for 2 buffet meals and this was not clearly labelled on the menu. we didn’t want to eat that much and they were constantly watching over and checking the cameras.

Don’t waste your time ordering online because they will never deliver your food and will also never answer a phone call and getting your refund would be impossible. Save your money buy Domino’s or better still cook your own meal 🙄 I placed an order online and a day later no food 💀

Background: My girlfriend and I visited Pizza Hut in Birmingham, where we had various errands to attend to. The scene was lively and it was hard for the kitchen staff to keep up with the continuous pizza production for the all you can eat buffet. However, I do commend the front of house staff, as they were exceptionally attentive. I consumed 14 pizza slices during my visit, along with an array of salads, sauces, and a bowl of ice cream. I am accustomed to eating large quantities of food, and fourteen pizza slices constitute a normal serving size for me. I was content with my meal afterwards. Subsequently in the coming hours, I experienced a prolonged bout of diarrhea which lasted approximately four days. My girlfriend consumed a limited number of pizzas and felt satisfied with her dining experience. I hold the opinion that the amount of pizza consumption on my part did not primarily contribute to my condition, and it is plausible that the ice-cream may have been the instigating factor, as my girlfriend reported experiencing similar symptoms. Summary: + Attentive front of house - My evaluation of the pizzas reveals an extremely disappointing meat quantity limited to a few streaks spread throughout each disk. - Explosive diarrhea, possibly due to the ice cream dispenser. I have awarded Pizzahut a rating of three stars, an assessment I consider lenient, given the temporary discomfort experienced in my posterior region.

Started by entering and being told to order by the QR code on the table, okay no problem, however the reception and WiFi are awful, so we had real problems ordering. Food came reasonably quickly, it was okay. The pizzas were okay, nothing outstanding, the chicken was dry and I would advise if you're going to put seasoning that is a bit spicy on the fries I would make it clear as our daughter wasn't able to eat hers. Not once did anyone bother to come and check how our meal was. Took ages for them to clear it away and it wasn't even like it was busy, there was no more than 15 people in at one time including ourselves and considering they don't have to take food orders or serve many drinks, I really question what the staff were doing. We ordered as part of a deal which included desert, we had to ask TWICE for our desert to be served, we ended up walking out as we'd been in there for over an hour and a half and had to be at the theatre. So that was around £15 down the drain! We won't be visiting again anytime soon!

Así que luego tienes que enlazar a su wi fi, solo por encargo, no me habría importado si el restaurante había estado ocupado, pero estaba yo y otras 3 mesas. Así que después de registrarme poniendo la dirección de correo electrónico, etc, entonces el banco no autorizaría el pago sin una llamada telefónica, así que tuve que abandonar el proceso. Afortunadamente el personal dijo que podía pagar sin usar mi teléfono, después de toda la molestia innecesaria. Obviamente, no el personal culpa a una política empresarial de ahorro de costes que solo sirvió para arruinar toda la experiencia. La pizza era promedio y el cubículo del inodoro masculino es pequeño. Muy decepcionado

This Pizza Hut branch is very dirty. We were the first guests at 11:30 a.m. when the branch opened. The tables were not cleaned properly. There was a brown crust around the QR code on the table. We had to change the plates because they weren't clean. The toilet was dirty on the floor. Some of the jalapenos in the salad were spoiled. We will never visit this restaurant again.

Intenté llamar por más de hora y media de llamada, pero nadie se molestó en responder a la llamada para que pudiéramos cancelar nuestra orden. Tuve que ponerse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente de Pizza Hut para poder cancelar el pedido, pero luego se le dijo que la cabaña tiene que cancelarlo primero por correo electrónico antes de que puedan procesar el reembolso. Went here at 12pm today. On entry the manager said it's card only. Then took us to a table and said we need to order by the QR code on the table?! Why can't you go to the counter to order and pay? So to make sure this was the case, I asked a staff member how we order and he said QR code! I said there's no mobile data down here so he said use PH customer WiFi. Tried to connect and it wanted email address and all my details! What a mess about to order 2 pizzas. So we got up and walked out .... McDonald's is round the corner. Much better experience

Came here last week expecting a simple quick meal, upon entry we were seated by Nehan (not sure if ive spelled it correctly) who made our experience much better as he made conversation with us at the table and ensured that our food was served as quick as possible. Would definitely recommend this pizza hut and would recommend the deep pan BBQ americano 👌🏽

After a mix up last time the PH Manager went above & beyond to ensure we received the correct order. I have never witnessed such determination to ensure our needs were met. We were so impressed we placed another order - both were delicious! Thank you

Your kindness and compassion has touched my heart and restored my faith (after frustrating dealings with Just Eat.) You went above and beyond what anyone would ever ask to make sure that we received our food. I cannot express just how much that meant to us as visitors to Birmingham. A lady at the hotel was so impressed and said how rare that is to see someone who invests so much in customer care. You are a wonderful person and very much appreciated by us....and the pizzas and mozzarella sticks were very tasty and went down a treat! Thank you for your kindness. Decidí venir a cenar a una pizzería mientras estaba fuera del trabajo. El restaurante estaba muy tranquilo cuando llegué y se ve muy anticuado y cansado. Me dijeron que necesitaba pagar y ordenar por teléfono (solo tenía mi teléfono de trabajo) pero uno si los servidores luego tomaron mi pedido para que pudiera pagar con tarjeta. No entiendo esta lógica, especialmente dado que vi a otros comensales luchando con recibir una señal. Los servidores eran muy alegres y serviciales en una nota positiva. Las 19 libras. 99 comida para una oferta se limita a solo unas pocas pizzas, así que me di por vencido y pedí una pizza individual en alrededor de £ 18. 50 . La pizza era lo suficientemente agradable cuando llegó, pero nada más allá de lo disponible en el supermercado por una fracción del precio. No volveré apresuradamente a la cabaña de pizzas pronto.

Horrible! The manager was quite unkind talking with a bad tone towards us. DO NOT COME HERE IF U WANT GOOD SERVICE!! The food didn’t even taste good and they charged us £62, horrid. Near the drink area, It smells of poo, go sniff it yourself and you’ll be able to confirm. Not sure why we were treated like that, we felt absolutely horrible. Message to manager: TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS RIGHT, not surprised this has a 3 star rating. Please do not come here.

Went today for lunch with my son and my partner and I normally don't write reviews however it felt like needs to be said so resturant can improve. The food is good however the cleaning standards was terrible. Got put on a table with small sofas and looked like hasn't been cleaned all day same as the tables all sticky. I had to wipe the crumbs off it myself for us, things aren't washed properly every fork,knife,spoon or plates I picked up I had to check and had to keep changing as there was food left on them and u can tell they havnt been cleaned proply so I won't be back as it really put me off. Wouldn't mind but we went just after 12 so wasn't even open very long before we arrived.

They give out your orders to strangers delivery drivers whose contacts they don't poses and the delivery drivers just go away with your orders and you lose money.

Food amazing. Staff amazing. Grate place to eat. Downside having to order using a qr code in a restaurant that is below ground level and has poor cell coverage on three networks so went onto the wifi and that kept dropping out 20mins to place a small order. Please rethink this qr system why cant a staff member just take your order be so much easier.

First time eating in the restaurant. Service was excellent, food was very good & the Salad Bar had a good variety of choice. Definitely recommend the restaurant for a quick bit to eat, whether that's for Lunch or Dinner.

I’ve had better, I’ve had worse. I’m a big fan of any Pizza Hut and when I saw how convenient the one in the Bullring was I was pretty excited. Server was a kind young man who was very happy to answer any of our questions and the food came out in decent time. My pizza was a little overcooked but it still went down a treat, but my only concern was that the place needed a lick of paint. It didn’t seem run down or anything whatsoever but it was just a little scruffy in some places towards the ceiling and the front of the restaurant does not look as good as the massive space at the back. The massive space was not in use which didn’t confuse me at all because I assume it was overflow but it just seemed off to me that they put a lot of investment into that area of the restaurant and not the main, more used front part. Decent little experience though, would come back again.

A good option for good and cheap food around the Bullring in Birmingham. I got a deal where I could get a melt + salad + fries + soft drink + ice cream for £15. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I do only wish the place was a bit cleaner especially around the areas where customers get their drinks and ice cream.

When we first entered the place we where disappointed to see there was alot of steps. So wasn't very accommodating for children especially when we had a pushchair. The restaurant was bloody freezing door wide open at top of the stairs and air con was on high which made the children's lips blue its winter and it was also snowing. Meal was lovely shame it went cold so quick because of how cold the place was. Would of been nice to be offered our sides/ starters before the pizza came out alby the time we got to the pizza it was freezing. Also missed being able to get the hot sauce that used to be offered

Went here yesterday afternoon before catching my train home from New Street. Waitress was very good, helped me connect to WIFI and how to use app to order. And as promised food arrived quickly and I had plenty of time to catch my train

Delicious pizza and sides, but so expensive

I went to this place today. Well the menu was bit complicated and the process to order was bit hard may be fir me as I visited there first time but the worker over there kayal so nice she never mind as we asked her so many times the questions she made us comfortable. Really nice and the manger girl was nice sammy. Recommended.

It was peacefully quiet and I enjoyed the lack of people in at the time. The service was quick and I didn’t have to wait too long.

Nice and quiet location, even at busy times. Staff very friendly and attentive. Food was excellent, with plenty of vegan options. Vegan cheesecake was outstanding. You have to order by app, but it wasn’t difficult. My only gripe was because we were sitting at the back, we were near the back door so could smell cigarettes from outside, which was unpleasant, as well as being in a draught.

Very poor customer service, they tell us to connect to wifi and order and they don't take orders at the table and their wifi is damn slow it takes 5mins to connect and load. Also even if there are a lot of empty tables they ask us to wait. simply waste.
