Nice and quiet,and the food was exquisite

Waiter Ciara was very nice and helpful and the food was very nice

All the staff were very welcoming especially Ciara. I would very much recommend.

On this occasion wasn't amazing,pushed to use app,when phone signal minimal in location,I pushed to pay by card,lovely food but no tomato pasta,and pizza was not my usual favourites, still lovely just not the best on my usual every couple months visit

Not from the area was there for an event at the utilita was told booking only on the weekend even though there was quite a few empty tables we was turned away for a party of 9 people so went to McDonald's instead

On February 22nd, I visited Pizza Hut with my niece, who had never been there before. We ordered a sharer deal, which included a Half & Half pizza with chicken and pepperoni, two sides, and two desserts for £40. Although it was a bit pricey, the food was very enjoyable. We also had the delicious cookie dough for dessert each 😁 The staff member we encountered wasn't very enthusiastic, but we didn't let that affect our mood since we were there for the food. We placed our order through the app, which seemed unnecessary, especially since other tables were paying in cash. But our waiter said was the only way took a while for us to get our drinks too Overall food was brilliant and we saw other staff members been more than helpful so I was unlucky 🤣 We will be back

I arrived with my grandchildren and had no idea what to order or what I needed and my waitress was so patient explained everything offered the best deal and although it was very busy provided great customer service as I asked her several times I would recommend your restaurant and had an excellent experience many thanks to that young lady please pass them on

Wasn’t the best of crust too soggy floppy

Kate was a very nice lady. I could see she was getting along well with other tables too she was doing a really great job. Food was fairly quick, easy to order, and what you would expect from pizza hut.

Sado provided excellent service throughout. Assisting us with the order process when our voucher code would not work. My son has a pizza with no cheese and the chef also came over to check that my son was happy with the no cheese pizza when served. Exceptional service by both members of staff. Credit to you both. Well done!

Went there once, have been told that the only way to order is online and that they have free WiFi, that’s obvious because my own signal was bad in that basement, IT WAS TAKING COUPLE OF MINUTES FOR MENU TO LOAD !!! Then it froze while taking taking payment, I have just left.

Kalsen did a really good job in explaining the menu and how to use the table service. He also pointed out that there was a wifi service. The food did not took long time. It was really good and hot and it did not disappoint. Thank you for this amazing atmosphere.

While I understand that cancellations may sometimes be necessary, the way the manager handled the situation was completely unacceptable. He was extremely rude, had a nasty attitude, and even hung up in my face. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it, which is unprofessional and concerning. I expect better customer service from Pizza Hut and would appreciate it if this matter is addressed. I would also like to know what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again.

Ate at the Birmingham New Street location. Kelson provided the best service I've ever had with politeness and charm.
