Subway in Birmingham

As good as any other Subway I've been to. Very clean. Everything available

They got my order wrong, and the fountain soda tasted awful. Hope this gets them to fix thjngs.

The weirdest, most confrontational service I've had anywhere! Sign says they close at 8pm on Saturday, we asked earlier in the day and they said they close at 9pm but after queuing for 15min at 5.45, they said they were closing at 6 and won't be serving anyone else. Why not tell everyone that before they start queuing!? We managed to negotiate 1 sandwich instead of 3 with the argumentative staff. Food was ok but not even what we ordered!

Disgusting. found a hair in the food and staff were incredibly rude. israeli supporters aswell.

Harjot needs a salary raise , I’m a regular customer nowhere else can beat the subway nachos very pilote gentlemen I’ve come across usually you don’t get those in any subway stores , he defo needs a promotion.

Me and my mother went in to order some food and eat in. They stared us up and down before asking what we wanted, my mom tried explaining that she was deaf and asking if they could talk to me instead and they rolled their eyes after taking our order and we sat down eating they were behind the counter watching us as they laughed and talked. To note. There is a table infront of the toilet which makes it inaccessible for wheelchair users when my mom asked if the toilet was open they just stared at her with no response and watched as she tried to open the door to use the toilet. One staff worked there the other was a trainee.

Queues are generally very long so expect to wait

كذا مرَّة أسيَّر عليه، طعام لذيذ، وموظفين ممتعين، لحد يفهم غلط ما أسترسل بالكلام لكنهم محسنين. أكل في المطعم نفسه أو ءاخذ الأكل معي، لا فرق، الطعام لذيذ. Subway هو سب واي غني عن التعريف لكن نعلم الي ما يعرف ولا الي جربه. مطعم يتيح لك إختيار نوع الصمون/ الخبز / الرغيف / الساندويتش وتختار نوع اللحوم الحمراء أو البيضاء مع سلطة من إختيارك و صوص، طبعا الكوكيز 🍪 لذيذ، بطاط الودجز تسعبل وراه (مو حيل قوي، بس اذا جوعان يعجبك) Hash potatoes 🥔 مقبول

Este establecimiento solo servía sándwiches como vaquero (Arthur Morgan). Me decepcionó mucho descubrir que no servían pasteles de avena clásicos, mi buen amigo (Dutch Vand Der Lind) tenía un plan, pero no se cumplió, luego me vi obligado a pagar el campamento comparte, estaba muy decepcionado, entonces mi buen amigo John fue comido por los lobos y su hijo es un poco maloliente y realmente espero no tener que jugar como él en la próxima entrega del juego, Micah está gordoYo no CAAAAARE

Modern building, adequate seating inside, professional servers and fairly quick service. Tables need to be cleaned and wiped as there were crumbs and sauce stuck to my table (the long bench by the window).

Subway is the best fast food chain if you can be bothers to actually go there

I didnt know my bun from my cob, but then having to choose what I want only limits my choice of variety. To wait is also a burden when I am in a hurry.

Can't go wrong with a 6" sub and drink for £3.50, have to go at off-peak times though, this branch is packed with college kids all the time.

Great place to get freshly made submarine Sandwiches. Service is quick food is fresh and well made. You can sit in or simply take away. Suitable for a quick lunch or breakfast when you're on the move.

I found the staffs rude out here..I'm usually never ever rude or try my best to avoid negative comments.

Simply put - I would not serve my cat food of this abysmal quality! The bread was ok. The fillings made me feel physically sick after 1 bite. A refund was given, which was accepted. Seriously though people need to be aware!

Uno de los más repugnantes. metro outlet . Los miembros del personal son horribles y no tienen valores culturales y éticos. Estos chicos ni siquiera cambiar sus guantes al hacer sub vegetariana. Enseguida después de tocar carne comienzan con los seres vegetarianos. Incluso después de repetidas peticiones, no les importa. Esta fue mi tercera visita y fue pérdida de dinero y tiempo. Nunca volveremos aquí. Una opción que luego les daría cero estrellas.

We had sandwiches from here recently and they were fine, well priced and flavourful, not gourmet butties but perfectly good for the price and plenty of choice and a quick service - would go back!

I have been to many Subways in my time and was a bit disappointed. They had ran out of the certain items and had a large groups of kids who wouldn't leave as they were being really noisy

When you get down from train after a long tiresum journey,you defenitely need a place to quickly fill your stomach.High street is very near and lot of restaurants are there,but crowd,long wating time to get served,make you feel to search for a quick bite.Just out of Birmingham New Street Rail station you can find Subway.Vegy delight i ordered was quite yummy,i prefered to sit outside, but unfortunately some broken untidy tables and un comfortable steel chairs are disappointment.Otherwise as ever Subway sandwiches are good.

I've visited many Subway Restaurants and have found the food very appetising and the staff very friendly and helpful. They usually have a special offer on and most times I'm very lucky with my favourite roast beef. The staff are always helpful, quick and efficient and give you exactly what you want. The salads are crisp and there are plenty of choices at a price most of us can afford. They never mind me sharing with a friend which is what I have to do most times as we do not like the huge portions they give you nowadays.

Subway is a great healthy meal comparing it to mcdonalds,kfc,burger king etc and it is cheap and good value.

male member of staff had bad attitude when i informed him that my daughters tikka was frozen.. he tried telling me it was just "very cold".. but i know the difference between cold and frozen with ice on it!.. he refused to refund and then wanted to charge more for apparently putting extra tikka in!.. (couldnt tell).. he even told my daughter that it was her problem and not his!! (the cheeky bleeeeeeeeep!) he was very rude and definitely had no customer service skills!.. he shouldnt be working there if hes going to treat customers the way he treated us..

Lovely man working here who was very helpful and friendly. Didn't mind that I changed my mind half way through! Bit disappointed with the flatbread as it was quite doughy, I expected it to be quite crunchy. Always eat good food from here. Thank you!

Normally I have no problems with subways. This store in particular was quite the opposite. Firstly they didn't have half of the fillens for a sandwich which was irritating but I got over it.This was not all however upon going to pay, my sandwich was not wrapped like every other subway again it wasn't a big deal but noted as it didn't follow subways I had visited before. The amount of toppings they put in my sub was also very sparse, I asked for onion and got about 3 slices. May as well not bothered with it!However my biggest complaint and reason for review came from the customer service. I've gone to subways before and they've all added the points to my card no problem. This guy however refused to do this, I don't know why as I've said all other subways I've visited do this. He just out right refused without a reason, nothing to do with them not accepting the card as they had the scanner and the subcards to pick up. Very infuriating when I'm spending £10 on 2 subways and the one small benefit I get back I'm refused from. Never visiting this subway again.
