order didn't arrive. Just eat driver waited outside my house in car. clicked delivered and drove off without delivering food. ew

Have to say that this particular store is rather disappointing. I used to work in Subway myself as a manager, so I know how it’s meant to be run. The food here is definitely not properly day dotted, the meatballs are meant to have a shelf life of 6 hours before changing and they’re definitely over that. The place is a little messy too, with the tables being dirty and the floor having crumbs. There’s a pretty serious condensation and mold problem here. When it gets warm and steamy the place is essentially an oven, the windows are soaking wet and dripping. Due to the mold I cannot in good conscience recommend you eat here and instead go to the other store up the road. It isn’t the staff’s fault, it’s definitely a lack of staff that’s the issue. There’s not the time to clean when they’re constantly rushed off their feet. 💳 Card accepted ♿️ Wheelchair accessible 🌱 Vegetarian options, very few to no vegan options

Annoying when you dont ask for it toasted and it comes hot, we couldn't eat it

The order took much longer to be made then delivered. Once it did arrive the sub was only just warm. The waffle fries were cold and the garlic bread was very cold, rock hard and inedible. Very very dissatisfied.

it was ok but when I went to eat my second half at tea time it went like mush the bread fell apart (meatball) and the doritos bowl has a sprinkle of cheese had to put my own on

Staff more concerned with online orders than customers in shop. No gf bread given it was early in the day. Drinks machine out of order and didn't know. its just poorly run. not very clean. tables were dirty and food on floor.

Delivered to the wrong house and I didn’t receive my food

Delivery driver seems to struggle, said he had not got address just GPS location that was taking him to wrong location, (street behind ours) he struggled with basic directions when he called me

ordered mozzarella vegetarian sub. there was unbelievably NO mozzarella on limp soggy sub. very sparse salad!!. nothing like would be given in shop. bland and very disappointed to say was overpriced for what I received is a massive understatement. hash browns cold

My sub was amazing, other than the bread falling apart and the staff putting too much sauce on it. Speaking of sauce, my wife specifically asked for mild sauce. When the staff asked her which sauce she wanted, my wife again said mild. The staff put hot sauce on her sub and when questioned why she put on hot sauce when she'd repeatedly asked for mild, the young staff said it wasn't her fault she didn't know. Even though in fact she had. She then repeated it wasn't her fault and that nobody told her to make it with mild.... She threw the sub in the trash.... Then she ran in the back and threw a tantrum one would expect with a toddler. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. She never even apologized for making it incorrectly. We will go to the subway up the hill from now on.

Food was good. However, order missing a few items, and instead of the ice cream that we paid for, we received the small ones with no other replacements. Also sandwiches were not cut

One of the staff messed my order and added spicy chilli when i asked for mild then decided to get lippy then went into the back to sulk

What kind of shop refuses to put tomato sauce on a sandwich for a child because it's against the rule, absolutely awful !!

Way too hot. Ac was broken and staff weren’t allowed to prop the door open. Set off my heart palpitations it was so hot. Staff were great, very kind and helpful was ruined by the heat

Subs are officially now the smallest "subs" ever...clearly reduced the size of the bread and fillings. Shocking value for money. They don't even give napkins out now.... terrible

Staff were rude, no manners, the woman who made my sandwich had dirty gloves on and meatball sauce all over my sandwich from her gloves. Didn’t even eat my sandwich. Lettuce looked out of date as well brownish and soggy.

I paid £5 for the share nachos and the box wasn’t even a quarter full i got about 9 nachos. Not ordering from here again this is ridiculous. Subs came toasted when asked NOT to be toasted and barely any filling, would rate 0 stars if i could.

Food cold. No cheese on the subs at all and we ordered extra cheese. The nachos were cold too and were thrown in the bin.

Come to this subway often the ladies and young boy that work their are lovely and very friendly quick service even when they get the dinner time rush. It’s just a shame that this specific subway haven’t been given a revamp like most of the others in the area

Standard Subway with a standard menu BUT id left my cash card in the cat half a mile a way. The lovely lady serving allowed my family to eat while I ran to get card. Clearly a risk she didn't need to take . Going the extra mile for custom makes all the difference

When you pay for extras they don't give them. Don't bother clicking option... Especially 2.50 for double meat and NOT getting it.

Food was cold. Ordered a cheesy pepperoni and I got no cheese on my sub … it’s in the name, CHEESY pepperoni? Nacho chicken bites were cold. Not good at all. Very unhappy.

Missing items, kids upset because their orders were wrong. Had to go to the shop to get what should have come with the order. Not happy.

Didn’t put in cookie, wrong drink, wrong crisps. Happens all the time, ridiculous not putting things in you’ve paid for

Salad was poor quality. Hardly any meat, three of the salad items were missing but they added jalapeños and pickle despite me not wanting them so it all went in the bin. No cheese on the subway despite asking. Cookies and nachos also missing. Rang restaurant who apologised but said there’s nothing they can do! Refund requested via just eat. Won’t be bothering again
