Rooster Fried Chicken in Wigan

Honestly shocking subway branch. Convenient location but only thing going for it. No customer service at all. Order on a screen and wait... you can't even see the fresh ingredients or watch them making your sandwich. Literally order and pray for the best. Awful thing about ordering on a screen is they are just following the order numbers so even if you have a nice small order your still waiting behind everything else. Small and cramped with 4 seating areas but your then sat in the way of people ordering. Not a nice way to eat your food. Also no toilets. I love subway and genuinely they have done nothing wrong but will advise to avoid this branch. Hope they don't do this to all the other stores.

not sent my sausage roll,chicken is cold and not sent the sauces

waited about 30 mins after it told me my order would be ready

Most disappointing curry we have had for years, sloppy consistency with just 5 small pieces of chicken. Tasteless , bland and sticky. The nan bread didn’t fare any better and the chips were hard and reheated. One in the dog and one in the bin a waste of £32. Won’t be repeating any orders here again
