Fantastic service, super quick as well. I didn't realise there was 2 lanes to the drive thru. Staff really friendly and polite, loads of parking around it.

Renuka was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Bliddy useless on way back now got the order completely wrong inside the bag even though it's right on the sticker. Check your order before you leave as someone there can't read n just chuck anything in

Food okay, its mcdonalds what else do you expect

Probably the worst McDonalds i’ve dealt with and unfortunately it’s my local. Every Wednesday i torture my kids with a meal from McDonalds against my better judgement but that's what they want. I go through the drive-through after my school run, order, collect and get back home for meetings etc. In 12 months they have got my order wrong 5 times and i find out when i get home. I have meetings, i cant go back straight away. I have called them on a couple of occasions after an incorrect order and on one occasion told them the week after when i visited again. The response every time? ‘If you dont have a receipt theres nothing we can do’. The shift manager Mohammed was very insistent and would not budge. No empathy, no apology and almost implied i was lying. Who lies about McDonalds food, seriously? Shocking, terrible service. When i pay for the order you ask me to check the screen so that the order is correct. Which it is. But for some reason you cant put the right items in the bag. Why is that so difficult? 5 times in 12months??? Ridiculous. I now keep the receipts and you gave me doughnuts this time instead of brownies. Lets see what excuse you come up with.

Very busy mcdonalds, best to order ahead.. however can be confusing as mcd app will say correct order number but email does not! Homeless people wander in and ask for money and pick at leftover food. Difficult to find any seating at peak times.

Quite and clean. Food more better than others mcd. A good place where have a fast lunch.

Visited today with my little sister as a treat in the school holidays. I was served by 2 girls, well served is a bit of an over statement. I was treated like something they had stepped in. I used please and thank you on every request, I was met by dirty looks from head to toe. Please can I ask management why you are employing staff that don’t want to work in your establishment and they definitely don’t care about your reputation. I am a school teacher and I would never look down on anyone. To have the audacity to look down on my sister and I when they fry chicken for a living is laughable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Maybe if you’re male and good looking you may be treated better than I? 🤷‍♀️😊

Ordered from here for about 5 years, had loaded box last time which was lovely but I added peri salt this time and omg it tastes fishy!! Couldn’t eat it, was vile! My husband even said it’s the worst kebab he’s had from them! Whoever is working tonight should be sacked!
