The American woman who works at the drive thru window needs to sort her attitude out if she wants to deal with customers rude and blunt

Poor- ordered drive thru. Sat at collection kiosk for five mins not acknowledged by the staff chatting beside the window. Cars queuing behind me. In the end I had to ask how much longer. They handed me a McFlurry that had been sitting on the side clearly and half melted. Didn’t realise until after I collected it. Couldn’t be bothered to complain. This one has always been a poor McDonald’s branch. Avoid

I ordered a McDonald's on the app when it arrived the fries X2 were missing,this is not the first time that my order has been wrong!!

Ordered from drive thru. Had to wait a while for a plain burger. It was stone cold when brought to my car. And the McFlurries which I was given when I paid had partially melted. I paid £16 for cold food & clearly smaller than usual desserts.

After 3hr drive to Norwich, we were very hungry. As we were staying in the Norwich Premier hotel we thought we would go to Maccys. Best one I’ve been to! Very clean and the customer service was on point 👌🏻 I’ve never been served at any McDonald’s the way I was served by Andy! He was very thorough and very helpful for what options there was at McDonald’s. You could see how much he loved he’s job and the care of the customers. Good job Andy! Hopefully when we come back next year you would have had a promotion! 👏🏻

This McDonald’s is probably the best I have been too! It was very clean and the service was fantastic. I would like to especially mention Andy who was amazing, Andy was super friendly and helpful . Went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend. We had drove 3hrs to our hotel and was quite hungry and tired . So to be greeted with smiles made it so much better. Thanks Andy

Standard McDonald's fare for about 10 of us in the evening. However the gentleman on duty front of house, maybe the manager, provided the best service I've ever had in a McDonald's! Did you poach him from a 5* hotel? Always checking we were happy and reminding another group to moderate their language with families around. What an asset to your branch!

Made to wait in bay, not given receipt or drinks. Wrong order arrived with no drinks. Made to feel a thief as wanted to see receipt which we were not given. Food came back out with cold fries and staff member argued about the time we were waiting even though we had proof from bank debit. 3rd time receiving food and order was not complete with sides missing. Used my points on my app to order myself a bacon roll, not exactly put together with love as the bacon was hanging out of the roll, but once put back together, it was a pleasant roll.

I took my grandson to the Norwich airport McDonalds a couple of days ago. Having since thought about what I witnessed, I have decided to write a review. As I drive in and around to the left to enter the drive through, I had to momentarily stop as a car was coming out of a space. Not a big deal - the used condom which had been tied up, quietly sitting on the ground just feet away from my drivers window should have been a pre cursor to me driving off without ordering. BUT, in the true nature of British stiff upper lip, I decided to ignore it and continue around the drive through. Whilst waiting one car back from the order point, I witnessed a large rat run along the end of the building, around the corner and into some service doors to the right of the drive through lane. It vanished into that area and I had previously seen a lorry reverse parked there unloading food. With that we drove straight past the order point and left - something I should have done when faced with the first disgusting sight as I entered. I won’t be coming back. Any establishment that thinks it acceptable to have rats roaming around food delivery areas clearly need a visit from environmental health. Utterly disgusting in every respect.

I agree with earlier post. It has really gone downhill. It's always freezing cold in here but it's worse today; that, plus the beeping alarm that nobody ever turns off. The seating is bleak and apart from Deliveroo drivers there is little activity. The Cromer one is far superior, it is warm and the seating vastly better, it's nearer to us and we go there by choice but when we are in Norwich we usually call in here. Not any more.

After dropping my seven year old off for her swimming lesson at a school local to this McDonalds, I headed to the drive through to get dinner for her when she came out. All was fine until I got back to the school and realised that the fries had been missed off the order. I headed straight back so that I could sort it out before my daughter came out of her lesson. When I got back, there were no available parking spaces in the car. I drove round and round waiting for one to become available. However, it started getting very close to the time I had to be back to pick her up. There was no option of being late as she comes out of the changing room on her own so she would have been completely unsupervised, not knowing where I was. I therefore quickly parked in one of the available disabled bays and ran in. The staff were busy so I had to wait for a bit but as soon as I spoke to someone, they sorted it out quickly and I got back to the swimming pool just in time. A couple of weeks later a parking fine arrives. I appealed the decision as I felt that I had no other option due to the mistake made by McDonalds and the appeal was not successful so I am left with a fine of £60 to pay (£100 if I try to appeal again and don’t receive a response within two weeks), which seems very unfair as I felt I had no other choice. If I had waited longer or parked further away from the car park, I wouldn’t have been back in time to pick up my daughter. It doesn’t feel like the punishment fits the “crime” or that there was actually a crime at all. We won’t be able to afford McDonalds for a while after paying that.

This franchise used to be ok. Seems since taking on online orders the service has gone downhill. Today sat and waited 18 minutes for an eat in order. Nothing fancy, just a straightforward breakfast order for two. Queried it with a member of staff who said he would sort it only to be sat there and wait even longer whilst others continued to be served ahead of us. In the end I went and got a refund. They even managed to mess up the refund and sent back the incorrect amount. Waiting 20 plus minutes isn’t fast food. It’s a waste of time. Supervisor was apologetic and tried to blame it on being short staffed. He couldn’t however explain how it was that every other person behind us was being served ahead of us and we were left waiting. Not the first time this has occurred recently there either. Good luck to anyone going in there for fast food.

Great to see them supporting Blue Light Card, free hot drink with your meal, however the other local McD’s offer half price on first meal purchased (down in Slough they don’t offer any discount).

Typical Mcdonalds with no issues food wise. Toilets were disgraceful. Selection of wet and dry urine on the toilet seat. Toilet wouldn't do flush properly so had to see what previous person had done! Not good bearing in mind it was 6.30am. You thought they would be cleaned prior to opening?

Always loved McDonald's and always will. This McDonald's have been updated and refurbished. It is very nice in there and the food is very yummy! It's basically the same as any McDonald's but just the service and the food, but every McDonald's I've been to have been brill and no worries or questions. Highly recommend coming here, friendly staff, especially Ross. Definitely recommend coming here! It's good for a light snack or food on the go or just a sit down meal
