The portions were lacking and very oily

What is going on with the portion sizes? The tiniest amount of noodles and chicken that don’t even fill the tub it’s given whereas if you go into the store it’s double the amount? Unfortunately came cold I’d advise to read the reviews before spending

I normally have no issues with Chopstix, but today the Katsu curry sauce was really gloopy. I ordered egg fried rice. No actual egg in it, just brown rice.

The staff member who served me was excellent really nice and really funny whilst staying very professional, never used this chopstix before but will definitely be using it again.

The vegetable noodles did not have a single vegetable actually in them!

Best food that I have tried, I tried a range of the things they offer and everything was amazing. Top 🔝 The staff are the best, always in the best mood. I was very impressed with the customer service. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Wanted something a bit different to pub grub so took a chance on Chopstix, never having eaten in a place like this before - so glad we did! Staff helpful and friendly, food was lovely. I had chow mein with caramel chicken and salt and pepper chicken. OH had same plus bbq chicken and teriyaki beef. Wouldn't hesitate to return but as we live in asouth Wales it's not exactly local. Excellent meal for a very good price, just over £20 for both of us.

I was quite dismayed by the portion size of the food I received. For the price I paid, the quantity was shockingly inadequate and not at all reflective of the value I expected.

Go to stop for a quick and delicious meal. Food boxes are good value for the portion and tasty. Staff are also friendly, Shweta in particular was really good at serving me and and answering my questions when I picked up my To Good to Go

The staff here was extremely polite. Swetha had a big smile and took extra efforts to ensure a wonderful eating experience. Thumbs up to this Chopstix.

Had a great meal here. After dropping our whole tray of food they replaced the whole meal for four free of charge! That’s what I call family friendly service 💕

Always shocked on just how filling and tasty the food is. The customer service today was very poor, the staff just stood there staring at me and could not understand English. Very disappointed since my last visit 😞

This is five star all the way food was fresh vibrant and full of flavour staff were polite and it's very good value I spent less than 10 pounds I had noodles curry salt and pepper chicken 3 spring rolls and a drink absolutely outstanding

Always a great meal, prepared by sweet staff*, with a good selection of delicious toppings - perfect for a quick lunch. Recently I tried a surprise bag (Too Good To Go) which was really good value - 2x s̶m̶a̶l̶l̶ boxes (limited toppings) for £5!! I'll be back for sure ☺️ Edit: they were actually regular boxes and *Shweta (an employee) made them really well and was very courteous!

54 pounds of food only one persons food came children are hungry

Grabbed a TG2G box while I was in city and excellent service friendly staff and even got the choice of sweet or spicy toppings or a mix would definitely use again both via TG2G and and the app

I recently went to chopsticks and received brilliant customer service from Vivienne and Sam. Very polite people and shop was very clean!

Came here for a too good to go bag on this particular occasion. Service here is always spot on, and I love the food. The lady who served us on this day was lovely and made the tgtg bag a particularly tasty one.

The noodles that we got were nothing special honestly.I think the food was meh just average to me.But the red Thai chilli that I got was delicious, wished it was abit more spicy but other than that I loved it.The vegetables spring rolls that we had tasted like frozen ready made spring rolls quite disappointing.The service to me was also below average, me and my partner were already there waiting to ordering in the queue but the staff member totally skipped us and attended to the m ppl behind us instead, very shocking.Overall all it was 3/5 for me, really glad that I tried it but I will definitely not be coming back.

Staff were disinterested and rude to us for no apparent reason. All the tables were dirty and mostly unoccupied. The two staff members were more interested in each other than the customers. Much prefer the chapel field chopstixs so much better.

Honestly loved the workers, they are so friendly and kind! If memory serves right, it’s Sam and Vivian who were amazing! Genuinely reccomend this place because it’s more than what you pay for! Very tasty food aswel
