Chopstix Noodle Bar in Norwich

Great food, Missing part of my order but what arrived very very tasty

didn't turn up but marked as delivered and then was blocked for call!

Ordered at half 11 didn't arrive until 1.15 nearly two hour wait! Didn't really have much flavour either

I have ordered this at 17,11 pm and it arrived at 19.19 pm that’s over two hours

Ordered online for delivery at home, ordered egg fried rice but got noodles on both orders, tiny portions… was supposed to be large boxes but got little no topping when delivered. Very disappointed and not worth the money we spent. Normally really enjoy chopsticks but this time is was not good. Having messaged me seeking to put things right this was there reply. Ordered the food as it was showing it was going to be 30 minutes. Which was fine. I had a cancelled train so ordered this. Had over a hour and a half to the next. I was still waiting for my food when the next train left! Horrendous expectation of a delivery time if you’re just going to keep putting it back and back so food never even able to be received.

I had a small box of BBQ chicken and noodles and for once there was so much I couldn't finish it... my daughter did though. She must have been extra hungry. The chicken chunks were bigger than usual too. Very impressed, a nice surprise.

I asked for a refund all because I found a noodle in my egg fried rice I found that as a contamination now I expect a refund and also just eat please get in touch with McDonald's because I'm still waiting on that refund as well both batches was contaminated one had a hole so miss packaging from McDonald's the delivery bag itself had no problem but burger that was contaminated I couldn't eat now I expect a refund from both companies if this isn't handled just eat you will have lost a loyal

It was cold when I got the food and was missing some items

So just a quick bite before the pub but honestly that is all this place is good for. Food was a little expensive for what you get but sure. The thing that really struck me was how deliberately uncomfortable this place is hostile architecture at its finest. The tall stalls needed a foot bar to make them comfortable but with our it I can only conclude they wanted you gone as soon as possible. The bin was placed so you had to fight the que to bust your tray. And getting to a seat was cramped that bumping in to people was inevitable. One star I will not be back

the food was so tasty and even when I had to put it aside before I could eat, it stayed warm in the container for ages

I ordered the vegetable chow mein. The ONLY vegetable in it was ONE green bean. Total waste of money.

Ordered off just eat and I'm sat here an hour and a half later and it's still not even on its way and this is a shop that's food is already done it's sat right infront of them ready to serve yet here I am still waiting for my food with no way of contacting the damn shop either!!! I will also be complaining to just eat as I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had to wait this long from these either? Absolute crap delivery service

Its been over 2 hours since I ordered - with 0 updates - this is unacceptable.

Chopstix is good quality Chinese food that has been carefully thought out to achieve quick service whilst selling their best flavours. A good place to go to for a quick meal - All choices of flavours and tastes are very good One of my top favourites is the caramelised chicken and the Chinese curry , you just cannot beat it in my opinion! Delivery was at my door from 25 mins of placing the order, brilliant stuff!

The rice isn’t the best quality and there’s not much flavour in it. For egg fried rice there was barely egg in the rice. The chicken was ok

Love chopsticks. It's like and Asian Subway. Very fast service. A tad tight for space, but thats ok. Staff try to keep tables clear of clutter, but a lot of customers are lazy and think it's ok to leave their rubbish behind.

Literally everything is cold, apart from the cans of drink which are warm. The chicken curry had no lid on as it had come off and had then spilt over everything else in the bag !

Food tasted good, portion sizes are poor for what you pay though £3.95 for a pot of potatoes which fits about 2 in. 3 toppings is about the same as what 2 used to be on the noodle boxes

3 green beans and a piece of onion doesnt constitute a "vegetable noodle" dish. The noodles were also flavourless. I wouldn't recommend or order again.

Ordered the big night in and expected large portions of each choice as it stated but they were tiny pots and clearly small portions like with the chicken only.5 pieces in a pot. Had this before and was larger not worth the 50 pound we payed at all!

What is going on with the portion sizes? The tiniest amount of noodles and chicken that don’t even fill the tub it’s given whereas if you go into the store it’s double the amount? Unfortunately came cold I’d advise to read the reviews before spending

Had chopstix delivered, the cauli bites sharer box was missing from the order, the salt and pepper potatoes was just dreadful and a waste of money, did not get any vegs in the rice or noodles, the spring rolls were okay, however the quality of food was definitely not okay, which is a shame as this is my first experience from chopstix and hearing good things was quite depressed when it arrived.

My server Jess was amazing! First time visit and helped me understand the options and process, definitely will visit again!

I normally have no issues with Chopstix, but today the Katsu curry sauce was really gloopy. I ordered egg fried rice. No actual egg in it, just brown rice.

The staff member who served me was excellent really nice and really funny whilst staying very professional, never used this chopstix before but will definitely be using it again.

The vegetable noodles did not have a single vegetable actually in them!

Best food that I have tried, I tried a range of the things they offer and everything was amazing. Top 🔝 The staff are the best, always in the best mood. I was very impressed with the customer service. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Wanted something a bit different to pub grub so took a chance on Chopstix, never having eaten in a place like this before - so glad we did! Staff helpful and friendly, food was lovely. I had chow mein with caramel chicken and salt and pepper chicken. OH had same plus bbq chicken and teriyaki beef. Wouldn't hesitate to return but as we live in asouth Wales it's not exactly local. Excellent meal for a very good price, just over £20 for both of us.

I know is not the delivery guy’s fault but food was sent 1:40 late. Maybe not a good idea to order in weekend

Go to stop for a quick and delicious meal. Food boxes are good value for the portion and tasty. Staff are also friendly, Shweta in particular was really good at serving me and and answering my questions when I picked up my To Good to Go

Had a great meal here. After dropping our whole tray of food they replaced the whole meal for four free of charge! That’s what I call family friendly service 💕
