Great service, replaced meal for free after an accident

Service was great, lovely staff, happy to replace a meal after an accident.

Vinny was a hero and also the two others that were on with him, but didn’t catch their names. All get composed and professional despite a crazy bank holiday service. The place was packed!! Oh and the food was amazing was worth the short queue.

Better then other chopstix i used before:)

Always find this place to be clean with quick service.Nice seating inside and great for a Pitt stop before hitting the market or local shops as also directly opposite the arcade.Katsu chicken with rice or sweet and sour chicken are yummy. If You fancy a place with quick service for a fair price Chopstix has it ✅

Always a great meal, prepared by sweet staff*, with a good selection of delicious toppings - perfect for a quick lunch. Recently I tried a surprise bag (Too Good To Go) which was really good value - 2x s̶m̶a̶l̶l̶ boxes (limited toppings) for £5!! I'll be back for sure ☺️ Edit: they were actually regular boxes and *Shweta (an employee) made them really well and was very courteous!

I ordered food from the gentleman walk chopstix restaurant. First they mixed up my order, second the food was soo oily. I could not even eat it. I went back to the store to report this to them and the staff named Vivian who was in charge of the store that day was very very rude to me and she walked me out and told me she couldn't do anything to the food. Not only did she work me out she allowed two young boys insult me and she joined them too.

Food was delicious, staff was really friendly and helpful, I had no idea what I wanted and they walked me through it all. Can tell they enjoy their job. Would definitely come back again.

All tasty apart from cauliflower rice which I had to throw away. It had so much salt in it, I couldn’t eat it, tasted like a whole tub had accidentally gone in there! Everything else was good though.

Ordered food at 7:35pm. It arrived at 9:10pm. Was only meant to be a 30min wait, hense why we ordered. No compensation. No apologies. Nothing. Never again.

After waiting 3 hours for our food, it then said it had been delivered when it had not. Appalling to accept an order then never deliver it or cancel it. Shockingly, would never consider using this restaurant again.

Was not as hot as I would have liked when it arrived, but it was delicious.

They got my order wrong and it was so sweet, really highly priced too. I wouldn’t recommend.

Friendly staff and service is always great. Lots of smiles all around. Food is good. Most recently served by Slawek who is great.

I came into Chopstix on the 9th of February 2025, I was served by a lovely lad named Vinnie who helped me choose base and toppings as I had never eaten here before, he was very helpful in recommending his favourite combinations, the restaurant was clean, lively and Vinnie made that experience all the better. Thank you for a wonderful experience I will be back soon.

Food was cold. Egg fried rice was brown with no egg. Won’t be ordering again

Ordered for the first time on the app. Received the order - scanty portions of chicken compared to the order a friend made the night before. Also, I feel robbed as none of our vegetable spring rolls paid for were in the bag (which was securely closed so it was an issue with the branch). Very pricey for cold food as well. Very inconvenient that there is no phone number to contact the branch directly. There goes my future custom.

Nice little place for food the staff go above and beyond especially a young lad called vinnie he is always helpful and very professional serving me my noodles

Courier didn't deliver the order! Waited around in the freezing cold for them as they drove around all over the place. Messaged them to tell them where to find me, they read the messages and then just marked the food as delivered.

Super quick easy tasty ! Asked for curry sauce after finished paying and didn't charge me. Great service very welcoming.

I recently purchased a "Too Good To Go" meal from Chopsticks, and I was thoroughly impressed! The amount of food was generous, and despite being leftovers from the day, everything was still delicious and satisfying. It truly filled me up! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be ordering again whenever I’m feeling peckish. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy great food while reducing waste!

Very lovely service came pretty late and food was warm!

Very busy with quite slow service at times, the atmosphere of the restaurant was quite nice, however, it would seem that both of us ended up with food poisoning later that day and the following day. So maybe give it a miss.

Just visited Chopstix, and it was an excellent experience! the food was absolutely delicious. A special mention goes to Shweta, who served us with such professionalism. She was attentive, made great recommendations, and ensured we had everything we needed. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Chopstix to my friends!

Ordered online for delivery at home, ordered egg fried rice but got noodles on both orders, tiny portions… was supposed to be large boxes but got little no topping when delivered. Very disappointed and not worth the money we spent. Normally really enjoy chopsticks but this time is was not good. Having messaged me seeking to put things right this was there reply. I had a small box of BBQ chicken and noodles and for once there was so much I couldn't finish it... my daughter did though. She must have been extra hungry. The chicken chunks were bigger than usual too. Very impressed, a nice surprise.

Ordered the food as it was showing it was going to be 30 minutes. Which was fine. I had a cancelled train so ordered this. Had over a hour and a half to the next. I was still waiting for my food when the next train left! Horrendous expectation of a delivery time if you’re just going to keep putting it back and back so food never even able to be received.

I asked for a refund all because I found a noodle in my egg fried rice I found that as a contamination now I expect a refund and also just eat please get in touch with McDonald's because I'm still waiting on that refund as well both batches was contaminated one had a hole so miss packaging from McDonald's the delivery bag itself had no problem but burger that was contaminated I couldn't eat now I expect a refund from both companies if this isn't handled just eat you will have lost a loyal

It was cold when I got the food and was missing some items

So just a quick bite before the pub but honestly that is all this place is good for. Food was a little expensive for what you get but sure. The thing that really struck me was how deliberately uncomfortable this place is hostile architecture at its finest. The tall stalls needed a foot bar to make them comfortable but with our it I can only conclude they wanted you gone as soon as possible. The bin was placed so you had to fight the que to bust your tray. And getting to a seat was cramped that bumping in to people was inevitable. One star I will not be back

I ordered the vegetable chow mein. The ONLY vegetable in it was ONE green bean. Total waste of money.

Ordered off just eat and I'm sat here an hour and a half later and it's still not even on its way and this is a shop that's food is already done it's sat right infront of them ready to serve yet here I am still waiting for my food with no way of contacting the damn shop either!!! I will also be complaining to just eat as I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had to wait this long from these either? Absolute crap delivery service

Chopstix is good quality Chinese food that has been carefully thought out to achieve quick service whilst selling their best flavours. A good place to go to for a quick meal - All choices of flavours and tastes are very good One of my top favourites is the caramelised chicken and the Chinese curry , you just cannot beat it in my opinion! Delivery was at my door from 25 mins of placing the order, brilliant stuff!

The rice isn’t the best quality and there’s not much flavour in it. For egg fried rice there was barely egg in the rice. The chicken was ok

Love chopsticks. It's like and Asian Subway. Very fast service. A tad tight for space, but thats ok. Staff try to keep tables clear of clutter, but a lot of customers are lazy and think it's ok to leave their rubbish behind.

Literally everything is cold, apart from the cans of drink which are warm. The chicken curry had no lid on as it had come off and had then spilt over everything else in the bag !

Food tasted good, portion sizes are poor for what you pay though £3.95 for a pot of potatoes which fits about 2 in. 3 toppings is about the same as what 2 used to be on the noodle boxes

3 green beans and a piece of onion doesnt constitute a "vegetable noodle" dish. The noodles were also flavourless. I wouldn't recommend or order again.

Ordered the big night in and expected large portions of each choice as it stated but they were tiny pots and clearly small portions like with the chicken only.5 pieces in a pot. Had this before and was larger not worth the 50 pound we payed at all!
