Did not give us our chips with our meals and made it difficult to explain

Lovely spicy chicken burger, place was absolutely packed

The restaurant is closed, but they accept orders.

my order took almost an hour n half to get here and was cold by the time it did eventually get here. hardly any updates, time just kept getting pushed back.

Food was cold, fries were floppy, both burgers were cold, just the nuggets had a bit of warmth in them, drinks were flat! Over all rubbish!!

Food was cold couldnt eat most of it especially the burger went in the bin. Ask for refund get £2.77 my order was £17 ?

The entire order was wrong so I received a baby meal worth £5 instead of my order £16

Got someone elses order and had to reorder. Only get refunded for the food, so out of pocket for the service and other charges. No salt on the chips, not the hottest either. Time to order elsewhere, have given this branch way too many chances,

driver saids 00.22 then it's 0026 driver shouldn't walk around 4 5mins B4 calling Customer to tell me is lost now my bag was Ripped so this might be the reason why the food was Coldd

Great delivery on time and super kind

Driver refused to hand over order as i hadnt received a code. He was implotie and unhelpful. Took order away. Now i cant get my money back for the food the I havent received. Last time is use Just Eat

am not happy at all with my order. My order was placed around 8:35pm and I received my food by 9:50pm that is more than an hour wait for my food. When my food arrived, the oasis was spilled everywhere, my food was cold and they also forgot my sweet and sour dips that I specifically asked ‘DO NOT FORGET MY SWEET AND SOUR DIP’ and they still missed it. I would like a full refund for my order as I am really not impressed with how everything turned out I should not be waiting more than an hour to receive food and for it to be delivered in that state. I WANT a full refund back into the card that I used !

I seriously should be getting a refund. This is my second order of the day at the same address. First one came perfectly. The 2nd guy just couldn’t find my place. If you check on the maps, I like in a huge, unmissable apartment complex in city Center (riverside). When I called him, the guy was lost. I had to go out all the way to kings street to find him. Spoke barely any English, said he is new here and doesn’t know the ways. Guy was struggling to to use the maps. No point ordering. Cold food

Food arrived cold, definitely the fault of the restaurant and not the driver as they had been waiting to collect the order for some time. Katsu chicken wrap thrown together like a dog's breakfast. No quality assurance or thought whatsoever.

First time ordering McDonald's online. Food came 40 mins late and was stone cold. Very disappointing. Won't order again.

My food wasn't even delivered! I've had to order exactly the same thing again and paid twice! The delivery driver didn't even ring me. I want to complain! So cross about it!

Food and staff are excellent. They have a seating area upstairs as well, can get busy at lunchtime due to local college and businesses.

I ordered this food 90 minutes ago and the expected time just kept going up just for the food to arrive stone cold like it was sat for 30 minutes before it was picked up.

Walk in and said to one of the employees that the outside bins was full and over flowing, she said “ok thanks” The food was cold, the atmosphere between the staff was none existent. Nobody was bothered. Food was cold and they exchanged it, still cold, couldn’t be bothered asking again because everyone seems so unhappy in their place of work. Walk out 30 mins later and the bins was even worst.

Driver accidentally spilt my drink all over the floor, it wasn't entirely his fault (flimsy bag) and he was very apologetic. Not too fussed tbh. Hope he's okay.

Absolutely foul today. Cheeseburger was dry, the bun was stale and the cheese was crusty. Got a quarter pounder that said “NO CHEESE, ONLY PICKLES” on the label, but had 2 slices of cheese. Chips tasted old and oily. Cokes spilled into the mcflurries. Wrap was missing cucumber, onions and sauce. We usually come to Hayhill as a safe bet bc everything is usually fab. So disappointed!

Delivery and driver fine, food quite warm too. However 9 chicken nuggets should have come with 2 sauces, plus the 5 more I ordered to keep the kids happy, zero arrived = unhappy kids. More careful checking when packing required please.

This delivery driver is extremely rude! I put on my order if they could bring it up to my apartment as my baby is sleeping and I couldn't leave but he refused! When I came down he told me I'm very late and was extremely rude and wouldn't listen to what I was saying. When giving him the code he entered it wrong twice despite me telling him the correct code and continued to shake his head at me. Not only that my latte was spilt everywhere inside the bag! Really not happy with this driver

Ordered at 13:33, said it was delivered at 16:10 but actually turned up at my door around 16:40… freezing cold, stale, ice cream melted & bag soggy. Must have been left on counter almost 3 hrs after being made. Inedible. Have requested full refund.

I am very disappointed firstly my food was stone cold and needed to be reheated and another thing I had bacon in my burger which I didn’t order. This was possibly the worst meal I’ve had:( and to top it off I was only refunded £3.60 this meal cost over £14 with delivery

Once inside there was no room to move there were pushchairs and mobility walkers crammed in plus customers. There were customers on their phones who found it necessary to let everyone know what they were talking about with plenty of swear words in conversation. The Manager needs to have control of not only his/her staff but also customers who dont know how to respect other people. Come on McDonalds do better.

As with every McDonald’s, it’s very busy. The food is just okay, nothing over the top but it’s very affordable and filling.
