Mcdonald's in Norwich

Don't know how but some moron there didn't add chips to any of the orders

Ordered through the McDonald's app a customised meal, with no bun, mustard or pickles as I'm a coeliac. The correct labels were applied and the packaging was correct & on opening the burgers were topped off with 1/2 a bun.

I ordered through the mc Donalds app and my order was delivered incomplete! bags was sealed but part of my order has not been packed! I was missing box of 9 nuggets, box of 6 nuggets and Minecraft toys as I ordered Minecraft meals. Call them but directed back to app for refund where was chasing to both to have a message to call to customer service so imposible to get you food or refund, useless and cheating! don't order through McDonalds app as u won't get you full order nor refund !!!

ordered food through app, order arrived sealed but incomplete, called customer service where i was directed back to app for refund, no option there at all and chatting to both to be told to call to customer service, useless helpless circle, ripping people off on delivering partial orders only!!!!

Unsealed bag missing a burger.

It’s was good but they forgot my sauce, it was quite cold and the strawberry milkshake tasted like mint

This was a fantastic joint to grab dinner, with plenty of self-service kiosks available. Service was fast and seating is comfortable, McCrispy was tasty and the fries were fresh enjoyed orange juice too!

Completely wrong order delivered

My food delivery was over an hour late, though the driver only took 5 minutes once he picked it up. The estimated arrival time fluctuated constantly. When it finally arrived, everything was cold—soggy fries and bizarrely, the burgers tasted like fish

meal was basically unmade in the bag. food all over the place drink half empty. cold. worst meal from you ever.

Why ask if I want dips if you don’t send them

We ordered the Philly Cheese Stack with no pickles. unfortunately this was interpreted as 'no patties'. So we received a bun with some cheese in it. Awful.

Ok, not fantastic. All items correct (have had missing items on 2 occasions from McD before), but the coffee had spilt from its container. Not a disaster as some was still in the cup.

the filling in the breakfast wrap was not evenly distributed- all the egg was at one end and all the other toppings at the other - this made eating the wrap unpleasant as one half was overwhelming eggy after paying money for food i should not have to take it apart and reconstruct it just to enjoy it. it would be nice if napkins and tomato ketchup were included as well. especially as the wrap was so dry. the drinks had been spilt too - the entire bag was soaked and ripped.

3 hours for them to prepare it! Could have walked and ate there and walked back quicker! They just kept putting back and back the delivery time. Cold food upon arrival too.

Food was cold and flatbread was so hard I almost lost a tooth. Very dissatisfied!!! The refund offered is not sufficient. Should be full price refund. Am having to order from a rival as the substandard food has gone into my bin. Sorry guys .

My order was over an hour late and put back several times upon checking, the food was literally stone cold and two of the three burgers which should have been just plain cheese double burgers had onion in them which my children will not eat and wasn’t what we ordered. The fries were not cooked properly through and very under cooked, actually not edible. I am very unhappy. We have been looking forward to a take away all week (which we cannot always afford) and literally our food was ruined.

my order took almost an hour n half to get here and was cold by the time it did eventually get here. hardly any updates, time just kept getting pushed back.
