so many que man f off, too many machines in the front for self service 😑 it ok but i saw one person with a till its really Shame coz it a City and its busy so you guys need to think about us. btw sorry for my review thank you 😊

They are rude and irrespective to customers

Always have the loveliest man helping us with what we want and he will always go above and beyond keeping the place nice and tidy out front. the other staff members that are in the kitchen and behind the counter are rude to customers, slow and half asleep. the man front of house should get more recognition. he is the reason we return back to this mcdonald’s because of this man’s friendly nice caring nature whilst keeping ontop of the cleanliness of the restaurant. this was 9pm thursday 20th of march. please let the man front of house have more recognition or a promotion!!

Absolutely useless, rarely a good experience here. Honestly I think putting the correct items in the bag is the bare minimum and they don't seem to be able to manage it. Got all the way home to realize 3 burgers missing and had to drive all the way back. In fairness to the lady when I got back she was very polite despite the fact I was quite annoyed, but come on it surely can't be that difficult to get an order correct.

I just needed something quick and convenient

A very small venue, Food was good, staff polite and friendly. Carpark a bloody nightmare very small people won't let you out of a space or leave a gap so you can go to the exit, too desperate queuing for the drive through. People waiting for their orders stood in the doorway or in the way of the ordering points.We will not use this one again.

Charged us for items we did not get, reported branch to Trading Standards.

The food was fresh and the place was very clean

This is a nice McDonald's great for dining alone or taking your whole family for a quick bite. The food is what it is and won't make you sick, plus the Philli Cheese Stack is surprisingly good, yet messy with all that cheese sauce! The staff are friendly,. hardworking and helpful.

Only stopped here briefly. Drive thru staff pretty blunt and quick to slide the window shut. You want a decent McDonalds in Norwich got to Norwich airport.

Since it's refurbishment, this outlet has become soulless and less easy to get attention from staff, and relax. A backward step as they prioritise the Deliveroo and Just Eat customers. Trays were piled up, the sauce dispenser empty and generally leaving a bad impression. And when we were finally served (issue with electronic order point) they could only accept cash at the till - no card reader! We used to come here a lot, only in desperation in future. Poor.

Gets crowded inside the restaurant

first of all my wrap said it was the bbq wrap, when i opened it, it was sweet chilli, not what i ordered at all. and the wrap wasn't wrapped properly so all the insides fell out. and they also used the wrong lid for my frappe so all the cream and caramel was squished.

It’s good they just make mistakes a little too often, not enough to put me off.

We get many, many deliveries from here and never any napkins or sauces even when requested

Wash room not serviced very well.

Having placed my order at the machine with no customers infront of me I waited over 15 minutes for my simple breakfast order, during which time a few more customers arrived but not a single staff member was seen, the counter completely un-manned. They used to call it fast food but it was definitely not fast. Really disappointed at the lack of customer attention.

My main reading for this review is the appalling treatment of the elderly that can't use the order machines. I had ordered my food and sat down, this elderly gentleman stood at the till to order when the staff said its cash only at the till, he said he only had card and didn't know how to use the machines! They refused to help him place his order. I got up and placed the order on the machine for him. I won't be coming here again and I hope the owner reads the reviews and acts on it. McDonald's tuckwood you are a joke when it comes to customer care!!!!!

Fries cold, no straw and no sauce although paid for.

Order came cold, no sauces, no straw for my milkshake and time changed

ordered the breakfast sharer for four received 3 hash browns and 1 burger

I went to the drive trough. I ordered with the guy on the speaker, then I was waiting 10 minutes at the window. Then a lady appeared and advised me that they cannot take the order. I said they already did. She said sorry we cannot take your order. Pathetic! Highly pathetic!!!

No quarter pounder? just two big macs

Used to love going to mc d’s, but now it’s just over priced rubbish. Foods always cold. Burgers always come out like there been kicked about before serving! And the Coke always tastes like sprite or water, can’t get a milkshake as it’s always broken -__-. The beef burgers taste different since there changed it, taste like sausage meat. And the child’s toy are just shoddy now they used to be great I see better toys in 2p machines.

broken drinks promised a replacement by the driver who took pics cannot call the restuarnt and nothing turned up. asked for refund on app to then be told i had to take a pic when the driver did it!! total rubbish and products all in the bin

I got here at 12.30 am waited ten minutes at the counter waiting and no one came to me, I needed to pay cash so I used the machine and sent it through to the till for cash, eventually another 15 min later finally someone came out with a order for somone so I got there attention and confirmed my order was cartoony being done and waited another ten mins, the was literally one other customer in there no delivery drivers or anything I really don’t know how they can be so slow, it’s an old story it’s like this every time ! 35 minute for a double cheeseburger and chips is not acceptable especially when it’s so quiet and also the fact no one attends the counter is an absolute joke! May aswell just walk in and steal everything the staff will never know because they’re never there

Quite possibly the worst McDonald's in the UK with its consistently poor customer service. Latest incident today: waited 10 mins in the left drive thru lane but nobody bothered to take my order. In that time, 7 cars that arrived after me progressed through the right hand lane. I assumed there must be an issue with the intercom in the left lane (turned out there wasn't - just poorly skilled staff) and proceeded to the first window where upon I placed an order. The employee did not apologise for the poor customer service. After making payment for a very basic food order, I proceeded to the second window and was told to wait round the front and they would allegedly bring the food out - there was no "please" or any attempt to act professional from the employee at that window either. After waiting round the front for 10 minutes and STILL not getting the food, I tired of them messing me around and wasting my valuable time and went back through the drive thru lane and to the first window. I explained the situation and requested either 1) I be given the food paid for or 2) They refund my payment. An apparent supervisor then appeared at the window. She demanded evidence of my payment, to which I said I hadn't been given a receipt. She struggled to grasp that (not sure why, as this useless branch never gives the receipt until the food is brought out) and again she repeated that she needed evidence of the purchase (note: how were they going to bring the food out if they couldn't find the order?). I was becoming annoyed at this point and offered to show my bank statement (very intrusive for a 'fast' food purchase!!!). After showing my bank details, she suddenly found my order and claimed that my money had now been refunded. I asked for a hard copy receipt as evidence of the refund but all she could provide was an illegible receipt which she blamed on the print and said she couldn't provide a better copy. If the supervisor knew there was an issue with printing receipts, it's curious that she has asked me for my receipt in the first place - surely she wouldn't try to be deliberately difficult with a customer who had been on the receiving end of multiple service failings, would she!?! If they can't even organise a functional receipt printer, no wonder everything else is substandard. Having wasted 35 mins of my time at that point in time, I left this useless branch with no food and no adequate apology. This branch consistently gets orders wrong, the food is more often than not cold and/or missing, and customer service is frequently poor - a disgrace to the McDonald's brand. On two previous recent visits here, large fries cartons were only half filled. There's a word for it when the consumer doesn't get what they have paid for, and it might helpful if McDonald's UK Head Office looked at what's going on in their Tuckswood outlet. If you value your time and don't want to have to deal with rude staff, who are evidently poorly led, managed and trained, just to purchase overpriced, low quality food - avoid.

Worse possible place to order at, employees are super lazy , and spend most of the time chatting to each other or wonder aimlessly while people are waiting for their food to be prepared ,instead of working together to provide fast service they work in sectors

we ordered the food for 5PM it got to about 6 I called them but I had not got the ref number so I called again at 6.45and just as I was giving the ref number it came the chips were cold and when warmed up they went soggy theburgars were cold and we warmed them up and the burger was like card bored . I will never order from that one on a weekend again it was awful.

For years this has been the worst McDonalds by far, they are almost always getting orders wrong, or leaving items out entirely. Often food is cold or by the time you get what you paid for the hot drinks are cold or milkshake is melted. Unfortunately for me it's my local mcds. If they ask you to pull around the front to wait for your order I would suggest you say no because you'll end up waiting 15 minutes and it'll still be wrong.

All the food that was meant to be hot was cold!!! Not impressed at all I have no idea how long it had been cooked or how many other deliveries the driver made before ours!!!!

I appreciate the delivery driver said there was only one worker at the McDonald’s, however two chicken mayos were missed, as well as the dips with the nuggets. Further, we ordered at around 3:15, with the order originally saying it would arrive between 3:45-4:05, however ended up arriving at 4:33. I expect a refund of the 2 chicken mayos.

Solid Maccies. The food is fresh and fast, and customer service is good. A chap called Josh was working the restaurant area yesterday and was very helpful and proactive.

Has really gone downhill recently, used to be consistent and reliable but nearly every time now when I order online or collect for takeaway in person either an item is missing or I have been given the completely wrong thing. Since the refurbishment the standard has stripped significantly and it's become probably the worst McDonald's in Norwich.
