Food isn’t wrapped properly bag damp 1 burger fell out of bag drink has leaked dismal

missing items and wont refund full ammout for the missing item

They never ever include the dips so chicken selects were dry

All the food is cold, looks like the food have been thrown about. not happy

almost hour and a half for food to arrive and it come cold! i would of been better to drive there and eat it hot

I appreciate the delivery driver said there was only one worker at the McDonald’s, however two chicken mayos were missed, as well as the dips with the nuggets. Further, we ordered at around 3:15, with the order originally saying it would arrive between 3:45-4:05, however ended up arriving at 4:33. I expect a refund of the 2 chicken mayos.

The time kept getting pushed back. Never happend before.

My order didn’t turn up but said it was delivered. Called restaurant and was told it was Just Eats issue not theirs. Ignoring any responsibility. But more than happy the take my money

Ordered at 6 arrived at 8:50 food was cold and driver spilt the drink all over everything, why sell drinks that you cant deliver safely.

I ordered my food just after 12am and it said it would be about half an half an hour max. it nearly took two hours. I needed to be asleep for the next day and it just isn't fast food at this point. I would like a refund because of this bad experience.

Food was late and cold, missing 2 items and half cup of diet coke.

They forgot to put a straw with the drink, also there was no sauces included in the meal and my misses is fuming with this delivery.

FOOD WAS FRESH AND HOT AND THE ORDER WAS CORRECT. DELIVERY WAS PROMPT AND DRIVER PLEASANT.

Cold , missing items , chips like from archive from 1986 , mc cheesy crispy with NO CHEESE!!!!!! drink old with not bubbles , no straws no napkins and big surprise no SAUCE. The worst order ever. Waiting for refund.

McSpicy came with no lettuce and the burger was dry.

Has really gone downhill recently, used to be consistent and reliable but nearly every time now when I order online or collect for takeaway in person either an item is missing or I have been given the completely wrong thing. Since the refurbishment the standard has stripped significantly and it's become probably the worst McDonald's in Norwich.

The burgers were burnt and dry with hardly no sauce . The chips were half full. Very disappointed. Normally get delivery from Haymarket which is great but this was was awful

drinks were all tipped over so ended up all over my floors and no one had a drink, also all went Into the mcflurrys.

Popped in for a drive through breakfast. Expected the usual hello through the Intercom system but got a delightful, positive, friendly, clearly spoken young lady called Judy. Brighten my morning. Thank you Judy and thank you rest of the team for getting my order right.

In all the years I have been ordering mcdonalds (and its alot of years) this must be the first time they have followed instructions and got my order right. I even had straws and napkins... that is very rare. however after saying all that the fries were still cold, they need to put them in foil lined boxes or something. well done Tuckswood mcdonalds 👏

The kitchen staff are very rude to customers.

It's a McDonald's so you know what to expect food wise. It can be a busy spot and there's not a lot of parking. Went on a Sunday evening and service was good, though the burger was a little burnt.

Longwater is fabulous always get excellent service here, london road Hethersett is also great for service too.

Always Fresh Food. Staff Are Friendly And Chatty. Relaxed Atmosphere When Eating-In. Plenty Of Parking. If Your Order Is Delayed On The Drive-Through, They Will Park You-Up, And Bring It To You. All-In-All An Altogether Good Experience.

Used to go all the time but now all the staff are teenagers and don't care, food always dry or too greasy. Given up.

Courier was in my neighbourhood, my mum watched him go past my house on his bike, then was just sitting around my neighbour hood not moving for roughly 8 minutes and my food was then delivered cold

Good value, but conditions very poor today. Both bins not emptied, tables not cleared or cleaned. Ladies toilets, no paper in one cubicle, no soap in dispenser, hand dryer not working. No staff about to speak to..

extremely late, times kept changing to later and later, called restaurant over 10 times and got NO answer. Food finally arrived late soggy and cold, and the wrong order. called restaurant again for them to say i need to contact just eat, who ALSO have not responded to me. Poor service, poor quality food. I ordered 2 meals, 1 happy meal and a nugget meal. The happy meal wasn’t delivered! I would understand if I had ordered 3 or more with extra sides but to forget one of the two meals I ordered is ridiculous. Called Mc Donald’s and they told me to go through just eat. Just eat don’t go behind the counter and pack the bag, so why is it their fault. This isn’t the first time this has happened from the tuckswood branch but unfortunately it’s our closest McDonald’s. This order took over an hour to arrive, despite being listed as taking around 30 mins, and when it did arrive the burgers and chips were cold. It also didn't come with the McFlurry I ordered. Surprised and disappointed by this experience

food was ordered at 6.30pm got food at 9.30pm, stone cold, drink half missing , courier gave me bag with drink in it , dripping all over my floor, partner went to mc tucks wood for a new lot of food,, £32 was the total for our order, complete mess
