Terrible! Ordered food that wasn’t wrapped food spilled everywhere in bag, didn’t give all the burgers paid for, rude staff!! No milkshakes, AVOID !!! Yuk

Bought fish finger happy meal for my grandson . It was discusting he had one bite only . I ordered a spicy chicken burger which tasted of Bering coated in very hot spices . So spicy the worker brought me water as he could see I was having an issue with the very very hot spice . Chips were only warm . First and last time I will visit

dont normally write bad reviews but completley missing large part of my order, food was cold and fries tasted really stale

The chips were hard and crispy the milkshakes were awful the strawberry one was I don't know really it was a white colour no STRAWBERRY IN IT. The BANANA ONE WAS A YELLOW COLOUR WITH CHOCOLATE IN IT. THIS ISNT FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED . WE NEVER GET THE SAUCES . I think the staff should see and look what they are doing . we order from them alot and I don't complain like I should as sometimes it's sauces that we don't get .sorry but have to be honest with you x

Food never came. I waited for over 3 hours for it, nothing. Yet it stated that the driver was at restaurant- 10 minutes after I initially ordered. Joke.

Last time using this place. They never ever put in the dips. Never.

My order was squeezed into the smallest bag so as a result my food was all squashed. Also they forgot to put my sauces in.

I waited over a hour for my food when I called the restaurant to see where my food was they said it had already gone and to ring just eat which you can't anymore when I received it my food was soggy and cold

No stars. Ordered 3 mcflurries and 2 cookies and recieved 4 cokes instead! Only offered me £11 refund when it cost me over £15.

I placed the order at 5:20pm and I just now received it!!! but unfortunately that's not the biggest problem. The food is cold and missing 2 quarter pounder 2 fries and a 9 pieces chicken nuggets and the dips!!! I am deeply upset and disappointed!!!

I didn't receive the order on the 10/7/24 even though it was recorded as delivered. I'm still waiting for a response from you as this is the 3rd message I've sent you.

Drive through the person on the order station could not understand us put 20 chicken nuggets through with no dip then put the dips as extras 10 p each chicken salad with bacon had no bacon and took over 10 minutes waiting at front

This McDonald’s is rubbish, it can never get the order right!! Every time I give them another chance and once again I’m missing items from my order. I now have a child sat here with just a burger for tea because they missed everything else out from his happy meal !! The whole point of getting it delivered is so you don’t need to drive up there to get the ALL the food you have ordered. Train your staff better

the big mac was nice, the double quarter pounder was nice, the chips were quite greasy. the mc flurries hardly had any sauce or white chocolate and munchies in. They did not put in my sweet and sour sauce that I payed for.

The two double big Mac with bacon, two large fries (that were cold) and garlic mozzarella sticks we're lukewarm. Despite pre ordering it still arrived in that state. How do you serve cold fries immediately after change over at 11:00 am. Madness

3 drink laying on their side in the bag. leaked everywhere. Milkshake is now mixed with coffee and everything else is undrinkable.

They forgot all the fries on my order and a Big Mac. No replacement offered only a refund I have to wait 2 days for grrr

The time changed from when I ordered it and the dip was missing for the cheese bites.

Always something missing when ordering from here, staff never seem to check orders and make sure things are correct.

Terrible experience. First order no milkshake. Then ordered milkshake separately and they sent me a coke. This is a regular occurrence when dealing with McDonald’s. Almost every order there is a mistake.

It's McDonald's, what more is there to say. Staff are nice and service is usually pretty quick. We go there for a coffee most days

Was a very good experience. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Trainee employee Georgia was especially helpful. The restaurant was very clean.

No one took notice of my request for burgers for my dogs

Chips were Cold so were my chicken selects absolutely ridiculous restaurant they need to sort it out it’s literally 5 mins down the road yet it gets here cold!

Food lately at this particular McDonalds is awful. It's never correct, always cold, and yesterday I bit into some frozen chips, although I'd been asked to pull round the front as there'd be a short wait. The staff are 50/50. Some are nice and helpful, and others couldn't care less. I do feel for the staff, though, as there is so much expected of them. One poor lady had been told to go out and clean the other day right near the drive-through windows, I thought this was extremely dangerous, and some cars were getting so close! Poor lady kept apologising to people as she felt she was in the way but was just doing her job.

Gave polite delivery instructions as well late at night and family was asleep not to ring the door bell and to knock gently, and then the delivery driver proceeded to ring my door bell twice and knock. Waking everyone up

me and my wife came here on saturday to celebrate our wedding anniversary (we are massive fans of ronald mcdonald - we got him to officiate our wedding!!!!). and some goofy looking chap with some cute freckles (i believe he went by the name of declan) was an absolute gem in sorting out our order. i honestly couldn’t ask for better service he even demonstrated to us how to use the ipads to play with each other (how romantic right?). so overall a wonderful experience mainly courtesy of declan (what a terrific young guy). i honestly couldn’t recommend it anymore for any couples looking for somewhere to go on their anniversary. Thank you Declan xx

Food took -half an hour- to come. Once it came the lettuce was brown and the cola tasted off. Toilets were beyond disgusting despite looking renovated somewhat recently and the restaurant space was not clean. Staff were nice, so they get a star there despite everything. Parking is very limited. Eat anywhere else.

Yesterday I took an 83 yr old and 2 lady’s in there 90’s one of the 90 yr olds had it on her bucket list to go to McDonalds she had never been, well it was amazing a lady names Lindy helped me to order everything, she then spent time with us, we had such a laugh, Lindy you were amazing.

Food came so quickly today they forgot items . And they never give you sauce . Even if you pay for it.

The seals on both the bags have been opened, food missing and cold. The driver was on his moped and was driving off before I picked the bags off the floor so was unable to ask why it was open.

Forgot two portions of fries (how dumb are you) and is this a Maltese’s McFlurry or an ice cream. Try harder
