If you got to mcdonalds in 2024 you really need to educate yourself

Reasonably priced meal considering it's a service station. Not too much of a wait.

As expected from a fast food joint!

Slow drive through place your order pay only to be told to park up 22 minutes wait not impressed

Also Costa Coffee motorway service.

Visit here regularly with work. Last week twice and this week always a problem with the porridge been cold . Both occasions last week the same young quiet talking girl gave me at the food at the drive through . I went back through and she said she didn't know the minutes by putting 2 porridge in !! Yesterday morning a different young girl and again cold porridge. What is going on here ...

As usual, good hot food served quickly. Was clean inside and staff are friendly.

Just as you would expect from any MacDonalds

Stopped off for Tea after a long drive with the children. Based within services, all of which were very clean and well maintained. Food ordered via touch screen and prepared quickly but fresh, all food hot which is unusual for McDonald's, nicest McDonald's we've had in ages and super friendly staff.

Slow service. Too many uber eat drivers.

Stopped off for a quick meal. Staff were quite unhappy and chips had the texture of leather. Burgers we're about average.

If you like crowds,queues and claustrophobia then this is the place, Sunday lunchtime. ..never again

They didn’t listen to my order at the speaker on the drive thru then the woman at the first window had to correct it then the young lad at the second window couldn’t read orders properly and went to give me a wrong drink. Food was nice and hit once give. To us

Fantastic fast food place, the service from the lady behind the counter went out her way to make the visit memorable ( yes and this is only a McDonald’s ) well done.

Lovely friendly staff. It was very clean Order to the table was very quick We only had drinks Chocolate milkshake so think I struggled to get it up the paper straw. Good texture good flame. Caramel Frappe again this was a good quality product and a good taste. It was well worth the break from driving. Posted 8/8/24

Useless delivery driver left front gate wide open allowing 2 dogs to get out onto a road. Tip given will never be done again and bad drivers like the 1 I got should be sacked instantly. Very poor service by a company that probably doesn’t care anyway

food was originally set to be delivered between 18.50 and 19.10, kept changing and was eventually delivered at 19.22 and was lukewarm.

Very disorganised. Kept forgetting to put orders out. I watched them bin 3 different orders. That said the food was decent

I'm not happy. I ordered this. I had to pop out as my daughter wasn't well. just leave it at the property instead of taking it away. terrible. I want refunding or my food back. greedy

I gave clear instructions and still phoned asking where we were stood for 10 minutes to try and explain we were in the industrial estate not a housing estate

Nice laid out large McDonald's with as always for some unknown reason has half of the seats closed. The ordering machines could do with an upgrade of the firmware and a few layers of the grease scraping off them. The food was actually close to the pictures of the online menus which is another rare occurrence.

Delayed arrival and stone cold food.

Lettuce in the hamburgers apart from the bun, fries cold and not salted, inexperienced service, instead of working, the people who serve the food talk to each other.

It took so long for the food to be made, and when it did it certainly didn't look like the picture of the said burger plus the fries were lukewarm. It really Seems like they prioritise the web orders rather than in store customers. For nearly £9.00 no thank you. Never again

Good customer service and any problems are solved quickly

It was a cold drizzly day but it was still worth a visit. The tram ride was a nice experience, there is lovely views even on a damp, foggy, drizzly day. Did not eat in the cafe, but the food looked good, & the coffee was very welcome. Lovely little gift shop also with some nice gifts at reasonable prices.

Usually this McDonald's is spot on, but I ordered breakfast on my way from work this morning, the breakfast wrap was fine but I used 3000 reward points for 2 additional hash browns. Upon arriving home I went to start eating my food and my hash browns were missing?! So now I'm down part of my breakfast and also have lost 3000 rewards points. Very disappointed. The staff member who served me was very polite though.

Delivered to the wrong house I’ve got my house number on the door so how can driver not see number delivery ain’t getting stars as absolutely

7 out of 19 times they miss so many of my items. Especially when it comes to promotional menu, please fire your staff or retrain them, they are beyond clueless…. Absolute thievery how much money I’ve lost due to this specific branch of McDonald’s.

ordered chicken selects and got cheese bites in a chicken selects box

Stopped late (around midnight) and it took ages for them to get my order together (small fries). The fries were good though

once again items missing from order this is the third time in a row this has happened now so will NOT be ordering again!!!!!

Good to have something still hot and nice delivered that caters for my allergies/food intolerance. (includes meat, fish, shell-fish, strawberries, mint, red peppers/ red chilli's, powdered milk)

This delivery is showing as delivered at 2.30pm however it has not been delivered to me. Clearly been delivered somewhere else.

My order was wrong no happy meal for my children- so my friends kids had their meal and my children didn’t have theirs - so I’m missing £10 worth of food. I had 4 drinks and 2 happy meals. It’s wrong, majorly wrong!

First time stopping at this service station on the A1, McDonald's had the screens or service counter, food came fast and actually looked like the pictures! Amazing! If you need a stop, recommend!

At a service station, the need for a comfort break outweighing the allure of the Golden Arches and opportunity to scatter litter across the countryside. I do like their coffee but don't appreciate those self order obelisks. So, I make up a flask and no, I don't launch it out of my car window!

My car broke down with a flat battery in the drive through, can't thank the manager enough who came out and jump started so that we could get going again. Amazing you saved our night!

Staff consistently incompetent… can’t do the simple task of checking an order before they send it. Last 3 times ordered, got it wrong! JustEat useless in sending refunds too.

I like this McDonald's. The seating area is huge and spacious. It's not tiny and cramped - especially when busy, like the usual McDonald's are. This isn't my closest McDonald's but I drive here because it's a much more relaxing place to sit. Never had any problems with food or service etc. Always plenty of spaces to park.

Failure food never tastes good again

Brilliant service! Exactly how fast food should be! I ordered a mighty mcmuffin using the app, and the click and collect service, and a guy brought it out to my car within 2 minutes. I was very impressed.

Classic McDonalds offer. It was not possible to wash the trays, so "eat here" were also given out in takeaway bags. They didn't even manage to do "without ice" the first time.

Ordered a Big Mac and when the Big Mac arrived the burger patties was out of date

always forget stuff and give you one sauce to 6 meals hahaha laughable !!!! would think it's coming out there little Wage 🤣
