McDonald's in County Durham

The food wasnt very hot, there should be more self serve order screens for the size of the place. And there could be a better layout of seating. Could do with more staff on the floor as the cleaning person was rushed off their feet.

My order didn’t turn up I put in the notes make sure it gets delivered to the right address and once again it hasn’t this has happened 5 times now I’m Not impressed and I want a refund!

Placed my order at 5:35 it didn’t arrive until 8pm don’t think I’ll be ordering anything else from where I just did tonight!

Useless! Fast food apparently! Almost an hour wait and sent me someone else’s order which meant friends have had to order from elsewhere. Terrible service!

Useless. Left us waiting ages to order at one speaker, while a stream of people went through the first one. Then forced to wait for 20 minutes at the end. What a waste of time.

Brilliant Spot on Last time I ordered Maccys on Just Eat it went elsewhere and said it was delivered but we didn't get it. Food was all there fries piping hot tasty as ever restored some faith in our local maccys. 4 digit code thingy on app much better.

DO NOT ORDER FROM JUST EAT MCDONALDS!! Considering working in McDonalds has to be the easiest job, staff are persistently incompetent in checking orders. Around 50% of our orders are incorrect / missing items, then Just Eat don’t follow through with refunds.

24hr, usual decent maccies. The mc pickup spaces are usually closed but other than that its fine

Customised my burger to have no sauce in because I added BBQ and sweet chilli dips to my order and the order had been delivered with no dips at all and no straws for drinks - very disappointed that they can’t even add straws and your dips when spending over £20

Missed out the three chicken selects I bought and when I called the shop never answered. Fact is I spent 25 pound on that order and didn’t get what I ordered and now can’t be compensated and everytime I order from McDonald’s something is missing. How hard is it to read something written infront of you and just do it?

This was the sorry excuse for a burger that I got from this McDonalds this evening. This is supposed to be a "Philly Cheese stack". 10 minutes I waited for this and finally delivered by a surly young man with next to no personal skills.

ordered food at 7.08pm. received email to say food arriving at 7.35pm. food arrived at 8.08pm & was cold, ice in drink had melted. very disappointed.

Not a McDonald's regular, but on the road and this was only option other than cold sandwiches or costa and bun. Ordered a sit in and it came in a bag. Double Philly, is this really a Philly Cheesesteak? It was cold and sticky with a sad pickle. Bun was rubbish, do people really prefer these buns to proper bread?

(MATTY MANAGER) rudest person I’ve ever spoken to telling me my food wasn’t cold whilst I’m sat with cold food in front of me and my 4 yr old not eating his chicken nuggets because they were cold , told me to come back through even though I couldn’t because of fuel charges in the work van , absolute jobs worth , rude little boy wants sacking , missing dippers and toppings on my Philly stack , no offer to replace meal or refund, hope we meet again soon matty

You didn’t give me my sweet curry dip even though I didn’t add it to my order. You should still know from past orders that I can ONLY eat my maccies with sweet curry dip. Please keep this as a note for future orders (which will be tomorrow) thanks in advance guys xx

Food is OK, tastes just like the food at all the other McDonalds sites around the uk. Good service, I've found that 80% of the time, I almost always get what I actually ordered.

Went in the drive through- no queue at the ordering point but queued for ages to collect the food. I suspect Deliveroo etc where being given preference and/or they were very low on staff.

Just a standard McDonald's, good to stop off at when driving on the a1/m1

They need to train their staff on the coffee machines. They will send out a cappuccino that is god-awful. It's as if they don't know what one should look like. I would say at least 5 out of 10 have to be sent back.

I dont like this type of food. But unfortunately, my grandchildren do.

poor delivery driver sent to wrong address other side of the village . finally arrived but cold .

hot choc had spilt over soaking thru the bag and leaving half a cup of hot choc. soaking everything else in the bag! very disappointed.

I must b cursed with Macdonalds. I've used the app 5 times in last year. three times it's been my items missing. At least the girls items were there. The 4th time our order was present and correct. The last time however I ordered Chicken big mac & they sent an ordinary big mac. I wanted try chicken one. I asked for a mcchicken sandwich and they sent quarter pounder with cheese. neither of the girls 9 nuggets boxes were there. Tried just eat it says delivered & not here. the shop not answering

Just what we needed after a long journey up from the south.Great place with lovely,warm friendly staff,made the start of our family holiday magical!!

Annoyed as requested delivery to be made to front door but delivered to back door so no idea had arrived and I have mobility problems…..

Its McDonald's, if you want it quick go here, if you want something special, don't bother
