My fries were cold and my drink was warm..??

Order did not come but said was delivered

Really enjoyed it was hot for it never is from Thinford which is actually nearer to me

And the order wasn't missing any items. Win win

Very disappointed all the time I get missing items , all the time I paid for food and surprise not there , why , we all work the same is not fair, that some place like this has those problems

forgot all the sauces which are meant to come with the food AGAIN! was cold (had to airfry the chips and microwave burgers)

Either I was lucky or they are doing it right. I recommend it for a Mac.

A decent McDonald's with quick service and a nice seating area.

I asked for the food to be brought to the table, it was ready very quickly. There is a large space, everywhere is clean. There are many opportunities for children to keep themselves busy. Wifi unfortunately did not wake up 😳

The whole meal stone cold! I ordered 9 chicken select & got chicken nuggets! So not happy what a waste of £30! Never ordered from here again!! 😤😤😤

Absolutely ridiculous, food was delivered to the wrong house when I rang up to ask about what happened they gave me a response telling me they couldn’t do anything about it as it’s through just eat so they can’t do anything and have to go through the app no help whatsoever

I have not received my order and has been delivered to the wrong location this is unacceptable as i have spent over £30 pounds and i am not happy with my experience.

The food wasnt very hot, there should be more self serve order screens for the size of the place. And there could be a better layout of seating. Could do with more staff on the floor as the cleaning person was rushed off their feet.

Not good mams fuming , the lad just walked in to my house and said here’s your food and did t even knock , said he was waiting 15 mins even though I ordered 20 mins ago …

it was my first time ordering from McDonald's but I'm not sure wether it was my sausage fingers that ordered the big tasty large meal and did not get fries with it! or wether they had no fries left! which left me wondering what to do with the barbecue dip 🤔

This is the fourth time that this McDonald’s has not put any of our sauces in. We ordered four sweet curry sauces with our 20 chicken nuggets and yet AGAIN have not received sauces OR any straws

Burgers where falling out wrapper and bag was split

Delivery time was quite lengthy but then it turned up sooner which would have been good but the food was stone cold.

Very rude driver as we were at work and don’t get a break until the time we ordered it for and he had ago because he couldn’t get through to the phone and said we had 30 seconds to give him the code and said he had been waiting for ages but it was still 21:38 and it wasn’t supposed to come till 21:45 VERY RUDE!

My order didn’t turn up I put in the notes make sure it gets delivered to the right address and once again it hasn’t this has happened 5 times now I’m Not impressed and I want a refund!

Useless! Fast food apparently! Almost an hour wait and sent me someone else’s order which meant friends have had to order from elsewhere. Terrible service!

Useless. Left us waiting ages to order at one speaker, while a stream of people went through the first one. Then forced to wait for 20 minutes at the end. What a waste of time.

Brilliant Spot on Last time I ordered Maccys on Just Eat it went elsewhere and said it was delivered but we didn't get it. Food was all there fries piping hot tasty as ever restored some faith in our local maccys. 4 digit code thingy on app much better.

DO NOT ORDER FROM JUST EAT MCDONALDS!! Considering working in McDonalds has to be the easiest job, staff are persistently incompetent in checking orders. Around 50% of our orders are incorrect / missing items, then Just Eat don’t follow through with refunds.

Missed out the three chicken selects I bought and when I called the shop never answered. Fact is I spent 25 pound on that order and didn’t get what I ordered and now can’t be compensated and everytime I order from McDonald’s something is missing. How hard is it to read something written infront of you and just do it?
