Subway in County Durham

Best thing about Subway is that you can create your own or what you fancy. I had the vegan 12" & my hubby had the Tuna 6". Gets quite busy in this shop at lunchtime. Both sandwiches only was £12.60

Always friendly staff and delivery staff. If there is a change in delivery time, I'm informed asap! Food is fresh and hot food stays hot.👍

The big breakfast footlong had paper stuck to the eggs as the sauce made the paper soggy. The sandwiches were squashed from the bottles of pop. Sandwiches were cold and late

Stone cold, waited half an hour after ordering. All I could hear was staff complaining about how they couldn’t turn order machine off. Worst subway I’ve have to date.

Worst place ever. I was meant to had a pepperoni slice, came without pepporoni. My oreo muffin was melted. Sub that is sausage bacon and cheese breakfast one came COLD. This place is the worst subway ever and rude woman on the phone kept hanging up. I want my refund before i go down and slap there disgusting food in their. Asked whether a sauce was vegan and staff member was passive. I was double charged on my order and when we went back in they were very passive again, pushing to take cash and ended up giving us the amount in small change without even asking if that was ok. Felt like they rushed us out the door, love subway but won't be back to this branch

Nothing wrong with Subway, but asked for delivery and ended up getting it myself after and 1hr 40 mins because Just Eat didnt arrange a driver. But when I got there, a driver was picking up another order. And I can't get back the delivery fee back.

Wrong order received. Ordered and paid for a foot long and 6inch sub sent instead. It even states on the receipt attached what the correct order was and it’s clear from the package size it’s incorrect so no idea how they could get it wrong. Obviously they don’t check their orders

Strangely the south west sauce was very hot not like normal it made the sauce inedible

The food was lovely. However, the delivery time was changed 3 times and then arrived over an hour later. As well as this, there was no sweet chilli sauce available. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend ordering for delivery and just driving there instead.

Disgraceful service . Order placed at 5.42 . Order was accepted 5.42. Order arrived 19.23. Spoke to subway at 19.04 lady stated it was justeats fault they haven’t picked up order . Spoke to the driver he was only notified 15 mins prior of delivery delivered . And he delivered it in 6 minutes . This hadn’t just been prepared arrived cold

Ordered a meal deal and only got the sub.

My local subway is due to close at 9pm each Tuesday, however today they decided to close their doors early. I arrived at 7pm and realised the door was locked, reading the opening and closing times sheet stuck to the door it said the store was open 7:30am-9pm, after reading this I had to ask the woman present in the store if the shop was closed to which she replied yes. I appreciate we all enjoy an early finish, but two hours early is taking the piss a little. Update your opening and closing times both online and in store thanks.

Ordered just before 4:30 and food ONLY JUST ARRIVED at 6:30! Food is cold, I have incorrect items because they had ran out of what I ordered absolutely disgusting! Had to call the store after an hour and they said there was no drivers then after another half an hour had to get a friend to drive up which they told him it was on its way for it to arrive another half an hour later!

Order arrived very quickly, everything was there and the quality was good. Would order from there again and would recommend to others.

Hash browns and cheese bites are awful don't do it, soggy. The sub was spot on.

the delivery time was changed twice and then the food was still delivered 15 minutes late, and the food was not as nice as it normally is when it is ordered in the shop as one sandwich was toasted and it arrived like warm at the very most

I put on the noted, please leave on top of little shed (I've got 7 dogs, so it's easier than trying to open the door in case they get out) but the delivery driver knocked and waited 🙄 I ordered 2 meals, one gluten free and one normal. We had the same filling! But the GF one wasn't labelled! The food wasn't that nice either. Overall I'm not impressed.

Not impressed. Waiting an hour and forty five mins for the order. Phoned subway to ask how long the order would take and was told the order is ready they are waiting on just eat driver to do the pick up.
