Slim Chickens in Plymouth

I ordered my food and had to wait 40 minutes for it to arrive. When it came I was missing food and It was freezing

'Some moist chicken goin on'. Thoroughly enjoyed our food. The sauce range is a unique concept. Love it

For what you pay this is ridiculous, squashed basic chicken burger, nearly £6 for 3 scrawny chicken wings, milkshake was nice but sorry until you improve the chicken burger I definitely wouldn’t be ordering again

Ordered from here, family sized box of 20 chicken tenders was over cooked and dry, needed the sauce to be edible Chips didnt get delivered, instead it was substituted with a full box of pickles"WTAF", so yeah not a good experience in the slightest

My order was placed at 3.55 pm and was not delivered until 6.45 pm. This is totally unacceptable . The delivery time kept being pushed back further all the time and when I tried to contact the restaurant it was just a voicemail. I will never order from Slim Chickens again, they are totally unprofessional and the delivery driver was no help either and could barely speak English.

Missing items and the food that was delivered was burnt and over salted honestly ended up putting most of it in the bin. What a waste of money

Really helpful in house service from Brad after having some issues using the justeat site. Definitely recommend going in and getting it fresh instead, give that man a raise!

So if I’d seen the loos before I’d ordered it would have been different. No way would I have ordered. Really disappointed and the staff didn’t seem to care when reported

Food is always good, and where we go for a treat! However, this time ordering we were missing a full meal from our order; the only help I can get is a refund request. One person expected to go hungry and up to a week for our money back...not great!

Came for lunch yesterday and even though it was a busy Saturday before Christmas the service was impeccable nothing was too much the food arrived hot and was well seasoned will definitely be back

On a stormy Sunday evening, a quick bite to eat was just what I needed before heading to the cinema. The food was hot, fresh, and really tasty -exactly what you’d hope for. The instructions for the self-service bottomless drink weren’t very clear from the ordering screen. However, once my food arrived (very promptly), I was kindly directed. The lady working that evening seemed pleasant, though she kept mostly to herself. When I asked if there was somewhere I could clear my baskets, she perked up with a smile and said she would sort it. The overall atmosphere felt very much like a “suit yourself” kind of place; casual and laid back, which suited me just fine. It was easy to relax and enjoy the experience, especially with the quick service and good food. A solid spot for a chilled, no-fuss meal.

I had a few issues with the delivery driver but that was the only fault

Slim chickens delivers on fresh on order quality of food in a fast time everytime I have came into the store multiple times and the staff and management team are always friendly , the milkshakes are beyond good with promotions always bringing out new flavours same as menu items there new gravy is thick and flavourful

Not great at all, chips seriously cold and sent over the wrong sauce. So expensive I would recommend ordering elsewhere

First time ordering takeaway from here and certainly the last! £38 for kfc size portions. The chicken was good but the chips were cold and damp. Utterly ridiculous prices and the service charge, delivery and other stuff added almost £10 on top. Happy to pay for delivery but I have no idea what service it is I'm paying for!

Two items missing from order which were my son's tea. Called the restaurant but staff didn't answer the phone. Submitted complaint through just eat and only offered a refund, not replacement food.

Ordered for 20-00, for when son returned from work, but it was late, which means he was eating his dinner then going to bed soon after which is not good (he is on an early shift tomorrow). It was risky I know, but with luke warm fries and sauces miss

Great location plenty of seating available. Chicken burger was good and the chips were ok. The blue cheese sauce made the meal! Also the chicken fillet itself is dipped in sauce which made the burger even better. Would come back again.

The food was cold and the wrap had hardly any chicken. And to top that off, we never received our drinks.

ordered at 6pm for it to atrive for 7.30pm. took me to ring the restaurant at 7.48pm for them to tell me there was a problem on Just Eats end. conveniently the moment I got off rhe phone with them the order started moving. turned up at 8.42pm. luke warm and substitute item with pickles which I'm unable to eat. very disappointed as often in store and have a lovely meal.

Compared to it's branch in Bristol it was a very poor relation garlic bread was tasteless and chicken was greasy

the food was just about warm , and the "seasoned" fries had no seasoning on them, but the flavors were there in the burger/sandwich. I do think it was a bit presumptuous to write on the packaging to "leave us a 5* review". also my dip was missing. but nearly there just few things to point out....

I came here to have lunch during my visit to Plymouth. Food is really good and so are the sauces. Unlimited soda refills are really nice as well! I just wish the toilets were better and the service as well. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend

No Ketchup! Can’t believe they no longer provide ketchup! I personally prefer ketchup to their own sauces. What made it worst was I order without sauces as I knew I wanted ketchup but when I asked they said they no longer do it and didn’t even other me an alternative! They just walked away.

A go to for food! Always fresh, hot food and the atmosphere and service is brilliant. The food came out quickly and every time I’ve had it it’s never disappointed. My go to is the chicken tenders with the ranch sauce and the buffalo loaded fried. Would recommend it to anyone. Give it a try :)

Visited this store a few times now and wanted to say the same young lady is in every time I come in (Shona) same amazing service as always. Asset to this store.

Came here with my boyfriend as we regularly do and found the service better than usual, the food with delicious and hot and drinks came quickly, given to us by Nicky who was very professional and kept busy throughout our meal with a friendly presence, will enjoy coming here again next week ;)
