chips were terrible, tepid and really chewy, barely edible, chicken was nice though

Walked into slim chickens in Plymouth to be greeted by a lovely gentleman at the front also when I ordered my meal at the front desk there was two lovely ladies very polite and great customer service would definitely return food was decent also

came exactly on time,the delivery guy was so kindhearted,wasn’t rude or anything,and food was warm on arrival

The food was cold and the wrap had hardly any chicken. And to top that off, we never received our drinks.

First time visiting Slim Chickens amd surely will not be my last. The food was fantastic and the service was very friendly and quick.

missing items from the restaurant. when it went out for delivery it took 30 mins to get here (could of walked and would have been faster) so food was cold

ordered at 6pm for it to atrive for 7.30pm. took me to ring the restaurant at 7.48pm for them to tell me there was a problem on Just Eats end. conveniently the moment I got off rhe phone with them the order started moving. turned up at 8.42pm. luke warm and substitute item with pickles which I'm unable to eat. very disappointed as often in store and have a lovely meal.

the food was just about warm , and the "seasoned" fries had no seasoning on them, but the flavors were there in the burger/sandwich. I do think it was a bit presumptuous to write on the packaging to "leave us a 5* review". also my dip was missing. but nearly there just few things to point out....

I came here to have lunch during my visit to Plymouth. Food is really good and so are the sauces. Unlimited soda refills are really nice as well! I just wish the toilets were better and the service as well. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend

No Ketchup! Can’t believe they no longer provide ketchup! I personally prefer ketchup to their own sauces. What made it worst was I order without sauces as I knew I wanted ketchup but when I asked they said they no longer do it and didn’t even other me an alternative! They just walked away.

A go to for food! Always fresh, hot food and the atmosphere and service is brilliant. The food came out quickly and every time I’ve had it it’s never disappointed. My go to is the chicken tenders with the ranch sauce and the buffalo loaded fried. Would recommend it to anyone. Give it a try :)

Came here with my boyfriend as we regularly do and found the service better than usual, the food with delicious and hot and drinks came quickly, given to us by Nicky who was very professional and kept busy throughout our meal with a friendly presence, will enjoy coming here again next week ;)

Card machines weren't working. And they wouldn't warm up my baby's food. Wouldn't even just give me hot water! Not baby friendly.

My husband and myself came into the Plymouth branch in the mall today. This was my husband’s first time, we were a bit unsure on what to order. We were served by a lovely young man called Brad. He was so friendly and helpful, he advised us on what different options were on the menu. The food was delicious, Brad’s customer service was amazing. I worked in customer services for the council for many years and we could have done with a Brad on our team! He is a real asset to your company. I don't tend to leave reviews but he deserves the recognition! We will come again!

To be honest, the food was surprisingly good and tasted better than competitors. More expensive for what we've got compared with competitors. But I was ok with the price/quality ratio, for the first visit.

The fact the restaurant had to phone me to tell me that they had to complain to you guy is true pathetic I will not be using just eat again

Slim chickens delivers on fresh on order quality of food in a fast time everytime I have came into the store multiple times and the staff and management team are always friendly , the milkshakes are beyond good with promotions always bringing out new flavours same as menu items there new gravy is thick and flavourful

On visiting Slim chickens today the young girl who was on the door was very friendly and helpful, she helped me place my order on the kiosk.

Disappointing Experience at Slim Chickens! I recently visited Slim Chickens with high hopes but left thoroughly disappointed. The chicken tenders I ordered were like rubber—tough and chewy, with absolutely no flavor to speak of. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. It's disappointing when a place known for its chicken fails so miserably in taste and execution. Overall, a regrettable dining experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone looking for delicious, well-prepared chicken.

ordered takeaway, a buffalo chicken wrap meal with mac and cheese which was good but the wrap didn’t have any buffalo sauce in it :( !

This place claims to serve 'always made fresh to order' dishes, but judging by the lukewarm fare, I suspect they may have mistaken 'fresh' for 'left out for a bit.' The drink selection was a fountain of disappointment with only diet options flowing and with the price they're asking, why weren't there any full sugar options. However, the sauces and atmosphere did their best to salvage the situation, adding a sprinkle of redemption to an otherwise bland meal. Whilst I understand that it is a chicken shop, calling the vegetarian options 'limited' is like saying a desert is 'a bit sandy' – not exactly appealing, the options were either veggie dippers or veggie dippers in a bun- Even the rabbits would be disappointed. As for the staff, whilst the food stumbled, they danced gracefully through the meal service, serving smiles when the dishes fell short.

So very disappointed we went to the drake circus Plymouth slim chicken a large amount of warm chips and 3 dry over cooked chicken strips ,I'd never eat there again, rubbish food
