Slim Chickens in Plymouth

Forgot to put in any of the dips which are the tasty points too, tenders didn’t look nothing like a tender, was rubbery and cold, 2 hours later still waiting for a reply to my complaint, absolute waste of £75!!

most things were brilliant. how the milkshake was wrapped, genius but the dips, well one split all over the lids aren't get for delivery. however the food was delicious.

Eating on my own and needed a quick bite. Reasonably priced and tasted great. Service only got a 4 because they apologised for the wait, I wasn't waiting very long. Good food and nice place

A little pricey but worth the money

The food and service were both excellent! One thing worth mentioning is that you get free drinks to refill alongside the meal, so there's no need to buy additional canned drinks

Made a delivery, food came perfect as if I had just ordered in store. I called up to amend the order and the staff done it no problem for me so I cannot fault the service. Everything tasted perfect.

Disappointed you let us wait 2 hours for you to then eventually cancel our order. Your delivery drivers are money grabbing, we had about 10 drivers allocated to our pick up and each one cancelled as they didn’t want to travel to our location as I know they get paid per delivery. I highly suggest you take certain areas off your deliveroo/just eat. No courtesy call or anything. Shocking!

hours need to be changed shut when we got there at 20:40 wasted parking for no reason

Food is served hot without having to wait for ages. The portion sizes can very sometimes but are generally a good size and the price is a bit up there but for the quality of the food it's worth it.

Timely delivery and delicious meal.

Food was cold, side order not delivered, and wrong sauces delivered. This was our first delivery of Slim Chicken food very disappointed

Running a loyalty programme that isn’t working. Visited 3 times and not received any stamps after the till staff were the ones scanning my app too. And you have no information of how to sort this/contact details anywhere. I added this info to the follow up customer service survey after each visit and haven’t been contacted and I made contact through social media with no response. Shame as the food is ok but not the best service from the main chain. Would happily change the review if I actually get contacted or have the customer service/technology issue dealt with

For what you pay this is ridiculous, squashed basic chicken burger, nearly £6 for 3 scrawny chicken wings, milkshake was nice but sorry until you improve the chicken burger I definitely wouldn’t be ordering again

Ordered from here, family sized box of 20 chicken tenders was over cooked and dry, needed the sauce to be edible Chips didnt get delivered, instead it was substituted with a full box of pickles"WTAF", so yeah not a good experience in the slightest

My order was placed at 3.55 pm and was not delivered until 6.45 pm. This is totally unacceptable . The delivery time kept being pushed back further all the time and when I tried to contact the restaurant it was just a voicemail. I will never order from Slim Chickens again, they are totally unprofessional and the delivery driver was no help either and could barely speak English.

Missing items and the food that was delivered was burnt and over salted honestly ended up putting most of it in the bin. What a waste of money

Really helpful in house service from Brad after having some issues using the justeat site. Definitely recommend going in and getting it fresh instead, give that man a raise!

So if I’d seen the loos before I’d ordered it would have been different. No way would I have ordered. Really disappointed and the staff didn’t seem to care when reported

Food is always good, and where we go for a treat! However, this time ordering we were missing a full meal from our order; the only help I can get is a refund request. One person expected to go hungry and up to a week for our money back...not great!

Came for lunch yesterday and even though it was a busy Saturday before Christmas the service was impeccable nothing was too much the food arrived hot and was well seasoned will definitely be back

Food was lovely, crisp and juicy tenders, crispy fries seasoned perfectly and the staff were just amazing. I felt welcomed and all of my needs were met.

On a stormy Sunday evening, a quick bite to eat was just what I needed before heading to the cinema. The food was hot, fresh, and really tasty -exactly what you’d hope for. The instructions for the self-service bottomless drink weren’t very clear from the ordering screen. However, once my food arrived (very promptly), I was kindly directed. The lady working that evening seemed pleasant, though she kept mostly to herself. When I asked if there was somewhere I could clear my baskets, she perked up with a smile and said she would sort it. The overall atmosphere felt very much like a “suit yourself” kind of place; casual and laid back, which suited me just fine. It was easy to relax and enjoy the experience, especially with the quick service and good food. A solid spot for a chilled, no-fuss meal.

I had a few issues with the delivery driver but that was the only fault

Slim chickens delivers on fresh on order quality of food in a fast time everytime I have came into the store multiple times and the staff and management team are always friendly , the milkshakes are beyond good with promotions always bringing out new flavours same as menu items there new gravy is thick and flavourful

First time ordering takeaway from here and certainly the last! £38 for kfc size portions. The chicken was good but the chips were cold and damp. Utterly ridiculous prices and the service charge, delivery and other stuff added almost £10 on top. Happy to pay for delivery but I have no idea what service it is I'm paying for!

Ordered for 20-00, for when son returned from work, but it was late, which means he was eating his dinner then going to bed soon after which is not good (he is on an early shift tomorrow). It was risky I know, but with luke warm fries and sauces miss

Two items missing from order which were my son's tea. Called the restaurant but staff didn't answer the phone. Submitted complaint through just eat and only offered a refund, not replacement food.

Great location plenty of seating available. Chicken burger was good and the chips were ok. The blue cheese sauce made the meal! Also the chicken fillet itself is dipped in sauce which made the burger even better. Would come back again.

Food was better than KFC, staff are very friendly, overall amazing experience would definitely recommend to everyone I know

Ordered my food at 6:29 and it got delivered at 6:51! Can’t believe how fast it came! Delivery driver was nice and the food was amazing. This was my first order of many.
