Freshly cooked food, but this site could do with being twice the size to meet demand. The kitchen and car park were pushed to cope at 11am and for that reason I've only given 4 stars for service

Used to love GHL and JL. But now too many kids running wild around the store and thieving and abusing staff. The security seem to be non existent

Staff are friendly but the fries are disappointing,soggy and Luke warm.

Recently grabbed a bite here before my flight, and honestly, it hit the spot. I had chicken royale,cheese bites and it was super tasty – fresh, juicy, and full of that classic BK flavor. Service was quick, which was perfect for a tight schedule, and everything was hot and well-prepared.

At the play off final for Charlton. I’ve never ever seen service like that before. The place was packed and orders were flying out. Well done McDonald’s 👏👏 and most of all the food was hot a d lovely

Very disappointed says it shuts at 11.30 online but went there at 11 it was shut I’m absolutely devastated all I wanted was a kebab 💔💔🥺🥺🥺

Absolutely hate the new screens they've put in, they don't pick up my inputs, and I'd feel a lot more comfortable in general having the option to order with someone. Came in and the lass was stood in the back playing on her phone, I tried to get her attention and when I eventually did I asked if I could order with her, she said I had to use the self service screens. So I had to leave, and obviously won't be back until there is an option to actually order with a member of staff.
