Big chunks of lamb and chicken , and I ordered small potatoes wedges and was amazed at how many you get in a small portion of wedges.loved the salad and and garlic sauce. just the small portions are really filling. Best kebabs

A very tasty meal again from Crusader

This is the second time we ordered, and we enjoyed the fresh food and the generous salads.

The crusader kebab are always reliable and it is really good food

Never had an issue before, but had everything apart from the burger source which was upsetting considering was dry

Was told on the app it was 30-45 minutes delivery time and didn’t turn up until 1 hour 15 after ordering. Was also cold.

This really is the BEST kebab shop in all of Ashford. We have never been let down by them. The staff are always friendly, the portions are always huge and the food is always hot. We won’t ever use any other.

2 items missing from first delivery drop off. I phoned and to be fair they were quick to re deliver but again missed one of the items. I called shop and they said to request refund but Just Eat have refused the refund. Disappointing as this was my preferred kebab shop. Food that did arrive was good

I'm 58yrs ordered large chicken shish with added skewer veggies, ive ordered from.here a hundred times, that was the best non greasey tasty kebab I've ever eaten in my life, whoever cooked it should be proud, I'll be back again yummy 😋

Ordered 5 kebabs, unfortunately the pitta bread was stone cold and hard, we asked to keep the pitta and sauces separate, everything was added together. Kebabs tasted lovely. Overall cold food.

Chicken burger was good, but the wrap didn’t have the sauce in that was asked for I was given 2 small pots in the bag, the wrap was chucked together and had no clear effort into wrapping it properly as both sides were open. Half pound burger seemed average compared to it normally being very good. Hoping it was just a one off but if it was the first time ordering from there I wouldn’t go again

The food here is too hit & miss. We hadn't ordered for a while, then ordered in Feb & it was reasonable. So ordered tonight & the food was sub standard. Over cooked, cold chips & cold meat in the kebab. There is no consistency or guarantee how the food will be!!!! Dissatisfied & disappointed.

Food ready within 20 mins of ordering, I had meat and chips which were freshly cooked and tasted perfect, thank you to all staff for satisfying my Saturday night craving!

I think it’s the first time I give 4 star only because I’m a regular customer and I know they are normally nice but for a £11.50 chicken donner wrap with chips you expect some meat in the wrap not full of chips and tiny amount of chicken it was very disappointing if it was elsewhere I would get my refund it was that disappointing hopefully you read the feedbacks and sort it out next time.

Genuinely the best kebab shop in Ashford. Won't go anywhere else. The lamb donor and chicken shish are both top notch and they always read my notes to amend or tweak something. Highly recommend to anyone. Never had a bad meal

This will be the last time I order from crusader … yet again it arrived cold and the lamb shish has hardly any meat in it disappointed but have learnt my lesson to not order from them again

Used to always order from here but the quality of the food tonight was awful. The meat was not marinated- dry and flavourless and the chicken had a horrible “spongy” texture, like it had been cooked and reheated. The salad was also tasteless and the tomatoes past their best. Chilli sauce was horrible. No seasoning. £30 for an inedible meal. So disappointed, won’t be ordering from them again.
