Mcdonald's in Ashford

Burgers are smaller and smaller, and the place needs some upgrades.

Have to say, had a muffin breakfast, best had in a very long while

Food was good, wasn’t happy with one of the employees standing by the tables sounding like she was disciplining two other colleagues which isn’t a big deal but swearing in front of my children and others in the area wasn’t very professional. Should’ve been discussed in an office.

Taken over an hour to get an uber order ready for pickup by driver. Thought it was supposed to be fast food. At least it was hot

Worst delivery, not the drivers fault but they do not know how to check their orders, missing main meals every time, thought once or twice could be by accident but no, you pay for a large but receive a small, would not get delivery if your getting a large order. Plus the chips are always half full. However management was very helpful to sort this out when you come in

I've never had an issue with McDonald's for a quick, known entity, when in a rush l, or when travelling with the family. Having worked at a variety of McDonald's stores when I was growing up, I understand a little bit about how they work, and I generally comfortable with it. Had an issue with the app ordering in advance, but telling me items were unavailable, so went to the drive thru to ask for help. Couldn't believe how rude the lad was. Some of his helpful responses: "not my problem, we have got chicken available", "no I don't know how to use the app, I didn't make it" "well, do you want to order now or not?" I thought I'd just go in and speak to someone, waited 15mins and no one came to the counter apart from staff who clearly avoid anyone waiting, looking like they might ask something, even when you try to get their attention.

Such excellent customer and great service! We went to this Mcd's in pass after viewing car and had the best service. The food was fresh and looked great, which has become rare for McDonald's now are day. The older gentleman was friendly and great with children, he even handed out colouring books. The staff were professional, efficient and smart. The environment was very clean. Well done to this brand!

I went through the Drive through at Orbital Willesborough in Ashford Saturday 5th April just beforemidday. The young lady was so willingly helpful and polite. She is a credit to you and made my day. I asked if she could break down my cash change to smaller and she happily did that for me.

Well spaced out tables. Clean. A lot of the tables are in direct sun in the morning which is inconvenient. Food is hot.

30 mins late all the food cold and part of the order missing. Cost over £33 and only got £7 refund. Really disgusted with the food and the service!

Never received my order, yet it stated that it was delivered. I have never seen anything like this. O want a full refund for this meal that I never saw. This is extortion at it's best.

Can be pricey sometimes. Standard McDonald's food. Definitely remember to use the McDonald's rewards app. Slow on orders to take way. Self-service tills don't print receipts have to ask stuff for one.

It's a mcdonald's. What more can you expect.

I am so unhappy.. I wanted a crispy chicken salad.. but they ONLY have the breakfast in the mornings.. so I am left hungry because the eggs I have home and bacon.. so unhappy 🙁 You know you still have to let 1 out of 10 ppl unsatisfied.. is business and I understand.. but definitely won't be me seeking eggs from the fast-food.. absolute joke McDonald's shouldn't be allowed to operate a delivery service. all food was stobe cold . food was delivered late and courier was rude and thought it was all just a joke.

Terrible experience - my order is completely wrong and the driver just told me to call the local McDonalds as there was nothing he could do. Absolutely livid and will be seeking a refund.

Absoulte garbage food was cold and hard

Cayenne was a good server kind complimented my jumper she was fast to bring it to our tabel I would come again if she served us. Cayenne definitely deserves a promotion.

Food was on time and nice, no sauces were given although we made our selection along side our chicken select share box even asked for extra in the notes. So the sauce less chicken selects didn’t go down too well but the rest was nice!

No ketchup with the nuggets no salsa with the dippers, no serviettes, no straws for thick milkshakes food pretty cold too disappointed.

Food was all seperate in a large bag not even smaller bag to keep heat in. Happy meal all seperate if in box maybe that bit more warmer.plus buy it as happy meal box. Don’t go restaurant and get it all separate so why when a delivery knowing it’s going out so even colder. Poor service and lazy service I say.

Standard McDonald's, with the normal food and customers. Staff seem OK but obviously very busy.

Honestly would give it less if I could for service never had a single meal correct from this establishment. Ordered from the McDonald’s app and had the dismay of my order being sent to orbital instead of the highstreet. Sent my fries and my drink (cold) but no burger so I contacted Uber eats who basically told me that they could only refund me 2 pound for my burger. I spent 17 quid and only received a quarter of my meal, according to McDonald’s they couldn’t give me anymore back. So not only was I broke but also hungry. 17 quid for fries and a drink is nuts. I will never order through the app again and I especially won’t be going to orbital.

They did not even give my son a toy in his happy meal and the chips where soggy

We made a big order and we could see on the tracking that the delivery was due out at 12.41 we did not receive until at least half an hour after. The driver finally called he said that the restaurant had given him the wrong postcode, food was COLD!

My order of the chicken meal was missing, and food was cold. This is the second time this has happened where ive ordered something and weve had a completely different order, food is missing, or its cold. I am not happy with this service! Sort it out

Busy McDonald's staff friendly most look happy. I love it as they have a person scrubbing the painted zebra crossing he is always happy taking the time to smile and stop what he is doing so you can pass. Food took over 15 to arrive after ordering. I think this must have been due to all the drive, though 🤔 😕

The delivery driver was so kind considering my food was over an hour late and cold. The delivery was absolutely five star and the guy was very sympathetic bit the service from mcdondald's was appalling.
