Mcdonald's in Ashford

Cannot get an order right, on several occasions I have visited this restaurant and the staff literally cannot be bothered. Ordered a Filet of Fish with extra sauce and extra cheese and guess what the box stated both requirements and after driving the 25 miles home No Sauce and No Cheese called restaurant only to be told that we should have checked, this has happened on several occasions, staff didn’t want to know. DON’T USE THIS RESTAURANT the others in Ashford are far far better.

Probably the poorest salad we have ever had at Macs....as a side to our mains.

Friendly cleaning and table service staff, average in test and freshness, stupid car park regulation..

Good McDonalds and the food is always well made

Long time since I have had a McDonald's and I was pleasantly surprised. Decent selection of food that was freshly cooked and hot. The restaurant was very clean and tidy and the service was quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Ideal for a quick bite if you are tight on time.

Great place to stop for food and drink.

Absolutely useless. Ordered 2 burgers and 6 nuggets through the drive-thru. Was told to park up as it wouldn’t take long. Having parked for 8 minutes I then walked into the branch, finding my food had been sat there waiting to be taken out. This is the reason Mc Donald’s have a bad reputation for employing simple people. Do better. Cold food is not what we pay the increased prices for, let alone when it’s thrown together and left to go cold whilst your customers are waiting in said car parks. Why have a drive-thru!?

Customer service is lacking, A particular member of staff (Damion) was rude and lack manners. Needs to know how to be polite and courteous. His communications skill needs to be improved. Would I go back there, HELL NO. Owner of that franchise need to engage with staff on how they deal with customers. Felt really sorry for the female manager has she did not seem to have leadership authority and control. This is the worst customer service I have received and it all started from the drive through 1st window. Was given misleading information on my order Got to the second window and was asked to proceed to the 3rd window and wait. Received my hot drinks from Damion and I soon as I said that the manager was coming to address my concern. What did he do, he did not had over the rest of my order, left in on the counter and walked off. After waiting for at least 5 minutes. I had to come out of my car, poke my head through the window to get someone's attention and Damion came back with manager and all the unnecessary exchange of word started. All this started on Saturday Morning between 04:12 to 04:30 hrs. That is if someone at Mcdonalds will take this feedback seriously and act on it

Ordered a Philly cheese stack, I’d ordered a customised item which was literally thrown together, it was missing cheese. I politely asked for it to be corrected and noticed the fact it looked like it had been thrown together. When correcting my order the member of kitchen team was swearing very loudly about correcting my order and was effectively swearing about myself. The management didn’t seem to be pulling him up on. This is quite frankly shocking customer service and the individual should be relieved of his duties. Ordered 18:40pm 05/09/2024

All was bad food was cold waited 1 hour for cold food and weird tasteing chip don’t recommend

My mum ordered food that wasn't delivered at all, money was taken out so food was paid for but never arrived although apparently the delivery person said it was delivered. Waste of money, never ordering a delivery from this McDonald's again, hope there's a refund option 😒😤😤

Food is hit or miss here, the staff do work exceptionally hard and are always friendly.

I was charged and food was listed as delivered but never showed up. The time it took for this to happen meant food places were closed so I couldn't order any replacement food.

I had my order but was missing 2 sweet and sour dips

The food arrived stone cold, and honestly was ruined by the delay. We first ordered from McDonald’s Ashford highstreet and the delivery time was pushed back over an hour. We then ordered from orbital park and the delivery time was pushed back a further 30 mins. When the food arrived it was cold, the burgers were soggy and the chips were as limp as a wizards wand. The delivery driver went to the wrong house despite having a geo pic on the app and we waiting about in the road waiting for him. Poor

NO FOOD ARRIVED YET SAID DELIVERED YOU THEIVING GITS

Ordered food at 10.30 pm on the 27th July, took over 40 minutes to get the order. We were waiting for a thickshake apparently. By the time we got the order it was cold. Couldn't be bothered to wait for another one to be cooked, not enough hours in the day to wait for rubbish service twice! Staff looked like they don't care, shameful!

The driver was brilliant delivered on time only downside was food was slightly on the cold side however I understand this can sometimes not be the drivers fault other than that brilliant.

When the food arrived it was stone cold. I expected it to be cooler as Macdonalds food cools quite quickly, but the fries had obviously been sitting around for a while. The burger was great!

said they were delivering my order then said it was delivered and nothing has turned up there is no was to call any1 about it and have not received previous refunds that I have had. this is bad and I feel the service need alot more human interactions so we can actually talk and get our lost money back!!

Relatively small, you can sit outside, the service is pleasant, the food is excellent, nothing to complain about

Great staff all over . Though one in particular wearing braces. Lovely chap clearly looks like he enjoys his work. Food hot brought out to us and pleasant exchanges made . Treat to the Grandchildren. I recommend the chicken salad. Very tasty for a change . Well done all.

Handy location but parking can be a bit tight especially at lunchtimes, went there again today and was disappointed, the staff either need training or retraining, had table service after ordering at the machine 1st got told no apple pies and would I like a refund, I said yes please, brought up a cup of tea, no milk or sugar accompanied that, no serviettes had to get our own, then the waitress came back saying they had apple pies and would be ready in 10 minutes did I still want one, I said yes please, we eat our meal which took about 20 minutes still no apple pie, couldn't see the waitress that served us, so took the receipt to food desk and got my own apple pie , come on McDonald's surely you can do better than this.

Delivered someone else’s order and it was even only half what was on the delivery note. Now finished for breakfast service so can’t even reorder. Totally useless and delivery driver just shrugged his shoulders and cycled off.

very cold, very late...worst order i have ever placed...no explanation from the driver....restaurant is less than 3 miles away he clearly did other drops before....WILL NEVER USE AGAIN if this is what i can expect.

Food was like warm and ever was falling out of the burger!

Every time we go the service seems to have got worse. Today we ordered on the app and did delivery to the car. After waiting 20 minutes and seeing lots of other people come and go my husband to went in and they were just finishing our order. Nearly 25 minutes from when the order was paid and confirmed for fast food is ridiculous. Then it was all thrown together poorly, the burgers had no sauce and were overcooked and dry. It's really not worth it anymore.

Hot fresh food and didn't have to wait long. Great service. For fast food, i always prefer McDonald's 😋 😉

The food was adequate, was a tad lukewarm but edible. The delivery timing was on the negative side. In conclusive judgement, it quenched my hunger to a par.

Some of my smoothie had spilled inside the bag and, seconds after the delivery guy handed it over, the bottom of the bag ripped and the smoothie fell on the floor. No maple Syrup was included nor napkins nor cutlery. Having had to wait over an hour, I am very disappointed 😞

They drinks are forever spilt 3 times in a row I’ve had spilt drinks and drivers don’t care

Had a order for home delivery having two happy meals the nuggets were missing,plus I ordered a spicy chicken burger that was missing, called McDonald's spoke to manager who said I would need to contact customer services. I had to go and get the missing items myself which cost me a further £13 , l got a £10 voucher for the inconvenience from customer services not happy.

Hi, food is usually delivered in 25 minutes, today it took an hour. I was advised it would be late though.

From ordering to receiving took forever, seems to be getting longer wait with every order.

chicken nugget box did not have 20 nuggets. Guess they didn't think I would count and my dips were not included. disappointing.

More often than not there is something missing or wrong with our order but the food is nice.

Fast efficient drive through service

A typical McDonalds, except that it's one of the busiest I have been but also the quickest service! I don't know how they are quicker than any other McD's I've been in, but it works. (This is the McDonalds near the A2070.)

Driver was fantastic, however, coffee had been placed awkwardly in the bag and spilt more than half due to it.
