Mcdonald's in Ashford

Standard McDonald's, with the normal food and customers. Staff seem OK but obviously very busy.

Honestly would give it less if I could for service never had a single meal correct from this establishment. Ordered from the McDonald’s app and had the dismay of my order being sent to orbital instead of the highstreet. Sent my fries and my drink (cold) but no burger so I contacted Uber eats who basically told me that they could only refund me 2 pound for my burger. I spent 17 quid and only received a quarter of my meal, according to McDonald’s they couldn’t give me anymore back. So not only was I broke but also hungry. 17 quid for fries and a drink is nuts. I will never order through the app again and I especially won’t be going to orbital.

We made a big order and we could see on the tracking that the delivery was due out at 12.41 we did not receive until at least half an hour after. The driver finally called he said that the restaurant had given him the wrong postcode, food was COLD!

Missing items!! Two very unhappy children!

My order of the chicken meal was missing, and food was cold. This is the second time this has happened where ive ordered something and weve had a completely different order, food is missing, or its cold. I am not happy with this service! Sort it out

Busy McDonald's staff friendly most look happy. I love it as they have a person scrubbing the painted zebra crossing he is always happy taking the time to smile and stop what he is doing so you can pass. Food took over 15 to arrive after ordering. I think this must have been due to all the drive, though 🤔 😕

The delivery driver was so kind considering my food was over an hour late and cold. The delivery was absolutely five star and the guy was very sympathetic bit the service from mcdondald's was appalling.

Staff didn't know how to work the machines going through the drive-through, so we couldn't order any meals, so they all had to be done separately, which made the food much more expensive.

ordered a happy meal and a burger - not a complex order. at 12.30, food was said to arrive at 01.00. 12.58, my order was still at the restaurant. it stayed like that for around 10 minutes. my daughter then informed me that she saw the driver parked and ‘vaping’ in his car before dropping off the order. i’d expect something like this of that small order to take 10 minutes to make, 10 minutes to deliver. not 50 minutes.

Placed an order for delivery this evening. Food arrived, items missing, and left on the doorstep, delivery guy didn't even knock. The food was cold. Contacted uber eats who offered a £4.19 refund for the items missing. The items missing cost £6. Have had a nightmare witb uber eats who cannot seem to do simple maths. Never again! Shite, cold food and not refunded for items that were not delivered!

Well two things to mention. I thought I'd kill two birds with one stone and get food and use the toilet, so first of all I went to use the toilet and had to wipe the seat and pad the thing out with tissue to sit on and while here my phone rang and I started chatting away, unfortunately for me I didn't realise your toilets have motion sensor lighting and was shocked when it suddenly went very dark. So it was at this point I put the phone down and stood up and started waving my hand over the top of the door to hopefully activate the lighting sensors, unfortunately this did not work and I had to finish of using my phones torch. However the light did come on when I walked out the cubicle to wash my hands. Also while on the toilet I did manage to order my food through the app to which the server was Wonder where I had been. Anyway maybe look at upping the time on the light motion sensor and the food was typical McDonald's standard can't complain on that part as the milkshake machine was actually working! Toilet 2 out of 10 Food 6 out of 10 Would go back for food only though 🤣

Never ever coming the correct orders, always missed something from it.Never has toy for the Happy Meal.The last time called the restaurant and they give invalid code for compensation.Never use delivery again

Restaurant was clean, food delivery was fast and perfectly placed when you get of Le Shuttle to get your McFix.

Popped in for a coffee and a bite to eat while waiting for my car to be serviced. Restaurant and toilets were spotlessly clean, had nice music playing and the staff were efficient and friendly. The food was hot and tasty (egg McMuffin and a cappucino). This is a busy McDonald’s but obviously well run, unusual for a road side McD’s which in my experience can be very grubby and unpleasant.

Food arrived, one of the large drinks had spilt over and was leaking out the bottom of the bag onto my carpet, the McFlurry had coke in its was inedible.

I want a refund Ive thrown it in bin 2 burgers where burnt 2 woz kissing only got three chips woz suppose be 4 portions it woz freezing

The man was very polite and delivered my meal on time. I would like to say that McDonald's disappointed me though as the meals were quite cold and so was the hot drinks.

Very polite, happy gentleman, quick to arrive and bring food to the door.

The usual offering you'd expect from a McDonald's. The drive through is easy to use and we didn't have to wait long. Occasionally you get sent round to the car park but usually don't have to wait too long. It's a busy place and is usually quite busy.

Mcdonalds is a joke now. It's meant to be "fast food". I.e, quick, and cheap. Now it's neither. Wait times are stupidly long, because they prioritise the drive thru, so if you've walked in, you'll be waiting until they clear the drive thru queue first. Prices are ridiculously inflated, far beyond what would be expected. McDonalds is definitely exploiting the cost of living crisis. Most of the time, McDonalds Orbital has extremely long wait times, and you can tell when you finally get your food that it has just been sitting there getting dry and cold, and most if the time it is unseasoned. We all hate complaining at hospitality establishments, but if you're charging me over 8 pounds for a burger meal that comes out dry like you're chewing a piece of old leather, you can guarantee I will be sending it back every time and making you remake it. The staff are all miserable, and I even had one old lady who works there in the lobby interrupt my meal, because they overheard us talking about the Farage Garage, and proceed to try and relentlessly tell us why we should like Nigel Farage and that he was the best thing to happen to this country. Get stuffed. I've come for a quick meal, not to have some old boomer try and force her outdated and racist opinions down my throat. Also, this McDonalds is the most expensive in Ashford. When swapping between stores on the app, you can see. I don't understand the logic of raising your prices to the point of turning away your customer base. If you make the prices cheaper, you'll sell more in the long run, it's not rocket science. Don't get ahead of yourself, McDonalds was made to supply quick, cheap food. You are not a 5 star restaurant. You are not decent food. You are McDonalds. Sort it out.

Three things missing from my order and when I asked for no sauce it still turned up with it in It even though the wrapper said no sauce In it. Completely ruined one persons meal, as they had nothing to eat.

Partners Big Mac and fries were cold, my grilled chicken was 2 cold, dry and hard pieces of chicken, a couple of slices of tomato and cucumber with a lot of lettuce, would not buy again!

Everything was delivered as per my order, packed well & was on time. The driver was very polite & thanked us for using Just Eat 👍
