Mcdonald's in Ashford

Can be pricey sometimes. Standard McDonald's food. Definitely remember to use the McDonald's rewards app.

Placed an order for delivery this evening. Food arrived, items missing, and left on the doorstep, delivery guy didn't even knock. The food was cold. Contacted uber eats who offered a £4.19 refund for the items missing. The items missing cost £6. Have had a nightmare witb uber eats who cannot seem to do simple maths. Never again! Shite, cold food and not refunded for items that were not delivered!

Well two things to mention. I thought I'd kill two birds with one stone and get food and use the toilet, so first of all I went to use the toilet and had to wipe the seat and pad the thing out with tissue to sit on and while here my phone rang and I started chatting away, unfortunately for me I didn't realise your toilets have motion sensor lighting and was shocked when it suddenly went very dark. So it was at this point I put the phone down and stood up and started waving my hand over the top of the door to hopefully activate the lighting sensors, unfortunately this did not work and I had to finish of using my phones torch. However the light did come on when I walked out the cubicle to wash my hands. Also while on the toilet I did manage to order my food through the app to which the server was Wonder where I had been. Anyway maybe look at upping the time on the light motion sensor and the food was typical McDonald's standard can't complain on that part as the milkshake machine was actually working! Toilet 2 out of 10 Food 6 out of 10 Would go back for food only though 🤣

Restaurant was clean, food delivery was fast and perfectly placed when you get of Le Shuttle to get your McFix.

Never ever coming the correct orders, always missed something from it.Never has toy for the Happy Meal.The last time called the restaurant and they give invalid code for compensation.Never use delivery again

The usual offering you'd expect from a McDonald's. The drive through is easy to use and we didn't have to wait long. Occasionally you get sent round to the car park but usually don't have to wait too long. It's a busy place and is usually quite busy.

Mcdonalds is a joke now. It's meant to be "fast food". I.e, quick, and cheap. Now it's neither. Wait times are stupidly long, because they prioritise the drive thru, so if you've walked in, you'll be waiting until they clear the drive thru queue first. Prices are ridiculously inflated, far beyond what would be expected. McDonalds is definitely exploiting the cost of living crisis. Most of the time, McDonalds Orbital has extremely long wait times, and you can tell when you finally get your food that it has just been sitting there getting dry and cold, and most if the time it is unseasoned. We all hate complaining at hospitality establishments, but if you're charging me over 8 pounds for a burger meal that comes out dry like you're chewing a piece of old leather, you can guarantee I will be sending it back every time and making you remake it. The staff are all miserable, and I even had one old lady who works there in the lobby interrupt my meal, because they overheard us talking about the Farage Garage, and proceed to try and relentlessly tell us why we should like Nigel Farage and that he was the best thing to happen to this country. Get stuffed. I've come for a quick meal, not to have some old boomer try and force her outdated and racist opinions down my throat. Also, this McDonalds is the most expensive in Ashford. When swapping between stores on the app, you can see. I don't understand the logic of raising your prices to the point of turning away your customer base. If you make the prices cheaper, you'll sell more in the long run, it's not rocket science. Don't get ahead of yourself, McDonalds was made to supply quick, cheap food. You are not a 5 star restaurant. You are not decent food. You are McDonalds. Sort it out.

Food was fresh, fries came hot and salty and Big Mac burger was well presented and golden brown bun

Food was over an hour to be delivered and arrived cold. Delivery driver was friendly and good service from him. Disappointment that McDonald’s and just eat couldn’t deliver a warm meal service

I asked the driver where the rest of my order was and he said it wasn’t his problem. He says that’s the order and walked away. Not very good service at all

Ordered food. Driver was near my house then completely turned around and parked somewhere else and was sat there for 10/15 mins. Had to message and complain and then he turnt up. Food is stone cold

The food was awful. Hash browns were all stuck together in grease and couldn't really eat them. egg was a strange grey colour and smelt strange. one of the muffins were all broken apart.

Food arrived late half order was missing

Reminded staff that have been waiting for 20 mins and my number is not in the monitor. Staff just brush off my concern and said to wait. After another 5 minutes of waiting, I insisted they look at my order, a manager checked and discovered my order is not in the system even though I received a claim number and a receipt. Manager need to put my order again ang got a different claim number and a new receipt. I got my dinner after a total of 50 minutes (with 2 items missing, I have to come back to the counter and inform them of my missing food items) . There is no apology or any concern from the staff. If I did not insist for them to check my order, I can just imagine how much longer I will wait. I like the food but let down by the workers. Hope this will be taken as a constructive critisism to prevent this happening again and train staff to owe some responsibilities for a situation like mine.

Usually okay, but not this time. Some food just 'okay', but all of the fries were stale and hard, no dips delivered as ordered, no straws with drinks, no receipt with order to give online feedback. Will not be ordering from this outlet again.

Honestly... what happened to fast hot food??? The staff are completely off the planet. Waited sooooooooo long for breakfast the hash brown was about as warm as my armpit. How hard can it be??? Loads of staff just looking about doing naff all. My friends order was wrong.. how? 3 items . Just don't bother.

Place is full of worker zombies. Firstly said they had no hash browns even though we put our order in before 11 and argued it so then they brung out warm ones, so obviously did have some in back and lied. I ordered a toffee latte with cream and they brung me a normal coffee. Really Not happy with the service here.

Not that these reviews change anything because they don't care about feedback or actual service anymore , but this was ridiculous. The morning service is a joke and was like the staff where on another planet or high. Half of them only realised you was speaking to them half way through a sentence or took a really slow walk with your food around the restaurant or car park while looking at the trees or their feet. Food was cold and stale too.

I placed the order and requested delivery for 6pm, to coincide with another food delivery. This was ignored and the food finally arrived at 18:33

This is the second time we have come here and the mobile app didn't work and we weren't able to get the special offers listed but managed to get some of our order inside.

Was only a quick visit but the food was hot and fresh, the coffee was the perfect size and temperature. This is a very good McDonald's. It's restaurant is a good size and the toilets were clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, my only criticism is the drive through and car park are quirky and a little confusing to use, but it doesn't subtract from the fact that it's a good McDonald's.

Driver ignored delivery instructions so was then late and the mcflurrys were like water! also there was a missing item from my order. complete waste of money

The drink had spilt in the bag, half a drink left. No syrup with the pancakes that were cold. Missing Sausage and Egg McMuffin.

Driver was unsure of where my property was (understandably as there is a Hunter Close, Hunter Rd and Hunter Ave), which was appreciated because not only could I clarify where my property was the food was a good temperature. A nice delivery driver.

2 items were missing of my order. I did not receive 2 ketchup wraps. my colleagues who ordered them are not happy and I've tried calling mc Donald's directly and they are not answering.

The food was very good but one of the fries was wet and green. The service was great and it was very clean but there was dog hair on my seat.

You included pickle in my burger whish i had asked to be removed because i react badly to it. I have had to throw the burger away

I rarely order from orbital and receive everything I've paid for, it's always missing items. Very poor

Unfortunately, since I come here from time to time, I sometimes get cold fries. Besides, it's usually crowded, but that's not the place's fault. Toilets clean and well-kept. Friendly service. The only minus is the parking lot. Small, cramped and usually there is never a free seat.

Cannot get an order right, on several occasions I have visited this restaurant and the staff literally cannot be bothered. Ordered a Filet of Fish with extra sauce and extra cheese and guess what the box stated both requirements and after driving the 25 miles home No Sauce and No Cheese called restaurant only to be told that we should have checked, this has happened on several occasions, staff didn’t want to know. DON’T USE THIS RESTAURANT the others in Ashford are far far better.
