Not the correct order still waiting on refund

I asked the driver where the rest of my order was and he said it wasn’t his problem. He says that’s the order and walked away. Not very good service at all

Yet again the chips were not delivered it’s to hard to get them delivered it’s just frustrating

freezing cold driver was sat at restaurant for over 20 mins!

Food was over an hour to be delivered and arrived cold. Delivery driver was friendly and good service from him. Disappointment that McDonald’s and just eat couldn’t deliver a warm meal service

Ordered food. Driver was near my house then completely turned around and parked somewhere else and was sat there for 10/15 mins. Had to message and complain and then he turnt up. Food is stone cold

Chip were stone cold and no salt at all! At least the burger was lukewarm 🙄

said out for delivery but time kept changing .we live 5 mins from mcdonald's took 15 mins to get to us...food cold not nice eating cold chips and burgers unacceptable. Normally it comes hot. You wouldnt accept cold food anywhere else

The food was awful. Hash browns were all stuck together in grease and couldn't really eat them. egg was a strange grey colour and smelt strange. one of the muffins were all broken apart.

Usually okay, but not this time. Some food just 'okay', but all of the fries were stale and hard, no dips delivered as ordered, no straws with drinks, no receipt with order to give online feedback. Will not be ordering from this outlet again.

I placed the order and requested delivery for 6pm, to coincide with another food delivery. This was ignored and the food finally arrived at 18:33

Driver ignored delivery instructions so was then late and the mcflurrys were like water! also there was a missing item from my order. complete waste of money

Chips hard and cold burgers were cold

The drink had spilt in the bag, half a drink left. No syrup with the pancakes that were cold. Missing Sausage and Egg McMuffin.

Driver was unsure of where my property was (understandably as there is a Hunter Close, Hunter Rd and Hunter Ave), which was appreciated because not only could I clarify where my property was the food was a good temperature. A nice delivery driver.

Food took over an hour to be delivered then was cold. I was offered a measly 8% refund although the entire meal was cold

2 items were missing of my order. I did not receive 2 ketchup wraps. my colleagues who ordered them are not happy and I've tried calling mc Donald's directly and they are not answering.

Cannot get an order right, on several occasions I have visited this restaurant and the staff literally cannot be bothered. Ordered a Filet of Fish with extra sauce and extra cheese and guess what the box stated both requirements and after driving the 25 miles home No Sauce and No Cheese called restaurant only to be told that we should have checked, this has happened on several occasions, staff didn’t want to know. DON’T USE THIS RESTAURANT the others in Ashford are far far better.

we ordered at just before 3pm, the delivery time kept getting pushed back and the order took roughly 1 hour 15 minutes total from a location that was 1.8 miles away... you do the maths. I get that's it's busy but dude I'm hungry!!!!!

Restaurant didnt put lid on drink properly so it spilt and made bag soggy. When i was handed the bag the drink just fell out the bag. I am now without drink. The driver did great though, restaurant is at fault not him

Food came cold. Food was missing with it being in stock but just did not come. My mcflurry came half full and open and the sauce packets were inside my icecream! Disgusting. 2 of the hamburgers had come loose from their poor wrapping and had fallen apart at the bottom of the bag. This was supposed to be a low key birthday dinner and it was a disappointment. I'm unhappy with thus. The delivery person was right on time is the only good thing about this order.

Never received the food, the courier turned their location off and has only just changed it to delivered an hour and a half after they “left the restaurant”. I need a refund.

ordered a chicken big mac and they gave me a chicken sandwich.how hard is it to read the order. it's not the first time they've got my order wrong

delivery driver obviously picked up too many orders and ended up going further away from my delivery point. resulting in food being cold and to be frank inedible. food went straight in the bin now im out of pocket and still hungry. well done to just eat!?!? awful service and awfull company

Fast delivery No bad review for driver but for the restaurant. Must have been the last 5 times I’ve ordered now and they keep forgetting my dips even tho I’ve paid for them once twice not an issue but come on now. Read the order!!

Waited a whole hour extra for the food and everything was all wet from another order that the driver spilled, mostly everything is soggy. We’re missing multiple items / half of the order! and everything is stone cold! we are not happy with the service from the driver or the restaurant at all.

Beware of parking as you can be charged

Early as usual, but not sure if chef has changed but the curry sauce was hotter than usual and darker in colour. Tasted ok but not as good. They also missed the note that we wanted curry sauce with chicken balls not sweet and sour

Long time since I have had a McDonald's and I was pleasantly surprised. Decent selection of food that was freshly cooked and hot. The restaurant was very clean and tidy and the service was quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Ideal for a quick bite if you are tight on time.
