No straws , no sauces , food stone cold

Food was cold so wasn’t happy at all

Bag open and food stolen on delivery

All the time missing something

delivery driver clearly driving erratically as my drink was empty bag was full of coke and so was the ice cream and everything was out of the boxes in the food bag as he pulled away from the house he was erratically too

Odrer was completely stone cold and ice creams nearly melted.

Order not complete , no fries on my order only burgers

Only one sauce for three items. No napkins. Otherwise ok.

I don’t know why I bother ordering from here, I dont think my order has ever been correct! Missing two items today , not happy

Courier was fine. Chips were limp and soggy and no straw for my drink. Opted for no pickle but they put it in anyway.

My delivery was missing two burgers and sharebox, when called was told couldn't send out. Would have to go there for replacement. Which completely destroys the point of delivery and I don't drive... So didn't get what paid for which is disappointing

why are the chips constantly stone cold?

All the food was cold, and the delivery time kept changing every 5 mins so by the time the food got here it was cold and squashed

Burgers are smaller and smaller, and the place needs some upgrades.

Handed the delivery back to the driver, the milkshake had tipped over and was all in the bag

Order was completely wrong and sent out with wrong receipt and amount paid have had to take order back to McDonald’s and to be told we can’t get a refund has to be done by yourselfs which trying to do is impossible

The food was cold and the driver went the wrong way.

Took ages to arrive, delivery time kept going up. Was cold when it arrived and the cheese for the burger wasn’t even in the burger it was just chucked in the box. Awful service and meal

Food was good, wasn’t happy with one of the employees standing by the tables sounding like she was disciplining two other colleagues which isn’t a big deal but swearing in front of my children and others in the area wasn’t very professional. Should’ve been discussed in an office.

Taken over an hour to get an uber order ready for pickup by driver. Thought it was supposed to be fast food. At least it was hot

I asked for no egg in the wrap as my pregnant girlfriend is allergic to egg, I find egg in the wrap !!

Worst delivery, not the drivers fault but they do not know how to check their orders, missing main meals every time, thought once or twice could be by accident but no, you pay for a large but receive a small, would not get delivery if your getting a large order. Plus the chips are always half full. However management was very helpful to sort this out when you come in

Not a big issue but one sweet curry dip was missing and a straw for my banana milkshake

I've never had an issue with McDonald's for a quick, known entity, when in a rush l, or when travelling with the family. Having worked at a variety of McDonald's stores when I was growing up, I understand a little bit about how they work, and I generally comfortable with it. Had an issue with the app ordering in advance, but telling me items were unavailable, so went to the drive thru to ask for help. Couldn't believe how rude the lad was. Some of his helpful responses: "not my problem, we have got chicken available", "no I don't know how to use the app, I didn't make it" "well, do you want to order now or not?" I thought I'd just go in and speak to someone, waited 15mins and no one came to the counter apart from staff who clearly avoid anyone waiting, looking like they might ask something, even when you try to get their attention.

When we placed the order we were told it would be 40 mins but actually took an hour to arrive. On opening the McDonalds my wife found the food not to be warm & had to heat it up in the microwave.

So slow it was not very good way to slow

Such excellent customer and great service! We went to this Mcd's in pass after viewing car and had the best service. The food was fresh and looked great, which has become rare for McDonald's now are day. The older gentleman was friendly and great with children, he even handed out colouring books. The staff were professional, efficient and smart. The environment was very clean. Well done to this brand!

Speedy delivery, friendly delivery person and good hot food. Only complaint, which has happened several times, nuggets purchased but no sauces delivered!

I went through the Drive through at Orbital Willesborough in Ashford Saturday 5th April just beforemidday. The young lady was so willingly helpful and polite. She is a credit to you and made my day. I asked if she could break down my cash change to smaller and she happily did that for me.

Never received my order, yet it stated that it was delivered. I have never seen anything like this. O want a full refund for this meal that I never saw. This is extortion at it's best.

30 mins late all the food cold and part of the order missing. Cost over £33 and only got £7 refund. Really disgusted with the food and the service!

Well spaced out tables. Clean. A lot of the tables are in direct sun in the morning which is inconvenient. Food is hot.

Can be pricey sometimes. Standard McDonald's food. Definitely remember to use the McDonald's rewards app. Slow on orders to take way. Self-service tills don't print receipts have to ask stuff for one.

It's a mcdonald's. What more can you expect.

I am so unhappy.. I wanted a crispy chicken salad.. but they ONLY have the breakfast in the mornings.. so I am left hungry because the eggs I have home and bacon.. so unhappy 🙁 You know you still have to let 1 out of 10 ppl unsatisfied.. is business and I understand.. but definitely won't be me seeking eggs from the fast-food.. I wish I was able to find how many ppl agree with me.. TY 😊 🙏.
