McDonald's - Ashford High Street in Ashford

It was ok there, the only decent thing was staff were good and food was ok, and nothing to right home about.

Excellent, even the manager helped me out with the McDonald's app.

Everything is organized which is why the service is fast.

Don't like the fact that your only way of ordering is via the self service screens. I could look over this, but they are situated in the middle of the restaurant over looked by people seated within a couple of feet facing my direction! Who could be potentially filming me inputting my pin. I was shielding but a lot of people probably don't. Think I will stick to the drive through restaurants. On the rare occasion I have 1 next time.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, couldn’t have asked for better. I’m not used to that in my regular McDonalds. Food was hot and tasty.

No grimace shake what did they have no blueberries or something or mixture and the floor is dirty can’t believe they have no grimace shake that is my review

Don't bother ordering online through just eat etc they will give you an estimated delivery time then as soon as you've paid they will then push the delivery time back by an hour or more

In this current times where we have covid and different viruses spreading everywhere. It baffles me how this branch still thinks it’s ok to send out food in an unsealed bag. If you have ever ordered ice cream from this place on Uber eats, you would know they deliver ice creams in their brown paper bags without seal or any protection whatsoever. I had an Uber driver deliver a clearly half eaten Oreo McFlurry to me last night. Which was so disgusting and that driver has been reported to Uber. Please pay a very close attention to any food you receive before eating. I don’t know how that guy thought he could get away with delivering half eaten ice cream. This restaurant should take this very seriously because someone might get a serious food poisoning due to food tampering because of their negligence. What you see in those pictures is exactly what was delivered yesterday. A seriously dangerous behaviour by that driver

In there not even 60 secs and a man started staring at me and my poor friends he wouldn't take his eyes off me! Not surprised 😂. I proceeded to order my chicken nugget happy meal - i'm only little - then the stupid order thing didn't print my receipt! I wasn't happy so went over to the McDonalds counter and explained what happened - he told me it's not his fault, HOW DARE HE!!! Overall, lovely environment- thank you x

Since you've changed your menu, to make it taste better (May 2024) everything tastes bland, it's awful. Won't be coming back again.

Ordered through the McDonald’s app and delivery time was constantly changed until the restaurant closed and I received a text telling me to cancel my order!! Not the first time this branch has delivered appalling service! Or in this case … just not delivered! Save yourself the trouble of trying to cancel your order and receiving terrible service and just order from a different branch because I know I will!! DISGUSTING SERVICE!

It's always a good place for a nice meal especially kids love it.

Just the usual McDonald's. Yes you can grab a quick bite while waiting for the bus.

Dire place. Genuinely worries me the amount of times this place screws up deliveries. How hard can it be to get the dam food you order. Like when we order the food does it request it in a different language. Maybe we should order it in crayon to help these poor souls understand a screen THAT TELLS YOU THE ORDER

Feel mean giving a McDonalds 4 stars, but I was asked to rate the atmosphere and that's what happens. Old Bill was in there when I paid my visit. They were telling a woman how no criminal offence had been committed so she would need to take it up with McDonald's. This message was delivered in a number of different ways over around 15 minutes. Don't get me wrong, the gavvers aren't normally in there, but even without them, there's a bit of an edge. I do enjoy a cheeky mayo chicken though and I really can't fault that. Also the lady emptying the bins was really nice. If you need your calories fast and tasty, and you're not on the run from the filth, pay the place a visit. One of the only places you can order "white coffee." No airs and graces. Get what you pay for.

We haven't eaten here in a long time and as always with this restaurant the police were called to some undesirables but it was clean and the food arrived quickly the staff were lovely..

Waited 10 minutes for our food to be prepared. People coming in after us got their food before us . Not impressed. Hardly fast food. Seems to me that the Deliveroos of the world take priority. Greg's for me from now on.

The McFlurry was thinner than a milkshake it was so melted. The double quarter pounder and fries were cold. Delivered by Uber who said nothing could be done, no compensation. so I spent £20 to have cold food delivered and a McFlurry that was so runny it just poured down the sink.

Firstly, after waiting nearly 15 minutes for my order, I got it no hashbrown, so i had to go and retrieve that.. Then I opened my LARGE galaxy hot chocolate, which I was really looking forward to.. but that's no large clearly. Where's the whipped cream, ect, like adverised? It's just a half cup of disappointment

McDonald's has no airs and graces. That's a good thing. It doesn't try too hard; it just makes sure its food is consistently high quality and its prices are really low.

Food is good, staff are nice, but you do get some shouting and swearing in here from some of the people that come in, so not a great place to sit with young children.

The main problem is all the delivery riders inside and outside which creates chaos and delays with orders for 'normal' customers

Following a huge issue with a Just Eat order. Even though it isn’t McDonalds responsibility I called the restaurant and the gentleman who helped me out provided me with a completely free of charge replacement and even managed to have it delivered to me

It's a nice place to be, as long as the local chavs aren't in there or outside, causing the usual chaos, poor staff try their hardest to keep it nice and drama free.

I can’t believe how often this McDonald’s gets the order wrong. Over the last 3 orders items have been missing from the delivery. How hard can it be to pick items from a list and put them in a bag then close the bag🤦 obviously very hard in these cases!!

We entered the McDonald’s for the first time in many years, we was unsure how to order from the machine and how we would request no cheese. Immediately a lady named Jeaniie came over to offer us some help placing our order. She was extremely helpful and incredibly friendly. Jeaniie needs to be recognised. We had a nice positive start to our day which included a good fast breakfast. Happy Christmas.

Full of teenagers loitering and making a nuisance of themselves, staff asking then to leave and then calling the police when the teenagers won't leave. Happens everytime we come in. Definitely avoid during the evenings. Food is what it is, standard.

I don't quite know when McDonald's ceased being fast food. Maybe when the menu became so varied, I don't know but either way the days of bowling up to a grumpy gal/boy and ordering a £2.88 extra value are long gone. One orders at the machine which although simple to use, leaves you wondering just how many bogey picking fingers had touched the screen prior to my arrival. After ordering what seems like an expensive meal for 3 - 28 quid. You wait. We ate in and quite frankly never again. Unless you want to be barged out the way by user and just eat drivers, or indeed be overwhelmed by the smell of cheap deodorant as the gangs of chavvy children roam the establishment. Still it is rare that I eat a meal under the strong feeling that someone might be stabbed at any given moment, so that was an experience.

The service was good and friendly but the food was poor because the muffing I had was the smallest bun ever. The sausage meat was about 2cm or slightly wider than the muffing it was small. Had better.🙂

Ordered through just eat and the food arrived stone cold the chip were awfull and burgers we absolutely freezing. Thrown the meal away, at least the dogs enjoyed the meat out the burgers. Disgracefully

Great hot meals. Table was dirty but nothing a baby wipe didn't sort out. Table service was great. Very loud as schools had finished. Lots of teens making lots of noise but didn't affect our meal. Thank you!

Had to wait 10mins for table service 🙄 need to sort out the delivery process and where they need to wait not just sitting on seats ment for customers that want to eat in ( they could wait in a line). Only saying.

Dirty, staff don’t seem to care they have your order wrong for the 3rd time. Always the towns gremlins hanging around outside!

Advertised opening times are incorrect

Very strange power trip over sauce. I brought extra sauce, for some reason the staff never ever put sauce in the happy meals or any you pay for, I paid for two sour cream and yet again just completely missed out. And if you ask for the sauce you legally paid for they act like you asked them to cut their arm off.

Clean place as much as possible in a quite busy hour. Didn't have to wait too long for my order. Kind staff.

So slow now navigate your way through the electronic menu finally get to the end then see in red no connection so have to go to till anyway, they put order through and get it wrong, wait forever to get luke warm burger and soggy fries. Getting expensive with ever increasing prices but food still good as you expect.

Ordered a breakfast meal via a well known website, simple enough. First off driver could not see me stood in the middle of the road, worrying. Handed me a bag of "food", straight away I could see it was all sweaty looking, never a good sign, everything in the bag appeared to be dripping in oil, the hash browns were cold and soggy. Best of all, no coffee....not a nice experience, would never use this place again.

Ordering using the app and collecting works very efficiently. Never had any issues, have always received quick service.

I work for another mcdonald's store and got asked to come down to this one and I felt like I was on holiday, the staff are chill and the store doesn't get too busy

Very busy as you might expect of a McDonalds in the town centre but food is always prompt in coming out and exactly what you'd expect from the chain.

Tried to get a delivery from macdonalds eltham after an hrand a half it still never turned up .I phoned the restaurant and they said it was still sitting there waiting to be collected needless to say I cancelled the order ,never going there again

I hadn't had a bad experience here until this visit. The food was good, but service was atrocious. After being asked to park up, food took an age to arrive (it was a special order, so I can understand) but the drinks didn't arrive with the food. They took several minutes more then no dips arrived for the chicken selects and a coffee didn't turn up, so we had to go back into the restaurant. This took far longer than it should, all with food going cold. Thanks McDonald's. Useless.
