Subway in Ashford

It’s always a lottery what price you pay at a subway, depends on how greedy the franchise owner is. Ashford Eureka business park Subway are by far the greediest. I always order the same thing, foot long BMT on herbs and cheese with 3 cookies and a drink. Folkestone this costs £10.50, Ashford Eureka it cost £12.67. Tried asking the guy serving me why it was over £2 more expensive than Folkestone but he barely spoke English so had no idea what I was talking about.

A small Subway with very limited seating and a rather poor view of an uninteresting parking lot despite an all glass facade. Despite this the food is exactly what you'd expect of a subway, the service is usually good and the prices exactly the same as any other subway. Not worth going out of your way for but a solid option for lunch if you're in the area.

We received a very warm welcome from Subash. Our food was great. Would definitely recommend this place 👌

Clean, well-stocked, good location for either a quick bite or an extended visit for the cinema.

Speaking to other subway franchisee owners, this is widely known as the worst subway in Kent. There is often only 1 member tops who understands English at any time in this subway. This makes it extremely hard to order when they do not understand what you are asking for. The staff are often rude, not interested in fixing mistakes and do not even know their own menu, being told that BBQ Chicken doesn't exist, missing the mozerella from the sandwich and arguing about salad topping sizes. This puts an awful image out there for Subways across Kent. Sadly this subway has been this way for years, with the company making no effort to improve despite having the awful reputation amongst other stores.

Terrible service, could not make it correctly, asked for two sub melts these where not crispy at all, asked for no tomoto ketchup in one but both came with. Ordered two crisps then got excused of not paying for one. Even though I got charged the same amount as my normal subway. Won't be coming back.

Usually no problems ordering from here but have just received my Just Eat order and my drink is missing. I called and was told to either complain to the office or come and get it at the store, which isn't possible as I don't drive and am working from home (hence the delivery order). The guy on the phone was really unhelpful. Such a shame

Small Subway. Clean most of the time but limited seating. One large table for a group, two tables for four, and one table for two. There is no ice machine for drinks. It does have a toilet. Staff often can't understand requests due to language issues but are mostly polite and courtesous. Food is very good, however, which is what it's all about. For a more pleasant eat-in experience, there are several other very close alternatives.

The best subway in Ashford. Never had any issues. What you would expect from a Subway.

Cared enough to change gloves, etc, for my vegetarian son. Couldn't fault customer service. Just felt a bit like they catered for the moped riders (who congregated everywhere) first.

Terrible service at this subway. Almost every time I place an order on the app, when I arrive on time or 5 minutes after the time that it says it’s ready, the sandwich isn’t made. Then have to wait another 10 minutes and wait. Also if you any issues they won’t give you a refund. I once emailed to request a refund because I couldn’t access the restaurant as the A20 was closed. Completely ignored. And ignored by subway customer service.

Ordered on just eat never got my order plus phoned subway no joy

This is a very hit or miss branch. It closes early sometimes, the menu choice is not guaranteed, and the subs can be really good or mediocre. My last sub was smothered in mayonnaise making it almost inedible.

Team where very helpful as I was confused on rewards scheme. It’s a subway so you can’t go wrong. Very large menu compared to 10 years ago. Nacho bites are okay. Very nice sticky sweet chilli sauce.

Amazing, nice and clean and fresh. Deserve 5 star for service experience.

Excellent meal well looked after by the staff. Could not fault them. Will visit next time in Ashford.

Smallish subway franchise. Ordered through the app and went for collection. Order was correct, although no jalapeños. Help yourself to the post mix drink. Can’t complain really

Subway Ashford very good food was nice and fresh. obviously lots has changed due to covid but very clean tidy and food tastey. Only thing that was a little off was the communication, the young man behind the counter didn't really understand what I was saying but we got there in the end. All in all clean, tidy, covid conscious and very tasty food.

Good place with generous fillings (the staff member I encountered was more than generous) and convenient parking.

Unfortunately would be a 5 if they ever had meatballs

AVOID!!! The worst Subway I ever visited. I ordered salad, a girl prepared salad for me but less than half a box with just flat spoon of meat and she charged me for that a four quid. RIDICULOUS! I never meet so greedy person! Absolutely bad.

Whilst it's still a Subway the customer service is lacking. It took 20 minutes to get a sandwich with 3 customer in front of us, as they prioritise delivery/collection vs the customers in store. This wouldn't be an issue if there was some communication to the customers.

Amazing bread, steak, cheese, pepper, red onion and chipotle sauce.

The cashier decided that this didn't apply to this store, which is rubbish as all it applies to all stores bar those in airports. When asked to get the store manager and then the area manager on the phone, both were conveniently on holiday. He then argued against the website/app that the discount only applies to subs or salads, laughing at us about not getting the discount....talk about rude and bad customer service!!! The store has now been reported to Subway head office who have confirmed the offer of 20% on everything, offered a sincere apology and are sending through vouchers as compensation. It also turns out the area manager is not on holiday.They will be taking it up with the store owner/manager as this was deemed by them as unacceptable behaviour.

Won’t come back here again if those two Chinese men are working there (I am not raciest I just don’t know their names).First of all they don’t listen or understand English very well, I get to the till and I say I am paying for 2 meals, I said it three times even using my fingers, 2 meals.. I pay.. then start filling up one of my drinks and I noticed I’m being watched so I thought maybe he’s waiting to see what cookies I want so I tell him what ones, I continue to fill up my drink and he then try’s to charge my boyfriend for the cookies and drink.. turns out he didn’t listen to me and charged me only for 2 subs.. after how many times did I have to say and he still didn’t listen.. Anyway, before that, whilst they were getting more bacon out I see that it’s frozen stiff and they put this bacon in our rolls frozen and toasted it, isn’t that something your really NOT meant to do??!!Subway please train the two idiots you’ve employed, they are giving you a bad name.

Not the widest selection of contents we ve seen elsewhere and some of these were either empty or low. Being very honest it was not helped by the server who was hard to understand, which is not great when trying to work out what is in some dishes.

A Deli of old.lots of bread choices,meats a plenty,salad a heap-full. Edible for sure,but for myself just a bit too much like sandwich by numbers,that said nothing wrong with them. Typical chain branch,bit busy,good professional service,mostly clean etc.

Love subway always come here for lunch as the prices are so reasonable and the sandwiches/salads/wraps etc are good size portions. The staff are so friendly, helpful and lovely. It's always clean as well when you go in there. I love coming to subway as I know that the food is great and for lunch it will fill me up till dinner later. If people are looking for something healthy I would recommend subway.

Subway is always a nice treat, however, unless you are a regular familiar with the menu and all the many different options for bread, dressing, etc, you can't help feeling a bit rushed by the staff who seems to assume that you know what they are going to ask you and therefore makes little effort to talk clearly. I always leave Subway feeling a little bit stressed, which is a shame as the food is lovely. I also think the pricing is not always clear. This visit I had a chicken and bacon sub with all the trimmings and a bit of ranch dressing, and a oat and raisin cookie to finish and it was lovely.

I am a bit of a self proclaimed Subway expert and I do like this particular one as it is always clean and service is fast.

I love subways. Since this franchise changed hands, the portions are incredibly measly. It's not the fault of the staff but the insistence of management keeping to the right guidelines apparently. Other subways are not so tight, just this one.

Good Subway quality however, staff do have an understanding problem - possibly lack English language knowledge?

They have major staff problems there where four staff members on the production line and it still took 9.30 mins to get my order.There needs appropriate training in guides to help them understand the needs for the customers.

After a long day. This was the only subway open in the area greeted fantasticly I rdered my food no problem went to sit and eat and was told very rudely and abruptly that it was take away only over an hour before the store closes because they couldnt be bothered to wipe tables down very poor service was forced to eat in the car which I don't normally eat in

Friendly staff - we go here a lot, so they know our order by heart! Highly recommended. Only problem is with parking (during cinema times) and there's no bank machine anywhere nearby (apparently. this Subway was built where the bank machine used to be)

Avoid.....one in particular that works there doesn't give you the right portion sizes.....I think it's the owner's friend /assistant Manager...but in my opinion it's gone downhill

Lovely food before cinema , very tasty , will visit again

Food is as expected for the price sevice is usaly pretty fast however, some of the times ive been there you only have one person servings the food while the que is backing up then you food gets cold while you are waiting to pay. Overall i Would recomend but there should be more than one person serving so this does not happen.

Always enjoy a foot long from Subway. The menu choices are plenty and, if like my friend, they will pile on the salad choices if you ask for everything. Only rating 4 out of 5 as prices are higher than a Whopper meal from Burger King just around the corner.

The flat breads are lovely makes a nice light lunch.

Quick service even though really busy.

Always seems to have someone in the back leaving one person upfront. Especially annoying as they let a line build up before coming out to assist. A typical visit therefore takes anywhere from 4-8mins. Not great if you are in a lunch break rush.....I have waited longer thou....

Quite small, relatively clean but when my family went there, they were running out of bread, salad and sandwich fillings, so our choices were limited.

It's a nice subway with really friendly staff and a good amount of seating. There are also lots of other things to do near by like the spa and the cinema.

Utilizamos este metro aproximadamente una vez al mes. Es el lugar más barato para comer en el parque de ocio y porque su rápido, si ver un par de películas y necesita un corto barato tiene sentido. Como subs son hechos a la orden puede elegir a vegatarian albóndiga. Yo tengo una bañera de albóndigas con queso, un delicioso aperitivo sin pan y una taza de té. Las ensaladas son también buenos, de nuevo tengo withoutbread. Mis hijos SIEMPRE comer la suya porque elegir exactamente lo va a sus panecillos.

Esta crítica es anotó en su categoría como un lugar de comida rápida/metro, y esta experiencia cumplía todos los requisitos que cabe esperar para este tipo de restaurante. Yo no he comido por un tiempo y que venía de una noche de cine temprano mostrando que estaba buscando algo rápido, sabroso y bastante saludable. Me recibieron con un saludo amable y sirve eficientemente por el joven y chica detrás del mostrador. La subcomisión fue cuidadosamente hecha, y no caerse en pedazos en la apertura cuando llegué a casa. El restaurante en sí parecía limpio y ordenado. Anteriormente me hubiera dicho que este sería el establecimiento de comida en el complejo de Eureka que sería menos probable, pero después de esta experiencia positiva es puso en controversia en el futuro.

Uso metro mucho en que este es el peor. Como la mayoría son geniales decepcionado. Ensalada de color marrón. Pedazos de otras carnes y migas de otras carnes con diferentes tipos de falta de atención. Y un chico indio que sirve que estén más interesados en la falda corta por entonces en realidad a gente comprando su subs.Realmente. . . . . Ashford folk. Evitar como la peste mis amigos.

Never been to Subway before and was very disappointed. Dirty floors with food all over them. Tables unclean and generally a bad experience.

Y muy buena en el sin que sus instrucciones para el metro cooperativo es coherente con la selección de ingredientes que son vagamente compatible con el sistema digestivo humano. Aunque debe decirse que en ocasiones alguien en la línea de órdenes delante de mí una mezcla de ingredientes que harán de él/ella unsittable al lado en el trabajo, o a cualquier otro lugar venga a eso!

Great location, friendly staff and fantastic fresh sandwiches. I like that you can customise your sandwich, and even with a long queue, the staff are happy to help.

Recientemente recibí un libro de bonos por lo que decidí probarlo para el desayuno en vez de mi lugar habitual. He estado constantemente impresionado como ahora uso metro dos o tres veces a la semana. El personal, especialmente Justine, Kerry y Jason hace lo posible por favor, siempre sonrientes caras e interesante conversación. Es un auténtico placer para ir allí. Se lo recomiendo a toda mi familia y amigos.

popped into the subway after going to the cinema to get food for myself and my grand daughter and the staff were very helpful and patient as I didn't know what I wanted and didn't want any of the standard options. Food was nice they had a good selection. I shall be going to get more from this subway next time I go to the cinema

Used Subway as I fancied something different than a burger I normally have. Was impressed with the Subway in Rutherford Road. The food was lovely, you get to choose your filling, and it is very hygienic, as they wear gloves, and the service was speedy and polite and they made you feel welcome. I shall be returning as the food was good and the service was better than other Ashford food outlets like KFC and Burger King.

I frequent this store at least twice a month. Though it's not the closes one to me, I go there due to the fact it all seems fresher. The staff are so friendly from the management to the team members.

Food as per any subway which is OK always fresh well prepared BUT every time I go use my sub card there's always a problem I asked to speak to the manager who happened to be fixing the Coke machine "well it can be every time it ,works ok normally he says turns his back and Carey's on no apologies just a rubbish attitude won't use again the outlet branch is excellent

We were in a rush and popped into the subway on Eureka park Ashford.For 4 of us it was roughly £20 but the fact that you see the staff pass your food along on a human convabelt certainly put me off.The tables and chairs had food on them, floors were covered with contents of the meals. All in all, the worst experience I have ever had. Certainly, 100% won't be going back, especially when there is so much competition at Eureka park.

This is just what you expect from a subway franchise, I must have had a bad batch of onions cause I felt ill afterwards, which isn't common but kind of put me off going back there.

Visited with my partner and young son midweek for a dinner. Despite being the only ones in the shop it took a while to be served. Staff didn't seem to know the menu. Anyway after serving us the staff member decided to exit to the front stand chatting to a friend outside while smoking and seemingly leaving shop unattended. Food was just as good as other subways.

A good subway, food they serve is fresh and tasty. Quite new looking, Clean surroundings. In a place full of restaurants and fast food chains. Personally probably one of the best both of Price and taste. Can't grumble really.
