The staff who takes the order is soo rude to customers..

Used to order all the time. Apparently this is normal to have this much peri salt on peri fries. [Picture doesn't do it justice] This is after I have tried to shake and sieve the chips. Rather than rectify the mistake they said its my fault for ordering and not asking for less. Am i tripping? Just lost a loyal customer over a portion of chips. Could have simply replaced with normal chips or said next time chips free.

I ordered from here the delivery guy was banging on my back gate couldn't be bothered to open the gate and knock on my door then when I did hear him and open the gate he got all in my face having a go at me saying how he was knocking on my gate for ages was all in my face, I explained to him how my gate works and how to knock on a door as I was in the living room watching TV and I'm heavy pregnant I can't just jump up and run he continued to shout at me like I was at fault before getting in he's car and driving off, awful service

Delicious and high quality whilst also being affordable. One of the best takeaways in Ashford. Chicken is always juicy and well seasoned. Portions are always very good. The prices are not that different to kfc or McDonald’s either

Delicious and great value for money. one note of caution, if you get the Jalapeno and cream cheese poppers, they're not the same as other places, these have a kick but if you like a bit of spice then I thoroughly recommend them.

Half the order was left at the store, chicken burger had chilli sauce rather than burger sauce. Food that was forgotten was then delivered cold. Disappointed really.

I received very bad service. My order took forever to be delivered. First, the delivery time was changed and more time was added. Despite this, it still did not arrive on time. I had to go out, and there was no one to receive my order.

Not explained about price and payment. When asked for refund for cash payment so I get 10% discount they told that they didn’t know how to do card refunds.

I ordered extra spicy full chicken and a half today , with fries, all were sooo salty, no one could eat chicken or fries as it was full of salt. Chicken was burned and there was some mold like thing every where (cooking sauce??) which gave the saltines. It was my second order and foest one was good few months ago. I will never recommend this food as my family and the visitor experienced the most terrible dinner today.👎👎👎

unfortunately this take a way has gone down hill. Cold food, substitute orders which isn't what I ordered and rude delivery driver *again*. I've always given Ashford peri peri 5* but the last 2 times is unacceptable, which is a shame. Last time I order from here. Roll on Chicken World in Repton Park!

My favourite chicken place outside of Popeyes (very different though) thier Chicken is 10/10 and worth every penny - Get the Peri Fries and Hot Wings!

Food arrived cold and the pitta was spicy after I asked for plain. Making it hard to eat.

Basic shop but the food was delicious nicely cooked chicken and the peri marinade was really good (I got extra hot). Very reasonable price and they give 10% off with cash

chicken had a stay in the mouth burnt taste on the skin 1 bit and my mouth just had that burnt taste flavours of everything were good I'm just bummed about the taste it was giving off from the skin. 4 times I've ordered and that's the only time it's been like that hope it's abit better next time

For sure the best chicken wings in the whole city! … kebabs,sauces and dips are second to none….. the coleslaw is amazing and very different as is not like runny mayo. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food they serve. Worth the money!

Absolutely disgusting customer service driver did not knock or try to deliver to my address after waiting an hour and half for the delivery. Never will use again shocking then the man did not give me chance to speak and explain and put the phone down on me!

In terms of food flavours and quality, this place is hands down better than Nandos. It only suffers from slower delivery service which can take up to an hour, sometimes more. It's best to go collect it yourself if you are really hungry.

I was looking for a Peri Peri chicken other than Nando's and was pleasantly surprised. It tastes good and you have a big portion. I have called and the order turned up in 45mn, although they warned me it would take an hour. I will order again!

The food here too is too cheap and needs to look at Smokeys in canterburys prices, the wings and food at ashford peri peri is the best, I feel they need to be uping the prices on there menu.

Ordered lamb kebab with bbq sauce but got this weird cheese sauce and this is what it looked like once taken out the bag, had to wait at least 40 mins for it but there was only around 10 people in the kebab shop and again we were all waiting for one after the other, staff didn’t seem to be in a rush to make the food, won’t be ordering again from here

I have been ordering this atleast once or twice a month consecutively for the pat few months as I liked it very much. spicy to a level of a South Indian. The chicken platter body can be made into two halves as the masala can penetrate better.

Food arrived 90 mins after initial time, cold, chicken was burnt on ends, the milkshake cream had disappeared and looked horrible .

I order my food at 20:20, just eat app said 35 - 40 mins for delivery. I received my order at 21:57. The food is cold. Very unhappy. No courtesy call from the restaurant to notify me of a delay. My family sat round the dinner table waiting for food. Very disappointing

I am an Asian and I liked it very much. You would like it you fancy spicy chicken platter. I ordered for extra hot and the preparation was quite fresh. The onion rings are not crispy and did not like it much. The chips was pretty average.

The chips were cold. The saveloy was not cooked properly. The only decent thing was the chicken burger and that was of lower quality to what I normally get from here. Overall I am dissapointed with what I'd normally consider a great meal.

It used to be my go to take-away for the years but sadly lately is always late (45 min this last time) and when the food arrives is all soggy and cold, which means that I sadly will need to take a break

Food was as per usual great. Driver not so much, was marked as delivered and turned up 15 mins after the fact then almost delivered to the wrong address. Even after being given directions.

The chicken is fresh and tender, let alone warm, soaked in a sauce to my liking for a reasonable price on a free delivery. I keep on coming back.

It is imperialism and money grabbing for businesses to expect non Muslims, atheists and secular people to eat halal meat. It is time to spare a thought for Jews who have no kosher meat in the whole of Kent. Halal meat is overrepresented. Multiculturalism is a racist two tier hierarchical system which treats Muslims as first class citizens and Jews as second class citizens.

Amazing crunchy chips. Their halloumi wrap is delicious. Fillet chicken burger is juicy. Also their 1/2 burger is lovely too. Fast delivery and food is always hot.

The order was over 2 hours late

Ordered chicken and lamb doner, doner meat was ok but not as nice as other places but what did it for me was the chicken doner.. not only was it burnt it was Rock hard/rubbery and chewy could barely swallow it. It had no flavour at all. Definitely felt it wasn’t cooked fresh on the day, it tasted like yesterday’s leftovers or even the previous day. My order with other items came to £33. I would have complained but I was so hungry at the time I just persevered and worked my way through it. Won’t

Not bad at all! The food was scrumptious, the chicken was soft enough to eat through, the chips were banging, and they had my favourite drink, which is strawberry mirinda! The only downside is the waiting, which took about 20-25 minutes, apart from that... this'll be my go-to place for some local chicken, burgers, and even the cod! ^^

Iv waited over an hour and half for my food, and once I called them to chase it up- they said it's just leaving shop, then 15mins later I call again oh it's just leaving now. So told them to keep it, not even an apology almost 2hrs waiting for food is shocking. They should be removed from just eat-im about to just eat my left arm through hunger.!

Donna Kebab greasy, sickly and meat hard. Disappointing.

When its good its good but recently thats one time in three. Chicken was actually crunchy/dry/chewy and the burger bun is often black all the way around. Totally dehydrated throughout and had to be torn apart to eat almost. I guess after a pink chicken complaint they are now erring on the side of caution and blasting it. The piri fries taste amazing but are occasionally floppy and under cooked. Sometimes you only get a few on top with the flavour on and sometimes theres so much it takes your breath away (id prefer the latter) haha. Wedges are always perfect! Beef Burgers are fine too. The ben and jerrys icecream was rancid at the bottom. Pure gone off milk from being refrozen many times or something. The icecream didnt always have the seal on either and was pretty much defrosted on arrival each time. They have such a unique flavour and quality taste but its just so inconsistent. Delivery time ranges from 30 mins to 1hr and a half but 50 minutes is the average maybe as im on the edge of ashford right up by the motorway. The drivers are always saying sorry sorry as they run up to my door. The Drivers are cool. They have good deals on the app but when you spend £15 for one person and its terrible it puts you off taking the risk very often. I want them to improve so i can enjoy it more often. Can the manager just do a secret order and try the food himself once a month to see how the service runs lol.

Just very reliable and prompt service

I don’t want to leave this company 1 star. I called them to place an order on 1st November. They put the order through and confirmed the amount, we paid and received confirmation the order was on the way. The manager then requested his staff to call me back and request I spent another £8 and cancelled my order without choice. I was then told I would receive £27 back in 48 hours after they took it from my bank account. The manager of this establishment couldn’t manage his way out of a wet paper bag, he made his staff call us back to cancel an order and request a re order over the sake of £8. They refused to do free delivery for a £30 order although in just eat it stated free delivery for orders over £30. Now I’ve had to spend money at another restaurant and waiting for the money to be refunded back to my bank account. The level of customer service is shocking. This place need a new manager, absolute flannel. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!

Made an order via foodhub for collection. An hour and a half later I got tired of waiting for the food so I called to cancel the order, but 'apparently', the food was just standing there for the whole hour and a half... The 'live' status never changed from 'Still Cooking' and they never thought of giving me a call. Sadly, I cannot comment on the food, but customer service was very poor... Of course, they just blamed me for not picking it up.

top tier. food is always cooked very well, no issues. very happy with everything !! chicken is never dry and the flavors are great. changed their peri salt seasoning on their chips which is so much better but i wish they’d cover the chips at the bottom too.

I ordered Extra hot chicken, but I received plan chicken which was not my order. When I called to the shop, they said give the chicken back and we will inspect and send you the correct order, which will take again 45 minutes. I had no choice rather to accept, what ever I received. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately our food took 90 mins with me having to contact just eat and then directly. Then the fries were missing from the order such a long wait and then missing food is quite annoying! Saying that the food was lovely but I’m not sure I would order again! They should have updated the timings to ensure customers know there is a delay instead of just leaving them just waiting to see if the order is even coming! Hopefully get my money back for my missing items.
