I used to often order from here, but I’ve found the quality has got so much worse the past few times I’ve had it, but tonight is the worst. Completely tasteless and soggy. Really disappointed considering the prices have gone up.

over an hour late .. food was wet soggy and cold...no apologie from the driver who for some reason didn't wanna knick on my door

I ordered wings and a whole chicken. the whole chicken is too burnt and its wings just look like coals.

The best wings in a 100 mile radius. They are that good I have friends from London request me bring them. If you go here get the wings or grilled chicken. They get that right 1000%

Great food. But the delivery service is lacking....been a long term customer...and the delivery times keep getting longer. We've gone from average of an hour....to now 1 hour 20 average. Not good enough.

Not only did the order take 1hrs 30 minutes the food was cold and pita bread was harder than a metal… disappointed only buy if you do pick up otherwise it’s not worth it.

Hour late food was all leaking out and cold , I want a refund , I get food from here often and never complain but this was outrageous

i ordered food directly from their site and took 3 hours to deliver, otherwise the time shown was 35 mins , and everytime i called, they give lame excuses and have zero manners to talk.

Ordered a panini, onion rings, and rice. Took 1 hour 45 minutes to arrive, with no status updates on the just-eat page. Panini and onion rings were at room temperature and the rice was slightly warm. Completely inedible.

Actually always the Ashford peri peri foods are great, I have try all the foods which the test are awesome.

1st time trying this take away food, I had the chicken panini, the chicken was hard as hell and so dry. I couldn't eat it. A waste of £10.

I made this order at about 9:45pm, waited an hour and called the number here on just eat, I was told the road was blocked hence, driver will be late. I was standing outside with my phone all the while I was waiting. No one came, no calls came in. After another 40 minutes I called again and was told I was not answering my call. This is my first time hearing that my phone number was a problem. Please I need my money back. I can not have this tonight.

Great milkshake but don’t understand why it took over an hour to be delivered

always love there chicken and the rice boxes are really good for the price creamy coleslaw is some of the best I've had in a long time small but great and u can buy 4oz pots of there marinade wich I love and all round fair prices and I'm still can't wait till tomorrow to have it again

when it got to 21:00 (the latest time of arrival) it says it was delivered but i got a call at 21:05 ish saying he was lost

I ordered from here the delivery guy was banging on my back gate couldn't be bothered to open the gate and knock on my door then when I did hear him and open the gate he got all in my face having a go at me saying how he was knocking on my gate for ages was all in my face, I explained to him how my gate works and how to knock on a door as I was in the living room watching TV and I'm heavy pregnant I can't just jump up and run he continued to shout at me like I was at fault before getting in he's car and driving off, awful service

Used to order all the time. Apparently this is normal to have this much peri salt on peri fries. [Picture doesn't do it justice] This is after I have tried to shake and sieve the chips. Rather than rectify the mistake they said its my fault for ordering and not asking for less. Am i tripping? Just lost a loyal customer over a portion of chips. Could have simply replaced with normal chips or said next time chips free.

food is always amazing. their chicken is better than the one from nandos and maybe even cheaper. there’s a lot of sauce and very well seasoned. their EXTRA hot is hot, will keep your mouth burning for a bit even if you’re used to spice. their cooking and delivery takes over an hour so make sure to order early.

Delicious and high quality whilst also being affordable. One of the best takeaways in Ashford. Chicken is always juicy and well seasoned. Portions are always very good. The prices are not that different to kfc or McDonald’s either

Delicious and great value for money. one note of caution, if you get the Jalapeno and cream cheese poppers, they're not the same as other places, these have a kick but if you like a bit of spice then I thoroughly recommend them.

Half the order was left at the store, chicken burger had chilli sauce rather than burger sauce. Food that was forgotten was then delivered cold. Disappointed really.

I received very bad service. My order took forever to be delivered. First, the delivery time was changed and more time was added. Despite this, it still did not arrive on time. I had to go out, and there was no one to receive my order.

Not explained about price and payment. When asked for refund for cash payment so I get 10% discount they told that they didn’t know how to do card refunds.

where’s my food saying it’s been delivered nothings at my door step i’ve been waiting here for 25 minutes

I ordered extra spicy full chicken and a half today , with fries, all were sooo salty, no one could eat chicken or fries as it was full of salt. Chicken was burned and there was some mold like thing every where (cooking sauce??) which gave the saltines. It was my second order and foest one was good few months ago. I will never recommend this food as my family and the visitor experienced the most terrible dinner today.👎👎👎

unfortunately this take a way has gone down hill. Cold food, substitute orders which isn't what I ordered and rude delivery driver *again*. I've always given Ashford peri peri 5* but the last 2 times is unacceptable, which is a shame. Last time I order from here. Roll on Chicken World in Repton Park!

My favourite chicken place outside of Popeyes (very different though) thier Chicken is 10/10 and worth every penny - Get the Peri Fries and Hot Wings!

Food arrived cold and the pitta was spicy after I asked for plain. Making it hard to eat.

Basic shop but the food was delicious nicely cooked chicken and the peri marinade was really good (I got extra hot). Very reasonable price and they give 10% off with cash

chicken had a stay in the mouth burnt taste on the skin 1 bit and my mouth just had that burnt taste flavours of everything were good I'm just bummed about the taste it was giving off from the skin. 4 times I've ordered and that's the only time it's been like that hope it's abit better next time

For sure the best chicken wings in the whole city! … kebabs,sauces and dips are second to none….. the coleslaw is amazing and very different as is not like runny mayo. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food they serve. Worth the money!

Absolutely disgusting customer service driver did not knock or try to deliver to my address after waiting an hour and half for the delivery. Never will use again shocking then the man did not give me chance to speak and explain and put the phone down on me!

In terms of food flavours and quality, this place is hands down better than Nandos. It only suffers from slower delivery service which can take up to an hour, sometimes more. It's best to go collect it yourself if you are really hungry.

I was looking for a Peri Peri chicken other than Nando's and was pleasantly surprised. It tastes good and you have a big portion. I have called and the order turned up in 45mn, although they warned me it would take an hour. I will order again!

The food here too is too cheap and needs to look at Smokeys in canterburys prices, the wings and food at ashford peri peri is the best, I feel they need to be uping the prices on there menu.

Ordered lamb kebab with bbq sauce but got this weird cheese sauce and this is what it looked like once taken out the bag, had to wait at least 40 mins for it but there was only around 10 people in the kebab shop and again we were all waiting for one after the other, staff didn’t seem to be in a rush to make the food, won’t be ordering again from here

I have been ordering this atleast once or twice a month consecutively for the pat few months as I liked it very much. spicy to a level of a South Indian. The chicken platter body can be made into two halves as the masala can penetrate better.

I order my food at 20:20, just eat app said 35 - 40 mins for delivery. I received my order at 21:57. The food is cold. Very unhappy. No courtesy call from the restaurant to notify me of a delay. My family sat round the dinner table waiting for food. Very disappointing

I am an Asian and I liked it very much. You would like it you fancy spicy chicken platter. I ordered for extra hot and the preparation was quite fresh. The onion rings are not crispy and did not like it much. The chips was pretty average.
