So good. My usual go to kebab place in Ashford that will never disappoint. Would also recommend getting the app as it has reward points for you. I normally order the combination kebab with chicken and doner with chilli sauce and a pot of garlic sauce as extra. The sizes are also very generous. It always slaps. I don’t know what magic they put in there but it is sooo good. 10/10 amazing.

Guys are friendly, nice appearance and very professional. Both in uniform and wearing hats. Place is clean inside. And finally- food is delicious!!! The only problem is, no chicken doner, which I like some time. All the rest is perfect. Salads fresh. I'll give them a 6 stars out of 5 !!! P.S. and free delivery for over 12£

I order here far too often, but they are the best kebab place around! Always nice food, and the House Special meal is amazing. My only gripe is I always order apple tango and most of the time get given orange tango, but as the food is decent I'll let them off!

I have had this dish here for years under different management, chicken and lamb portion has gotten smaller. The lamb Donner meat was also cold. Pita bread and salad were excellent, 5 stars for vegetarians

Probably the best kebab shop in the town centre. I think many places get their meat and sauces from the same wholesalers, but these guys seem to be better than most.

Ordered through Uber, simple order, nearly 30 mins late, missed parts of order, when called they said they will send out missing items, never received anything! It's ok to get an order wrong but don't lie and keep customers waiting! How are these people up for awards? Far too many kebab options locally to consider buying from here again! Pretty disgraceful behaviour really when it comes to customer service!

got a order off just eat, it was ok but chips tasted stale and dry, hollumi wrap was average too much food shoved into a wrap, ingredients didn’t taste fresh and the hollumi was in fat chunks. the whole thing wrap, chips, pitta, hummus etc was so dry

Excellent döner and kofta kebabs with fresh salad and above average chips. This rating is for collection. I used the delivery service once and will not do so again.

I'm 53, I've had plenty of kebabs in that time! I can honestly say though, I've never had a better one than from the Kent Kebab house. Genuinely. Meat was tasty but not greasy, salad sas crisp and fresh and the chips.. wow! hot and crispy. Perfect. Highly recommended.

So let down by this place. Order said delivery between 8.10-8.30pm. Rang numerous times after 9pm to be told it was on its way. Rang for a last time at 9.25pm and had to cancel and await refund. No apology, no offer to send me anything and I’ve been using this place for years! Never again

Every time I order from this place, they deliver my food within the expected time period. That’s a very big plus as these days some places tend to do late deliveries and bring cold food which happened to me many times unfortunately. However, this place is surprisingly quick. Their food is above average. It’s worth a try.

This used to be the Best Kebab in town. Expensive compared to others in town but worth it. Unfortunately Today they got my order wrong I had asked for Chicken Shish wraps meal and got in pitta. The Kent kabab was dry as a #@£&-*©™✓[\ . They used to be the best but have gone down hill. I went back they were great to offer a replacement. But it had spoilt the evening. They were kind enough to Offer a refund. Please please please 🙏🙏 improve and get back to being the best.

A bit disappointed, they used to serve their Donor meat thin and cut well , last 3 times it has come chunky and looked like it had been carved with an axe. Probably won’t order there again 👎🏽

Do not order from theses guys I ordered food for me and my misses off of uber eats at like 10.20pm. Waited over an hour n half then finally phone the restaurant.. the guy answered the phone said to give the driver a couple more minuets n if not phone back.. over 30minuets later I've tried on several occasions to phone the kebab house and they have not answered one of the 25 calls I made. Rubbish place do not go there they have no respect

Superb food and staff. 😊 Im so glad this little business, that has become a part of local history, has survived the greed focused, finance driven ignorance of ABC, after they sold one lane of the ring road to Debenhams, allowing them to cast their bleak, leeching shadow over the local businesses there, without any care for whether the businesses would survive or not. Such a beautiful irony now that Debenhams stands derelict, like the death star, and Kent Kebab still thrives in its dark shadow.. so beautidul.. I belive the 'B' in ABC stands for Borg..

We have been going to kent kebabs for years. But over the last 6 months things have gone down hill They never listen to little salad. No putts and the chicken was crunchy Also the chips were very dry. With no flavour we will not be using this place any more

(I have a very big fan base) You keep me waiting for over & hour & accepted the order? Rather than just declining & saving me waiting for 90 minutes. I'll be contact with the bank to get my money & how I just find it cute how your company handled the situation. Just decline the order next time, practically scamming. You can't take money & not deliver the food. Funny company. Your boss needs to grow up.

I ordered a meat and chips wrap and a chicken burger with some fries on the side, I’ve always used Kent kebab, and when they started doing delivery I was absolutely thrilled, fast delivery friendly service and the food is great definitely order again keep up the great work thanks.

first time ordered from kent kebab house food was great delivered within time frame. The second time waited well over an hour for food for it to arrive cold and with half food missing when I rang them to tell them this they told me the rest would come within 15 mins 40 minutes later the rest of the food arrived 😡🤬 tonight again thinking maybe it was a one off but No same happened again ordered my food at 17.50 food arrived at 19.20 cold with part of order missing rang again was told I would get rest of my order within 10 minutes it is now 20.20pm still haven't arrived!!🤬🤬🤬

Waited over an hour and a half for my food then when it turned up we were missing part of our order !!! When I called I got told they were busy, not an excuse to miss items off orders I am afraid . Anyway they told me they would have my missing item out to me in 10 minutes . Well half an hour later we still have no item ! Wont order from these again 😡

We had been using this kebab house for years. Its gradually got worse and worse. Topped it today with a 2 hr wait for 2 kebabs. The women on the phone is rude and clearly not interested in customer service. I would avoid, we will be.

Mrs kebab dripping in grease. Chips were rock hard an tasted old deff not fresh. Doner meat nothing to rave about. I paid for a pit of garlic sauce that i never got so out of pocket there. Tried this place due to the reviews and not quite sure what to say the food deff did not match the reviews online. Neither of us got anywhere near to finishing.

Very nice food but do not use just eat. Orders delivered short with no recourse other than to use messaging tool and sit in a queue. Makes for a very disappointing experience.

Had a kebab from this place for the first time. It was very over priced for what you get it would be ok if you don’t mind having a whole onion on your plate. Chips were anemic and cold. The kebab meat was nice but that was the only part , but didn’t get that much for the amount of chips. My friend had a Donnor kebab and she couldn’t eat the pitter bread because it was socked in onion juice. I will not be coming here again.

On average, this is the best Kebab - the meat is juicy and delivered hot and the salad is generous (WITH red cabbage! not many places use red cabbage anymore, so I'm glad this place does!).However, on one occasion they forgot to send the salad! Was disappointed that night, but that's only happened once, hence only 4 stars.

It's good most off the time but tonight it was disappointing

Disappointing first experience with their delivery. Order was over half an hour late, order was missing a drink and the delivery driver short changed me! (yes I should have checked the change). I then tried to contact them over the next 30 minutes a total of 32 times and not once did they bother to answer the phone. All in all an extremely disappointing experience for what is always a great kebab when you actually go in for it. Would not recommend at all!!!

Gone downhill with new management, food isnt the quality it used to be, doner was not cooked, very greasy, sauce tasted odd, some staff look like they dont care much, staff change a lot too. Not what it was under Michael.
