Fantastic service, super quick as well. I didn't realise there was 2 lanes to the drive thru. Staff really friendly and polite, loads of parking around it.

Terrible slow service and after waiting for ages the food was unappealing

Food acceptable. As per usual, the restaurant was overwhelmed with rude and ignorant delivery drivers who refused to wait in the queue with everyone else and pushed past paying customers as their delivery's were more important. Time McDonald's got a grip of this as it is now a regular occurance.

Always don't give you all your order in drive thru

Terrible, waiting too long for food.

For some reason the food always takes a very long time and is always cold ???, and this is when I am ordering in person in the restaurant. Last week my food was left on the counter for 15 minutes because the girl didn't pay attention and inform her colleague that it was table service. Very shoddy location.

Ordered some drinks, waited 20 minutes to be told they don't have any tea or any chocolate milkshakes, they then wanted me to change my order rather than refunding me! Got a refund in the end. Also couldn't get near the counter as there must have been 10 - 12 delivery collection drivers from all the known sites blocking the way for normal customers

Honestly not the best McDonald's. Food is often prepared poorly, you will likely have to wait a while. And food may be cold. The staff are nice for the most part. Also the carpark is very cramped.

If I could rate 0 I would. Simply ordered a coffee through the drive through. Paid fine then waited at the next window for 10 minutes until this ginger lady finally decided to make my coffee and stop faffing about. And then all I got was SUGAR? shouted at me. Awful staff member.

Travelling home from a long drive and decided to stop at McDonald's for a refreshment stop about 9pm well I wish we didn't bother. Asked for a hot chocolate and got told by a young member of staff they can't do them as their machine is broken- no apology, no compassion just a member of staff who quite frankly didn't give a hoot. Asked what other drinks they can do instead and all she said was a caramel frappe- well we all know this isint the only other drink they do. We decided to leave it and try another McDonald's down the road. Avoid avoid avoid. Rude and incompetent staff.

Totally useless. Pop in last night for a quick coffee after attending an incident at Springfields. There were around 8 people waiting to be served. The order panels were not working, and there was no staff at the front of house. I believe there was a technical issue with the system. These things happen. But not at any point did any staff member explain what was happening! Some other customers tried to get the attention of staff members but were totally ignored. Absolutely dreadful service. The manager finally came out after one of the customers actually phoned. No explanation for the total lack of customer service. I think all the staff there last night need to send off on a customer service course, and the manager getting rid of!

You can definitely eat here quickly, the question is, is it healthy? Clean and affordable.

Food is your standard McDonald's quality, not great, not bad - Typical McDonald's Typically order via McDonald's app, delivered by Uber eats however it is becoming increasingly common for items to be missing or the specifics of orders items to be incorrect Ringing them to advise of this will typically get you a code to get a replacement for any missing items when you next visit them "in person" however there should be more attention to detail in the first place to prevent the need to issue replacement food codes, these codes can also not be used on the app which is a bummer

Ordered a meal, standard McDonald's fare. After my meal I ordered a Mcflurry. I had my earphones in and might not have heard the call. 10 mins after the order, I noticed it was ready to collect. Despite it being listed on the screen as ready to collect, it was nowhere to be seen. I eventually got hold of one of the busy staff and they disappeared around a corner, they returned with the ice-cream but it looked half eaten! I got the impression that one of the staff thought it was going spare and was tucking in when someone took it off them. It really grossed me out. The staff were busy and I'd already wasted too much time. Binned it and left. Not happy.

They were busy so delays were expected. No food just a milkshake and caramel frappe. To be very truthful, they're not what they used to be. Both a bit lackluster in flavour but served a purpose on a hot day

Can’t understand how u can go through the drive thru ask for sauces and get loads chucked in the bag. Pay extra for them on a delivery and get none. Also ordered the garlic cheese bites and no tomato sauce with those either!!! Food was cold, all had to go in the microwave!!

Half the EV charging bays contain petrol powered cars, losing business forInstavolt who have paid handsomely to place their chargers there. Two petrol cars have been parked for the duration of my recharge and downing of a coffee - do these belong to McDonald's employees?

Order a latte. Waited 3-4 mins. Showed on the screen that it was ready to collect from counter. Went and stood at counter. No one approached. Waited a further 18 minutes still nothing. When they bought the latte out, no apology. Yet at least 6 just eat orders came out and we're collected. Not to mention the flies!

After having a problem with a previous order I contacted this McDonald's to tell them and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service response by there assistant manager Matthew certainly excelled my expectations. Thanks Ray

Despite the fact that they were full to the brim we had our preorderd food brought to our table by an overbusy front of house worker who still managed a smile and a hello. The food arrived in the normal waiting time which was surprising with the amount of people waiting for orders. While there we made the most of the stop by using the instavolt EV rapid chargers, just plugged in and let the car recharge while we ate while the ICE customers there would still have to queue in the adjacent garage to refuel if needed, see that's how you arrange charging stops so an EV doesn't add journey time to charge them.

Get ready to wait ages behind Deliveroo couriers etc for the simplest of orders. You’re best off going to Subway nearby for a quick meal or takeaway.

Second time I order by deliver and I don't get my food I sped for that £5 and I don't receive and when I try to sorted no answer. Never ever. Mc Donald said that is because uber deliver no that is Spalding MC Donald take for them self food but we are paid for that food

Genuinely the worst McDonald's restaurant in the UK, the food is always sub par and cold by the time it arrives, be that via delivery or by the time you've waited longer than it would have taken to order your food inside when sat in the drive thru. The staff aren't coordinated and stand around talking rather than serve, that's if they even get your order right in the first place. The general atmosphere is depressing and none of the staff serve with a smile. After years of constant negative experiences at this particular location I have decided it would be more beneficial to try and eat a frozen burger fresh from my freezer as the food poisoning and hell that my body would go through would be an infinitely more pleasurable experience than having to ever eat or make any kind of order at this location again in my life. I've pushed excrement out of my own rear end with more personality, life and edible material in it than this restaurant has ever produced out of its staff, service or what can only be described as barely edible products a lot more times than this sorry excuse for a McDonald's location can say it's ever had a positive impact on anyone's life in the local area.

I will NEVER order ANYTHING!!! They are always missing something..The last time they forgot all the dips that I paid and missing some items.They totally ruined my dinner and my day! I couldn't eat my food !!! SHAME ON YOU.This happened 3rd and last time. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Friendly staff, food is good. And in McDonalds tradition, it is dead cheap. Internally it's much better and feels bigger. Ordering through the app for delivery to table can take ages, and had loads of recent orders that have taken about 20 mins and come cold. Fries are hit & miss, hope you get hot ones!

Delivery was prompt. But unfortunately the food was diabolical. We ordered a wrap with no egg instead there was no bacon and no tomato sauce in both wraps. My husband's wrap was upside down and falling apart as soon as the open. Obviously there's no care given when making of this. The the flatbreads were the only thing that was considered okay. As of a employee from 14 years ago the quality of care has slowly deteriorated.

Reasons for the low ratings: Over the years, "Mac Donalds" was great value for money. However, over the last 2-3 decades, there has been a gradual increase in price and a definite reduction in portion size as well as staffing levels, causing mistakes after mistakes, both financial and wrong orders. I've been on the receiving end of these mistakes. So, I'm not pleased. I therefore reciprocate "Mac Donalds" dis-service by staying away and would only visit "Mac Donalds"only when absolutely necessary (i.e., family pressure). But this will now change as explained below . It has also been brought to my attention that "Mac Donalds" are involved in the funding of Isreal. So, I urge the management to relinquish all ties with the rouge state of Isreal, I know I can't tell you who to do business with, but the chance of me revisiting "Mac Donalds" will now be NIL. I therefore will not explain the rest of this survey. Mr M Ali.

Idk why, but the food is always cold. The fries are like soggy cardboard or really crunchy. The service is usually pretty good. Only eat in if you like being uncomfortable.

I absolutely love this McDonald's, it is quite simply the best I have been to. . The staff are friendly and efficient, with service being very quick. There is none of this " please go and wait in one of the bays for an hour while we prepare your food☺️" for the food to come out cold, with a melted milkshake and half a mcflurry.🤷 At this restaurant the food is always hot and you get a full mcflurry. The site that the McDonald's is situated on is very spacious, with plenty of room to manoeuvre your car, the parking is designed to go around the outside of the McDonald's building, in single bays which makes it a lot easier to park and access your car with or without your food if you decide to eat in. The restaurant is modern and clean with friendly happy staff. They are open till midnight 7 days a week. It is well worth the visit if you like a Maccie D's, and you are in the area☺️

I work all day and sometimes at night, so I rely on Spalding McDonald's... disappointment! every time I pay and they don't give me everything I ordered and paid for, something is always missing, stuff I ask for cutlery because I work in some places where I don't have a kitchen available and punctually no cutlery, it's frustrating. today I called before the delivery and asked for cutlery with the salad, I open and they gave me two knives! change jobs guys,the only good staff is the delivery

ordered food to be delivered i was really looking forward to my triple cheeseburger and the new mozzarella bites with the rich tomato dip. everything else came but i was particularly excited for those. my triple cheeseburger did not come and neither did the rich tomato dip. so i had to suffer with dry mozzarella bites and no triple cheeseburger. i am left very annoyed, ruined my night.

The place was closed due to tills not working. Not accepting any payment in cash either. Food going in bin because people couldn't buy it. Lack of organising by management

Like any other MCDONALD'S, I found it pretty clean inside and out. The bathrooms were clean. I can't say that the food is very healthy, but when you get hungry it's ok. If I'm passing through that area again and I'm hungry😉 I'll definitely stop by again

Had a food delivery that was ordered of the mcdonals app. We've used this before and for the 4th or 5th time now half the order was missing. Ring up carnt even get the food that was paid for have to contact head office yet last time was able to go to the restaurant and collect it. Won't be ordering again

Slow service going through the drive through. Ordered a chicken Big Mac and saw two bits of long thin plastic like hot glue inside it when I picked it up. Have complained to McDonald’s but they haven’t responded. Won’t be going here again.

Mcdonalds of Spalding is terrible. I never usually order food for delivery off the main menu for delivery because of the same issues previously im about to mention but due to health issues, i did, ordering from the Mcdonalds App. Missing items and poor quality of food. Yes, its fast food but seriously, you expect to get fries that are cooked and to get all the items you ordered and paid for! And when you call them, all they say is come and get the missing items.

No vegan options for breakfast and no vegan milk which is very disappointing. Service basic, nothing extraordinary, serving butter for a scone bun nothing to spread this with.

My wife and I had a lovely breakfast roll meal here this morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. If we are ever in this direction in the future, we will definitely be calling here again. I know parking is limited, but a few more disabled bays would be good.

Every time I come my order is never right, I just ordered a double cheese burger and made it clear for no onions or mustard to be added, staff are friendly and no problems with customer interaction but I’m not happy with my food, on top of that my coke tastes very watered down and I am displeased.

Come on, most disappointing Maccy D's I've had in years! Evening drive through, milkshake machine out of order, Took takeout home (4mins away). Food 🥶. Had to chuck the chips, cold and dry. 😌. The dogs enjoyed the cheese burger. Need to do better, please...

Been here a few times, I go to McDonald's for consistency and fast food while traveling for work to keep me going in-between proper meals. USUALLY I love these restaurants but unfortunately the last few times I have been here I have received cold burnt food (I don't know how this happens lol), wait times over 20mins even though drive through and restaurant was dead and served by unhygienic staff (dirty clothes and hands) generally underwhelming experience and will be avoiding this one in future.

Drive through waiting time is not acceptable No click and collect spaces. Delivery drivers park there. Missing ingredients, cutlery, sauces. Always same not changed

Great customer service when visiting the store tonight. I visit the store a lot but tonight there was a young member of staff at the window and they were so polite and friendly it was nice and refreshing! I think their name was Kayden and they was lovely and chatty. A real pleasure for the store to have!

Called here Saturday 24th Feb just for a drink. I went to the counter to order, it wasnt too busy, took 10 mins to take my order and 5 mins for it to be served which isnt good

Absolute joke, Payed £2.28 for the new Kit Kat ruby special McFlurry and they filled it less than half the tub!!!!! I then went to the manager to complain and add more ice cream but they did not add anymore ice cream they just close the lid of the tub to hide it. Really disappointed here and need for improvement is evident !!

Recent experiences have shown me that this branch seems to have improved a bit. It is more likely that an order will actually be correct but I still recommend you check your order before leaving the branch. Their wireless internet and app are a bit more reliable but I still sometimes have problems. It is much more difficult to get a parking space or room in branch with the large number of delivery drivers hanging around the place waiting in the hope of an order. It is still too long to wait for collecting an order as priority seems to be given to drive through but even that rarely moves fast enough. It seems they simply don't have enough staff to cope but that might be a short sighted cost saving idea. I would recommend this branch but only as there is little to no option in the area.
