Chilli Hut in South Holland

We had a delivery, the delivery came the meal we had ordered was a pilau rice short, this is EXACTLY what happened the time before, I rang the last time and they said “ would you like us to send one out to you? (In which case the meal would be cold as we live quite a while away) as said no I’m just letting you know that it hasn’t arrived and please be a bit more attentive for the rest of the community you serve.I shall not be ringing them up to explain what has happened AGAIN, I would rather post my sad experience I have had with them again on here, it just ruins the meal.

I've been using chilli hut for 4 years and the service has gradually got worse. The lady on the phone is really helpful and the food is great but every time we order the delivery takes 2 hours plus. When you speak to them they apologise and say it won't happen again but it does. Rui s the kids Friday night treat because they can't stay awake for it. A real shame they can't get their act together. Now it's too late for dinner and I have 2 very upset children. I won't be using you again

Have ordered take away food to be delivered on 3 separate occasions now as local to us. Each delivery has been missing items that were ordered over the phone and we made sure that we went over the ordered items twice with the person taking the order. Never again will we order any more food from this takeaway as one person this evening went without eating and I had to cook a dinner for this person. I did ask for the order to be redelivered however was informed that no drivers were available. DO NOT ORDER for delivery from this Takeaway If you wish to receive a complete order. 3 times now is a joke !!!

Food is probably the best of takeaways in holbeach but once you ring you number get stored and sends you spam msgs and the cost to unsubscribe pretty poor with privacy.

Ordered pizzas, korma, and chips. Arrived hot and was delicious... Staff are polite and efficient. Thank you for a great meal 😁👌

We had a leaflet through the door and thought we’d give chilli hut a try. It said it had an app so we used that. The app said food would be 1 hour 20mins. The food actually arrived 2 and a half hours later. It was luke warm and soggy- the worst kebabs we have ever ordered! If we were paying cash we would have cancelled the order!! We added salad on it and the only salad we got was soggy lettuce-no cabbage what so ever-do not order from here-eastern delight at holbeach is by far superior!!!

we always use their delivery service.it is always delivered before the delivery time and always hot. the food is tasty and plenty of it.

They have some much choice, sometimes it seem to much and very difficult to chose from, nice and hot and very fresh,staff very friendly,and easy to park

Sometimes we use this takeaway 3 times a week, until September this year, it seems has gone down hill again, we ordered are Currys and I just didn't taste right like they should the spinach was very bitter and very vinegary , another order later in September it took 2 and 1/2 hours to get here and the Lamb turned out to be chicken. Normally the staff are very good and friendly especially Trevor the driver, but one of the ladies on the phone can be very rude, we were going to try again over Christmas but some of the reviews on here still saying it's not good .

Stayed in the local travelodge last night and we got an Indian from the chilli hut. I had chicken passanda, onion bajhi and cheese naan. The passanda was lovely, with flaked almonds and nice and thick. The onion bajhi was a little greasy but it had a meaty consistency (I don’t know if it had meat in) and although the naan tasted little of cheese I really enjoyed it. Will definitely order from here next time we are in the area. I would recommend they review their website as it showed them being closed.

We called them at 5 pm - & it is now 8pm and we are still waiting for part of our order... 3 hours later... Even though we have been regular customers and tonight we spent £45.00 they still have not bothered to bring our complete order. Even though we tipped them tonight AND every night. I have called 3 times to chase the missing order - only to be told ‘blah blah, someone is coming, blah blah’. But no one has been. Half the time they bring cold food; spilled sauces and they rarely remember ordered drinks... Appalling service, disgusting attitude. Won’t be getting my business any more... Zero out of ten.

i called at this place few nights ago to be served by a rather rude woman who didnt want to help a ladie came in from the back who was very helpful she was doing deliveries but would make a much better counter assistant she was trying to help me with the slushes and the woman with glasses was so miserable i wont be calling again next time i will order delivery hopefhlly get the lady driver

I made a order today and the lady on the phone JULIE was so disrespectful. I wouldn't be ordering from this place any more

We ordered a home delivery last night. This was Chicken Tilka Byriani - dry chicken and bland, garlic naan - dry and tough, chefs special mixed meat curry - had a bit of flavour but not enough, mushroom rice- tinned mushrooms no flavour. Free poppadoms were soft but the chickens enjoyed them. Will not be returning ☹️

Never disappoints on collection or delivery. If you can’t find anything on the vast menu then your not hungry! Friendly staff....... the curry’s are amazing!

Para el 4 de julio tiempo malo en casa entrega alimentos entregados, para ser sincero, ni siquiera llamar para decirles simplemente decidimos que sea la última vez que lo uso. Una comida bien otros mal. . No esperar una persona mientras que teléfono para quejarme y pedir otra orden de ambas comidas, así que podemos comer juntos en una fiesta?

Have had very good pizzas from here and have also tried their curries. They are often busy which is a good sign and open very late. They do a vast menu and some meal deals. Recommended.

Plenty choice to suit everyone's taste... We use them regularly and always enjoyed their food ... Can be busy so may have to wait a bit longer but they warn you if that's the case

Good food! Got a take out last night and everything tasted as it should. Really enjoyed the pizza, first barbecue base ive had and I was not dissatisfied

Have a takeaway it's fab! Curry menu is fantastic we are always impressed...one of the best takeaways around, delivery is fairly quick and worth the wait, good value for money too.

Never had a problem lovely tea I didn't have to cook thanks lads. We had the family pizza deal and I am completely stuffed. It seems like we always have lots for the next day.

Comida sabrosa. Precios razonables. Personal amable. Siempre mi ir a llevar a menos que quieres mixto shish kebab. Si no adecuado shish kebab le hubiera dado 5 estrellas ya que no soy un fan de carne donner. Mi favorito es el pollo Korma con naan....

Quick, quality take away with friendly service. Very comprehensive menu with a few tasty unusual dishes. Freshly cooked while you wait -spoilt for choice

I'm a big lover of chilli hut, used them for years, they do great food and provide friendly service, back in 2010 we broke down near the olde ship inn and the manager of chilli hut gave up his time and took us to a petrol station and got us on our way, can't ask for better service than that, great food and a mechanic lol, They are great well recommend!

Excellent takeway. Chef made a medium dish for me into a mild one. It was deliscous and plentiful. Can recommend. Vegetation food lovely too.

A wide selection of food, including several veggie options. Service was quick and polite and prices are very reasonable
