Chilli Hut Long Sutton Lincs. Once AGAIN provided a fantastic meal in great time with value for money. My best compliment goes to the customer service. I have a food phobia and need the food items separated especially chips which they do every time. Plus Chilli Hut do the very very best crispy chips amazing. 10/10 ten out of ten. Hightly recommended

I ordered a Donna meat box with extra garlic mayo and extra chilli sauce was delivered hot and tasty but no sauce at all !!! Iv been using this takeaway for 5 yrs but never have I got what I didn't ask for !!!!! Very disappointed with this service so be careful what u order as they don't listen to you order on the phone and give you what they think uv ordered !!!!

Awful awful service. Got put on hold within a second of the guy answering and heard him take someone else’s order.. when I questioned him about he acted like yeah and what? Allow getting an order for this guy.

I popped in to the Chilli Hut to order my takeaway in person. I spoke to the lovely lady and Sonny about how important the oder was. A dear friend home from a hospital stay really wanted a Chicken Shish Kebab with crispy chips. I ordered plain Chicken Tikka boiled rice with vegetable curry. The food was absolutely exceptional. The Chicken Shish Kebab was so brilliantly cooked the wrap freshly baked and the chips crispy and dry. My dearest friend after all she had been through cried out of joy for the happiness this meal provided. I loved mine too. Thank you Sonny for providing so much happiness and joy for someone recently home from hospital. We will be back..again and again and again and.....xxx

Ordered their whole tandoori chicken with prawn puri’s, strange combo but it was delicious. The chicken is melt in your mouth soft and the tandoori flavouring is lovely. Prawn puri was excellent, perfectly cooked and very tasty with the salad and mint sauce. Do yourself a favour and order this one day soon ❤️

First time ordering from here and won’t be the last, really lovely curries and delivered boiling hot. Delivery guy very friendly and good service! 10/10 <3

I can't seem to keep away from this place lately. just had another couple of pizzas from them and a kebab great as usual,, always consistent very tasty.. I'm gonna get a fat if I don't control myself. at all. so much better than Domino's.. I'm better prices..

Kebabs and pizzas were good but I just had the chewiest lamb bhuna delivered, im sure the meat was scared with a candle then thrown in the sauce

Food never delivered. Rude staff, owners threatening over the phone when I called about my order. Avoid

After waiting a very long time for delivery which I don't mind as long as the food is good, nothing arrived and we found that the driver did not attempt to leave their vehicle to deliver the food. They instead tried calling which was missed as the phone was on charge. After calling back they said that they would deliver the food but we would have to wait by the main door of the flat. Due to the time taken and missed calls we accepted this. Waiting by the door for the driver to arrive he then sits in his car and tries calling again. No attempt to deliver the food to the door or ring the bell which is working. Could have rang the bell the first time and would have been a successful delivery. We had to go out to the car to receive the food in the end after he sat there and beeped his horn. Very rude and not the service I'd expect. Also had the cheek to say, "doesn't your phone work?". Well I guess his legs don't! Terrible service and mediocre food. Will not be ordering again!

Food always good, hot and tasty

Orderd a garlic nan donar with salad and extra garlic mayo and extra chilli sauce !!!!! I got a nan no garlic No garlic mayo !!! Let alone requesting extra No chilli sauce also after requesting extra !!!!! And for a treat the delivery driver left his delivery bag on the doorstep !!!! It stayed there for 3 days until I had had enough and threw this !!! Iv used chilli hut many times in the past 3 year and this was definitely the worst iv ever had if u ask for extra sauce u would expect more than normal not any at all !!!!!!!!

We had a delivery, the delivery came the meal we had ordered was a pilau rice short, this is EXACTLY what happened the time before, I rang the last time and they said “ would you like us to send one out to you? (In which case the meal would be cold as we live quite a while away) as said no I’m just letting you know that it hasn’t arrived and please be a bit more attentive for the rest of the community you serve.I shall not be ringing them up to explain what has happened AGAIN, I would rather post my sad experience I have had with them again on here, it just ruins the meal.

I have to say I am not happy with the food from this resturant 2 weeks ago ordered curries etc it was awful had it sent back wanted refund but no was credited so to day ordered lamb kebab well all i got was the meat which was cold no salad or cabbage no sauce so not happy..Will never order from them again.

If you like a kebab you need to try the ones on a naan from here they are the best ever!

They put mayo instead of garlic mayo in my kabab and salad when I said no salad. Girlfriend asked for chicken shish and got chicken tikka instead!

Had a spicy burger with chilli peppers and potato wedges. It was very good.

10/12 from the burger to curry's the flavours are spot on.. definitely recommend the chilli hut mix kebab Fast service. 100% worth a shout you wo t be disappointed.

Right first of all not happy with them forgetting part of my order not the first time they have forgotten something and the second thing is they got my order wrong!!

I've been using chilli hut for 4 years and the service has gradually got worse. The lady on the phone is really helpful and the food is great but every time we order the delivery takes 2 hours plus. When you speak to them they apologise and say it won't happen again but it does. Rui s the kids Friday night treat because they can't stay awake for it. A real shame they can't get their act together. Now it's too late for dinner and I have 2 very upset children. I won't be using you again

Had many take aways from Chili Hut over the last 6 years, it's the most impressive menu I've ever seen! Pretty much had a bit of everything and not one bad word or complaint.... The only problem I've ever had was a forgotten pizza on my order one evening and I phoned up straight away and within 10 minutes someone came back to deliver it... Highly recommend

Have ordered take away food to be delivered on 3 separate occasions now as local to us. Each delivery has been missing items that were ordered over the phone and we made sure that we went over the ordered items twice with the person taking the order. Never again will we order any more food from this takeaway as one person this evening went without eating and I had to cook a dinner for this person. I did ask for the order to be redelivered however was informed that no drivers were available. DO NOT ORDER for delivery from this Takeaway If you wish to receive a complete order. 3 times now is a joke !!!

Hey Friends, Indian food at Chilli Hut Long Sutton needs careful consideration. I ordered a chicken & lamb bryiani today with mild veg curry plus meat samosa and popadoms. In a word.. ARRGH NOOO.. the food was dry tasteless and very poor quality... I can't comment on the samosa as I didn't open the container. After a couple of bites of the main I didn't dare try it. Very disappointing as I have had a big day and have been travelling, so, just wanted some nice food. Their fried food burgers shish kebabs etc are GREAT but the extensive menu offering is NOT...they don't seem to be able to support the quantity with quality. STICK TO THE EASY MENU DONT ORDER ANYTHING ELSE... My opinion is I don't want flavourless Indian food microwaved within an inch of its life delivered to my house... Just saying... I personally got in my car and returned the food to the store that's how much of the hump I had. Sunny, the owner/manager did accept my complaint but I was told my challenge was the substitute chef who is working for a few days. And that it's his fault.. Really?? That ol chestnut... What happened to quality control on your food and the umpteen deliveries you've sent out?? I'm happy to buy take aways but I'm not happy to buy unpalatable food passed off as acceptable quality when it is not. Chilli Hut has given me a credit and offered to rectify the issue. So from a professional point of view I give them their due. I will not be buying any chefs specials or curry from their menu again and I urge you to think carefully especially if you know the meal.. You want to avoid being disappointed like I was.

3rd order delivered and 3rd time they have either messed up the order by sending something different to what was ordered or not sent it at all. It seems like no takeaways in long sutton can actually get a order right.

Shame they don't follow social distancing.

Food is probably the best of takeaways in holbeach but once you ring you number get stored and sends you spam msgs and the cost to unsubscribe pretty poor with privacy.

We had a leaflet through the door and thought we’d give chilli hut a try. It said it had an app so we used that. The app said food would be 1 hour 20mins. The food actually arrived 2 and a half hours later. It was luke warm and soggy- the worst kebabs we have ever ordered! If we were paying cash we would have cancelled the order!! We added salad on it and the only salad we got was soggy lettuce-no cabbage what so ever-do not order from here-eastern delight at holbeach is by far superior!!!

Food was delicious unfortunately you could see the oil/ghee sitting on top of the dishes. I love sag paneer and it was the best I have tasted up in this part of the world.

Paid for a half pounder burger and chips and cheese and drink 10 quid. The bun was like it had been washed under the tap it was so soggy. Think it was the grease. Felt bad when proper burger popped up so carried on using. If this is what you serve now I wont be back. Disgusting. !!

I go to the chilli Hut once a week to get a curry. Big portions & good value, best curry in the area just like proper Indian restaurant food (I'll be there at 5pm lol)

Just got our food, pizzas are fine but my curry and sagg Aloo are inedible so having to share with the kids .Won't be ordering again

They have some much choice, sometimes it seem to much and very difficult to chose from, nice and hot and very fresh,staff very friendly,and easy to park

Sometimes we use this takeaway 3 times a week, until September this year, it seems has gone down hill again, we ordered are Currys and I just didn't taste right like they should the spinach was very bitter and very vinegary , another order later in September it took 2 and 1/2 hours to get here and the Lamb turned out to be chicken. Normally the staff are very good and friendly especially Trevor the driver, but one of the ladies on the phone can be very rude, we were going to try again over Christmas but some of the reviews on here still saying it's not good .

Stayed in the local travelodge last night and we got an Indian from the chilli hut. I had chicken passanda, onion bajhi and cheese naan. The passanda was lovely, with flaked almonds and nice and thick. The onion bajhi was a little greasy but it had a meaty consistency (I don’t know if it had meat in) and although the naan tasted little of cheese I really enjoyed it. Will definitely order from here next time we are in the area. I would recommend they review their website as it showed them being closed.

Haven't had a takeaway from here in years and I won't be using it again. The prawn Bhuna was tough and watery and it was all really salty.
