Dirty tables but Mohan was helpful with the tables.

My flight was on 19 april and we did order from touch screen that burger king provided, when we did pay and it showed as "transaction failed" so we cancelled order. We didnt get the food and yess we did pay for it. We know after as no internet and didnt take picture at the time 🤐

One of the better restaurant options to get a quick bite when your stuck at Birmingham airport Departures and hungry. The food is usually hot and properly made and there's quiet areas of the restaurant where you can eat away from the hustle of the airport.

Excellent and loved it. I ate ‘Ultimate been burger’ and it was so delicious. Thanks for the staff for recommending the meal.

Just don't!!! Absolutely disgusted, the touch screen ordering system isn't user friendly! I tried to order a breakfast burger and hash browns, impossible!! So I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes to by served by a human but the big hairy bafoon on the front counter was a rude ignorant c**t that refused to take my order and insisted I use the touch screen, I was so hungry I tried again and managed to order hash browns with my breakfast burger, on receiving my order there were no hash browns! It was stated on my receipt that I didn't order hash browns! So angry! The burger was absolutely disgusting as was the price!! I left Burger King hungry disappointed and £10 down, A helpful tip to you all, go to Witherspoons instead, better food at a better price and it's straight across from burger king at Birmingham airport, I will never waist my money in any burger king ever again!

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Awful service (the self serve kiosks don’t even work so was then redirected to the main tills- would be nice if they had a sign on them so you don’t waste your time) we ordered a regular whopper meal and a regular double bacon cheeseburger meal, yet was charged for large and only realised afterwards The portion sizes are minimal and McDonald’s saver cheeseburgers are bigger than the overpriced Burger King ones. Not to mention you can’t even use your app to retrieve your points or even use your offers/rewards and so are forced to be overcharged Wouldn’t recommend at all

MrDW suggested Frankie & Benny, but after looking at the menu prices I decided to settle for a BK as it was half the price. Plus we got a soft drink with it too, & I know that I’d eat the meal as it was just about enough for me. That is rather than paying double for something that I didn’t want & couldn’t eat.

Arriving at BHX on Wednesday 27/04/22 around 6pm & after check-in before my long trip back to Australia I decided to call into Burger King & order a large Burger & fries. However I'm informed they will be closing very soon just before 7pm & I'm welcome to sit inside. My entire meal was rushed down with the sliding door closed with a small space to squeeze through & another staff member mopping the floors & couldn't relax eating & had no time to really taste the meal. Worst rushed meal I've ever experienced & paid GBP 7.99

Burger King used to do a vegetarian burger which was ok but now they only do a vegan royale which is more like fake chicken i suppose but is tasteless and disappointing texture. We were in a hurry so thought we would grab a burger. Never again.

Went to the counter today (10/12/19 1.30pm) to make my order- loan member of Staff just finished serving a Customer who went off with his order- she then began bagging up the fries without acknowledging me. I waited.........waited......couple of eye contacts made......still waiting........another couple of customers appear further down the counter- she goes straight over to them. I’m thinking maybe they’ve pre ordered, but nope, fresh order! I try to get her attention (I think she was purposely walking round to avoid me!) but no joy so I go to the other side of the counter but she carries on completely ignoring me although she can see me looking a bit perplexed! So I gave up!

Easy and convenient to get something to eat whilst at the airport or if staying at one of the hotels close by. Usual fast food menu, nothing out of the ordinary.

Dont usually visit this type of place but i was staying nearby in a hotel for the night and was struggling to find somewhere to eat. well it was great,looked and tasted very good indeed Only two on duty this sunday night and were both flat out. I was disgusted how some fellow diners just let the kids throw all all the empty packaging on the floor with no attempt to clean it up,but have no fear as soon as the girl behind the counter was able she was out with a broom and soon got it all ship shape again.I was very impressed to be honest because she also had time to laugh and joke with fellow diners.Cant wait till next time.

For the time we were travelling this was a quick alternative to sitting for a meal, food was ordered quickly and friendly and was piping hot compared to our local one. Early morning so was clean and tidy with loads of place to sit,

We tried to use self service but you cant change anything on the order.... you cant put no sauce... or no cheese.. We to the till... no menus to look at. So told the man what we would like... he had no idea... and was no help. We asked for a whopper with no sauce. And a bacon cheese burger.. whopper come with sauce. Bacon burger no cheese.. rubbish . Chips and onions rings lovely.

My man was staving and he needed his food so the cheapest nearby was Burger King and he had a crispy tender chicken, chips and coke. He enjoyed the burger he did very tasty and convenient. I was disappointed there was no milkshakes as I wanted to try the Oreo fusion instead I had the tango slush of £3.99 which is what you get for airports. Will return again.

We just wanted somewhere to have our evening meal, as the restaurant in our hotel (a few minutes away) had no spare tables. Most of the airport arrivals eateries were closing for the night but Burger King was still open. I don't really like burgers and was disappointed that their "King Fish" wasn't advertised - yet when I asked, it was available (that's the only reason I haven't given it a top score). They were about to close so we couldn't eat in but the staff helpfully directed us to another area with tables and we were able to sit comfortably and enjoy our meal.

It was convenient and quick. Food was hot and as with Burger King tasty. Served and eaten with time to spare to get to our gate.

The Burger King in the Birmingham airport is the same as you would expect anywhere else. The only difference is they have a captive audience so it is more expensive than the ones that are located out in town.
