i don’t know what’s going on at the minute with mcdonald’s food but it is absolutely atrocious and staff can’t seem to get orders right which are written down on a receipt, i ordered a 3 piece chicken select meal which is on my receipt and they gave me a cheeseburger i also ordered large fries which were half empty and soggy with no salt on them, id also ordered sweet curry dips and they gave me sweet and sour which was also on the receipt.

Ordered our food through the drive through got to the pay window tried to use contactless twice kept declining so on the third time used chip and pin and it approved the payment and asked us to remove the card so we did but then the computer crashed so they couldn’t give us our food because they couldn’t see the receipt. I asked to speak to the manager and there response was “no payment no food” so I explained it said approved on the card machine and it was there computer what had crashed therefore the payment has already been authorised and she said “it’s been happening a lot today but I’m sorry nothing I can do unless you prove on your banking the payment has gone through” I explained my mother didn’t have online banking and she expected us to drive to a cash machine and get a statement bearing in mind there were no cash machines close and still wouldn’t give us our food bearing in mind it was a £3.95 order. Wouldn’t come back here again just so inconvenient and still allowing people to use there card even though they had been having trouble all day so she says.

Absolutely ridiculous can't change sauce on a big tasty to big Mac sauce, despite not having an issue doing this at other branches. Staff unhelpful, never again went to KFC instead

The staff are amazing, but it can get very busy so prepare for a long wait for your food. There was a missing item from our meal, but the lovely lady at the desk sorted this straight away.

Never again at this Burger King, spicy mayo chicken burger had bacon inside it but no mention of that? Burger not good quality bad taste. I asked for ketchup they don’t have ketchup, I then asked for bbq sauce sachets and been told 30p for each sachet?? Been inside the restaurant to toilets not clean.

Visited this Burger King in May ( 7.40pm ) stood inside waiting to be served one person in front of us being served, then the assistant disappeared through the back stood for another 10 mins. then another obnoxious female assistant barged through hands on the counter and said in a shocking manner " we are shut ". Still ten mins to go by the way. This has to be the worst Burger King !!!

You expect a drive thru to be fast, however today 27/09 @ around 16.20 we ordered at the screen and ended up waiting for over 15 minutes in the drive thru. I finally got to the payment point and the woman just looked at me blankly. So I said is the Christmas menu out now because we have been here ages and she replies I was waiting for the manager to help. So the manager need to pull his finger out and do his or her job faster and much better. This McDonald's has been slipping for a while now with cold food and poor service, I think it's about time they sold up.

Call in here in a regular basis. Food varies every time, but one thing always remains consistent- the coffee machine! Ever time we order, we ask for latte with our meals and every time we get told the coffee machine is not working 🙄. It’s been ‘not working’ for over four months now, with no reasonable explanation. Pathetic, not everyone wants high sugar fizzy drinks with their meal. But I was told by an ex employee that it’s because they don’t want to clean it, so don’t use it, which seems a more likely scenario!

It's a McDonald's, they're all the same, you know exactly what to expect? Not this one, it's rubbish! Having squeezed into the one available parking space (it's a small car park) we ventured in. Ordering was fine, using the touch screen thingy, until it offered table service. Usually I take this option so as to sit with kids whilst waiting, but although it was offered, it isn't available as there are none of those numbered little tent do dads, or even a place where they should be held! So I then get to linger around the counter for the next 25 minutes (yes, really) for an order to arrive that looked like mine (no receipt available, so no number to watch on screen). Whilst waiting I did notice many people visiting the till to report missing or wrong items, bodes well, and a huge number of staff with very little productivity. Food finally in hand I rejoin my kids, who have begun fighting from boredom / hunger, to discover one burger wrong and anemic chips. Kids wanted a McFlurry, but not risking that wait again. Add to that, some of the worst smelling toilets I've frequented in a good long while. AVOID!

Absolutely disgusting, ordered £30 worth of food delivery driver shows up with only drinks in hand. Said he couldn’t do anything about it and to ring mcdonald’s went down to mcdonald’s they said “once the delivery driver touches it, it’s nothing to do with them”. Stood there early in morning with 4 drinks in my hand like an idiot it’s absolutely slack. Gets home no contact number for uber rang mcdonald’s app spoke to a woman, refund issued of £8. Rang again different woman said email is wrong and on her end it’s £19? £19? 3rd times it’s happened absolutely disgusting. Turned around to her and said so it’s £11 for 4 small drinks i don’t think so. She said only can do a partial refund, ended phone. Don’t order from here because people can’t manage to put food in a bag and give it to a delivery driver, absolutely disgusting.

Went to the nearby Lidl to shop so decided to get lunch from the KFC next door. We drove down to the car park but there was no where to park so we decided to go through the drive through instead, by the time we got round the drive through and collected our food there was a parking space so we pulled in and then took our food inside the restaurant to eat. There were lots of people and a lot of people waiting for their food, it appears it was quicker to go through the drive through than order inside. I have had food from here a couple of times and both times it has been good, but reading other reviews it is not always the case but I can only say I have got what I have ordered and everything has been edible and tasty. The cleaning of the restaurant leaved a bit to be desired, people were leaving there rubbish on the tables (not sure why people think this is acceptable ) and no one from the restaurant was cleaning it up, so people kept moving more rubbish to the tables. Other than that I would go to this place again

I am a manger in the same profession , I vaped not realising you could not , I was asked not to smoke , to which I replied I was not smoking I was vaping which I was told to go to another desk and I was been reimbursed by Josh your manager as he said I was arguing which I was not all he had to say was it is not companypoLicy not to vape ,( nothing in there signposted to say otherwise)I asked why when I had only corrected him he got very vocal I have worked on customer service for over 20 years and if this is how you train your staff for a late night venue I feel you may need to look at this issue ? He said he would be reimbursing me because apparently I had argued with him when I only corrected him, I said I would be complaining and the fact he and another of staff stood there laughing is a disgrace and not acceptable it is irrelevant wether you are an daytime customer or night your staff should all bee trained the same , if you wish me to come in have a face to face meeting with higher management with Josh, i am more than happy too because if you think this individual is a represent of your company you are seriously deluded

ABSOLUTELY USELESS THIS DOMINOS STORE. glitch in the system meant they charged me wrong, I ordered, paid, and then the app said it had been baked and was out for delivery. To be then called and told the order was being cancelled after over 30 mins of waiting for my food. I paid for my food and the order was taken so why has this happened. I’ve emailed many times and spoke to someone called Phoebe who’s as much use as a chocolate fireguard. This was over a week ago and I’ve still not even been refunded. My order should be fulfilled as it was taken and considering you haven’t even refunded me. SCUM BAGS THE LOT OF YOU
