The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Yorkshire and The Humber

Shocking, I don't know the guy who did the review below me but I could have been stood on his shoulder. The place was also dirty with food all over the floor. Rarely have a KFC but had it as a one off as we were staying close-by.......what a mistake to make!!!!

Forget it! Came as a family. Ordered food and the muffins were broken in half and missing edges as though someone had already returned it after taking a bite from it. Asked for another muffin because of the state it had been served and it hadn't even left the serving area and the cashier looked at it and asked what was wrong with it. It was appalling service. Only time we've been here and not Impressed with anything. Other franchise stores are happy to help and some will just not serve broken muffins.

Marmaris is a local takeaway, not far from where i live. They have a very friendly staff. The have a good food, nice Portion Donna kebab, price are very reasonable. I would recommend it very much.

6 piece chicken got 6 drumsticks and not cooked properly and pink,obviously not probing for temperature. Reporting to environmental health also rang the store call dropped and engaged now all night.

I ordered a meat feast pizza, granted it wasn't your usual peperoni, ham and salami, it came with doner meat too which I thought would make it interesting. I was presented with a vile mess my dog would turn his nose up at. Something resembling gone off and overcooked mince, and impossible to identify something or other in an artificial red dye. What was left when I scraped the crap off was a doughy undercooked mess with barely any cheese. I can literally feel my guts imploding. Avoid...

Very disappointed with drive through order cancelled order due to food order wrong not on the ball plenty of time they have whilst you wait for your order

RUDE! LAZY! Sat at speaker for touching 5 mins no answer moved to window to be looked at 3x then knocked on window for the drive thru lady to come and say go back to the speak….i refused so she took my order code. Explained about the guy looking at me no answers! Checked order it was totally wrong so went inside again said excuse me to a different lady for her to look and carry on packing an order! Drive thru woman returns explains my order was wrong she snaps at me telling me she didn’t pack it? Did I say she did? She shouted the woman that did who said well I put the boneless meal in….she didn’t and I had 4 pieces of chicken that I didn’t order all with bones in so she clearly got it wrong. It was changed over and I left. I decided to ring the manager who well let’s just say she’s not going far in life…..rude and arrogant she is. When I explained about the lad looking at me she says “he’s not trained in driver thru” I understand that but to open a window and ask me to wait a moment is more than enough….wait for it HES NOT TRAINED TO OPEN A WINDOW!!! Howling I was…not trained to open a window must be in next pay scale then young man hurry and get up there. She asked what I wanted her to do? Clearly as useless as the team she leads! The chicken when I got home was as dry as Gandhis Flip Flop well dehydrated because they were all chatting and not working that’s why! What a complete joke of a place. Never been in a place with so many rude people serving customers! Received my meal this evening The sandwich was totally squashed Like it had been stood on or sat on Or I guess struck with something Before offering the .Ealing to me for Collection Check the Pictures Will never visit again and would recomend staying away

Absolutely diabolical product and service. Staff are unbelievably rude and ignorant. I ordered a 4 piece meal and was served 2 legs 1 small piece of goodness knows what, and a chicken wing!! The legs were scrawny little things which were tiny, but then, the chicken wing took the biscuit! I went to the counter to complain, but I'm seemingly invisible as I had to call twice to get the ignoramus to respond. When I pointed out I had been served a chicken wing, she simply said "its a piece of chicken" I had to be very direct about the situation. Ignoramus then brought the manager round to look. She said absolutely zero, just went into the kitchen and presented me with a bag with one piece inside, which was basically a spine and ribcage. On top of that, the restaurant had tables spilling over with rubbish, all whilst the staff stood idly chatting and ignoring customers. Without doubt, the worst KFC I have been to in my life. The person who owns this franchise needs to get a grip! I'm reporting to uk head office

I have visited this restaurant a few times now during the night and on early mornings and the place is always a complete mess both inside, outside and especially the toilets and seating areas. The service is usually slow and the food only luke warm at best. Maybe they need a visit from the Environmental Health to check their not a health hazzard as it certainly looks that way? The picture was outside at 7am, food on the floor that they stopped serving 2 hours ago.

This was the 2nd time of us having Taco Bell, the first time was in Doncaster and it was delicious so we thought we would try the Worksop drive through. We were very disappointed, it was awful. It took a while to come and when it did the order was wrong and cold. They even double checked the order before we paid and it was still wrong! The food tastes like it had been sat for a while, it was so cold! I ordered extra chips and ended up with nachos! It goes with saying that we won’t be back!

Had no Gravy, Krushem's or Boneless fillets, but took shy of £60 order and didn't even have the decency to ring me to say the items were not available. Wouldnt refund my money even though I paid this store. Was told to go online to obtain a refund as the store can not issue refunds. Surprise surprise went on their website, and entered all the relevant information that took me to a screen that said to contact Care Squad. Clicked the link but was in a never-ending loop that takes me to the main screen of their website. Had to initiate a refund through my bank and I'm now lodging a complaint with trading standards and KFC's head office. The staff were unhelpful and appallingly rude.

If I could give less stars I would. Staff friendly but food appalling. Bless, how many times did those chickens have to die... Took a bucket home for the family and it ended up in the bin

Apparently a garlic bread comes with tomato.... I’m allergic to tomato but when I rang to complain I was told this is how garlic bread is served, no garlic bread automatically comes with tomato. And the delivery driver shouldn’t have his tiny kid delivering orders while he’s sitting on his mobile phone in the car.

If you're hungry, avoid this place. 24 minutes wait for a microwaved bacon and egg bagel is unacceptable. Had to ask for a fresh tea, as mine was stewed and cold. Service would have been much quicker if the 4 staff cut out all the chit chat and focussed on the job. 13 people waiting for their orders at one point, some longer than me. Dreadful and not worth the money.
