Bagel Factory in York

If you're hungry, avoid this place. 24 minutes wait for a microwaved bacon and egg bagel is unacceptable. Had to ask for a fresh tea, as mine was stewed and cold. Service would have been much quicker if the 4 staff cut out all the chit chat and focussed on the job. 13 people waiting for their orders at one point, some longer than me. Dreadful and not worth the money.

Went today ordered a flat white and cappuccino £3 each the flat white flat white was a cup of cold froth and the cappuccino was a strong cold coffee was disgusted took back and said that coffee was £6 wasted on two crap cold coffee the big girl behind the counter didnt even apologise or offer a replacement avoid this place like the plague

food was tasty and quick. Not a fast food place so much as good food made quickly. The coffee was steaming hot and full of flavour. The seating can get a bit full.

Ordered plain bagel from miserable staff member filled with smoked salmon and avocado. The bagel was like rubber and the filling tasteless. The Yorkshire tea was nice and hot but over £6 for this was a rip off- never again.

Tried a salt beef melt for lunch, one thing slice of beef, could market it as vegetarian. Will not be eating here again.
