The best restaurants serving Fast food food in West Midlands

Sorry, when you ask for kebab and chips with salad, that's what I want. Not, kebab meat in separate container, a bag of chips and no salad and be charged an extra £1. When I ask for salad, I was told 'it was late, so we haven't got any salad'. It was 8.30! To add further disappointment, the food was cold on my return home. It's not often I have chippy, but I definitely will not spend my hard-earned money at 'Spires' again Cutting costs and reducing your standards will see you out of business mate.

Appalling! I've been waiting over 20 mins for then to bring our food out to the car park! Food 0k, but unmotivated to say the least.

Definitivamente el peor Macdonald's en el que hemos estado. Vivimos en el lugar, así que aunque no es lo mejor que vamos de vez en cuando, pero esta noche será nuestra última visita. Tenemos la intención de utilizar el coche a través, pero la cola estaba todo el camino hasta la entrada, así que pensé que podría ser más rápido para entrar - mala idea. Obviamente fue fácil de ordenar en el auto checkout para que Macdonald's tuviera nuestro dinero, pero eso fue lo único positivo que puedo decir. Nosotros y todos los demás clientes estaban esperando con nadie dentro siendo servidos como el personal estaba tratando de conducir a través de pedidos. Mientras esperaba había numerosas personas que estaban tratando de ordenar en el mostrador, pero fueron ignorados. Había una enorme pila de comida lista para empacar abandonada mientras el personal zumbaba pero no parecía lograr nada. Peor aún, vi a un miembro del personal dejar caer una hamburguesa en el suelo y recogerla y ponerla de nuevo en la pila para servirla a un cliente (estaba envuelta, pero todavía no era higiénica!). Finalmente recibimos nuestro pedido después de aproximadamente 1/2 hora de espera, apenas comida rápida! Hacía frío de piedra, así que lo recuperé. Sorprendentemente, un funcionario no tardó en responder y poner nuevas hamburguesas en una bolsa y pidió a un colega que pusiera nuevas patatas fritas. Ella estuvo de acuerdo, pero luego desapareció. Después de unos 10 minutos, le pregunté a otro miembro del personal si podía agregar las papas fritas ya que las hamburguesas se enfriarían nuevamente. Su respuesta fue 'estamos ocupados, no hay nada que podamos hacer' - habilidades de servicio al cliente aparentemente no existen. Finalmente conseguimos nuestra comida de reemplazo aproximadamente una hora después de nuestro pedido inicial. No es sorprendente que las hamburguesas estuvieran frías de nuevo, pero nos habíamos enterado de que era inútil quejarse. Nunca volveremos a esta sucursal. Viendo otras críticas similares no me sorprende que esta sucursal es el peor restaurante local de "comida rápida" en la zona en Tripadvisor!

McDonalds Burges en el centro de la ciudad de Coventry - entró y en la pantalla de pedidos seleccionamos servicio de mesa. Sin que lo supiéramos, no estaba disponible (aunque todavía podías seleccionarla), así que 20 minutos después seguimos esperando 2 hamburguesas con queso. Fui a la caja y me dijo el gerente (más tarde me enteré) que nuestras hamburguesas habían estado listas. ¡Me negué a tomarlos ya que Dios sabe cuánto tiempo habían estado allí! Su servicio al cliente fue terrible, ya que entonces nos proporcionó dos hamburguesas! Volví a la caja para quejarme y solicitar mi dinero de vuelta a lo que ELLA me dijo que había desperdiciado su comida! ¡No es mi culpa que ella no pudiera obtener la orden correcta! El servicio era pésimo, y McDonalds te sugiero que la envíes a un largo curso sobre cómo tratar a los clientes que pagan. Terminamos en GDK en el camino y tuvimos un kebab encantador - lección aprendida.

Raj fue la persona más grosera que he conocido el personal es grosero y nadie contesta el teléfono no molestar a la comida fría y patatas fritas y otras cosas gs mal que tienen una ‘ no se aceptan quejas política, punto. No es así en los estados NO USES TBIS LUGAR QUE MEJOR OFREZCAS MORIR DE HAMBRE. Xx

nature of the business i guess but all the ambiance of a vending machine...touch screen ordering ,soulless, full of spotty youths who dnt know real food and unhealthy food .

Chicken wasnt fresh and was way too greasy and oily. Almost vomitted while eating it. I would not overall recommend eating here.

I tried this place through a Groupon voucher. We had takeaway so can’t comment on my eating in experience. The takeaway service was fantastic I placed the order over the phone. Very efficient service, polite and very accommodating. I asked for the burgers to have things added (cheese, ketchup) and not to add salad etc for my boys which they didn’t have any issues with or charge any extra cost which not many businesses would without a charge. Food was picked up, 15 minutes drive and still nice & warm when it got home, we didn’t have to reheat it. Very nice burgers, tasty & the buns were nice too. Could have done with more mayonnaise in the 1 burger but was still nice. The chicken was a good chunky fillet & nice coating just right. Salad was fresh too. I would definitely be ordering again.

Absolutamente asqueroso. El servicio al cliente es shambolic. El tipo en el coche no quería estar allí tenía actitud desnuda y estaba de mal humor

Avoid ! It’s the worst McDonalds you will ever step foot in. Never get your order right. The food is always cold and the service is horrendous.

Went to KFC with my daughters and grandchildren.was the worst KFC I had visited.floors dirty.tables were not clean.staff were miserable and didnt look like they had made an effort with there appearance at all.food was not fresh.i had to take back fries they were all...

Absolutely disgusted with the service here, but then again it's my own fault as I didn't expect anything less!! Arrived at the window to be told they're not doing burgers, order's a nice box, none of them either, order's two boneless banquets, two side orders of beans, two Fantas!! Post mix had clearly gone on the Fanta, tasted like crap, opened my boneless banquet, no popcorn chicken and a pot of coleslaw! In total I spent 23 quid on a piece of glorified chicken! Certainly won't be returning!!!

A truly dreadful experience on Saturday night at 8.40pm! Made an order for 2 standard meals at the kiosk and sat down, 1 customer at the till and 6 delivery drivers complaining at the pick up point. Asked 3 times but the meals took 28 minutes to be prepared and the lady on the till laughed when I suggested that they at least tell waiting customers that there is a delay. Restaurant tables were a mess and the staff do not seem bothered. Really poor service and not acceptable.

What lovely staff - I went today Monday 13th Jan at about 16:10, an absolutely lovely man was working the drive through. So so pleasant. Absolute stellar customer service and the food was delicious too. Total opposite to the Meir KFC. Thank you!

They’ve messed my order up so many times, now I’ve received an order without my boneless banquet and zinger tower box meal and 2 drinks. Waste of £33 will never order from this useless place again
