The best restaurants serving Fast food food in West Midlands

Everything was fine. Table service But… the music 🎶 (radio) with annoying adverts is so loud!!! Staff were nice and even checked in that all was ok.

Encantadora señora sirviendo en Costa pero el resto de esto era sombrío y alma. Lo visité en medio de la noche. Los baños estaban arriba, desiertos y a un buen paseo de cualquier miembro del personal - que no se sentía del todo seguro, sin embargo, estaba desesperado y las necesidades deben. Luego tuve que pasear rápidamente al perro por el aparcamiento y eso tampoco me pareció bien. Pasaré por aquí la próxima vez.

Terrible McDonald’s staff are rude to customers who want to pay with cash but not card. I have seen them walk around dirty tables without cleaning them leaving the restaurant in an absolute mess for others who want a table to have to clean up after somebody else. The food was made and sat there for ages that by the time the staff called our number, the food was freezing cold. They also tell people they are a 24 hour McDonald’s. However, I have seen them lock the doors sit there on the tables on their phones and then when someone goes through the drive-through, they make up the excuse off sorry our systems are down at the moment. Come back tomorrow. Lazy lazy lazy won’t be coming to this one again.

So I was a grumpy possibly rude customer because kfc have stopped doing hot drinks, not the young lady’s fault- So to the young blonde assistant who served me today around 7.00- 7.15 apologies- you were lovely, polite and professional

Just ordered a meal for four people, delivery took 45 min, Burger Missing Drink Missing, food was cold, fries freezing , only enjoyable thing was the milk shake even though it was thin when drinking and not thick, I think all the McDonalds are the same staff problems, not enough staff and Delivery's get sorted first or drive threw, I've had bad experience in side the restaurant as well as outside . I think the Team Leaders need to sort teams out for different sections inside you are hanging around waiting ages for orders

Franklea sirve a Greggs. La señora de la caja era extremadamente amable. Servicio rápido y eficiente y comida encantadora que estaba lista rápidamente.

hot Wings are horrendous. so oily. wish they used a normal seasoned batter like every other place……………………………………………….

Just a warning that if you order a delivery through the app you may not get it. £30 down the drain. Complained to Uber who said the driver followed their protocol which must be ‘get the food and don’t do anything with it’. Will not use Uber again.

Ordered through Deliveroo. Missed 3 items that we ordered. Ordered Katsu chicken curry but they didn’t provide the sauce so just had to eat dry crispy chicken with rice. No telephone number for the store available online. Complained through deliveroo who provided a phone number for chopstix merry hill but didn’t answer after several calls. Now have to wait 48 hours to see if we will get our money back. Wouldn’t recommend.

This chippy used to be the place to go for quality food but lately has gone down hill. The large kebabs are super tiny with over cooked meat and tough also the batter on the fish is not crispy like it was several months back and the fish was like eating squid. Not sure if it has changed hands or maybe the owner is away and staff have let the quality go down hill.

I ordered 2 chicken tikka with nan and a veg burger, i wanted my chicken tikka with mint sauce , i thought the mint sause was home made but they use the bottled mint sauce which made my meal rubbish....had to throw it away...

Absolutely crap this mc Donald’s it’s my local one so have to come here every time I come I waiting at least 20 mins and longer for it what the hell is wrong with this place give ya the mc flurry first it’s melted by the time ya get ya actual food

Passing KFC and as you do popped in for some chicken. Very hot food Clean and tidy And staff supper friendly and helpful. Could not ask for any more from a kfc

Disappointing Experience at McDonald’s (Again!) I’m honestly tired of visiting McDonald’s only to find that half the menu isn’t available—AGAIN. I went in today hoping to grab a milkshake, but surprise, surprise, they weren’t available (for what feels like the 100th time). It’s becoming a joke. It’s not just the milkshakes either. Other items were unavailable too. What’s the point of a menu if you never have the items? Very frustrating and definitely not worth the trip. McDonald’s needs to seriously get it together. Won’t be returning anytime soon.
